Background: Elena was born into a very strict Catholic family near the city of Pittsburgh, her father was pastor while her mother was a nurse. Growing up Elena was very close to her parents at the time she was even the lead for her church's quire which was where her interest in music. In school Elena always got very good grades, when Elena got into high school she started to find herself more and more attracted towards women. At the time she knew that it was wrong and kept it a secret from both her friends and family up until her final year of high school, at first she told her friends who were all very supportive of her. Though when Elena came to her parents they were instantly furious and ended up kicking her out of the house. Having no where else to go she moved in with one of her friends until she finally graduated from high school and even got herself a scholarship.
When Elena tried to mend things with her family they all got into a very heated argument one night which was then her ability emerged. Elena became furious with her family eventually all of the light bulbs in her parents house exploded and everything electronic overloaded causing power to her parents whole house to shut off. Scared at what happened Elena quickly left the house, using her money from working Elena moved up to LA. Her scholarship only able to pay some of the tuition costs Elena got a part-time job at a grocery store to pay some of the bills as well as singing in bars as well for some extra money. When Elena has free time she focused on her ability having some control over it, though still at times when her emotions get the better of her, the lights or anything electronic will short circuit.

Though when the high school was attacked, the Bennet Act was quickly voted on and passed. Elizabeth to the crowd is seen as a very loving and caring person, however behind close doors she becomes very persuasive as well as manipulative and usually gets what she wants. Rumor has it that she is actually an Evo herself, but this has never been proven.
Background: Elizabeth was born and raised in LA itself, her father was the governor of California at the time and was well liked among the people while her mother was a doctor in LA. Growing up Elizabeth had a fairly normal life, until one day in high school she started hearing voices within her head. Though she kept it to herself and never revealed it to her parents, knowing that her parents would most likely send her to the looney bin she kept it to herself. In the early 2000's Elizabeth started running for public office, spending a short time as mayor of LA eventually becoming Senator of California in the Republican party. How she got into office so quickly no one knows, the moment Claire Bennet revealed the rest of the world of Evo's and knowing that there were more out there she created the organization called Quantum and has been pushing for monitor and control of all Evo's living in the US.
Quantum's goal is the capturing of dangerous Evo's and bringing them into custody as well as secretly keeping tabs on the Evo's that have caught their eye Elizabeth secretly pulls the strings while also keeping her office as Senator. There is a rumor among the other US senators that she is also an Evo, but that is a complete rumor and speculation Reyes is currently now running for President of the US.

Spring Solstice - When focusing upon the particular season of Spring, Erin is able to help both the seeds to take root and the vegetation to grow; she is also able to bring in the warmer and slightly wetter weather when she feels as though her garden is in need of a water. As a side effect of bringing along the Spring weather and climate, it tends to confuse some animals, forcing them to awaken or return due to the rise in temperature, oftentimes with newborns; it also can bring along with it increased rainfall, and may cause flooding within waterways close to where she uses her powers.
Summer Equinox - When focusing upon the particular season of Summer, Erin is able to increase the temperatures to their hottest settings, bringing on not only some of the most perfect days to hit the waves at the beach, but also some of the most scorching days of the year to those around her. However, bringing the hot Summer weather can lead to extremely dangerous side effects; if the temperatures spike too high, both heat waves and droughts may cause trouble for not only people, but also animals and vegetation as well; and while it might increase rainfall in some areas, others may receive less resulting in the increased likely-hood of wildfires.
Fall/ Autumn Solstice - When focusing upon the particular season of Autumn, also known as Fall, Erin is able to bring the temperatures back to a reasonable setting, allowing the cooler change to come through and make the days more comfortable for those around her; she is also able help her family and friends bring in bountiful harvests from their gardens. However, as a side effect of focusing upon the Autumn weather, some plants tend to grow dormant, and animals begin to prepare themselves for the cold and harsh winter weather by storing foods or traveling to warmer regions.
Winter Equinox - When focusing upon the particular season of Winter, Erin is able to decrease the temperature down to their lowest settings, not only bringing on the frosty Winter chill of the strong winds, but also some of the coldest days of the year to everyone around her; and while some areas could experience things such as snow and ice, others might only get as much as a cold Winter rainfall. As a side effect of focusing too much upon the Winter weather, animals tend to do whatever they can to warm themselves up, and tend to change their appearance in order to adapt to the colder weather.
Other: Perhaps the most notable and interesting aspect however of Erin’s ability is its dependence upon her emotional state at the time- whenever she is exceedingly calm, happy, or feels a sense of love within herself and those surrounding her, she seems to have a complete control over her abilities, and is capable of producing feats of beautiful magic; however, whenever she is feeling exceptionally nervous, sad, agitated or feels a sense of fear, her powers grow considerably unstable, and in turn can become extremely dangerous to those who are around her. Despite her instability; Erin’s ability is especially potent whenever she feels fear, causing her to act and use her powers almost on pure survival instinct- her abilities seeming to rage so far out of control that, even when restrained, she has the capability of not only changing the season within the area around her, but also effecting that of a much larger area; however, when calmed down, and once more feeling the love that those who care about her give her, she is strong enough to completely reverse the effects of her outburst, bringing back the proper seasonal weather in mere moments alone.
Personality: Seen by all those who know her to be a very sweet, charming and exceedingly graceful young woman; Erin is shown to be a quietly confident, kind-hearted and well-presented young woman, able to speak eloquently and pleasantly with all those who wish to hold a conversation with her or who wish to get to know her- helping her to create strong bonds with people that she cares about, that are tremendously hard to break. The beautiful young lady demonstrating great grace and poise when handling potentially awkward situations, doing her best to avoid ways in which might embarrass those she cares about; the girl able to hold herself in a way in which she is able to hide both her nerves and uncomfortableness, especially when in difficult circumstances that may impact both her, or anyone else that she holds dear to her heart.

Brief Biography: Bringing their one and only baby girl into the world; Damien and Claudia Chase both worked hard to raise their son and daughter as best as they possibly could, while also being sure to provide them with not only a comfortable lifestyle, but also with the best things that they could afford to buy them. Growing up in Australia with her older brother and his friends surrounding her, Erin learnt from a young age how to both look after and defend herself; her habit of hanging out with the guys in her life helping her to grow into not only a beautiful, but also a confident young lady. Wanting to do her very best and to out help her family in anyway that she possibly could; Erin threw herself deep into her studies, raising her grades as much as she could, and eventually managing to graduate high school with the highest marks of her year level. Managing to get herself accepted into the exact course that she wanted at one of the best universities in Melbourne, Erin continues to push herself as far as she can in hopes of making her family proud of her.

Personality: Seen by all those who know him to be a very outgoing, and rather extroverted young man; Dean oftentimes comes across as extremely overconfident and almost cocky in his actions towards not only others, but also towards situations that he finds himself mixed up in, or unsure about. Naturally sporty, and quite talented at things such as AFL, parkour, and swimming; Dean is an extremely and steadfastly loyal individual to all those that he considers both friends and family- never once trying or ever bothering to hide his love, support and faithfulness towards the people that he is truly comfortable around, and close to.
Initially rather shocked and quite worried when first finding out about that not only his best friend, but also his best friends little sister were both evo's; Dean, after a few encounters with just what their powers could actually do against him, became slightly traumatized and crestfallen, causing him to become more alert and more invested in the things happening around the world- however after regaining his confidence around the both of them, the young man once again relaxed into daily routine by becoming well-adjusted and completely integrated within their lives; and striving to help out, protect, and to keep their secret safe.
Known on the rare occasion to show his immense rage issues, mostly in part due to his intermittent explosive disorder; Dean can sometimes become not only impulsive and irrational, but also during the worst of times, can become downright homicidal- though with the help of his friends, family, and a mantra taught to him at a young age, he continues to do his best to curve and diffuse his episodes of pure unadulterated rage. With a high sense of moral and responsibility, and wanting nothing more than to atone for both his actions and the aftermath that come from each of his episodes; Dean harbors great remorse over his rageful and angered stints, and how they have hurt not only people around him, but also his parents and his friends- Jason and Erin in particular.

Personality: Anna is a very dangerous individual who has little regard for others and is only concerned about her own self preservation. She is mentally instable, and is prone to mood swings but hates being called out on her neurosis. She enjoys her powers, and enjoys flaunting them. She is extremely reckless often going into things without thinking them through and very destructive having a love for causing havoc. She believes those with powers are superior to those without and is only a matter of time before they reign supreme. What’s most important to her is having fun and not giving a damn what anyone else thinks. She’s extremely self centered and only cares about herself, and is quite a bit sociopathic as she enjoys causing pain.
Background: Anna’s upbringing was not exactly typical, as she was born in a research facility owned by Primatech and studied due to her parents unique abilities. She was raised in the company facility, and was separated from her parents upon birth. She was kept captive, and monitored as she was developed over the years knowing little of the outside world as she was home schooled. She was mischievous and despite being contained was always getting into trouble. Eventually something went wrong and there was a massive attack on the facility she was contained in. Some Evo being held lost control, and damage was done to the facility.
Anna was among those who survived, and escaped her ability allowing her to get rid of two surviving agents who attempted to subdue her. She quickly befriended another Evo named Glen who had been held captive by the Company for almost three years. Glen had seen Anna’s power in action and decided to take her under his wing. From then on Anna was raised by Glen, and blended into society learning more about the mysterious Company and people like her. With help from Glen who turned out to be an ex-CIA operative she managed to slowly integrate herself into normal life, although Glen always had them on to move to stay one step ahead of the Company.
Eventually this all culminated into an end after she graduated high school, when her past finally caught up with her. She was confronted by some mysterious agents, and Glen fought them. Glen ended up being murdered, but Anna managed to fight the agents and win gaining information from them about how even though the Company was disbanded, she was still a person of interest. She learned she was connected to one of the Company’s most secretive operations known as Project Infinity that was disbanded after her disappearance and the destruction of the facility she was held at. Anna determined to learn more about herself, and her past went on a mission to find out more about the mysterious Company that ruined her life.

Personality: Max is a man who is obsessed with the greater good of the world. He’s always been a big picture kind of person, and believe’s in necessary evil. He’s a man all about order to the point that some consider him OCD and will everything in his power to gain the truth as he hates people who try to deceive him. He thinks of himself as good, and will go to any lengths to protect the American people from threats. He likes to make his decisions based off logic instead of emotion and as such thinks the evolved humans need to be eradicated simply due to how dangerous they are as a species regardless of how “inhumane” some might think of that. Despite his “Hero” complex he does have some negative traits and can be a bit sexist, racist, and often judgmental. He is a prominent believer of karma, and often mentions it. He believes in a higher power and thinks that life is one big test by this higher over which may or may not be God and things such as wiping out the specials are approved by said power as it will benefit the world in his eyes.
Background: Max is a man with unfortunate upbringings. He was raised by his father who had a military background and a mother who did work in public relations. His mother was a wild carefree woman who enjoyed partying and was very irresponsible. She was the one who wound up “taking care” of Max for most of his childhood as his father was always away at work. Due to her heavy drinking problem and occasional indulgence in recreational drugs like cocaine and xanax she payed little attention to him and he was neglected.
Max was on his own and grew accustomed to being lonely but just learned to deal with it. He got into sports during middle school mainly track and football. One traumatic experience he dealt with during middle school was his mother dying due to an accident she had from driving drunk. After which he focused his life on sports, and during high school even got involved with ROTC seeming to want to follow in his father’s footsteps. He ended up going to the military after high school, and after doing time in the military managed to get a friend from the military to get him a job in security. He also got involved with arms dealing on the side to further his finances but slowly started getting less and less involved to avoid being arrested.
He moved on up in the security business, saving money, and ended up opening up as one of founding members of Quantum Industries. Unlike many others he didn't come from a background of wealth or political prestige. Thanks to his success in Quantum however his finances took a massive jump and he earned millions. He headed various black ops and security missions for Olympus proving himself as worthy of his position in the organization. He specialized in doing missions for influential and powerful people often eliminating problems or enemies they couldn't deal with directly. Although he often found himself disgusted with his new line of work he rationalized that it was for the greater good, and continued to gather intel on the various people he worked for in case he needed to black-mail them in the future. His main reasoning for getting involved was to be at the forefront of dealing with the Evo human population whom he felt was the world's greatest threat and needed to be controlled. He used his various resources to form Evo's Anonymous a support group for Evo's all around the United States posing as a charitable man who wanted to do his best to improve Evo-Human relations. Behind closed doors he utilized the charity group to go one step further then the government and reach out to Evo's who evaded the law hoping to bring them to justice. He's used his position of power to support numerous anti evo laws, and hopes that with Quantum he can help the world put in an end to the threat of Evo's once and for all.

Personality: West is a man who's not allowed the world to wear him down and still has hope for the future. He's a strong supporter of Evo rights and believes the world needs to see the good Evo's can do with their abilities. He has a strong distaste for criminals and those who seek to evade the law for whatever reasons. He has a black and white morality believing people are either inherently good or bad. He enjoys using his ability and is not above using it for his own benefit if he thinks it's for the best. He has little faith in most organizations whether it be government or religion based. He thinks everyone should think for themselves, and that ultimately the power to govern should rest in the hands of the citizens. He will go out of his way to help those he deems innocents, and will be relentless in his efforts to wipe out those he deems as a threat to others. He has a dark sense of humor and enjoys taunting and breaking down people whom he feels are nothing but scum. He has a strong sense of morality and overall always believes that doing the right thing is always the best thing. He is a strong supporter of equality, and has little tolerance for those with differing views whether it be racism or sexism.
Background: West Coleman was born and raised in an average middle class home. He had a pretty normal upbringing and was raised by two loving parents who instilled in him from a young age a sense of morality. His parents were both loving christians who raised him up in the religion and he was a happy follower. However as he entered middle school and was exposed to other kids and other views he began questioning God and his religion. He was struggling with the concept of believing in an all powerful loving creator when there was so much pain and suffering in the world. These beliefs caused him to begin drifting from his religious upbringing although he remained close to his parents. He decided he needed to focus on other things and got involved with running track and that was his thing all the way through high school. Shortly after graduation he was making preparations to go to college on a track scholarship in New York.
However things took a turn for the worst during a breaking and entering of his home a month after his graduation in which he was shot in the leg while defending his parents. He managed to recover but was told he'd never be able to run like he was able to before, and that meant his track scholarship was gone. This event further caused him to loose what little remaining faith he had, and wondered what he'dd one to deserve this. He ended up working some low paying jobs while still living at home, and opted to join the military. Shortly after he went off to basic training and started his military career. He had a succesful year and a half before he was dishonorably discharged for going against his superiors orders in order to rescue his fellow soldiers on a mission. During this rescue his power manifested for the first time, however he passed out right after so he was oblivious to his superhuman abilities.
After his short and unsuccessful stint in the military he returned back to the states and living with his parents once again. He ended up manifesting his ability back home a couple weeks before Claire exposed Evo's to the world. Realizing what he was and that he was not alone he sought to hone his powers to use them for good. With the tide of public opinion in America and the rest of the world shifting to heavily anti evo he felt it was his calling to make amends for his people and show the good that evo's could do among the various disasters that were happening as a result of their powers. He ended up landing a well paying security job and was able to move out of his parents house hold. Now on his own he become an Evo activist being vocal about his support of Evo rights while keeping his own identity a secret. However as the Evo Registration Act was passed, and the World Governments began cracking down on Evo's stripping them of their rights he felt speaking was not enough. He decided it was time to show the world the positive side of people with powers, and turned to vigilantism hoping that using his powers to help cleanse the world of crime would show the benefit of keeping Evo's around and preventing their extermination at the hands of those who feared them.

With super human muscles, Casper’s strength is far beyond that of any ordinary person. While not visible upon Casper's frame, his strength is quite fearful. Due to the fact that Casper's body would break under the sheer pressure of his strength, Casper's power is accompanied by enhanced durability, but only enough to prevent his power from being harmful to himself. As of now it does not effect Casper's exterior frame further than protecting him from lighter bludgeoning.
Passive:
Casper's strength is on par with ten grown men at all times, greatly enhancing his capabilities such as power and speed.
Active:
With enough adrenaline, Casper can infuse his muscles further and gain more strength, however it drains him drastically and leaves him incredibly fatigued once the adrenaline leaves his frame. At this level he could rip a vault door from place but it would leave him tired and useless until he manages a good rest.
Drawbacks & Weaknesses:
Casper have no defensive powers. His skin is just as vulnerable to blades and bullets as any other’s.
He has no tricks up his sleeve. Casper's power is very straight forward and enhances his physical capabilities but it doesn’t stretch beyond that. He cannot ever lift a truck or toss a car. The latter could be possible if Casper activates his powers further but it would leave him fatigued and drained.
If Casper stays in his 'powered' mode for too long, his body will start hurting and the next day it will feel like he has been through a heavy workout and he’ll be incredibly sore.

“People always look at me and go ‘Hey, lil’ emo shit!’, and then it fades to black. I mean, fuckin’ hell, someone’s gotta’ stand up for me, right? Ugh, we already live in a world where those with power are being treated like shit because everyone else is too small and scared to deal with this little thing called evolution. So, what am I like? I don’t talk much, I really don’t. There isn’t that much to say. I do tend to get lost in thought, though. Yeah, that always happens. People can talk to me and whatever and then I just…phase out. Hey, it’s not my fault! If people were a bit more interestin’, maybe I’d actually freakin’ listen!
Anyways, I get that I’m coming off as some kind of bitter asshole but that’s probably ‘cause I am. When you’ve been so far in bullshit throughout your life that you can barely see the sun, you just stop givin’ a fuck. Believe it or not, I actually do stand up for the little guy, me mostly. Though, I do protect the underdog from a bully if that shit happens around me. I can’t freakin’ stand assholes, can barely stand myself.
‘What’s with the cynical view’, right? Well, believe it or not, being an asshat aside, I can be a really good guy. I stick to myself, treat those who treat me well with respect and knock the living shit out of those who think they can fuck with me. It’s a rather easy principle to live by. Yeah, I get it, I don’t act the way I look. Small, fragile, kinda’ cute according to some…well, that’s what I look like. I don’t eat my vegetables.
If I could summarise myself with three words it would probably be…fuck it, I’ll just summarise myself with a few more sentences. I’m quiet, I stick to myself and I like keeping out of other peoples’ business. Though, I’m also a no-bullshit kinda’ guy and I stand up against inequality. No, not that fucking wallflower, oversensitive safe space bullshit, I stand up against people who try to knock others down and try to make sure that the person I help grow a fuckin’ spine so they can stand up for themselves in the future. We live in an ugly fuckin’ world and no amount of precious bullshit will change that. Either you toughen up, or the world will break ya’, it’s that friggin’ simple. Now, we all need help once in a while. Help is always good and I’m not too proud to accept it, but help is just that, it’s ‘help’. You need to be able to stand up on your on two feet in order to use help in an efficient way because believe me, no one’s gonna’ solve your shit for you.

I mean, I guess I’ve lived a normal enough life in school n’ shit. No, I haven’t had many friends throughout my life, mostly just one or two that came and went. I pretty much just went with the flow, you know? I never expect anyone to stick around for very long, and they don’t really change that view for me, ya’ know?
So my family, in other words me and my shit faced ma’ spend all of our time tryin’ to scrape by. I’m sure you’ve heard countless stories like this, all sad and whatnot. So, my power actually started showin’ rather recently. I’ve always been a no bullshit kinda’ guy, always stood up for myself and all that crap, but one day when some big ass bully tried to get me acquainted with the floor, I punched him hard enough to send the fucker into the lockers and then some. Fuckin’ hell, we were all surprised. I was called and freak and what have ya’, but I was a bit preoccupied tryin’ to understand what had changed. See I’m a -very- scrawny guy, right? I have this superpower but fuckin’ hell, look at me! I don’t have a single friggin’ muscle on my body. It’s hilarious when people mess with me, they don’t expect this shit, hehe.
There isn’t much to say about my home life. I still live with ma’, she’s still cracked out on the couch most of the time and I’m left cleanin’ up her fuckin’ mess. ‘Course I wanna’ get out, you know? I mean, I want another life but I know that it’s a waste of time walkin’ around with those thoughts, ya’ know? I am where I am and I deal with it. I’d like to think that I’m a decent chef, I guess. I’ve cooked for ma’ and myself for a very long time and I’ve gotten a bit better at it through the years. I’m also a neat freak. Yeah, I know…livin’ in a ghetto and a run down neighbourhood you’d think that I don’t give a shit but you know what? I do, so fuck you. My house has to be friggin’ spotless! I make sure it is.
When I was a kid, well…smaller, mom used to hit me. She’d get drunk or cracked up and then hit me when she got angry. ‘Course, when she sobered up she’d cry her fuckin’ eyes out and hug me n’ all that shit but in the end, none of it really mattered anymore. She doesn’t hit me now, though…mainly because she’s gettin’ old and she’s too tired to even move. Of course I could beat the livin’ daylights outta’ her but what kinda’ swine beats his own ma’? I would never do that.
So, on to other things. Hm, yeah, I’ve had a crush on a few people in school. Though, I’ve never really pursued the feelin’s. I mean, who’s wanna’ be with a freak like me with a cracked up ma’ and poor as shit? Well, fuck if I know but I’m not about to tickle that shark. There was this one boy, though…damn he was handsome. You know, like in the story books, hehe…he had golden blonde hair, sky blue eyes and a smile that could melt a winter night…yeah I like poetry, shut it. His name was Aiden and he was part of the school’s football team. I always used to look at him longingly but you know how these stories usually go in real life…he had a girlfriend. Then again, even if he didn’t, it’s not like I’d make a move…I’m too much of a chicken to do that. Yeah, I think we found the one place I won’t stand tall, it’s in love. I’d like to believe I’m a lion most of the time but in love…yeah, there I’m just a kitten.
Well, something else important that happened to me was that when my power got developed, I had to register that crap. You know, so that the government can keep track of me in case I go apeshit...After that little meeting I had with Creg, the bully who tried to beat me up, I was suspended from school for a while, met a buncha' governmental assholes and was put in a special school for freaks. Yeah, that event got me in a shit ton of trouble and I got my ass a warning. Anyways, the school...it's lovely there, really...everyone can blow the shit outta' the place at any given moment, makes us all feel safe.

Personality: One word - sociopath. Although at times she may seem joyful and carefree she can be suspected to sudden and violent moods swings without warning. Being a sociopath she is incapable of empathising with others and doesn't feel remorse nor guilt for any of her actions. Although at times she may come across as being caring she most definitely isn't, it's merely an act to get what she wants. Johanna generally views others as "toys" or even "pets" who are only there for her personal amusement or to be used for her own benefits. She really seems to enjoy her job and isn't hesitant to do whatever it takes to get the job done even if it means throwing some of her own comrades in the firing line...and at times she has even toyed with her own life. Killing comes easily and often done for the pure pleasure of it, annoyance, negative mood, boredom or for just no real reason at all (i.e. If someone looks at her funny). Background: Born in Australia, Johanna became an orphan at a very young age. Her parents were out in the town one night celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary when they never returned home. At first they were reported as missing but a week later her parents bodies show up mutilated in the front yard of their family home. Unfortunately for Johanna she was the one who found the bodies. The images of her parents lifeless bodies still haunts her dreams many nights. Because her parents never established a will stating who will receive custody of Johanna if they die she was take away by child services and placed in an orphanage.
Being a small scared young girl she immediately found herself on the bottom of the food chain. The constant teasing, bullying and the fact that they never found her parents killer caused her to become severely depressed to the point she would just lay silently on her mattress not bothering to even get up to eat or drink. Finally what seemed like an eternity to her she was adopted by a young loving couple..so she had thought.
At first glanced everything seemed pleasant but as the days passed the couples true colours appeared. They had some serious marital issues and even though they were constantly bickering with one another the physical abuse was all direct at Johanna. She was abused throughout her teenage years and like bullying that took place in the orphanage she just took it on, like it was normal.
Then one day she decides to invite a boy over when her adoptive parents were out for dinner. Any visitors were heavily forbidden but she couldn't resist he was the first real friend she had ever had. To her and the boy's misfortune her adoptive parents come home early. Johanna was ready to take the usual beating however her adoptive parents had other ideas of punishment that night. Her adoptive father forced himself onto her whilst his wife constrained the boy to watch. That's when she broke. Her ability awakens with no control, just pure rage. All the emotion she subdued for all those years was finally being released. The result ends with the bloody death of her adoptive parents. After realising what she had done Johanna begs the boy to keep quiet but he's so afraid by what he had witnessed he calls the cops. She tries to spot him but in her confused and frightened state she ends up levitating the boy above the dining room table. Hearing the boy cry out for help she panics and her concentration drops causing the boy to simultaneously drop. On his way down he ends up knocking his head hard on the corner of the table. Before she can check whether his still breathing the authorities arrive. Seeing the horrific scene in front of them they immediately arrest her and take her to county jail.
Johanna spends a couple of nights in county jail before a group of mysterious men in black suits arrive. She is released into their custody, taken to America with all charges dropped. She thought maybe her luck had finally changed. She could start fresh. Free...but little did she know, she was being recruited.
At first they trained her to be protection against the other evolved. They ran multiple test and pushed her constantly to her limits. Then suddenly out of the blue their agenda changed and instead of being a defence she was now being trained into a weapon. They attempted to institutionalise her, but her mind proved to be too unstable for the results they wanted. However, her power was far too valuable to be just terminated.
Johanna now serves Quantum with the mission of exterminating her targets...EVOS.

Background: Alfie didn’t have the easiest life growing up and seemed to have this constant urge to be more than he was and to do more. He had gotten the short stick in life, his parents neglected him as soon as he was born which meant that he was forced to entertain himself throughout his whole life as he had no siblings.
Due to growing up neglected and alone he struggled with social relationships and had a hard time relating to others his age who always seemed to be much happier and sociable then he was. This led to him becoming a loner most of his life, and spending his time getting lost in books and the internet constantly seeking out information to fill the void in his life from being alone.
He never thought things would improve even after graduating high school until his ability manifested and he was able to replicate himself meaning he finally had someone to talk too. He became his one best friend. Alfie quickly found out ways to use this power to his favour and finally got what he felt he deserved out of life. After Claire jumped off the Ferris Wheel and exposed Evo's he realized he was not alone and that there were others out there just like him. At first he sought to find other Evo's to fill the initial void of loneliness that his power had cured but he still somehow longed for that ‘real’ friend.
After a whole lot of failed attempts, he finally realized he actually liked being alone and had grown to become self-sufficient. With the anti Evo sentiment rising across the globe Alfie began to use his powers to make some money. With the nature of his power and his smarts he went into the fake I.D business, and made a killing financially helping Evo's after the Evo Registration Act was passed. His actions attracted the attention of Quantum who sought to recruit him but instead decided to establish a sort of partnership with him offering him protection in exchange for his occasional services.

Personality: Norman could be described as socially awkward. He prefers not to talk to people, and if forced into a conversation will often stutter, stammer, and generally be awkward, similar to his namesake. Unlike his namesake, however, he isn't a murderous psychopath, so that's good. To help his stammer, he's been prescribed medical marijuana, which does help it substantially.
Anyhow, Norman loves to do math problems and also likes to think things over, which of course led him to his job as an accountant. In his free time, Norman programs sites for a few extra bucks and will occasionally hack into user accounts on social media and forums 'for shits and giggles' as he puts it. Background: Norman was born into a family of cinematography fans, and was named after Norman Bates from the Alfred Hitchcock movie 'Psycho'. He was the youngest of four children: his eldest brother, Stanley (named after the director Stanley Kubrick), who was four years older than him, his eldest sister, Rachael (named after the female lead in Blade Runner), who was two years older than him, and his brother Luke (named after Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars trilogy), who a year older than him. He preferred to play alone and isolate himself from his family, only talking to them and being near them during dinner, holidays, and on family movie night. Because of his constant isolation, Norman never really developed social skills, and went to school barely able to speak, and, of course, was insulted and beat up.
It seemed that every day, Norman came home with a new bruise or a new scab, until one day; after a boy who was much larger than him buried his toy truck in sand, Norman pulled the toy out and wailed on the larger boy with it, hitting him HARD in various places and leaving him with a broken wrist and quite a few bruises. After that, no one picked on Norman all the way through elementary school, and even through some of middle school, until one day he was stuffed into a locker for his small frame by the same larger boy and the insults resumed. Of course, Norman didn't really care, and continued to isolate himself. After he graduated, Norman went to college and graduated with a bachelor's degree in engineering. So what was the perfect job for him? Sitting in front of a desk all day, pressing buttons and keeping track of finances. Background: Growing up, Jack and his family were not well of in terms of money. His mother got by but just barely. Nothing special ever happened in Jacks life, it was a very average life to live. He had a few close friends he would spend time with, he would occasionally drink, but often smoked. Nothing out of the ordinary happened to him until his 21st birthday. Being his 21st birthday he had a big birthday bash, plenty of weed and alcohol for all. After having many drinks he decided it was time to play five finger fillet. He grabbed a kitchen knife and gathered people around and began while singing the new song that had become all the craze. Once things started speeding up he lost control and stabbed one of his fingers. There was a small panic at first but Jack quickly reassured every one that it was just a cut and everything was fine. He bandaged himself up and went on as though nothing had happened, the party continued. The next morning he woke up to find that there was no wound from the previous night. This is when Jacks normal life became interesting. Knowing full well he should have had a gash from that knife he immediately went to google for help. At first he thought he just was able to heal incredibly fast. Super human in fact. Jack tested himself to see if this was the case. He would cut himself on his upper arms to see how fast he could heal. As time passed he learned he could do so much more than heal. He figured out that he could change his body in a way that nobody else could. He could change features of his face, colors of his hair and eyes. It was then that he figured out he could manipulate his own biology. Once he figured this out he really started to progress. Being a fan of video games he knew of someone who could do the same thing as he could. He used this for reference when testing his powers for manipulating his body. This power gave him the mind set that he could finally make a difference in this world. And that's what he was going to do.

When Riley was ten years old she started getting visions of other people who had abilities though she originally just thought that they were dreams. Then when Claire Bennet jumped off the Ferris Wheel about a year later exposing Evos to the rest of the world, she then started putting two and two together. As violence between regulars and Evos started Riley tried to ignore what was going on in the news, Riley living in a small town outside of LA they didn't have to many places to set up the blood tests and so far has not been shown up as an evo and hopes to remain it that way.

Background: Evan comes from a somewhat priveledged back-ground as his father was a criminal prosecutor in D.C, and his mother was a criminal defense attorney. His house-hold was heated as his parents had very different views on everything criminal justice included. Evan was none the less exposed to the best of the best education wise and went to private school all the way through eigth grade. It was only after a long talk with his parents he was allowed to attend public school with the majority of the rest of of his friends. He made his parents proud however as he made excellent grades, got involved with student government, and managed to earn a scholarship to attend NYU.
Upon going to NYU he continued his success, although he was immersed in various distractions that came with his newfound freedom namely booze, and women his number one vices. Although despite that he still did well in school but disappointed his family when he decided not to follow their foot-steps and changed his major from political science to journalism. It was during this time in college that he dealt with a major scandal when it was found out his father had accepted numerous bribes over a five year period and lost his position and was sentenced to prison. Shortly after graduating college Evan was distraught and spoke with his father who claimed he was framed because he refused to accept a bribe and wanted to prosecute a powerful corrupt politician. Evan had faith in his father, and believed him even the rest of the world including his mother didn't.
He went on to become a succesful journalist and within two years of his career managed to prove his father's innocence. He was happy to help his father out and help put a corrupt politician who shockingly had a bright future ahead of him behind guards. He's gone on to continue in his career determined to expose the truth knowing that lies can destroy lives.

Background: Jason was born into an interracial family with a caucasian father who was high up in law enforcement, and a mother who worked as a succesful attorney owning her own law firm in Atlanta. Jason was the first born having two younger siblings both female. Due to this Jason had somewhat of a nice upbringing and loving relationship with his parents who only wanted the best for him. While his parents were great at parenting they weren't great at loving each other, and Jason was subject to several of their vicious arguments. Seeing his parents marriage dissolve made him believe that love was just a myth and caused him to be more concerned about himself rather then others. Jason was always bright in school and was ahead of his peers preferring the company of adults. Due to his maturity his parents had a great deal of trust in him and let him do his own thing.
Jason was all around a succesful person growing up in more areas then one grades, sports, and his greatest love music. After proving his dedication his parents agreed to pay for his piano lessons and this only further cemented his love for music. However one of the main conditions was he stayed in sports and so he continued to excel in both football and basketball. However by the time college came around he stopped taking basketball as serious and focused on football wanting to get a scholarship as his parents vowed not to support him unless he was able to somewhat support himself. To this end by the time he was a junior in high school he got into producing hoping to make a name for himself with music. Around this time his life took a turn for the worst when his father went down during an investigation that uncovered he'd been involved in some illegal activity.
Jason was devastated at his father's imprisonment and was quick to believe his father when he proclaimed innocence. Still with his father behind bars half of his income was gone his family was forced to downsize how they were living and adjust financially. Jason who'd grown accustom to a certain life style was hit hard but more importantly wanted his father to be free. Around this time he started smoking marijuana something he felt help him adjust to everything he was going through while also helping him creatively with his musical endeavors. During his senior year of high school his mother had a mental break down from the stress of everything going on and quickly became an un-fit parent. She soon lost her job, and was put on medication by her doctor. For the first time Jason realized he was on his own and had to take care of his mother while also helping raise his sisters who were freshmen in high school. To this end Jason decided to not just smoke marijuana but sell it as well getting into the drug business the very thing that his father was accused of doing.
Thanks to his smarts and sense of business Jason was quite succesful in the business, and made quite a killing due to the profit margin in New York. He had also gotten a regular job at a clothing store as a cover but made far more money selling drugs, and used the excess money to help his family while also opening up his own studio to further his music career. Although he never struck gold his music career did begin to pick up by the time he graduated high school. He went on to accept a scholarship playing football but was involved in a devastating car accident a month before he was suppose to start. He managed to recover but he was in no condition to play and so he lost his scholarship. Still thanks to his excellent grades and economic situation he had a partial scholarship based on his grades as well as financial aid so he still went on to go to California. Going to California and dealing with the high cost of living he quickly realized drugs were going to help him to survive. However marijuana wasn't as profitable of a business in a place with an abundance of marijuana so he moved up the ladder. Luckily being a freshmen on a college campus he had plenty exposure to drugs and people who wanted to do them. He quickly got involved with moving prescription drugs and cocaine wanting to make a killing financially. It was during this time however that he grew cocky and the LAPD went to look into a suspected stash house that he happened to be in. The person leading this investigation was none other then a top ranking cop Matt Parkman.
However a miracle occurred and his ability manifested for the first time when he confornted Matt, and a surge of energy flowed through him causing him to drain Matt of the majority of his energy as well as releasing a blast that decimated most of the stash house and the only survivors where him and the comatose cop. He fled the scene and as this happened shortly after Claire had exposed Evo's to the world he realized what he was. He was at first astonished by his powers but quickly grew into them believing he deserved them and was meant for great things. His focus then went on honing his powers and experimenting with psychedelic drugs which strengthened his delusions of grandeur. Soon after he resumed his activities in the criminal enterprise and managed to stay one step ahead of the authorities in more ways then one including staying ahead of the Evo authorities. Ro'kenhronteys/ Evil Sandman - Commonly referred to by the Native American people as Ro'kenhronteys, Jaidyn is more than capable of becoming an evil dream spirit whenever he feels as though he, his family, or his friends are in danger; the young man choosing to attack his victims or targets in their dreams by using their guilt against them, eventually and more times than none, driving them to suicide. Waiting patiently for the person he has targeted to fall asleep; he proceeds to then fill their eyes with his sand, forcing them to have to face him in his dream realm- using their guilt of past situations, mostly guilt of betrayal or turning a blind eye to another's plight, against them in order to get information that he so wants or desires.
Though not many have heard of his more demonic side, there is only one way in which others can use to ward and protect themselves from him, that being a symbol working similar to how the cross is supposed to ward away the Devil- and while the only way in which he can be stopped and forced to let the target go is if that person faces their own personal challenge by owning up to, and accepting what it is they did to end up under his wrath, if they don't however... the experience more times than none drives them to suicide, and once the person is dead, their eyeballs pop leaving behind nothing but the sand in which he marked them with.

Personality: Jaenelle is a very serious person and most times has an unreadable expression. Though only recently has she begin killing evos she has the face of a stone cold killer. She knew when Quantum Industries approached her that if she wanted to do this she would have to live without emotions. That was the day she locked them away and turned into an assassin for Q.I.
Background: Jaenelle grew up alone with her mother and older brother Dylan, but was a happy child none the less. One day when stopping by the bank with her mother a couple of masked men rushed in and started waving guns around. Terrified, she stood still while her mother stepped in front of her should anything happen. Suddenly a gunshot was fired into the chest of the baker. She didn't understand what was going on at the time but the banker had pushed the emergency button. Suddenly one of the men reached his arm out towards her mother and made the motion as if he had grabbed her and thrown her to the floor, which resulted in her being flung to the floor. She didn't understand what was happening he didn't even touch her. The other guy yelled at him saying he wasn't supposed to use that. They started shouting for the money.
Then there was another gun shot. Her mom was gone. She stood still in shock not knowing what to do. Then tears welled up in her eyes. She had to do something to stop this madness. She looked around for something to throw at the robbers, she didn't know if that would do anything but it was all she could think to do. Seeing nothing nearby she removed she shoes and through one at the man who killed her mother, then another at his partner in crime. The shoes sailed and hit them both in the head knocking them out cold. She didn't realise what she had done but that was her first time using her ability. Shortly after the cops arrived to clean up.
After the incident her and her brother were taken to their closest living relative, Krystee. Krystee never had children of her own, and though upset at the loss of her sister, she was happy that she could be there for the kids. From that point on most aspects of her life were as normal as they could be.
Because of the incident, once she was old enough, she got a part time job and bought a hand gun. She would go to the shooting range as often as possible and practice so that if it should ever come down to it she could stop anything like this ever happening again.
Nobody believed her when she told them about the man throwing her mother down without even touching her, so Jaenelle stopped believing as well. Until one day when a young girl jumped from a Ferris wheel, and survived. This was when the evos were exposed and her hatred for them began. It was one of them who took her mother from her. Now she had all the more reason to practice her sharpshooting skills.
It wasn't long after the evos were revealed that they started testing. To her it was just annoying, she was positive she was human. But her blood said otherwise. She was in utter shock when she found out that she was the thing she hated most. She tried arguing that it couldn't be true but there was no changing the result.
After that she was taken to a testing facility where they would run a variety of tests to determine her ability. They started by asking if she had any extraordinary talents. She told them about how good of a marksman she was so they started testing her ability right away. They put her in a room with bullet proof glass windows and a gun sitting on a table. Down the room were a few targets for her to show them what she does best. At first they couldn't tell if she was just a great aim or if there was something more too it; so they injected her with adrenaline and gave her moving targets. The bullets she shot while on the adrenaline would target the targets and even follow them as they moved. She was labeled a class 3 evo and given an I.D.
Shortly after her testing she was approached by a member of the organization asking her if she would be interested in joining with them. She asked if she could have some time to think it over, they gave her one night to think about it.
She went home that evening and called her brother. She hadn't talked to him since He moved away shortly after the incident. She told him she was an evo and he accepted that. In fact he told her that he was an evo as well. She wasn't as accepting as he. Her brother advised against it, but she couldn't let go the fact that an evo killed her mother.
The next day she went back to Q.I. and accepted the offer. They offered her top of the line weapons that she could only get through the government and training. Since then she had gone out 3 times to elliminate a target, and succeeded. She had become accustomed to a l115a3 AWM I'm her practices and assignments. Now she just waited for Q.I to contact her about her next target.

Personality: When on the job Dylan is a motivating individual with charisma. But when he's not working he keeps to himself. He's the guy you ask, why are you so quiet? Even though his sister has chosen to hunt down evos and kill them like animals, he is very protective of his little sister. The more you get to know him the more he comes out of his shell.
Background: Dylan grew up with his sister and his mother until one day they went to the bank, and their mother didn't come back. He was devastated at the loss of his mother and was not afraid to shed many tears for her.
After the incident they were taken to their Aunts to live with. Dylan had other plans though. It took Dylan some time, but after 2 years he had gotten a job and saved up money to move away. He couldn't stand to be in the same town his mother died in, so he moved as far away as possible.
Shortly after he had moved away Dylan was walking home late one night after a party. He had a few to drink and felt it better to be safe than sorry. While walking home he thought he heard another pair of footsteps following him, but every time he looked back there was nothing. Until suddenly he heard a voice tell him to hand over everything. Holding his head high he turned around to look at his attacker. The attacker told him he should stop and continue facing the other way but Dylan didn't listen. And as soon as a he turned to look at the mugger a gunshot was fired. Inches away from his face the bullet suddenly ricocheted off of what seemed to be nothing. This was his first time using his ability, it scared both him and the thief though. The thief ran off not sure what to make of this madness and Dylan stood there in awe of what had just occurred. He tried to figure out what had happened to him but kept on ending up empty handed.
As the years passed he made contraptions to fire rocks and such at him while he would attempt to do what he did the night he was mugged. There were many failed attempts before he was able to redirect the rocks that were shot at him.
Even more years passed and he realized that he wasn't just able to deflect bullets or incoming projectiles. He could just simply move things if he wanted.
Luckily he got years of practice in before they started testing to see who were evos and who weren't. After that the evos had to be registered. Dylan went from feeling pretty good to being a monkey on a chain.
Shortly after they started registering evos he was contacted by his sister, telling him she was an evo as well. He hadn't heard from her since he moved out on his own. He was joyous to know she had abilities, and he told her of his own. Unfortunately she wasn't as happy as he. She told him of her offer to work with Quantum and he told her she shouldn't do it.
He assumed she would do it anyways, but he had chosen a different path. He wanted to help the evos not kill them. Hating the evos because they had killed mother was like hating all gun owners because someone has killed with a gun. It didn't make sense to him, but he couldn't even imagine the horror she must have witnessed. He would do what he could for the evos but should worse come to worse, his little sister was his number one priority.

Background: Anna’s upbringing was not exactly typical, as she was born in a research facility owned by Primatech and studied due to her parents unique abilities. She was raised in the company facility, and was separated from her parents upon birth. She was kept captive, and monitored as she was developed over the years knowing little of the outside world as she was home schooled. She was mischievous and despite being contained was always getting into trouble. Eventually something went wrong and there was a massive attack on the facility she was contained in. Some Evo being held lost control, and damage was done to the facility.
Anna was among those who survived, and escaped her ability allowing her to get rid of two surviving agents who attempted to subdue her. She quickly befriended another Evo named Glen who had been held captive by the Company for almost three years. Glen had seen Anna’s power in action and decided to take her under his wing. From then on Anna was raised by Glen, and blended into society learning more about the mysterious Company and people like her. With help from Glen who turned out to be an ex-CIA operative she managed to slowly integrate herself into normal life, although Glen always had them on to move to stay one step ahead of the Company.
Eventually this all culminated into an end after she graduated high school, when her past finally caught up with her. She was confronted by some mysterious agents, and Glen fought them. Glen ended up being murdered, but Anna managed to fight the agents and win gaining information from them about how even though the Company was disbanded, she was still a person of interest. She learned she was connected to one of the Company’s most secretive operations known as Project Infinity that was disbanded after her disappearance and the destruction of the facility she was held at. Anna determined to learn more about herself, and her past went on a mission to find out more about the mysterious Company that ruined her life.

Background: Max is a man with unfortunate upbringings. He was raised by his father who had a military background and a mother who did work in public relations. His mother was a wild carefree woman who enjoyed partying and was very irresponsible. She was the one who wound up “taking care” of Max for most of his childhood as his father was always away at work. Due to her heavy drinking problem and occasional indulgence in recreational drugs like cocaine and xanax she payed little attention to him and he was neglected.
Max was on his own and grew accustomed to being lonely but just learned to deal with it. He got into sports during middle school mainly track and football. One traumatic experience he dealt with during middle school was his mother dying due to an accident she had from driving drunk. After which he focused his life on sports, and during high school even got involved with ROTC seeming to want to follow in his father’s footsteps. He ended up going to the military after high school, and after doing time in the military managed to get a friend from the military to get him a job in security. He also got involved with arms dealing on the side to further his finances but slowly started getting less and less involved to avoid being arrested.
He moved on up in the security business, saving money, and ended up opening up as one of founding members of Quantum Industries. Unlike many others he didn't come from a background of wealth or political prestige. Thanks to his success in Quantum however his finances took a massive jump and he earned millions. He headed various black ops and security missions for Olympus proving himself as worthy of his position in the organization. He specialized in doing missions for influential and powerful people often eliminating problems or enemies they couldn't deal with directly. Although he often found himself disgusted with his new line of work he rationalized that it was for the greater good, and continued to gather intel on the various people he worked for in case he needed to black-mail them in the future. His main reasoning for getting involved was to be at the forefront of dealing with the Evo human population whom he felt was the world's greatest threat and needed to be controlled. He used his various resources to form Evo's Anonymous a support group for Evo's all around the United States posing as a charitable man who wanted to do his best to improve Evo-Human relations. Behind closed doors he utilized the charity group to go one step further then the government and reach out to Evo's who evaded the law hoping to bring them to justice. He's used his position of power to support numerous anti evo laws, and hopes that with Quantum he can help the world put in an end to the threat of Evo's once and for all.

Background: West Coleman was born and raised in an average middle class home. He had a pretty normal upbringing and was raised by two loving parents who instilled in him from a young age a sense of morality. His parents were both loving christians who raised him up in the religion and he was a happy follower. However as he entered middle school and was exposed to other kids and other views he began questioning God and his religion. He was struggling with the concept of believing in an all powerful loving creator when there was so much pain and suffering in the world. These beliefs caused him to begin drifting from his religious upbringing although he remained close to his parents. He decided he needed to focus on other things and got involved with running track and that was his thing all the way through high school. Shortly after graduation he was making preparations to go to college on a track scholarship in New York.
However things took a turn for the worst during a breaking and entering of his home a month after his graduation in which he was shot in the leg while defending his parents. He managed to recover but was told he'd never be able to run like he was able to before, and that meant his track scholarship was gone. This event further caused him to loose what little remaining faith he had, and wondered what he'dd one to deserve this. He ended up working some low paying jobs while still living at home, and opted to join the military. Shortly after he went off to basic training and started his military career. He had a succesful year and a half before he was dishonorably discharged for going against his superiors orders in order to rescue his fellow soldiers on a mission. During this rescue his power manifested for the first time, however he passed out right after so he was oblivious to his superhuman abilities.
After his short and unsuccessful stint in the military he returned back to the states and living with his parents once again. He ended up manifesting his ability back home a couple weeks before Claire exposed Evo's to the world. Realizing what he was and that he was not alone he sought to hone his powers to use them for good. With the tide of public opinion in America and the rest of the world shifting to heavily anti evo he felt it was his calling to make amends for his people and show the good that evo's could do among the various disasters that were happening as a result of their powers. He ended up landing a well paying security job and was able to move out of his parents house hold. Now on his own he become an Evo activist being vocal about his support of Evo rights while keeping his own identity a secret. However as the Evo Registration Act was passed, and the World Governments began cracking down on Evo's stripping them of their rights he felt speaking was not enough. He decided it was time to show the world the positive side of people with powers, and turned to vigilantism hoping that using his powers to help cleanse the world of crime would show the benefit of keeping Evo's around and preventing their extermination at the hands of those who feared them.

With super human muscles, Casper’s strength is far beyond that of any ordinary person. While not visible upon Casper's frame, his strength is quite fearful. Due to the fact that Casper's body would break under the sheer pressure of his strength, Casper's power is accompanied by enhanced durability, but only enough to prevent his power from being harmful to himself. As of now it does not effect Casper's exterior frame further than protecting him from lighter bludgeoning.
Passive:
Casper's strength is on par with ten grown men at all times, greatly enhancing his capabilities such as power and speed.
Active:
With enough adrenaline, Casper can infuse his muscles further and gain more strength, however it drains him drastically and leaves him incredibly fatigued once the adrenaline leaves his frame. At this level he could rip a vault door from place but it would leave him tired and useless until he manages a good rest.
Drawbacks & Weaknesses:
Casper have no defensive powers. His skin is just as vulnerable to blades and bullets as any other’s.
He has no tricks up his sleeve. Casper's power is very straight forward and enhances his physical capabilities but it doesn’t stretch beyond that. He cannot ever lift a truck or toss a car. The latter could be possible if Casper activates his powers further but it would leave him fatigued and drained.
If Casper stays in his 'powered' mode for too long, his body will start hurting and the next day it will feel like he has been through a heavy workout and he’ll be incredibly sore.

I’m quiet, I stick to myself and I like keeping out of other peoples’ business. Though, I’m also a no-bullshit kinda’ guy and I stand up against inequality. No, not that fucking wallflower, oversensitive safe space bullshit, I stand up against people who try to knock others down and try to make sure that the person I help grow a fuckin’ spine so they can stand up for themselves in the future. We live in an ugly fuckin’ world and no amount of precious bullshit will change that. Either you toughen up, or the world will break ya’, it’s that friggin’ simple. Now, we all need help once in a while. Help is always good and I’m not too proud to accept it, but help is just that, it’s ‘help’. You need to be able to stand up on your on two feet in order to use help in an efficient way because believe me, no one’s gonna’ solve your shit for you.

I’ve always been a no bullshit kinda’ guy, always stood up for myself and all that crap, but one day when some big ass bully tried to get me acquainted with the floor, I punched him hard enough to send the fucker into the lockers and then some. Fuckin’ hell, we were all surprised. I was called and freak and what have ya’, but I was a bit preoccupied tryin’ to understand what had changed. See I’m a -very- scrawny guy, right? I have this superpower but fuckin’ hell, look at me! I don’t have a single friggin’ muscle on my body. It’s hilarious when people mess with me, they don’t expect this shit, hehe.
There isn’t much to say about my home life. I still live with ma’, she’s still cracked out on the couch most of the time and I’m left cleanin’ up her fuckin’ mess. ‘Course I wanna’ get out, you know? I mean, I want another life but I know that it’s a waste of time walkin’ around with those thoughts, ya’ know? I am where I am and I deal with it. I’d like to think that I’m a decent chef, I guess. I’ve cooked for ma’ and myself for a very long time and I’ve gotten a bit better at it through the years. I’m also a neat freak. Yeah, I know…livin’ in a ghetto and a run down neighbourhood you’d think that I don’t give a shit but you know what? I do, so fuck you. My house has to be friggin’ spotless! I make sure it is.
When I was a kid, well…smaller, mom used to hit me. She’d get drunk or cracked up and then hit me when she got angry. ‘Course, when she sobered up she’d cry her fuckin’ eyes out and hug me n’ all that shit but in the end, none of it really mattered anymore. She doesn’t hit me now, though…mainly because she’s gettin’ old and she’s too tired to even move. Of course I could beat the livin’ daylights outta’ her but what kinda’ swine beats his own ma’? I would never do that.
So, on to other things. Hm, yeah, I’ve had a crush on a few people in school. Though, I’ve never really pursued the feelin’s. I mean, who’s wanna’ be with a freak like me with a cracked up ma’ and poor as shit? Well, fuck if I know but I’m not about to tickle that shark. There was this one boy, though…damn he was handsome. You know, like in the story books, hehe…he had golden blonde hair, sky blue eyes and a smile that could melt a winter night…yeah I like poetry, shut it. His name was Aiden and he was part of the school’s football team. I always used to look at him longingly but you know how these stories usually go in real life…he had a girlfriend. Then again, even if he didn’t, it’s not like I’d make a move…I’m too much of a chicken to do that. Yeah, I think we found the one place I won’t stand tall, it’s in love. I’d like to believe I’m a lion most of the time but in love…yeah, there I’m just a kitten.
Well, something else important that happened to me was that when my power got developed, I had to register that crap. You know, so that the government can keep track of me in case I go apeshit...After that little meeting I had with Creg, the bully who tried to beat me up, I was suspended from school for a while, met a buncha' governmental assholes and was put in a special school for freaks. Yeah, that event got me in a shit ton of trouble and I got my ass a warning. Anyways, the school...it's lovely there, really...everyone can blow the shit outta' the place at any given moment, makes us all feel safe.

Being a sociopath she is incapable of empathising with others and doesn't feel remorse nor guilt for any of her actions. Although at times she may come across as being caring she most definitely isn't, it's merely an act to get what she wants. Johanna generally views others as "toys" or even "pets" who are only there for her personal amusement or to be used for her own benefits. She really seems to enjoy her job and isn't hesitant to do whatever it takes to get the job done even if it means throwing some of her own comrades in the firing line...and at times she has even toyed with her own life. Killing comes easily and often done for the pure pleasure of it, annoyance, negative mood, boredom or for just no real reason at all (i.e. If someone looks at her funny). Background: Born in Australia, Johanna became an orphan at a very young age. Her parents were out in the town one night celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary when they never returned home. At first they were reported as missing but a week later her parents bodies show up mutilated in the front yard of their family home. Unfortunately for Johanna she was the one who found the bodies. The images of her parents lifeless bodies still haunts her dreams many nights. Because her parents never established a will stating who will receive custody of Johanna if they die she was take away by child services and placed in an orphanage.
Being a small scared young girl she immediately found herself on the bottom of the food chain. The constant teasing, bullying and the fact that they never found her parents killer caused her to become severely depressed to the point she would just lay silently on her mattress not bothering to even get up to eat or drink. Finally what seemed like an eternity to her she was adopted by a young loving couple..so she had thought.
At first glanced everything seemed pleasant but as the days passed the couples true colours appeared. They had some serious marital issues and even though they were constantly bickering with one another the physical abuse was all direct at Johanna. She was abused throughout her teenage years and like bullying that took place in the orphanage she just took it on, like it was normal.
Then one day she decides to invite a boy over when her adoptive parents were out for dinner. Any visitors were heavily forbidden but she couldn't resist he was the first real friend she had ever had. To her and the boy's misfortune her adoptive parents come home early. Johanna was ready to take the usual beating however her adoptive parents had other ideas of punishment that night. Her adoptive father forced himself onto her whilst his wife constrained the boy to watch. That's when she broke. Her ability awakens with no control, just pure rage. All the emotion she subdued for all those years was finally being released. The result ends with the bloody death of her adoptive parents. After realising what she had done Johanna begs the boy to keep quiet but he's so afraid by what he had witnessed he calls the cops. She tries to spot him but in her confused and frightened state she ends up levitating the boy above the dining room table. Hearing the boy cry out for help she panics and her concentration drops causing the boy to simultaneously drop. On his way down he ends up knocking his head hard on the corner of the table. Before she can check whether his still breathing the authorities arrive. Seeing the horrific scene in front of them they immediately arrest her and take her to county jail.
Johanna spends a couple of nights in county jail before a group of mysterious men in black suits arrive. She is released into their custody, taken to America with all charges dropped. She thought maybe her luck had finally changed. She could start fresh. Free...but little did she know, she was being recruited.
At first they trained her to be protection against the other evolved. They ran multiple test and pushed her constantly to her limits. Then suddenly out of the blue their agenda changed and instead of being a defence she was now being trained into a weapon. They attempted to institutionalise her, but her mind proved to be too unstable for the results they wanted. However, her power was far too valuable to be just terminated.
Johanna now serves Quantum with the mission of exterminating her targets...EVOS.

Due to growing up neglected and alone he struggled with social relationships and had a hard time relating to others his age who always seemed to be much happier and sociable then he was. This led to him becoming a loner most of his life, and spending his time getting lost in books and the internet constantly seeking out information to fill the void in his life from being alone.
He never thought things would improve even after graduating high school until his ability manifested and he was able to replicate himself meaning he finally had someone to talk too. He became his one best friend. Alfie quickly found out ways to use this power to his favour and finally got what he felt he deserved out of life. After Claire jumped off the Ferris Wheel and exposed Evo's he realized he was not alone and that there were others out there just like him. At first he sought to find other Evo's to fill the initial void of loneliness that his power had cured but he still somehow longed for that ‘real’ friend.
After a whole lot of failed attempts, he finally realized he actually liked being alone and had grown to become self-sufficient. With the anti Evo sentiment rising across the globe Alfie began to use his powers to make some money. With the nature of his power and his smarts he went into the fake I.D business, and made a killing financially helping Evo's after the Evo Registration Act was passed. His actions attracted the attention of Quantum who sought to recruit him but instead decided to establish a sort of partnership with him offering him protection in exchange for his occasional services.

Personality: Norman could be described as socially awkward. He prefers not to talk to people, and if forced into a conversation will often stutter, stammer, and generally be awkward, similar to his namesake. Background: Norman was born into a family of cinematography fans, and was named after Norman Bates from the Alfred Hitchcock movie 'Psycho'. He was the youngest of four children: his eldest brother, Stanley (named after the director Stanley Kubrick), who was four years older than him, his eldest sister, Rachael (named after the female lead in Blade Runner), who was two years older than him, and his brother Luke (named after Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars trilogy), who a year older than him. He preferred to play alone and isolate himself from his family, only talking to them and being near them during dinner, holidays, and on family movie night. Because of his constant isolation, Norman never really developed social skills, and went to school barely able to speak, and, of course, was insulted and beat up.
It seemed that every day, Norman came home with a new bruise or a new scab, until one day; after a boy who was much larger than him buried his toy truck in sand, Norman pulled the toy out and wailed on the larger boy with it, hitting him HARD in various places and leaving him with a broken wrist and quite a few bruises. After having many drinks he decided it was time to play five finger fillet. He grabbed a kitchen knife and gathered people around and began while singing the new song that had become all the craze. Once things started speeding up he lost control and stabbed one of his fingers. There was a small panic at first but Jack quickly reassured every one that it was just a cut and everything was fine. He bandaged himself up and went on as though nothing had happened, the party continued. The next morning he woke up to find that there was no wound from the previous night. This is when Jacks normal life became interesting. Knowing full well he should have had a gash from that knife he immediately went to google for help. At first he thought he just was able to heal incredibly fast. Super human in fact. Jack tested himself to see if this was the case. He would cut himself on his upper arms to see how fast he could heal. As time passed he learned he could do so much more than heal. Evan was none the less exposed to the best of the best education wise and went to private school all the way through eigth grade. It was only after a long talk with his parents he was allowed to attend public school with the majority of the rest of of his friends. He made his parents proud however as he made excellent grades, got involved with student government, and managed to earn a scholarship to attend NYU.
Upon going to NYU he continued his success, although he was immersed in various distractions that came with his newfound freedom namely booze, and women his number one vices. Although despite that he still did well in school but disappointed his family when he decided not to follow their foot-steps and changed his major from political science to journalism. It was during this time in college that he dealt with a major scandal when it was found out his father had accepted numerous bribes over a five year period and lost his position and was sentenced to prison. Shortly after graduating college Evan was distraught and spoke with his father who claimed he was framed because he refused to accept a bribe and wanted to prosecute a powerful corrupt politician. Evan had faith in his father, and believed him even the rest of the world including his mother didn't.
He went on to become a succesful journalist and within two years of his career managed to prove his father's innocence. He was happy to help his father out and help put a corrupt politician who shockingly had a bright future ahead of him behind guards. Jason was the first born having two younger siblings both female. Due to this Jason had somewhat of a nice upbringing and loving relationship with his parents who only wanted the best for him. While his parents were great at parenting they weren't great at loving each other, and Jason was subject to several of their vicious arguments. Seeing his parents marriage dissolve made him believe that love was just a myth and caused him to be more concerned about himself rather then others. Jason was always bright in school and was ahead of his peers preferring the company of adults. Due to his maturity his parents had a great deal of trust in him and let him do his own thing.
Jason was all around a succesful person growing up in more areas then one grades, sports, and his greatest love music. After proving his dedication his parents agreed to pay for his piano lessons and this only further cemented his love for music. However one of the main conditions was he stayed in sports and so he continued to excel in both football and basketball. However by the time college came around he stopped taking basketball as serious and focused on football wanting to get a scholarship as his parents vowed not to support him unless he was able to somewhat support himself. To this end by the time he was a junior in high school he got into producing hoping to make a name for himself with music. Around this time his life took a turn for the worst when his father went down during an investigation that uncovered he'd been involved in some illegal activity.
Jason was devastated at his father's imprisonment and was quick to believe his father when he proclaimed innocence. Still with his father behind bars half of his income was gone his family was forced to downsize how they were living and adjust financially. Jason who'd grown accustom to a certain life style was hit hard but more importantly wanted his father to be free. Around this time he started smoking marijuana something he felt help him adjust to everything he was going through while also helping him creatively with his musical endeavors. During his senior year of high school his mother had a mental break down from the stress of everything going on and quickly became an un-fit parent. She soon lost her job, and was put on medication by her doctor. For the first time Jason realized he was on his own and had to take care of his mother while also helping raise his sisters who were freshmen in high school. To this end Jason decided to not just smoke marijuana but sell it as well getting into the drug business the very thing that his father was accused of doing.
Thanks to his smarts and sense of business Jason was quite succesful in the business, and made quite a killing due to the profit margin in New York. He had also gotten a regular job at a clothing store as a cover but made far more money selling drugs, and used the excess money to help his family while also opening up his own studio to further his music career. Although he never struck gold his music career did begin to pick up by the time he graduated high school. He went on to accept a scholarship playing football but was involved in a devastating car accident a month before he was suppose to start. He managed to recover but he was in no condition to play and so he lost his scholarship. Still thanks to his excellent grades and economic situation he had a partial scholarship based on his grades as well as financial aid so he still went on to go to California. Going to California and dealing with the high cost of living he quickly realized drugs were going to help him to survive. However marijuana wasn't as profitable of a business in a place with an abundance of marijuana so he moved up the ladder. Luckily being a freshmen on a college campus he had plenty exposure to drugs and people who wanted to do them. He quickly got involved with moving prescription drugs and cocaine wanting to make a killing financially. It was during this time however that he grew cocky and the LAPD went to look into a suspected stash house that he happened to be in. The person leading this investigation was none other then a top ranking cop Matt Parkman.
However a miracle occurred and his ability manifested for the first time when he confornted Matt, and a surge of energy flowed through him causing him to drain Matt of the majority of his energy as well as releasing a blast that decimated most of the stash house and the only survivors where him and the comatose cop. He fled the scene and as this happened shortly after Claire had exposed Evo's to the world he realized what he was. He was at first astonished by his powers but quickly grew into them believing he deserved them and was meant for great things. His focus then went on honing his powers and experimenting with psychedelic drugs which strengthened his delusions of grandeur. Soon after he resumed his activities in the criminal enterprise and managed to stay one step ahead of the authorities in more ways then one including staying ahead of the Evo authorities. Background: Miranda was originally born in Northern Ireland and was the youngest of two siblings with her being the only girl, Both her birth parents are Irish, Her father was American. At the age of four the family was split when her parents split up with the father leaving the mother to look after herself and her older brother alone. Although the years were tough, Miranda mother was soon into another relationship with a guy from America, It all seemed to good to be true when they decided to marry and by the time Miri was eight years old, They made the move to live in America and settled in Florida. Sleep Manipulation - Compared to Morpheus, the Greek God of sleep and dreams a lot by his sister; Jaidyn has a strong hold over the ability to manipulate sleep within both himself and others around him, allowing him to not only induce and extract sleep from a person but to also manipulate and enhance all aspects of sleep itself- the young man, though quite laid-back in nature, is able to manipulate the sleep patterns of a person, as well as be able to choose how long they are able to sleep for and how deep a sleep the person is having. Strong enough to induce not only a deep, but also instantaneous sleep on those around him, even to the extent that he could potentially be able to induce perpetual insomnia or push another into a comatose state; Jaidyn is also able to both reduce and or remove a person's need for sleep all together, causing them to become dreadfully tired and drowsy at all times- the young man also helpful in the sense that he is able to also awaken a person from any type of sleeping state, regardless of the circumstances.
Dream Walking/ Manipulation - Learning quite quickly after gaining his evo powers, Jaidyn has the unique ability to enter a world he knows as "The Dream Realm"; allowing him to not only slip in and out of the dreams of others with ease, but also to summon others into that of his own dreams. Along with this form of power, Jaidyn has also been able to become exceedingly proficient in the ability to manipulate every aspect of the dreams that he finds himself in; giving him the power to bring both the sweetest of dreams to a person, as well as the most terrible of nightmares- however over his time exploring this ability, he has learnt that it also comes with a terribly dangerous side-effect. Ro'kenhronteys/ Evil Sandman - Commonly referred to by the Native American people as Ro'kenhronteys, Jaidyn is more than capable of becoming an evil dream spirit whenever he feels as though he, his family, or his friends are in danger; the young man choosing to attack his victims or targets in their dreams by using their guilt against them, eventually and more times than none, driving them to suicide. Waiting patiently for the person he has targeted to fall asleep; he proceeds to then fill their eyes with his sand, forcing them to have to face him in his dream realm- using their guilt of past situations, mostly guilt of betrayal or turning a blind eye to another's plight, against them in order to get information that he so wants or desires.
Though not many have heard of his more demonic side, there is only one way in which others can use to ward and protect themselves from him, that being a symbol working similar to how the cross is supposed to ward away the Devil- and while the only way in which he can be stopped and forced to let the target go is if that person faces their own personal challenge by owning up to, and accepting what it is they did to end up under his wrath, if they don't however... the experience more times than none drives them to suicide, and once the person is dead, their eyeballs pop leaving behind nothing but the sand in which he marked them with.

Wendy is a rather unremarkable teenage girl. Much to her chagrin, Wendy hasn't exactly been blessed with the feminine charms that'd hook boys to her. What doesn't help either is her height. She stands at the male average, and very little boys are interested in a girl that's as tall as them. Elemental Power-Replication.
Powers work very similarly to each other, in theory. She has the power to copy another Evo's power long as they have another Elemental-type ability. She'd be able to, for example, copy the power of a water bender, but not a regenerator. However, if the ability allows someone to alter their own body using their elements, then she is capable of more physical feats. It's very contact based - How long Wendy holds contact with a Evo dictates how much of the power she replicates. Brushing up against someone will give her an ability so weak that it's useless. While extended contact will grant her the full ability. Of course, there are a few differences between the owner's and her replicated ability as it will "mutate" as it goes from one person to another. Wendy can store powers she used before inside of herself (Up to three). She is limited to one power at a time, and in order for her to switch power, she would need to touch said element. Of course, if she finds a Evo that uses the same element as one of her copied powers - both powers will merge, and Wendy will get a boost.
- Paper-Manipulation.Also known as Papyrokinesis, Wendy has an elemental ability relating to paper, card, and cardboard. She can telekinetically control paper on a large scale - capable of controlling several tons worth of paper at a time - and shape them without bending or tearing it. Creating complicated structures is simple for Wendy, since her ability naturally gives her a high degree of control over her paper. This is assisted by paper's flexibility. She can create a building out of paper if she's given enough time. While this may sound lame, but Paper is a pretty good weapon against unarmored targets. She can form it into sharp blades that'll give a sucka a nasty paper cut, or pack it together to create a dense, high impact, blunt weapon. On the other end, it works very well defensively. If she has enough paper, she can create a shield that'll stop a projectile (Possibly a bullet if she has enough time). Outside of fights, she can create clothes, forge documents, repair damaged paper, and more. This ability goes in tandem with her ability to turn into (or make herself weightless like) paper. Wendy showed her that she can fly by creating a giant paper construct, or riding it like carpet. Just pray you don't fight her in a office supply store.
Paper-Mimicry.Wendy has the ability to turn into paper. Whether it's a storm of individual (Or one whole piece) paper pages, or into cardboard. This ability, amazingly enough, extends to the clothes she's wearing, and the objects she's holding. So no, she won't be naked when she reforms, boys. The main usage is probably turning into individual pieces of paper, so I'll go into that one the most. Wendy can individually control each piece of paper, and naturally, this gives her a form of flight, or teleportation if I'd go far enough to call it that. She can turn into a cloud of paper, move, then reform. This gives her a heightened dodging ability, and basically makes her immune to physical attacks. Turning into dense cardboard and throwing a punch can make someone feel like they were bitchslapped by a Bible. Wendy can also partially turn into paper or cardboard. Some of her paper powers extends to her true form - in the way that she can adopt the weight of paper. She can possibly fly by riding wind currents (albeit, very erratically), or by the aforementioned means. This ability to adopt the weight of paper extends to her clothes, and the objects she's holding (REQUIRED SECONDARY POWERS).
Paper-Absorption & Storage.As a combination of both aforementioned ability, Wendy can store paper inside of herself. It's simple, she turns into paper and places the foreign paper inside of herself. Ready to be used at a later date. When she wants to use it, all she has to do is pull the paper out of her body. To an outsider, it'll appear almost like she created the paper out of thin air. She can use it like shooting a blade of paper out of her hand. Wendy also has a regenerative ability. It's pretty simple, if she has an injury, all she has to do is turn it into paper, and absorb some paper to fill the wound. This can extend as far as fixing a broken hand, or even regenerating a limb. It won't work on a bruise, but it's handy for cuts.
Ink-Manipulation & Generation.As a side ability, Wendy as a minor Melanokinetic ability. She can't, say, throw gigantic globs of ink at people, but she can manipulate the ink on paper into whatever she pleases. She can pull the ink off the pages, and throw it around at people, but like I said before, she can't do anything more than that. Pulling ink off the pages is only useful if she wants to put it on something else. She also has the ability to produce ink from her fingertips, which she can manipulate in any way she chooses.
- Fire Manipulation.Wendy has a minor form of pryomancery which she accidentally gained during her miss adventures after shaking hands with it's owner. She can't produce a firestorm, but she can throw a fireball at someone the size of a baseball, and shoot streams of fire. Like her other power, she has to absorb fire to keep using it. It comes with an immunity to heat.

A changed woman from the little girl that Ewan sent off. Despite their differences, the two sisters are quite close - even though one wants the other to change their ways. However, Diana manifested superpowers while in San Diego, the ability to control paper. She started getting involved with local gangs, and committing crimes on a grander scale. Diana was picked up by the popos, and gotten in juvie several times. It wasn't long before Wendy manifested powers of her own - secretly - and touched Diana, with little clue that she had replicated her ability.

This gives her a wide variety of abilities, the most notable being her ability to move any ferrous material, whether it be metal (Iron, steel, etc), or otherwise - assisted by a background ability. She's capable of manipulating these materials much like any other bender-type. However, another ability she has deals with attraction and repulsion of these metals. Yes, she can attract anything ferrous to herself, and repulse it. However, she can magnetize metals such as steel by touching it and "passing" the ability onto another source. Personality: Jaenelle is a very serious person and most times has an unreadable expression. Though only recently has she begin killing evos she has the face of a stone cold killer. She knew when Quantum Industries approached her that if she wanted to do this she would have to live without emotions. That was the day she locked them away and turned into an assassin for Q.I.
Background: Jaenelle grew up alone with her mother and older brother Dylan, but was a happy child none the less. One day when stopping by the bank with her mother a couple of masked men rushed in and started waving guns around. Terrified, she stood still while her mother stepped in front of her should anything happen. Suddenly a gunshot was fired into the chest of the baker. She didn't understand what was going on at the time but the banker had pushed the emergency button. Suddenly one of the men reached his arm out towards her mother and made the motion as if he had grabbed her and thrown her to the floor, which resulted in her being flung to the floor. She didn't understand what was happening he didn't even touch her. The other guy yelled at him saying he wasn't supposed to use that. They started shouting for the money.
Then there was another gun shot. Her mom was gone. She stood still in shock not knowing what to do. Then tears welled up in her eyes. She had to do something to stop this madness. She looked around for something to throw at the robbers, she didn't know if that would do anything but it was all she could think to do. Seeing nothing nearby she removed she shoes and through one at the man who killed her mother, then another at his partner in crime. The shoes sailed and hit them both in the head knocking them out cold. She didn't realise what she had done but that was her first time using her ability. Shortly after the cops arrived to clean up.
After the incident her and her brother were taken to their closest living relative, Krystee. Krystee never had children of her own, and though upset at the loss of her sister, she was happy that she could be there for the kids. From that point on most aspects of her life were as normal as they could be.
Because of the incident, once she was old enough, she got a part time job and bought a hand gun. She would go to the shooting range as often as possible and practice so that if it should ever come down to it she could stop anything like this ever happening again.
Nobody believed her when she told them about the man throwing her mother down without even touching her, so Jaenelle stopped believing as well. Until one day when a young girl jumped from a Ferris wheel, and survived. This was when the evos were exposed and her hatred for them began. It was one of them who took her mother from her. Now she had all the more reason to practice her sharpshooting skills.
It wasn't long after the evos were revealed that they started testing. To her it was just annoying, she was positive she was human. But her blood said otherwise. She was in utter shock when she found out that she was the thing she hated most. She tried arguing that it couldn't be true but there was no changing the result.
After that she was taken to a testing facility where they would run a variety of tests to determine her ability. They started by asking if she had any extraordinary talents. She told them about how good of a marksman she was so they started testing her ability right away. They put her in a room with bullet proof glass windows and a gun sitting on a table. Down the room were a few targets for her to show them what she does best. At first they couldn't tell if she was just a great aim or if there was something more too it; so they injected her with adrenaline and gave her moving targets. The bullets she shot while on the adrenaline would target the targets and even follow them as they moved. She was labeled a class 3 evo and given an I.D.
Shortly after her testing she was approached by a member of the organization asking her if she would be interested in joining with them. She asked if she could have some time to think it over, they gave her one night to think about it.
She went home that evening and called her brother. She hadn't talked to him since He moved away shortly after the incident. She told him she was an evo and he accepted that. In fact he told her that he was an evo as well. She wasn't as accepting as he. Her brother advised against it, but she couldn't let go the fact that an evo killed her mother.
The next day she went back to Q.I. and accepted the offer. They offered her top of the line weapons that she could only get through the government and training. Since then she had gone out 3 times to elliminate a target, and succeeded. She had become accustomed to a l115a3 AWM I'm her practices and assignments. Now she just waited for Q.I to contact her about her next target.

The user can change the magnitude and direction (vector) of an object to maneuver it in the desired way, regardless of preexisting vectors. This also applies to static or non-moving objects, because technically speaking the object still has momentum as it is moving through space. Since nearly everything in existence has vectors, manipulation of them can essentially grant the user an "Absolute Defense" that prevents the user from being harmed, among many other possibilities.
Personality: When on the job Dylan is a motivating individual with charisma. But when he's not working he keeps to himself. He's the guy you ask, why are you so quiet? Even though his sister has chosen to hunt down evos and kill them like animals, he is very protective of his little sister. The more you get to know him the more he comes out of his shell.
Background: Dylan grew up with his sister and his mother until one day they went to the bank, and their mother didn't come back. He was devastated at the loss of his mother and was not afraid to shed many tears for her.
After the incident they were taken to their Aunts to live with. Dylan had other plans though. It took Dylan some time, but after 2 years he had gotten a job and saved up money to move away. He couldn't stand to be in the same town his mother died in, so he moved as far away as possible.
Shortly after he had moved away Dylan was walking home late one night after a party. He had a few to drink and felt it better to be safe than sorry. While walking home he thought he heard another pair of footsteps following him, but every time he looked back there was nothing. Until suddenly he heard a voice tell him to hand over everything. Holding his head high he turned around to look at his attacker. The attacker told him he should stop and continue facing the other way but Dylan didn't listen. And as soon as a he turned to look at the mugger a gunshot was fired. Inches away from his face the bullet suddenly ricocheted off of what seemed to be nothing. This was his first time using his ability, it scared both him and the thief though. The thief ran off not sure what to make of this madness and Dylan stood there in awe of what had just occurred. He tried to figure out what had happened to him but kept on ending up empty handed.
As the years passed he made contraptions to fire rocks and such at him while he would attempt to do what he did the night he was mugged. There were many failed attempts before he was able to redirect the rocks that were shot at him.
Even more years passed and he realized that he wasn't just able to deflect bullets or incoming projectiles. He could just simply move things if he wanted.
Luckily he got years of practice in before they started testing to see who were evos and who weren't. After that the evos had to be registered. Dylan went from feeling pretty good to being a monkey on a chain.
Shortly after they started registering evos he was contacted by his sister, telling him she was an evo as well. He hadn't heard from her since he moved out on his own. He was joyous to know she had abilities, and he told her of his own. Unfortunately she wasn't as happy as he. She told him of her offer to work with Quantum and he told her she shouldn't do it.
He assumed she would do it anyways, but he had chosen a different path. He wanted to help the evos not kill them. Hating the evos because they had killed mother was like hating all gun owners because someone has killed with a gun. It didn't make sense to him, but he couldn't even imagine the horror she must have witnessed. He would do what he could for the evos but should worse come to worse, his little sister was his number one priority.
