Jacob didn't move, he felt pain for minute then it was gone. He heard savannah, he grabbed his pistol. He changed the clip out to explosive bullets, "with them here we need to get to the other set of trucks, they haven't found out yet where the vehicles are so we have time." He went down the hall way, turned a left saw a robot and shot.

Savannah again help her sister to her feet. She wrapped Elliot's arm around her shoulder, for which Elliot was grateful. They followed Jacob down a hall and saw him shoot a robot. Savannah looked at him, "Move faster, otherwise they are going to find the cars and us."

Elliot bit her lip, if they got captured she wouldn't be able to just waltz in like she had last time. They'd killed.

Jacob looked over his shoulder at savannah, then shook his head. He started running through the halls again, just to make it to the trucks, he got himsel into the drivers seat. He started the truck, he then saw Kyle running there way, he let out a sigh as he saw Kyle running toward him Jacob leaned over and opened the passenger door. Kyle got in and closed the door beside him, once Jacob was sure everyone was in he slammed his foot done on the gas pedal and the truck charged forward.

Savannah took most of Elliot's weight off of her feet and ran to the truck behind Jacob. She helped her sister in and sat down, buckling herself up. She didn't speak for sometime, still feeling as though she was holding her breath, thinking something was going to jump out at him. When she did speak again, Elliot was leaning against her shoulder, asleep. Even in the fading light Savannah could make out the bruising left behind but the robot. She ran her hand through her sister's hair and held her close, "So... She hasn't tried to kill you?..."

Jacob shook his head, "not since she has gotten all her memories back a few months ago." Keeping his eyes on the road as he drove through Chicago, the building on fire behind them. He kept going the same speed as he was through the city.

Savannah nodded and kept inspecting her sister. She moved her hear head from her shoulder to her lap, trying to make her more comfortable. That was when she noticed something on her arm. She took it into her hand and carefully pulled back her sleeve. As she did, it revealed multiple purple red lines along her arm. Savannah gasped and looked at Jacob, "When did Elliot start cutting herself again?"

Jacobs brows scrunched together, "I didn't know nothing about it she never told me she did it and she didn't show me either." He let out a sigh, and kept his eyes on the road. Kyle looked at his brother, "if she started cutting herself again she kept it from us all of us." He looked to his brother noticing Jacobs grip tightened on the wheel, "easy there Jacob calm down." Jacob just shook his head, as he was driving through the crumbling Chicago.

Savannah's eyes went back down to her sister and sighed. She brushed the hair out of her eyes and sighed before looking back at Jacob, "It isn't your fault for not noticing Jacob... She clearly didn't want you to know..." She leaned back in her seat and shook her head, "It isn't too surprising though... What she did... It probably tore her up... So she put on a brave face... and..." Her voice trailed off as she looked out the window. She leaned onto her hand and just stared. She felt like an idiot, she wanted to shoot her little sister and here she was suffering all the while.

Jacob let out a breath, as his hands loosened on the wheel. Kyle looked at his brother worriedly, as he still saw the tension in his body. He knew Jacob couldn't keep going like this not all the time in the least. Jacob looked in the rear view mirror seeing robot trucks behind them he made his foot to all the way to the floor. Before he looked at Kyle he nodded, Kyle took the wheel from Jacobs grip as Jacob climbed out of the window. Kyle slid over to the drivers seat, Jacob went to the back end and started firing shots, that's until an explosive bullet hit his left robot leg and exploded Jacob feel down in the back end holding what was left of his left robotic leg and screaming out in pain.

Savannah watched the two brothers and shook her head, "It is a good thing Elliot isn't awake."

However, a moment later at the sound of the explosion and Jacob's screams, Elliot jolted awake. She sat up and looked around to see Jacob in the back of the car clutching his leg. Her heart pounded in her chest. She looked ahead of them, she wasn't strong enough to keep herself on the side of the car to get to Jacob. They'd have to stop but she could see the robots behind them. Her eyes scanned for where to go, "Turn here!"

With that Elliot led them through Chicago till the robots were gone behind them. She told him to turn once more as they arrived at the house that had been in their first refuge. Elliot jumped out of the car, grabbing her things and immediately climbed into the back of the car. There wasn't much she could do about his leg, with it being all mechanical but could help with that pain. She grabbed a syringe and stuck it into his hip, "It's going to be okay, Jacob, this should help with the pain. Kyle, come help me get him inside."

Kyle ran out of the drivers seat, climbing into the back and hoisting Jacob up. Jacob let out a groan of pain, Kyle looked at his brother worriedly, before helping him out of the back of the truck and into the house itself. It was still set up from how they left it, when they left three years ago he set Jacob down on the couch.

Elliot followed behind the brothers and knelt next to the bed when Kyle placed Jacob down. She bit her lip, se didn't know what she could do for him. The pain, if it was actual pain and not just the brain saying he should be in pain, was in his robotic leg. She didn't know anything about robot mechanics. She felt absolutely helpless as she crouched next to him. She noticed her sleeve was pulled up and quickly pulled it back down to her wrist. She placed her hand against Jacob's cheek and took his hand in her own.

Savannah looked at the two then Jacob, "Let's get what we can out of the truck... And clean up a little. This place is covered in dust."

Jacob only nodded, Kyle looked at his brother. He was scared for Jacob, there was something he could do. "We can get the stuff out of the truck, and clean up while I find out where the mechanics went when I find out I'll go there and bring one here to patch my brother up."

Jacob looked at Kyle, a small smile on his face "thanks." His voice was hoarse, he didn't care though "and Elliot I already know about you cutting yourself so you have no reason to hide it from us."

Savannah nodded at Kyle spoke, "Let's do that," She turned from her sister and Jacob and walked back out to the truck.

Elliot looked at Jacob when he said her name. Her face paled as he continued. So, that was why her sleeve had been pulled up. She released Jacob's hand and removed her hand from his cheek, bringing her arms into herself. She wrapped them around her and stared at the ground. Her hands shook, "I'm sorry.... I just.... It helps...." She met Jacob's eyes, "I want to be happy with you but... everything that happened.... Whether it was me or not... I just can't forgive myself for what I did...." Her hands rose to her face, the nails on her normal hand digging into her forehead, "I... killed those people... I'm pathetic... Horrible...." She sobbed, "I shouldn't be here..."

Jacob sat up, as Kyle left. He put his good leg on the floor, his metal leg was destroyed from the knee down. He put his arms around Elliot, "shhhhh Ellie please I know you can't forgive yourself. But don't hurt yourself for trying to find a way on getting to help. If you need to you can punch something or anything just don't hurt yourself please."

Elliot looked up at Jacob, her eyes seeming to be somewhat wild, "But... But it helps..." She looked down at her arm, "More than it did after my parents."

She rolled up her sleeve showing him the multitude of scars on her arm. She ran her metal finger over it, a small on her face, "I hurt them... but... they won't be mad if I hurt me too. Right?"

She shook her head, "I can't stop. Nothing else will help. Nothing."

Jacob let out a sigh, and looked at what was left of his left leg. His shoulders seemed to sag, he knew he wouldn't be able to walk without someone's help and till they got the mechanic here they would only have savannah and Kyle to protect them. He rubbed what was left, of the leg he tensed at the pain but he didn't say anything.

Elliot continued to sit on the floor in front of him. Her eyes were wet with tears. She shook as Jacob still held her but she didn't seem right. Her eyes were wild and wild and every once in a while she'd whisper something quietly to herself. Her eyes darted around the room as she ran her hand over her scars. At one point, she just started laughing. It was as though something in her snapped, throwing her over the edge and into a pool of insanity.

Savannah walked in with a few things and saw how Elliot was acting. It worried and saddened her. What the hell had happened since they got there. Slowly, she walked over to the two of them and took whatever guns were in the general vicinity of Elliot and moved them, leaving Jacob with his pistol. She gave him a wary look, knowing this would be just as hard on him as it was her. Over the years, she had seen people go crazy, it was hard not to with everything that they went through. She had just never imagined it happening to her sister. She sat down at the kitchen table and held her face in her hands, listening to Elliot's quiet rambling.

Jacob let out a breath, and ran his hand through his hair. He got up onto his his good leg, putting his pistol in its holster. He put his arm on the wall, to keep himself from falling onto the floor. He closed his eyes in pain, ignoring it for as much as he could.

Savannah looked at Jacob as he stood, "You shouldn't be getting up..."

She stood and walked over to Elliot, "Hey... Elliot, why don't you go lie down?"

"Hm?" She asked, looking at her sister with wide eyes. Savannah gave her a soft smile and help her to her feet before bringing her into one of the rooms. She tucked her into bed before ensuring there was nothing sharp in the room. Finally, she left and closed the door behind her, blocking out the chilling whispers of her sister.

She started to walk away from the door before hesitating. Grabbing a chair, she stuck it under the door handle, preventing Elliot from being able to get out. She sighed and walked back into the living room, sitting on the comfy chair. She curled up a little and placed her face back into her hands, "Oh god...."
