Bio: Roxy was raised by her father. Her mother was never part of her life. Her father was very abusive of her because he wanted a son but was never able to have one. She rebelled against his expectations out of spit. She spent more time on the streets of Chicago then she did at home. She left home on her eighteenth birthday. She found an old mechanic willing to take her under his wing. He gave her a place to live and taught her everything he knew. When he passed he gave her his garage.

Bio: Eryx was arrested at a young age for violent outbursts, he is cold and uncaring yet completely honest. He has never spoken a lie to protect himself. He was always a fast thinker, using this to get into and win fights, stealing, and calculating how to get away with theft. After stealing from the wrong people there was an unfortunate event where in his cold mind he executed an enemies child in public and resisted arrest, laughing despite mutilating and maiming police. He was sitting and waiting to enter deaths row when he turned 18, but was instead taken in for testing...

Bio: Julia lived a normal life. She had caring parents, a younger sibling, who went on the same school as she did, and many friends. She was a lighthearted and cheerful person until she met a man with the ability to set things on fire. Julia never talks about this person or how he passed his ability on to her, but after this event, her life changed. She wasn't able to control her power, thus she burned everything she touched. At the end, there was no familiy for her to return to, no home or friends. It drove her insane. She ran away, leaving a trace of burned areas behind her. Finally the police caught her and instead of being locked up for her life, she joined the Experimental Army Programm.

Ryan can create, shape and manipulate fire, the rapid oxidation of a material in the exothermic chemical process of combustion, releasing heat, light, and various reaction products, flame being the visible portion of the fire. Depending on the substances alight, and any impurities outside, the color of the flame and the fire's intensity will be different. Ryan can also create, shape and manipulate electricity, a form of energy resulting from the existence of charged particles (such as electrons or protons) which gives Ryan control over electric fields, electric charges, electric currents, electronics, and electromagnetism. With these powers combined, he can unleashed devastating attacks, however, he will often overexert himself. Ryan does favor pyrokinesis over his electrokinesis though.

Ryan was born to a pyrokinetic father and an electrokinetic mother. The two lived in secrecy, knowing the government would find them eventually. Ryan grew up not able to use powers, his parents believing he was powerless. They were glad Ryan wouldn't have to live in secrecy. They were wrong. Ryan's parents' location was found by the government. His parents fought the government, being executed after a long fight. Ryan then discovered his powers out of anger, sending an electrically charged fireball at an agent. He realized what he'd done and ran off. He lived with his grandfather, a pyrokinetic. He learned to control his powers. Sadly, his location would be discovered when he was 18, being sent to the Experimental Army training.

When Aly was five she was placed into the system. Even though Alyssa doesn't know it her parents had died when they took her for her own good. Alyssa has absolutely no memory of this though because once they got there they gave her a shot. She doesn't remember anything before that. She has been part of the test. The test varied, but recently after she had gained power, she has been locked up, and absolutely hates it. She always gives the guards and the creater a very bad attitude. She wants to get out of the place more than anything.

Name: Seymour "Sey" Noble

Power: Seymour's main ability is to phase through solids and then manipulate the matter that compose them. By this ability Seymour can attack an enemy or target internally, for instance, by rearranging bones and tendons. Seymour can also bring its user and any others through solid objects under the condition that they are all directly touching one another.

Seymour is also able to gather energy within his body and disperse it in the form of green glowing emeralds. It spreads much alike a shotgun, and as a result while extremely powerful is also extremely inaccurate. If Seymour is unable to use his hands to form a box he cannot use this.

Power: Shapeshifting: S'Vin is capable of transforming into different animals, as long as they once existed on the planet. Her transformations can be full or partial; as in if she wanted to grow eagle wings from her arms only, she can.

She cannot become multiple animals at once, forming a chimera, at this time but training helps and field world helps even more.

Bio: S'Vin, born Sarah Vincent, was raised in a rich family who never really paid attention to her. Both her parents were always gone. Spoiled rotten, she decided that she was untouchable and would do all sorts of things while she was free. Started with sneaking out to shop lifting to bullying. She just did what she wanted. Eventually, crime became her escape from her life as she could get attention that way.

As her drug of choice, crimes she committed escalated in severity. Eventually, she ended the lives of two bank tellers in the middle of a high stakes robbery. She was apprehended and sentenced to life in prison due to the execution killings leading to a 1st degree murder charge plus other crimes on top of that.

S'Vin was approached by the military for her viciousness and she agreed as her cell bored her and she needed something new to do.

Bio: John is the son of George Pantazis, a Greek immigrant working im conjuction with the US DoD. He was a teen genius by the age of 14. in which age he became an amateur hacker; his skills had reached almost professional level during the span of two years.
One day, he stumbled upon his father's files, and realised that some of the safeguards were down. His father did not realise that, which gave John the time to, after two weeks, break the rest of them and, ooverwhelmed by curiosity, open and copy the files to his computer.
Those files concerned the latest project his father was working on. Codenamed Project Space Odyssey, it concerned the development of the government's first fully functional Artificial General Intelligence. For security reasons, only a portion of the code was assigned to his father, but it still intriqued John. Three days later, FBI agents kidnapped both him and his father; each of then we're imprisoned and tortured in different sectors, and George Pantazis' fate is still unknown outside of the Bureau's agents.
John's name and history were erased from all official records- and presumably so were his father's- and eventually assigned to the Experimental Army agency, where he was exposed to an incomplete version of the AGI through the influence of certain drugs. The details are classified, but the result was the boy's ability to influence the programming of machines empathically, which was then augmented to also influencing the hardware of those through electrical currents.
He was allowed to choose his new name. He chose the name Deus, supposedly because of the phrase "Deus ex Machina", but actually because it was a highly convoluted attempt to keep his last name alive.

Harold can replace parts of his body with the same type organs from outside sources, gaining the powers they'd had before the connecting, such as an eye with night vision would give the ability to see in the dark, a hand taken from a plasma blaster could allow them to fire plasma blasts from that hand.
He may have a place to keep multiple organs and limbs, this way he can remove what he has and replace it with something he needs, or to replace a lost limb and couldn't replace it in case he couldn't find one.

Bio: Harold didn’t ask for this. It just sort of happened. He can’t remember how, it was almost like a blink and now he can. He prefers not to talk about it. He likes to talk about other things. Like the sun, or how much he just loves to play cricket (he’s never actually played), and if you ever sit down with him for tea he’ll ramble on about stuff that could be true or not, he just loves to gossip. He is a happy fellow despite his unusual ability to…..switch body parts. He takes it very well.

Power: Chemical-R (rebirth) Russle can use his blood to help regenerate wounds while not a freakishly fast pace it can heal bullet holes in under a minute and fix the wounds in five, regrow lost limbs (painfully can take up to 3 hours depending on the limb), help fight against poisons and unfortunately other medications including anesthesia. while not tested he has never suffered a brain injury and has not verified if he will continue to heal and if he does will he have any adverse effects like memory loss.

Bio: while working in a bar at a criminal establishment Russle found himself at the other end of a gun, looking down the barrel he knew it was over until the owner of the bar came out with a shotgun and killed the other gunner. Russle being a witness was used as patsey and buried deep in the criminal system so deep that he ended up at a special program

Ability: Mainpulation of elements and light, supior regeneration(possible from skeletal cells)
Appearence: (picture this but 5x worst, cause I'm an awful explainer) Thanks to the harshness of his experience being experimented on, Argus looks almost dead like, normally wearing a hood to hide his frieghtning appearence for social interaction. Underneath, he seems to have lost his lip muscles and most muscles underneath the face's skin. The skin on his entire body turned grey from the regeneration ability as a side effect. He normally wears a dark colored metal and hide-like material suit, as a giftfrom vlad for being obedient. The experiments also stregthened and reshaped his skeletal structure, making him 6'5".
Bio:When Argus was young originally known as Ronald Lou, the son of a history professor with many artifacts in his home from times past. He lived in Scottston, Ireland(not real place) for mostof his years. A small town, yet close to a nice university where he worked as his fathers assistant. After he turned 25, he was asked to meet a supposed student at an inn and discuss the midevil era. There, he was knocked over the head and took to a military base and experimented on for ten years striaght.
Extra: He his called Argus because he watches the teens for vlad, as to keep them from going torwards areas vlad doesn't wish them to go to, if possible.

Bio: Arkadi grew up in a small town where nothing really happened. He was always a criminal and used it to his advantage, steal a candy bar, pickpocket the old lady across the street, for 7 years he did this. Not like his parents could do anything his dad was in prison for life and his Mom was dead and he ran away. He was on the run for 2 years and finally the cops caught him. Offering him enlistment in the Experimental Army instead of prison.
