4 months into this hole 'being a responsible adult thing' and I've come to a conclusion: It sucks and I want to go back to the days where I didn't have to plan out my game time.

Korrey’s response to basically any sort of ‘mess with my sister and I hurt’ will essentially be: “Chill, man. Getting into you sister’s pants or hurting her is not what I’m about. Swear on the Stitches -*gestures to his neck tattoo*- and you can hold me to that. Now how about we relax and grab a . . .oh right, we’re not old enough to drink and that matters around here. . . wanna hit up a convience store from sodas? My treat, and I’ll even invite Feli too. Sounds like fun, ye?”

I’m pretty sure that Monty isn’t going to be relieve as Korrey would think after hearing any of the above.

@Invader LenAre we following the laws of the good U.S. of A. in terms for alcohol? Not that Korrey is going to drink, mind you,on school grounds, but I know that it’s different all over the world, though I think 16 is considered ‘legally’ too young, though individual families may have differing opinions on that. Korrey's been drinkin' alcohol since he was 13, though only at social gatherings with his patron or his Erridun friends(who tend to try and get hammered way too much), and even then only in small amounts.
@The Erroristsorry for the double post

On a scale of one to ten, how stoked is Monty going to be when he sees who his sister's partner turned out to be. I'm imagining he's pretty cool about it, cause Korrey has the look of true model citizen.
@Invader LenWell now I gotta find someway to turn all of Korrey's likes and dislikes into weird metaphorical idioms and such. Like I have time for that, it's the end of the quarter and finals are coming up. hahahah. . . pls kill me
@Invader LenJust felt like I should throw this out there, but what I think dusk was referencing with the 'shit-smelling' thing is a crude idiom that's basically means he doesn't like people who think they're all that and so much better than everyone around, to the point that they might as well believe that their 'shit doesn't stink' because they're so goshdarn perfect and what-not. Just felt like adding this clarification, I'll go back to waiting in the corner now.
Posted. Hope it's entertaining and, ya know, not crap.
Korrigan 'Korrey' Umbraisis

As the crowds of eager and giddy second years formed to listen to the announcement of the academy headmaster, Korrey was currently spread eagle on the floor in the back, taking a long moment to catch his breath after the ordeal of moving his luggage. Still recovering, he didn't pay attention to most of what was being said, his thoughts focused on how he was going to get any of this stuff to his dorm. I guess I'll have to ask the volunteers to help, but damn is that going to leave a poor impression on my partner. Speaking of, I wonder when I'm going u-

"Felicity Goldberg and Korrigan Umbraisis"

Korrigan didn't move at first, wondering if he'd heard things or if this was really happening. Taking a moment to pinch his cheek to make sure he was neither dreaming nor suffering and exhaustion related hallucination, the tall redhead practically jumped to his feet, quickly pushing his way through the crowd, much to the displeasure of most of them, till he got to the foot of the podium, taking a moment to bend over and catch his breath, still feeling a bit winded. "Sorry about the slightly delayed response, kinda over-packed my luggage and had a heck of a time getting it up here because of-Oh, hey blondie." Lifting his head as he spoke, Korrey's eyes blinked in slight shock from behind his sunglasses as he saw that his partner was in fact the girl he'd stopped to help out just minutes before. Rubbing the back of his head, he bounded up to the male druid. "Well I'll be, didn't expect to meetin' ya so soon. . . or, ya know, on this podium. Dang, talk about coincidences."

Korrey could help but chuckle at this admittedly strange, though not unwelcome, turn of events. At least I already know I made a good first impression. . . I hope. Though, if I were a bettin' man, I'd say that brother of hers is probably going to be none to happy about this From behind the tinted glass of his shades, he spared a few glances across the crowd, wondering if he could possibly spot the guy in the crowd before turning his attention to the druids. "Welp, ready whenever you guys are."

@SunsetRoses
@Invader Len
@NatsuI imagine some people do, norm of society though it is. They are probably few and far between given how well ingrained this practice is, but you'll always have outliers.
@rocketrobie2Sounds a-okay to me.

@The1Rolling1BoyOh, I get that. 'It's the thought that counts an all that', just something that I felt when finding out she was in the shield as well. I'll try to get the edit out soon-ish, but ye, Marnie's still in for a bit of a shock either way.
@rocketrobie2So, should I re-write my post to accomodate for this, or do you want to write up a reaction post for Tug where it's described what happens to Sera upon attempting to break through the shield wall. Also, seeing as how Marnie is inside of the shield(which kinda takes the punch out of her whole gesture of standing between the two sides), I'll have to rewrite my post either way.
@rocketrobie2Gotcha. Looks like she's going to have to keep breakin' hexes till the damn thing lets her in.

Edit: Or Brute force her way in by pushing the hex out of the way, which i imagine is possible, right?
