-Nobody had tied him to the murder of his foster family he was sent to his aunts after the incident.
-He was in the plane before the crash.
-Being insane and just emerging from the wreck when thinking of the meat his arm had formed as a blade and being in a rush to leave did not think much about what was happening.
-When a plane crashes it can be quite a big radious for instance it may have broken apart, So I could have been at a different part of the crash than the skeleton was.
-you will know when he realizes his powers.

-He was coming from his foster aunts house outside of Perdido beach in another city he stayed there for awhile after the "disappearance" of his parents. (this is where he was before this and how he was in the plane.)
-The reason he was coming back was to go back to the academy and finish his schooling.
-I just fixed my IC post so it tells you how he found his first power.
-Also, the reason his old house had all his stuff in it is because the house was passed to his aunt until they could move all the belongings out
I hope this is enough for now if I need to go into more detail just tell me. :)

Years later, Chan's parents raised enough money to move and ended up nearby Sans Perdido Beach. They hoped it would change her, but Chandra turned for the worst - especially when she ignores her warnings to stay away from Perdido Beach.
