@SleethI would like to add my own thoughts. While I appreciate your punishment for people trying to derail thingd, I feel like the exact nature could be handled differently.

For example, you could have had bruce disarm and wound kaben's character. The ghoul is obviously twitchy and all it would take is perhaps a somewhat fudged attack roll against the gun arm.

@Natsucooldude He's weak, harmless, and overall a coward. Bruce can't touch a gun, he's physically useless as you'll come to see.

While this is a good point, I understand where @Sleeth is going with that style of character. For a non-com npc like bruce, even dodging wouldn't bee very viable. (hell, there's a rule in rifts (tabletop rpg) called "-10 to dodge" specifically for guns and lasers XD)

In a side note, I believe that Grognak and Stark are still completely seperate from said company still yes?

The plot comes in Arcs, every Arc can be failed or completed, but Seeker will keep things in check for sheer stupidity such as what had happened. Clearly by Bruce's remark he knew who they were, had it been a low INT character it would be understand that they didn't understand and instead shot. Someone with decent intelligence and a tag in speech should understand how words work and he was an ally that offered to take them along. Trying to simply kill the person that was obviously on their side and trying to get them away was a dumb move, and could have killed the entire team in the process. He is the only way this continues as they've already chosen to press on instead of retreating, thee's no going back. If Seeker didn't intervene, everyone probably dies, and when everyone dies it's hard to find the inspiration to go back and try again with everyone. This was absolutely critical, and therefore he stepped in as he should. There's still a chance Bruce, or anyone and everyone will die, but it's no longer almost guaranteed.

As a writer has dropped out, she will be removed by Seeker in a way befitting the character.

Edit - If a Villian is gonna kill an Ally of the main plot characters then it has to be a sick and twisted death for it to create dramatic tension and highten the odds

@Kurai Assassin It's an insta kill and your call to make, if any are desired the possessions are now the Paladin's. Brutality is part of the Fallout universe after all.
