I'm... not terribly in favour of random pairing. It's bad enough when applied to Fate RP's (they're hardly ever random in canon), when it's a process to match characters by compatibility, well... worst case, you match people up when nobody left can agree on anything, but may as well try to make matches that actually have some sort of interesting relationship. Plus, I don't think we'd be closing signups the instant things start, so random matching that assigns everyone immediately might be a problem.

You make a Tuner and a Receiver. You Tuner is paired with another player's Receiver, and your Receiver is paired with another player's Tuner.

You have two characters, A and B.

A is paired with player 2's C, and B is paired with player 3's D.

You just need to remember two other characters.

I changed Keiji's power to say "Keiji can use the energy from a receiver to generate a brick of matter with the same physical properties as C-4." Are there any other issues?

It doesn't have to be like C4. You can make it some kind of moldeable explosive he can trigger and generate.

In Fate you get a trinket to summon a specific heroic spirit. This comes across more as a long term version of a teacher assigning your science lab partner. :p

And yeah thats the cool thing about RP's with so many people. The normal "one or two guys bailed" thing wont really effect it too badly, if at all.

Also I am making a tuner and receiver, but I would like to make a few NPC's, like teachers and such, but I would need a little help knowing what you exactly want me to teach or research, or whatever, so feel free to pm me whenever. I have plenty of time especially on Wednesday.and Thursday when I have the whole day to do nothing.
