Not necessarily- call it a part-revival, part revamp of the RP.There's a new chapter that's been begun in the RP, and to be honest, it has a couple of people. Hence the recruitment drive- to see if anyone else is interested in getting involved and helping it get back on the rails, as the plot as well as a lot of detail has been sunk into it.
