The GM should know exactly why each character was or wasn't accepted and be willing to state such. But the reality is that sometimes other characters/players just synergize better

◼    As a rule, I only do group RPs, I'm not interested in 1x1s. I enjoy GMing, Co-GMing or otherwise playing in an assertive or leading role in the game. 
◼    Before I write, I sit down and plan out where my post is going and how it ties into the overarching story I'm working on. I make notes for foreshadowing and callbacks and figure out generally as many details as possible.
◼    I like to be in the driver's seat, or at the very least having input into the story and where it's going and especially how it'll affect my character.
◼    I try to post as regularly as possible and definitely find keeping momentum helps keep both myself and others invested, but sometimes lulls happen and I'll apologize if that does happen.

Banjo has taken to wearing his dress peak cap outside of regulation hours when he can't technically be told off for it, because he's found that doing so grates on certain faculty members.  When not dressed in his uniform, he tends to wear his own clothes, which are almost entirely op shop specials, including an impressive range of Australian band t-shirts.@Hound55

Poor House Strigidae has been bleeding points in demerits for the last five years. In addition to always having to play their rugby matches against House Alces.

The surf crashed over the head of the sandy haired young man. Taking a quick gasp for air, he emerged from beneath the waves, steam rising off of his hair and face while his copper hued eyes tried to find his bearings. Laughter could be heard coming from the busy shore, as Lorcán looked towards the student crowded beach.

The weekend before the Semester kick off was always the busiest weekend at Pacific Royal. Students new and returning were arriving at the island and enjoying everything the campus had to offer.

Having lived his whole life on the island, none of it phased Lorcán, if anything he took it for granted. But one thing he never tired was watching the smile grow on the face of a new student the first time they stepped off the ferry.

Climbing aboard his surfboard, Lorcán paddled toward shore.

"For someone who has been on a board since he could walk, you wouldn't know it" The voice of ___ called out over the crashing waves above the din if the busy beach.

"Guess the water just isn't my element today," Lorcán replied cooly as he dismounted in the shallows and picked the board up under his arm.
