Eren followed quietly. "I know you're here...." he muttered.

Armin smiled. "Oh, you're a little tease, aren't you?" he chuckled, bringing Takahisa close to his chest, messing with his hair.

Once Eren got there, there was nothing to be seen, as if she actually disappeared. However, she leapt down from whatever high ground she was using to watch this person follow her, landing right behind him as she held him tight as well as holding her hidden blade close to his neck.

"Why are you following me? Are you with them? The Templars?" Kaika whispered in a serious voice, knowing she was being followed this entire time.

"You could say that..." Takahisa said, getting a brief flashback to how Peyton would always call him that.

"No... I'm a friend..." he said calmly, holding his hands up in surrender. "I don't want to kill you.... Or whatever they want to do to you...."

Armin smiled and set the boy next to him. "Well, it's getting late... We should probably get to bed..." he said, standing.

"How am I supposed to know that I can trust you?" Kaika whispered as she slightly brought the blade just centimeters away from his neck, trying not to draw too much attention so she kept with the low voice.

"Alright, I'm tired too..." Takahisa smiled as he headed towards their room.

Eren closed his eyes. "Because I know you... Your name is Kaika, right? The violet assassin.... I knew it was you when I heard the name that they call you.."

Armin smiled and went over to the window, hoisting himself inside and landing on his feet. He looked out to Takahisa and smiled.

Kaika froze once he said that, since this was the Kaika before she met him in the first place, so it made her wonder how did he know her real name. "Alright...I'll trust you," Kaika sighed as she let go of him, having the hidden blade go back into her hidden blade. "I've already wasted enough time to get to the rendezvous point, the Templars might had already blocked those ways out by now..." Kaika sighed, remembering that by now the Templars would be patrolling the streets of the town as well as the rooftops.

Takahisa went and managed to get himself to the window, pulling himself up to Armin.

Eren rubbed his neck and backed away. "Where am I anyways?"

Armin sniled and helped him through, setting him on the ground feet first.

"Florence, Italy. Don't ask me for anything else, I'm not so familiar with the area myself. However, I do know that some distance northwards is where I'm supposed to be at, but since by now the Templars had already taken their posts to block our way there, we have to be fast. Understand? Once we get spotted, just run," Kaika said as she checked her gear, having only her hidden blade, several throwing knives in a pouch, and a single katana.

Once he got back to his feet, Takahisa let out a tired yawn. Oh boy he was tired alright.

Eren patted his gear. "Don't worry, I'll be fine..."

Armin held out his arms. "You look tired. Here, I'll carry you, don't want you to pass out on me again..."

"Whatever you say," Kaika said as she began to quickly scale up the wall of a building with no problem, having already used her sixth sense to figure out where the rooftop guards were located at . This direction she was headed had little of those guards up there, so she was sure to get up with no problem for now.

"Oh, sure..." Takahisa said, not so troubled by Armin's offer to carry him.

Eren pressed the lever on his gear and the pressurized cables shot up the wall. He scaled the wall as well and landed on the roof quietly.

Armin picked Takahisa up and hooked an arm under Takahisa's knees and the other wrapped around his torso. He carried him to the room and set him down on the bed carefully.

As soon as they got to the roof, Kaika began to run as fast as she could, jumping over the gap between two buildings and landing without a problem.

"Night," Takahisa said as soon as he got to the bed.

Armin smiled. "Night..."

Eren followed quietly, using his maneuver cables.

With that said, Takahisa fell asleep soundly.

Despite their swift movements and attempts to sneak by, both of them were noticed by the rooftop guards. "Shit, run!" Kaika cursed and began to speed up their pace on the rooftops, even throwing some knives at the archers to kill them before they would eventually shoot them down.

Armin went over to the couch and laid down, closing his aqua colored eye as he drifted into sleep. In a few minutes, he was sucked into a horrible nightmare, and he remembered it all. The colossal titan, the blood raining from the sky, houses collapsing on people, his brother being taken away for field work, a titan crushing him. Armin, in his dream and physically, began to cry. Tears rolled down his cheeks and he made.small helpless noises in his sleep.

Eren watched. "Woah...." he murmured as he followed her, his steps light and soundless as he sprinted after her.

As much as Takahisa wanted to sleep, he just couldn't. The fears of the past, the deeds that made him the way he was now, it was haunting him that much. Was he really achieving that long and dreamless promise that he made to his brother during his final moments? He wasn't so sure, which he was why he was so unsure about himself as a person. Thus, he couldn't sleep. Takahisa just laid awake in bed, staring at the ceiling. That was when he could hear Armin, who was asleep but seemed to have nightmares. At least he could understand what kind of pain Armin has if they both have nightmares. Quietly, Takahisa slipped out of the bed and got close to Armin, lying down on the couch with him.

As they continued to sprint away from the archers, leaping over to the next building to proceed with their escape, Eren would start having a strange dizzy feeling. "Hey, what are you doing? We need to keep on going," Kaika blinked as she started to see that he was lagging some distance behind her. Even if he tried to keep on going after er, he was suddenly spacing out of this strange dream, and soon he would awake at the room Kaika had showed him to the night before. It was now morning.

Eren sat up and ran his hand across his forehead. "Jeez... She needs to warn me about this stuff.."

Armin cried in his sleep, his hand clutching the fabric of his shirt over his heart, the other arm covering his face slightly. He could see it all, everything was in perfect detail as if it was happening at the exact moment. Armin saw his grandfather, his mother, everyone he loved being crushed, eaten, or just plain taken away without a trace of their blood, and without one scream as their life was taken fron them.

Just at that moment, Kaika opens the door to his room, and seems like she just woke up too. "Oh, you're up, that's good, because we're going to be late," Kaika says as she tries to get her hair tied into those two long ponytails, which doesn't really help much since her hair was that long for some reason. "C'mon!" Kaika said before running downstairs.

Takahisa only gently slept next to Armin, he wanted to pay him back after all of those times Armin would watch over him when he was in some horrible nightmare.

Armin suddenly jerked awake, sitting up, a strangled yelp coming from his throat. He looked around and sighed, taking a breath as he saw it was only a dream. He looked down and spotted the boy, and he tensed. "T-Takahisa? What are you doing? Did I wake you up?" he asked quietly, wiping his face.

Eren nodded and went over to his own stuff, sliding his switchblade into his pocket. He ran downstairs, sliding his jacket (the one with the Survey Core symbol over the heart, shoulders, and on his back) on. "I'm ready..." he said as he reached the bottom of the stairs.

For a moment, Kaika was going to ask about his clothing, but decided not to anyways. It wasn't that much out of place, people wouldn't really bat an eye at him so it was fine. "Alright, luckily the school isn't too far, we can walk it, or maybe run it if we need to," Kaika says as she gets her backpack that was sitting on the ground. "Here, you're going to need this. We both have the same classes, so I'll be around to help," Kaika tossed over another backpack to Eren, which would contain some notebooks and basic supplies for the classes. With that taken care of, she headed for the front door, exiting the house.

"Huh?...I was just worried..." Takahisa blinked as he woke up to hear that Armin was awake.
