There's not much else to do at the Gdoc, other than some EMTs and police coming around after the gunfight. They'll want a statement from Dan as to what happened for their report.

@IonisusAs am I, on letting you jump in. I like your and @Roosan's characters, which is why I'm intent on keeping you guys on until I know for sure you're never coming back, i.e. "Hey I'm dropping" or just literally disappearing. I don't know where the rest of you live, but I know @Chrononaut works shitty shifts and @Roosan is in a completely different time-zone than my Stateside self. I know RL can be shitty, though, there's no misunderstanding there.

Just to clarify to everyone what the "minimum posting schedule of 5-7 days" means, it doesn't even mean an IC post every 5-7 days. Just let me and other players know that you're still here and at least working on a post every 5-7 days.

Now that our hall of famers have been properly inducted, it is time for the next community activity. Before anything, know that new community activities will be introduced every ten days (subject to change), and will be OOC focused.

Our first one is fairly simple: what happens if your FoC character(s) meets another one of your characters from another RP? Things to write about are conversations, observations and possible trade/exchange. Try not to do bloody murder, as the interdimensional godhead frowns upon such behavior.

FoC canon, the King of Jehanna is a Nord who rose from being a warchief in Hjaalmarch that came to claim his cousin's throne. I ran it a lot like GoT and Crusader Kings in the NRP. I was watching/playing a lot of both at the time.

@PeikI mean, you can. I was canonizing Fiore and Liechtenauer Fechtbuchs as fencing treatises under not!Fiore/Liechtenauer. Though, I was pulling mainly from 13th-15th century Europe, with Jehanna being a little 1000s Scandinavia, all with the court-intrigue and feuding turned up to 11 in accordance with it being filled with Bretons.

I'm surprised Jorwen and Solveig were a big hit. It's not hard playing a man who doesn't know how to be a father and is suddenly thrust into the life of someone who is beyond needing guidance and trying to give it, seeing as I've never been a father.

That said, shit, I need to get to picking out my nominations. I can tell you right now that Leif's drunken antics definitely make my list for the tear-jerker. I've been in both Do'Karth and Leif's shoes before in that type of situation. It ain't fun.
