What language of gods? XD To my knowledge, the Gods can simply make it so no one can understand them when talking if they want. I don't think there's an established common language of the Gods yet...

EDIT: unless you mean each God's personally created language... in that case i don't really know how to feel about this.

It's been established that gods speak the 'First Tongue', a universally comprehensible language. Lifprasilians and Sculptors speak it too, if they so choose, and others can be taught if they spend enough time around gods or heroes. Tira was picking up the First Tongue at a very brisk clip until the Godkiller destroyed her Sculptor cells; Now she has to relearn it at a normal pace.

Left to themselves, though, other populations that speak the First Tongue will eventually lose the capacity for it and evolve their own unique language thanks to Ilunabar's creative magic.

What Termite said. However, there is nothing saying that gods cannot still make it to so one can understand them as they please. That's just exercising their power.

Edit: Also, I'm glad that the events at Rulanah have more-or-less been synchronised now. The latest post was set directly after the Conata post where the realta struck her home, if that wasn't clear. But yeah! Now Toun has a hero, Conata's mountainhome has a name, and the Rovaick are on the up-and-up!
