Samuel nodded place himself in front of Lin and Anita. "Don't worry about it I've got it covered." He cut some of the spears in half as he struggled to keep the Digonaas back. "You want them you gotta get through me!" He slashed one down the middle before more began to lunge at him one of the spears cutting his arm slightly. "You're gonna need a lot more than that to stop me!"

Hearing Samuel and the Digonnaa s Anita fired off her guns with her arms aimed away from her family. "I hope I hit something." She said. It was not the best thing to do but her brother was facing the enemy alone .

Lin's eyes quickly shot open as he finished and slashed at the digonaas who were attacking Samuel killing at least two while the others retreated. "damnit there's just no end to these things" he said sheathing his sword and pulling out his gun and shooting at the remaining digonaas "We can't keep this up what are we gonna do" he asked as he reloaded his gun

Samuel cut down a few more before instantly going into a defensive stance to block more. The digonaas problem was more severe than they were initially told. He didn't know what was going on but someone was getting hurt for putting his family at risk like this. Anita's retreat plan was definitely justified but his pride ate away at him for retreating from a fight, "As much as I hate to say it....she's right. We should fall back guys, take care of this later after we figure why we got such bad info."

Anita heard Samuel and hoisting her guns back began running a bit back from the horde. "Agreed but I have a feeling this was a setup." She was just making a guess. Whoever told one of her brothers about this place may have had some motive...or she could be just going paranoid.

Kiara blinked as they decided to retreat and fired one more bolt at a creature. Then she slung her crossbow over her back, and pulled her knife out of a digonaa's neck. She quickly turned and started following Anita, her eyes flickering about as they retreated. A cold chill ran up her spine and she turned just in time to duck under a spear as she backed up.

"Riding would be fast," Kiara pointed out, glancing back and keeping her knife ready. "But I can't drive and you don't have a car," she added. How'd it get so bad here? she thought--digonaas shouldn't have been that hard to deal with.

Rayne looked on as the others began to retreat, though, he had stayed out of the fight, using Carnwennan to stay invisible to the Diagonaas. Rayne decided to act. He ran at the creatures, Carnwennan protecting him from vision, and began to slay the creatures, one by one, whipping them into a panic, as they couldn't see him.
((quick note if you didn't know: Rayne is visible to non-supernaturals))

Matilda grabbed Anita first, she couldn't pick her up so instead she started to dry dragging her sister away. "Come on Anita! You need to ride in the car! Ki! Go get my motorcycle! It's in a bush!" She shouted, shooting the monsters and trying to push through the crowd, it was a very hard and confusing effort for her.

Kiara nodded quickly and promptly followed instructions. She slipped her dagger away as she ran over to the bush where Matilda had abandoned the bike. With a grunt, she pulled it out from its resting place and made a point to turn it around, her eyes flickering about or incoming spears and creatures.

Samuel kept up deflecting the spears as best he could. A spear found its way into his shoulder and he growled in pain. His eyes took on a feral glint as he stared into the permanent smile on the digonaas face. "I'm getting real sick of those creepy ass smiles!!" He ripped the spear from his shoulder and threw it right at the digonaas' head. He sheathed his word and took out one of his revolvers as noticed Rayne still fighting. "Rayne lets go!" He shot at a few more with his revolvers before falling back to Lin. "We gotta make a run for the cars!"

Nathan saw the others retreating, so he summoned his familiar to his side, and he ran for his motorcycle. "Hey, I can fit about, two more people on my motorcycle, if any of you need a ride!" he got to his motorcycle and turned it on. He took out his throwing hatchets out, an started throwing them at the necks of any Digonaases that tried to follow. "Familiar, defend!" His familiar started circling around Nathan's motorcycle, attacking any Digonaases that tried to enter.

Anita allowed Matilda to drag her to the car. This was not a good time to protest as much as she wanted to keep her family safe. "The car will be nice...um how can Kiara use your motocycle?" She said remembering her sister could not drive...then she remembered. "Oh right ...it's yours to ride."

"Anyone is welcome to jump on, but ya need to hurry, the Digonaases are getting awfully close!" Nathan had a worried look on his face. he knew the creatures were strong, and if they got past his familiar, he was probably screwed. He continued to throw his hatchets.

Rayne ran to his motorcycle, as the effects of Carnwennan began to wear off, dodging every spear in his way, killing any monster in his path. this state cold be called "pure blood-lust", but Rayne prefers to call it pent up aggression. Reaching his bike, he placed carnwennan in its sheath, and pulled out a glock with one hand, starting the engine of his motor cycle with the other, he began shooting at any Diagonaas that got close to the group, before reloading, pulling out his other glock, and shooting more.
"You guys get outta here, I will leave last, I wanna kill a few more of these fuckers."
