(Though the surfing came before the computer stuff truth be told, my dad did it and his dad did it before him, so when I was like five they plopped me on a board and I've been doing it ever since.) lol. But alas we all have roles to play in this great little machine of life. But anyway you made it work, which confirms you are some kind of wizard beyond mortal understanding as we've all suspected.

A note about Flashbacks, in regards to what @Redrum said.

Whatever happens in Flashbacks will override whatever has been established in the present before that Flashback. For example, Redrum didn't describe Subira to have attended anything in a previous post, but that can be changed in the Flashback and such will reflect the present. So, whatever Redrum established for Subira in past posts is always be overwritten by whatever Redrum writes for Subira in Flashbacks.

The same goes for character relationships. There is no need to feel restricted in Flashbacks because you have established something in a previous post. For example, if your character doesn't know Olivia, but you really want otherwise in order to join in on the after party Flashback, then whatever you establish in the Flashback will be what is true in the present after the Flashback.

I hope this isn't too confusing! Much time-mumbo jumbo, but it makes things and the story dynamic between characters and players.

@Hexaflexagon - Some people make it look flawless and definitely exhilarating and fun. But I imagine it's a bit more difficult to get a knack for; balance and all that, and the strength to endure the waves. Puh, a wizard? Maybe. It's just layers and layers of effects and textures, I feel like anyone could learn to do it. Just have to prepare for the thousands of files of resources you'll end up having and how the tiniest bit of lighting or angle of a blend can either make it or break. No biggie.

I found a cool picture that could be somewhere in the Dark Zone, Mordrem attacking some shabby settlement or ruins. I couldn't think of an instance where I could use it in the story, so I thought I'd just leave it here. Maybe we should have a hider by the codex with random concept art that depict Libra? Could be good for inspiration.

My life got a bit hectic and now I just got a job so it might get even more so, but I'm going to try super duper hard to have a post up within the next few days. That said, feel free to move Eliza along with the Nexus Reactor group. I don't want to hold anyone back :)

@Prisk - That image honestly made me think of the slums in Aster where Ollie was found by Julian. At first glances anyways. Sort of an industrial underground left forgotten. Or, a section of Doral perhaps?

Screw you damnit, the reason I don't live in that area is because of your tornadoes and what not lol. Rain is bad enough, but hail and rain and lightning and heavy winds is just ridiculous. You can gladly keep that worst weather title though lol.

@icmasticc - And it's the season for it too. We actually just had a severe storm last week, heh. And then another I think a couple days ago on Friday. You get used to it, honestly. I can peacefully sleep through a severe storm now. Not sure if that's good or bad.

The 'storm season' here in Stockholm/Sweden is approaching. It usually begins late May and last all throughout June. But, it's not anything like you guys have. The storm season here is just a bunch of rain and winds on a daily basis. Other than that, we don't have dramatic weather stuff here in the north, not even snow anymore. When I was a kid, I remember that there were plenty of blizzards and stuff, but now days, we're lucky if we get to see those flakes at all.

@Prisk I live in Chicago and we are known for our weird weather. This season has been crazy. This winter we had hardly any snow at all, except for a few days. What's really weird is in March we had 60-70 degree weather. There was even one day where there was a blizzard storm in one city, then one city over it was sunny and 70. Now we are getting warm weather and occasional storms.

Also my new computer is having a bit of network issues, as in my network adapter seems to stop working on random occasions. Going back to the store to see if they can fix it (which will be free since it's under warranty), so I may be without a computer for a bit longer. We'll see.

It has to be that global warming, right? I've heard of weird winters in the past, but now it's like EVERY winter. We haven't had a proper winter for years.

I personally feel like our winters are ridiculously late, during the usual months for it, it was super hot. Then winter came in late and now we have to contend with our storms. It's enough testimony to Global Warming in my opinion. It has been such for the past couple of years, at least in my area. Though about.. three years ago - I was in the hospital at the time for a month - we had a freakish winter that was just tons of ice that had people stranded on roads even.
