Anyways, this time for real:

Akashiya Uchiha

Her eyes are black, common for the Uchiha clan.
She is quite long for her age, but this is common among females in her family.
Her body is well toned, as her muscles are well defined. She looks quite strong and healthy from the outside.
While casually walking around, usually in town or when she is at home, she wears a traditional black kimono with white as a secondary color. She tends to wear the normal shinobi sandals under her clothing.
When she is leaving town, or when she knows she will have to fight, she tends to wear her hair in a ponytail. instead of her usual kimono, she wears a combat GI with the same colors as her kimono.
Personal Information:

Akashiya tends to be a loner. This isn't due to her being bad at having friends. In fact, she is really friendly. A bit too friendly at times.
This is due to her clan's Curse of Hatred. She is afraid of losing those close to her, causing her to be clingy towards her friends, which scares most people away. She tends to stalk people a lot, not even noticing it herself at times. She is also overprotective over her friends, if you want to survive you shouldn't touch her friends.
Akashiya in general is a calm and smart girl, rarely if every becoming mad. She has respect for those she faces in combat, not caring for their background, the only thing she cares about is how well they fight. She can get quite heated up in battle though, she doesn't take it easy. She tends to trust strangers a bit too fast, which has its up and downs.

History: Akashiya has never known her parents. When the Uchiha massacre happened, she was too young to even realize what happened. She almost blocked this part of her memory away out of trauma to the point of completely forgetting it ever happened. During this night, Akashiya was home alone, her parents were away to a local meeting with the rest of the Uchiha Clan. Akashiya was sleeping, when she suddenly woke up to some screaming. When she looked outside, she saw how a mysterious man killed her mother in cold blood. Akashiya couldn't believe what she saw, she thought she was in a nightmare. Tears rolled out of her eyes, as her eyes turned into the first stage of the sharingan. She was very young at this point, around 5 or 6 years old, possibly being the youngest Uchiha to ever awaken the sharingan. Akashiya decided to hide under her bed, hoping she would wake up, but she never woke up. This nightmare was a reality. She hid under her bed, frozen in fear, for a good hour or two, before she finally looked out of her window again. It seemed like the damage was done, and the assailant already left the village. Akashiya put on her clothes, leaving to house to see what truly happened. What she saw was an absolute massacre. Death bodies lying around everywhere, covered in blood. One of the bodies was clearly her father, but she couldn't find her mother anywhere. Akashiya tried to leave the Uchiha part of the village, but near the gate she collapsed, as she was young and had been awake for a while. When she awoke once again, she seemed to suffer from amnesia. She was laying in a bed in an unknown room. After a few minutes, a man around the age of 30 years entered the room ,apparently being a Konoha shinobi. He gave her a glass of water, as he sat down next to her on a chair, reading some kind of book.

During the night, the man, Akito Hatake, just got done doing groceries, as he was walking home close to the Uchiha residence, as he saw a young girl lying down on the ground. When he checked the girl, he saw that the girl was out cold. He decided to take her home with him, not sure what he would do with her. (That sounds weird out of context).

Akito heard about the massacre of the Uchiha clan, and decided it would be the best option to hide Akashiya's true identity from everyone. Akito took care of Akashiya as if she was his own daughter. He often sparred with her, and learned her all kinds of technique. She also send her to the academy, believing she would have a bright future, hoping her being an Uchiha wouldn't be too much of a hassle to her.

Akashiya did well in school, passing all theoretical exams with ease. The only problem were exams that required actual jutsu: She never learned how those worked.
Akashiya failed her classes multiple times due to this, and she got bullied for failing every year. After trying long enough, she finally managed to become a genin at the age of 17. Akashiya has yet to find out that she is actually an Uchiha.

She is a genius in Kenjutsu, mastering the art of swordfighting. She is really talented at Taijutsu, using a hybrid style of wrestling and Taekwondo. She completly sucks at both ninjutsu, and she never really tried genjutsu.

She was born with a high amount of chakra. She was born with a lot of talent with genjutsu, but she has yet to train her genjutsu abilities.

Kekkei Genkai: Sharingan

Traits/Abilities of Kekkei Genkai: A sharingan user can perform both Izanagi and Izanami at the cost of an eye. A sharingan user can see chakra. A sharingan user can see things others don't, allowing them to read lips, or mimic all kind of movements, like pencil movements. A sharingan user can copy other jutsu they see, but they can't copy moves they don't posses the kekkei genkai or nature for.

The Sharingan can be evolved into the Mangekyō Sharingan by experiencing the trauma of loss, granting unique, user-specific jutsu in addition to the Sharingan's standard abilities. Awakening the Mangekyō Sharingan will automatically fully mature a Sharingan if it isn't already.

Use of the Mangekyō Sharingan causes blindness over time, but this can be negated by transplanting another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a close relative, such as a sibling, to acquire "eternal" Mangekyō that never lose their sight.

Appearance: Reiji stands at a height of 5'9" with dark skin that is complimented by his platinum blonde hair. His hair is wild and thick, commonly compared to that of a lion's mane. His eyes are striking yet soft with a vibrant magenta color. His attire is what you see in the pic because I am not good at describing attire XD

Personal Information

Personality:: Essentially Reiji is a thrill seeker. He enjoys a good challenge, a good time, and a good laugh. He's quick to tease someone when he sees an opening. He carries himself with a cool, confident demeanor and a slight temper. Since he's willing to fight at a moment's notice it takes more than taunting to get under his skin but once you do he's quite the hot head. First to confront an adversary and last to retreat, Reiji is a shinobi hungry to test his strength. He's happiest when he's able to fight other powerful ninja.

However, that same affinity for battle is what scares him the most. Nothing else is important anymore when he's fighting a strong opponent. He'll forget his objectives and potentially put his comrades in danger. Because of this he is hesitant to let others get close to him. This also makes it hard for him to work well with others. You could say he's an untamed beast whose only purpose is to prove his dominance. Still, he hopes to find something he cares for more than fighting.

History:: Attending the academy, he got good grades and was a fast learner. Although he only joined the academy because his parents were shinobi; just thought that was the path to take since he didn't have any ambitions of his own. Soon, he came to realize he enjoyed fighting. The skills, jutsu, the game of trying to read your opponents next move, it was all a thrill to him. From then on he trained harder knowing that the stronger he got the stronger foes he'd get to face. Reiji still didn't feel he had found his reason for becoming a shinobi but combat filled the space for the time being. Until the day his parents didn't come back from a mission. His father was KIA but his mother was missing. Since there was no evidence she was dead and the body of the enemy they were fighting had been found instead she was declared a rogue ninja.

Being the child of a labeled traitor had it's drawbacks. The other students in the academy, once impressed with him and his skill, were now wary and anxious around him. Reiji excelled at combat and it was no secret he enjoyed it. With the knowledge of his mother many of the students had the same question on their minds: how long before he turns on them? None of that mattered to him. There were more important things that he needed to sort out. Reiji found that fighting was no longer enough to replace the answer to why he became a shinobi. He needed answers. What happened on that mission? Where is his mother? And is fighting the only reason he has for being a ninja?

Skills & Techniques

Skills/Abilities:: With a strong handle on ninjutsu and taijutsu, Reiji is able to seamlessly mix both in battle. Combined with his smart use of his clan's Sekiun he becomes quite formidable. He possesses moderate skill with ninja tools making him a mid-ranged fighter. He is adept at stealth though he prefers a head to head fight. That doesn't mean he won't implement them when necessary.

Genjutsu isn't his strong suit. In fact he knows only one technique which required a lot of hard work for him to wield. His failings in genjutsu can be connected to his lack of chakra control; his reckless use of his chakra can potentially leave him vulnerable despite his enviable reserves.

Special Traits:: The Saikumo are noted for having great amounts of chakra and a natural intimidating presence.

Kekkei GenkaiHiden:: Sekiun (積雲, Cumulus)

Traits/Abilities of Hiden: Sekiun is a technique passed down through the Saikumo that allows them to manipulate the water in the air to create clouds for various uses. These clouds can be dense enough to be used as platforms or even shields, or thin enough to move through and use as cover. They can also be used as conduits for water and lightning style jutsu. Increased maneuverability, disguising attacks, softening blows; it's clear that Sekiun is a versatile technique but it has it's limits. Thought the density of the clouds can changed they are still clouds and are a poor defense against high impact attacks such as earth jutsu and cutting/piercing attacks such as swords and lightning jutsu. Obviously the less water the in the atmosphere the more difficult Sekiun is to use so dessert environments and the like render it near useless.

Character Appearances:

Appearance: Seji is a reasonably tall young man for his age with an athletic build. He looks like he's made for speed and stamina. His white hair falls close to his violet colored eyes. His odd eye color seems to draw attention to some people, seeing as how rare it is. His eyes and hair color make him stick out like a sore thumb sometimes, especially in his own adopted clan. Seji is not the strongest kid on the block but he can strike fast and is agile. But damn can he take a punch, he's a resilient son of a bitch. You will rarely see him smile, as he usually keeps a neutral face especially when situations become serious. In battle Seji wears black pants with dark purple sandals. His shirt is white and on top of that is a black hoodie. Both of his forearms are usually wrapped in bandages.

Personal Information:

Personality: Seji is a bright and happy youth. He has a brain made for someone far beyond his young age. Being the outgoing and jolly person he is, people sometimes believe he's just some dumb, rambunctious kid. This is quite wrong, as he is wildly smart. In the academy his test results showed just how smart he really was, and during the spars his tactical brilliance shined. Being an extrovert, he craves human interaction, and his heart is guided by emotions. This can also be a flaw because despite his brilliance he can sometimes be clouded by emotion which can be the downfall of a ninja. Along with happiness comes a strong determination to be a great ninja. Behind the happy glint in his eyes you can see the ambition burning, he strives for greatness. Seji acts on two extremes. Most of the time he is happy and relaxed but when he becomes angered he can lose sight of the objective and instead becomes guided by instinct and raw emotion. In the end Seji just wants to make people happy and be a strong ninja.

History: It was a rainy day when Suko and Yanagi Onoda stumbled upon an abandoned baby on the outskirts of the Hidden Leaf Village. Seji's cries were drowned out by the rain but was pitied upon by the Onoda couple. They took him in with the intentions of finding and returning him to his rightful parents within the next couple of days. After searching and asking around for a few weeks, the Onodas decided that since Yanagi was not able to bare children and they had always wanted a son, that they would adopt Seji.

Growing up Seji obviously knew he was adopted, and knowing that his parents abandoned him left him slightly bitter but he got used to it after a while. Knowing he couldn't even trust the parents that left him, made him not want to trust anyone. For a while he only interacted with his adoptive parents.

During his academy days Seji kept his head down and got his work done. Being a bright student he excelled in his classwork, and trained hard. All he wanted to do was make his parents proud, and along with that came a strong ambition to become a strong ninja. Learning his kekkei genkai was extremely hard due to having no one to teach him, seeing as it came from his parents and he didn't even know the surname of his true bloodline. With raw determination and a fiery will to become powerful, Seji gritted through extreme training to heighten his kekkei genkai.

Now with Seji becoming a genin, he is actually quite delighted, his ninja journey to become strong and to make his parents proud can begin.

Kekkei Genkai: Ash Release, the bloodline limit of an unknown clan. Ash Release is the combination of Fire and Earth chakra natures.

Traits/Abilities of Kekkei Genkai: Ash Release allows the user to create and manipulate the substance called ash and infuse their chakra with it. Users can expel large clouds of ash and ignite it in combat. Other uses include making clones out of it and concealing themselves in it because they are immune to the harmful effects it can have on the body. User of this can also see through their own ash they create so their visibility is not taken away.

Description: After performing the hand seals Seji expels a cloud of ash from his mouth. The ash itself is irritating to the lungs and eyes and decreases the visibility to zero to all those inside it. This technique is good for ambushes because most people can't see inside it unless they have the Sharingan or Byakugan. Seji can see inside it as if I wasn't there and suffers no ill effects from the ash.
Weakness: All of his Ash techniques are vulnerable to water jutsu and all of his techniques can be hindered by wind techniques. Escaping the cloud is the best way to render this technique useless.

Appearance: Tall and very thin, with the violet eyes and mouthful of pointed teeth that mark a member of the Hozuki clan. Unlike others in the clan, however, her skin is tanned and her waist-length hair is a dark blonde. Usually wears the standard Konoha uniform with a grey, striped jacket (once worn by the Second Mizukage) over it, wrapped tightly around her and closed in front of her face.

Personal Information:

Personality: Shingetsu is a highly disciplined ninja, determined to prove her worth and claim her place among the ninja elite despite being an illegitimate child disowned by her clan. She keeps up a fierce attitude toward strangers, seeing everyone around her as a challenger, but quickly warms to those who show her respect. She remains a woman of few words, however, preferring to let her actions speak for her.

History: Shingetsu was born a pariah in Kirigakure, abandoned by her family as the child of an illicit union. She was able to scrape by on the streets and learn the basics of ninjutsu by imitating the young ninja of her village and undertaking "missions" to find food and shelter. When she turned 12, she decided she'd had enough of the city. She broke into the Hozuki clan home, stole two relics from past members of the clan, and left for whatever village she came to first. Thus, she arrived in Konohagakure and was able to secure a place among their ranks based on the strength of her kekkei genkai and lack of ties to her birthplace.

Standing up and being slightly taller than his peers, Yukki stands at 5'10 and weighs about 170 pounds. He always has a silent and serious face that hides away any signs of empathy from him. He in reality is just bored or has literally nothing worthy enough to say, as he rather just remain silent until he is needed. Just like the Uchiha Clan, Yukki possesses the signature black hair but keeps it relatively short having the sides buzzed cut while having long bangs that almost reaches his eye but can be pushed aside to his ear. He is usually seen wearing dark colors, normally having a casual tank-top while walking around the village and shorts. But while going outside of the village, he wears a more maneuverable outfit generally being a tight dark jacket that won't get caught in anything while having jeans that also hugs his body.

Yukki's personality is an ambiguous one and has many layers to look upon. For the most part he is a quiet guy who is known for looking like a rebel and acting like one sometimes by breaking the rules. But for the most part, he is a silent and serious guy who is strangely sociable at the same time, having friends of both genders who doesn't have a preference over which he hangs out with the most. He only shows his friendly side to his friends, and to strangers remains serious and stoic to them. But under all of that, he is quite a very competitive and cunning person who likes playing games from the simple hide and seek to chess or shogi. However, even deeper underneath all of this is a side of him is the darkness and bitter side to him who is a ruthless, cold and calculating person who has little if any, problem in using other people for his own ends. But at the same time, this dark side to him can also be a mask that hides his deep and dark secret, of his unstable mentality which he hides under many masks that he simply just grown up faking everything. Trying to look decent or make sure that he didn't look stupid, Yukki once was a reclusive person but underwent serious overhaul in both personality and appearance to become the mask he is wearing today. On rare cases, he slips down his mask to throw out a sly remark or some dark humor that may shock some people, but always recover as best as he can by joking around with his little slip up.

History:
Yukki was grown up with his parents and live a relative happy life from what he could remember during his childhood, but unfortunately his mother was always sick but put on a brave face for his baby and smiled every day. But eventually the sickness caught up to her and not even the medical-nins could do anything more to heal or even delay his mother's death. And so that was when, Yukki awakened with his Sharingan and was left with his father who was now a single parent who too was griefing over his wife's death. But vowing to take care of their son for not just his wife but the two of them, his father raised his son to be a ninja. Having him at a early age train in whatever potential his father saw within his son. But their training was cut short by the Uchiha massacre, when the brutal killing was happening his father promptly told Yukki to hide. His father stalling their pursuers as long he could before he fell in battle defending the two. After two silent hour passed, Yukki pulled out of his hiding spot as he watched the lifeless body Yukki's only parent sitting there watching him with a slightly wet stain of blood coming from his mouth and pooling the floor gathering around his body. Looking at his father's body, Yukki even though was young cried about how little he did to try protect his father despite how hard they worked together awakening his 3rd tomoe. Vowing to himself that he would get stronger, so he wouldn't lose anything he held precious to him and protect them by any means.

The night was a tragic one indeed, but Yukki understanding at a early age that since his clan was mostly gone now so was he. So he used what his father taught him as disguised himself but failed as he found by a old couple who found him wandering around the village. Covered in stains of his father's blood the old couple asked who or where was his parents and he just shrugged as his teary eyes and sniffles gave them some sort of clue what may of happened. The morning after the elderly couple heard the news of the massacre and looked at Yukki strangely but did not question the depressed boy. They decided to enroll him into the ninja academy, and hire some personal trainers to help him out as they never had a child before. Having a lot of money but little chance to spread joy when there was no one was around to give it to, so they were glad to not only adopt Yukki as their son but train him for what he wanted to be: a ninja. Starting his life anew by using his father's training, he preformed a genjutsu on himself before his Sharingan was hidden underneath a Henge. A simple technique that he learned from his father's training routines. And as he got accustomed to his new life, it got easier to improve his simple yet important disguise until it was second nature to him. But upon finding a new variation of the Henge he developed that was much more effective, he switched to his new created jutsu.

Yukki was trained by friendly Genin who helped sparred with him along with Jounin who were paid to give private lessons to him. While also being enrolled in school, making sure of him passing the academy easily in both exams and practice. Having more than enough experience from training to pass the academy and was capable of being on top of the class. But was cautious to not attract attention to himself, as he made sure to make his score be like every other normal student. But some teachers have noticed there is more to Yukki than what is being let on, but never had a chance to actually push his limits. But with a new teacher, perhaps the secrets that Yukki has may be revealed.

Born as an Uchiha, it may be considered cheating but acquiring the three-tomoe Sharingan but its ability to observe and learn is never the less useful. Using his Kekai-Genkai to the absolute maximum, his skill in Taijutsu is phenomenal at his age being better than his peers hands down. In order to use these Taijutsu moves, he has been conditioning on his body which has also increased his speed and strength naturally as well. Which explains his body build and making him capable of using most taijutsu techniques that he copies from his opponents as well.

His Sharingan also gives him the greater ability of using Genjutsu and Ninjutsu as well but primarily focuses on Genjutsu. Using his illusionary techniques to confuse, frighten or even paralyze his opponents is his preferred way of taking down his opponents but if all else fails, the next solution is with his fists. But just because he focuses on Genjutsu doesn't mean his Ninjutsu is bad, it is just undeveloped but has high potential to evolve more.

Special Traits:
While his taijutsu abilities may have been learned naturally, his innate skill with Genjutsu is scary as he learns quickly both in study and natural potential. Experiencing illusions induced on him as training, has given him more sensitive control of his chakra and ability of using genjutsu as well as breaking out of them too.

Kekkei Genkai:

Traits/Abilities of Kekkei Genkai:
The sharingan is a Kekkei Genkai that is located in the eye of the Uchiha Clan. Appearing in three primary stages, which are the 1st-Tomoe, 2nd-Tomoe and then 3rd-Tomoe. The 3rd-Tomoe is the stage where most Uchiha Clan members reach the most of their potential as in this stage they are capable of seeing chakra but not as good as the Byakuguan of the Hyuuga Clan. They are also capable of being more visually perceptive, being able to read lips, to mimicking movement that they have seen. Same thing can be applied when copying another jutsu they have seen, but they are restricted as they can only preform moves they possess the nature and physical ability for them.

However, there is another stage on top of the 3rd-Tomoe Sharingan that is unlocked by a few handful of people in the Uchiha Clan known as the Mangekyō Sharingan, which is unlocked by experiencing the traumatic event of losing something or someone, granting them a few unique abilities along with their basic Sharingan abilities. The Mangekyō Sharingen when awakened will mature the Sharingan of those that have unlocked it if it hasn't reached maturity yet.

Then the hardest stage of evolution for the Mangekyō Sharingan to achieve the next form into what is now as the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan can be done by transplanting another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from someone close which will complete the requirements. This transplant is done as the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan is a way to prevent the inevitable blindness that the Mangekyō Sharingan induces. With the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan being said to not be capable of losing sight despite how many uses it undergoes.

Being triggered while preforming the seal, if his opponent is in his line of sight, the next time Yuki moves and attack them will leave an after image. while the opponent attacks the illusion coming towards them leaving them momentarily open. He can only have a single after image created for a single action, creating two will remove both illusions.

Weakness:
A genjutsu with no effect on its own, it doesn't effect anything. It can only create only after image per use.

This genjutsu is used to replicate the effects of the signature fire release jutsu. Victims are subjected to this illusion when they either hear Yukki saying the technique name out loud or see him preforming the necessary handseals for it. Weakness:
Deals literally no damage since it is an illusion, but it replicates the same heat as the technique has since it is an illusion. But once they realize it isn't hurting them they break out of the genjutsu

Description:
A technique that uses a combination of Yukki's speed and strength along with the element of surprise. It is an ideal move to connect aerial moves, as he first disappears for a moment using his agility to seemingly disappear. Obviously, the opponent is confused but seconds latter, Yukki comes appears and kicks his opponent with his leg right on the chin. Sending them flying up into the air, allowing a chance for a follow attack. The move is so fast the opponent won't probably know about the attack until he gets kicked and is already up in the air. It is a technique that is hard for any ninja of the same rank to counter or dodge this move.

Weakness:
A technique that relies on speed, it can be said that one with quick reaction timing or simply just faster can avoid the technique entirely. We can suspect that higher ranked ninja also have better reaction timing and speed so it won't work well with them.

Okay, we've reviewed your sheets. There was a lot of back and forth on several notes but in the end, we could only come to one consensus. What I am about to say will probably piss you both off, but it's the only logical solution that we could come to terms with.

No one can play an Uchiha.

There are two major reasons for this, one is the fact that it breaks lore and the other is purely mechanical. Let's start with the first. Itachi was tasked to kill every Uchiha, which he did. Sparing Sasuke was a -huge- deal, and the fact that he was the last Uchiha was a major plot point. I realise that this is an alternate universe RP -to an extent-, however surviving the Uchiha massacre is no small feat. Also, this might just be me but I am honestly a bit tired of the typical Anime backgrounds of "My family got killed, now I'm an avenger." It's highly overused and rather redundant by this point. Death in the family is fine, but the whole massacre thing is a bit old now.

With that said, Itachi slaughtered the Uchiha with help from Obito, the dude who nearly destroyed the world with Madara. I don't think hiding under your bed would help you escape that. Sasuke survived because he was allowed to survive. No one else survived.

When it comes to the Sharingan, the thing is vastly overpowered. I think Kishimoto just went waaaay overboard with what that eye could do. It essentially removes every other character's individuality with its "Copy Ninja" techniques. We have more than enough Taijutsu characters in this RP and with the Sharingan, you can essentially become all of them. Not to the mention the Sharingan's later level abilities. Amaterasu is actually -stronger- than it is portrayed in the anime since it sets ANYTHING YOU LOOK AT ablaze.

Bottom line. The sharingan is OP and Uchiha characters are dead. Also, just a pet peeve of mine...writing in your character sheets that your character is "Better than others" at something, isn't very good. Describe them as excellent if you so wish, I know I like to showcase what my characters are good at but it's very easy to step on other people's toes when you feel the need to write down that your character is better than his/her teachers and fellow Genin, I'm just saying.

Conclusion:
We cannot accept Uchiha characters. You're welcome to make other ones to be reviewed if you desire.
