Personality:
Leander is a happy-go-lucky guy. He almost always has something good to say about any situation. However, there are times when he can act like an idiot, and there are times that he is clueless about blatantly obvious things, but that just adds to his charm. In Duels, his happy personality is expressed even more than usual as he tries to make everyone laugh.

History:
Leander was a pretty average guy at home. He had his group of friends, a normal family, etc. The only change in that life of his is when he discovered Duel Monsters. As he learned about the cards and the rules, he discovered that he liked it. A lot. So, he thought it would be great if he used it with his usual antics to make people laugh. Fortunately for him, Leander had decent skills for Dueling, so whether he won or lost, Leander was usually capable of giving his friends both a challenge and a laugh. As time passed, Leander also discovered Duel Academies, schools that taught people how to play Duel Monsters. Natually, Leander couldn't resist and his parents eventually sent him to the Duel Tower to fulfill his wish.

Sure. It's a tech card for modulations.

The idea is that if the levels are close enough, you can bring them closer together for an xyz, or further apart depending on what you increase or decrease. You can also stop special summons based on levels (however not ranks) by excluding levels outside the inside the bounds. But if you are trying to cover too broad of a range, both monsters get destroyed :I

@The Grey Dust I get the point behind them, I just find the second and third effect a tad too strong to allow at 3. Still, I can't see you using more than two anyway. Also I'm going to change it to 1-2, 3-4, 5-6 and 7+ so that if falls in line with other cards.

Seems fine, although the idea with having exactly 1,3,5, and 7 was to make it more niche as they skipped the evens, the ranges make it more playable. Also I think you're using "it's" rather than "its" which is incorrect in the wording, although we know what you mean.

Appearance:
Average size for his age, with blackish brown hair and blueish greenish eyes. He's caucasian, sporting a blue jacket with white T-shirt underneath. He has blue jeans, with a belt that has a holster for both his Duel Disc and Cards.

Personality:
Being exposed to Turbo Duels at a young age, he's a giant fan and wannabe of the sport. Every day he dreams about designing his own Duel Runner. Other than that he's a pretty friendly guy, he can get along with just about anyone. He can get anxious in duels, which results most of the time in him losing.

History:
All my life I knew I had a need for speed. Soon after beginning Dueling, I discovered the sport of Turbo Dueling, and fell in love with it. I would always pretend that I was a top Turbo Duelist, attatching my Duel Disk to my bike from time to time and pretending to be in a Turbo Duel with Jack Atlas. Soon after I turned 15, I watched the Epic Duel between Yusei Fudo and Jack Atlas, and both became my Idols.

I'm 17 now, and Nowadays it's common to see reruns of them dueling for supremacy on tv, and I catch every single showing no matter where I am. One day, I hope to become as great as these two, which is why I'm heading for Duel Acadamy, to become the very best Turbo Duelist and face off against them one day.

Get rid of a few Prophecy cards and replace them with more generic ones, you've got the whole damn set in there! I pulled this kind of Bullshit before and got through with it somehow, but I'm not letting others do the same. Same with some of the spellbooks. I suggest removing the more powerful, staple cards and leaving the more niche ones. Also get rid of one of the magicians or Empress of Prophecy.

If you've made those changes, post your next version again.

History:
Born as a child from a family of three, Jordan got into dueling when his friends introduced him to the game and was a natural player after learning the rules. While he still has some struggles with the rulings, he is a fairly entertaining player who likes trying out interesting decks that are outside the norm when he has the chance. But after entering the Duel Tower he has focused on limiting his creativity in order to put the efforts of improving his general skills instead. Even then his interest in building decks hasn't been extinguished, its just repressed until the right time comes for his skills to be used. But until then, he is just a boring background character for the moment...

@LancerOfBlue Even before completion I'm going to have to stop you. It looks a little too much like Dragons collide. I'd suggest doing away with the Chaos element and focus more on the banishing aspect.

Edit: And please divide it up in monsters/spells/traps. Otherwise it's a little messy to look at and a pain to organize for me in the custom list.
