Titania let out a little eep of fright as both her friends began attacking the zombies, hacking and slashing their way out of the building. Titania quickly followed after them and whispered something to Lilith, she nodded and in another moment three of the coats that had been on Titania were dropped ontop of various zombies, constricting the poor things and causing them to ran into each other. Added with a purple pulse of Lilith's eyes and they were even more confused, attacking anything they could get their hands on, even each other. Titania pattted Lilith on the head and snatched her up in her now much easier to move arms and ran after her two new friends.

"Sorry, I'm coming." Avary said, wiping away the tears on his face. "Come on Umbreon, Charizard."
They followed him, and Avary followed Emma and Titania.
Avary kept his knife out, and killed, or re-killed whenever he needed to.

Emma narrowly ducked underneath the claws of a zombie as one tried slashing at her. She quickly got rid of its arms. As she was doing so, she saw the zombies begin to chase them. "Kami, hiro." Emma said, and her two pokemon nodded before Kami used flamethrower. Hiro used psychic to direct the flames and hit a couple of zombies that were closing in on the back of the small group. He then continued to send the flames at the zombies that were in the way, helping to create a path through. "Come on." Emma said before picking up the pace. Why most of the zombies in town were near the pokemart was beyond her. She half expected them to do a sun dance.

"Umbreon! Use Shadowball! Charizard! Use Flamethrower!" Avary yelled to his Pokémon.
After the attacks destroyed some of the other undead, Avary called his Pokémon to follow him, and he ran after Emma.

Using the same technique Titania shed several more coats and ran with her friends, relieved that they were doing most of the fighting. She'd never really liked killing zombies, they looked to much like actual people for her to stomach it. Which was why most of the time she just ran away like this, only with less killing.

The group was almost home free, but an infected 9 foot tall Aurorus blocked their path. Kami quickly jumped in front of the group and used sky uppercut on the tundra pokemon, knocking it out. "Let's get out of here before it finishes its nap." Emma said before continuing on.

"Your Blaziken is really powerful Emma," Avary says running along side with her. They kept running, but Avary heard the sound of a 9 foot tall Pokémon getting up, "Oh crap."

"It was weak." Emma said. In comparison to her Blaziken, who was five levels from being level 100, the pokemon around Pristin City were pretty weak. They were all in the level 30 to 40 range. She heard the pokemon getting up too, but she didn't look back at it. "They're blind. Don't make any loud noises and it won't come after us." she said calmly.

Titania tiptoed carefully behind Emma, glancing nervously back at the Aurorus in case it decided to follow them. Avaryr was right, that Blaziken was really strong. Lilith and her never really got into fights, running away was more their style.

Emma continued walking and looking straight forward. Kami was doing some kind of silent wave routine to grab her attention, and oddly enough it worked. She turned to look at him and he pointed a claw upwards. She looked up and saw a Skarmory along with what she assumed to be a trainer on top of it. She couldn't tell exactly since they were quite high up there.

Somewhere over the clouds

Their escape had been the last exciting thing to happen in the last few hours, it had been a very smooth flight since then. Leon had decided to land once he was out of Noirville to eat something and replenish his strength. If Skarmory was to carry him to another town, the Pokemon would need something to keep going as well. Once both were fed and ready, they took to the skies again.

There were only a few clouds below him, allowing Leon to check everything that was underneath him. Nothing had caught his interest during the last couple of miles, until a group of people and Pokemon appeared further north, walking down a path. He first suspected them to be a mob of zombies, but once he got closer he realized they didn't move or behave like a group of mindless zombies would. The group seemed to be comprised of 3 humans, as well as several different Pokemon. Survivors? Could that be possible... Leon thought, it had been way too long since he had been with another human being. Approaching them would be a risk, on the other hand his chances of survival were a lot greater when not traveling alone. "Alright Ace, time to get down there and see what's up"

As soon as the command was spoken, the Skarmory spun around and smoothly transitioned into a nosedive towards the group

Outside of Eon Town
^{Chris' POV}

Up ahead and through the fog, I could see them. They were gaining in speed. A few dozen, at least. I nudged Cian and averted his attention ahead of us, looking over my shoulder at Davina who I could see was eyeing the hoard as well with a tensed posture. Immediately, I whistled up into the skies and called out to Tyrant, "You know what to do!" From above, Ty bellowed and flapped his great wings, sending him soaring towards the hoard. Before Ty could even reach the hoard, though, there was a bright flame that engulfed the hoard. My eyes, as well as Cian and Davina's, fell on the source of the flame. A houndoom. Cian quickly recalled his, knowing all too well his wouldn't be very friendly with the other. Soon after spotting the pokemon, my eyes land on who I would assume was it's trainer. As fast as I can, I bolt towards the kid with my Arcanine following close behind.

"Suicune, join in and use Aurora Beam!

Without hesitation, Davina's Suicune ran past me nearly tripling my speed and arrived at the site just shortly after Ty did. Both pokemon working together alongside the Houndoom, burning and practically evaporating the relentless hoard. I can hear Cian and Davina keeping pace with me, all three of us baring our weapons in hand, arriving beside the boy to stand at his side while our pokemon went to work on the undead creatures.

"Hey, kid are you okay?" I ask him, a bit out of breath.

Emma narrowed her eyes as the Skarmory began to descend towards the group. She saw that there was indeed someone riding the pokemon. Raider? No, they usually traveled in packs. He definitely wasn't infected. Just a regular pokemon trainer then? She wouldn't be surprised seeing as she'd already met two today.

Tyler stood a few feet behind Juby with two knives in hand, ready to take down any zombies that could get past her. That happening was pretty unlikely though, seeing as after the outbreak, Juby and Genos had become zombie killing machines. He was surprised to see a few moments later a Charizard and then a Suicune came and began helping Juby annihilate the horde. They couldn't be wild, since wild pokemon would usually flee.
He looked back and saw who could only have been the group from before. When they came up next to him, one of them asked if he was alright. "Yeah." he responded before looking to see the pokemon finish off the horde. "Thanks for the help." he said. Juby growled at the corpses of the corpses before walking back up to Tyler.

Somewhere on the Road

It didn't take long for Leon and Ace to reach the ground, and with it the group of people and Pokemon that had stopped moving. He figured they were inspecting him as much as he tried to observe them. There was a bit of hostility in the air, but what else could you expect in a world like this? It was the normal human reaction, to make sure the person in front of you was not about to rip your throat out before engaging them in any sort of way. Leon thought the direct approach would work best:

"Hey there" he started in his usual cheery tone "My name is Leon, and this is Ace. I just escaped from Noirville, i suggest you guys make a big arc around it, it's overrun by zombies. Anyway, who are you guys?"

"Charizard! Will you listen for once and take one of us up there to meet whoever that is?" Avary asks my orange dragon.
"Char." He says laying down on a rock.
"COME ON!" Avary says doing the classic giant sharp teeth and yelling.

Route 107

Emma glanced to look at Avary's Charizard as it disobeyed its trainer, thinking that its behavior was a bit odd. She turned her attention back to Leon when he introduced himself. She nodded to him, although there was a bit of a glare in her eyes. She averted her gaze and muttered something under her breath before looking back at him again. She tried to smile, but she ended up looking more like she was making a straight face. Well, at least she tried. This guy seemed friendly enough. "I'm Emma. These two are Avary and Titania." she said, her tone not really deviating from its usual cold self. "Are you alone?" she asked. Though it would seem obvious, it's better to be safe than sorry.

It took a few seconds until anyone decided to engage Leon in a conversation. A girl who seemed to be the "leader" of the group introduced herself as Emma, her companions were called Titania and Avary. Leon thought her to be the leader because of her presence and appearance. Her eyes were steel, piercing through Leon, trying to establish if he was a threat or not. When she asked if he was alone, Leon couldn't manage to hold back a little laugh. He was about to reply something witty and sarcastic, but decided against it to not spark any type of enmity.

"It's just me and my Pokemon, has been quite some time since I've travelled with a group. Where are you guys headed to?"

Emma raised an eyebrow at him. "Why do you want to know?" she asked. He had said that it had been a while since he traveled with a group, so she assumed, "Do you want to join us or something?"
She wasn't going to deny the guy flat out since really she had already agreed to help people she only met about thirty minutes ago.

It was Emma who once again spoke up. Leon wasn't sure if her question was meant to mock him or a serious offer to join up with the group. "Well, I was just wondering if you guys had heard any rumors or stories lately, and if so, where those those stories might be taking you". He had to take his time to think about the second question. Leon would like to travel in a group once again, but after what happened last time...he just wasn't sure. "How about we tag along for a bit?" He finally proposed. "Just until we get to the next city or something? I won't be slowing you down."

Emma closed her eyes to think about his proposal. She turned to Titania and Avary, wondering what they thought about it. If they thought it was alright, she'd be okay with it.
