Our general rule is as many as you think you can handle. If you're struggling or dont want to use one of them anymore you can phase one out at your leisure, or should you wish them a more powerful exit kill them off (If you want this I'd recommend getting in contact with Allen or myself so we can time that right). Most of the time when that occurs the death is meaningful in some way or incites change.
