We've been told of the creatures that come out of hiding during the night. About humanoids that quite literally drain the life out of innocent and harmless people. About people that grow large amounts of fur during the ful moons. We've even been told about the people that hunt these creatures. We know how evil and taboo being a Supernatural is but ehat if there's more to it? What if we figure out that these Supernaturals are not so evil as we imagined? What if the hunters that are supposedly protecting us from the Supernaturals are who we should be afraid of? In the small town of Delmark set in modern times, (Pictures will be posted tomorrow) Supernaturals live freely and without consiquence, hiding themselves amoung humans. What happens when a group of Hunters move in to challenge the Supernatural's way of live.

The plot will consist of a group protagonists and antagonists. If you are going for an antagonist role you must give a brief explination as to wh your character is evil (Everyone has there reasons.) may it be because of a Supernatural completely wiping out an entire family, or a hunter having there own nafarious plans. Antagonists will have a set goal of ridding the town of Supernaturals and anyone who affiliates with them (Don't worry everyone will not have to be killed. Thats what NPC's are for). There will be one leader and two Supernatural moles (Inside guys and/or gals to spy on Supernaturals). The leader will have to make a pretty good bio because I need it to shape the plot. Anywhoozies here are the rules.

Make up to two as long as you keep up with them, yeah?

Races;
Hunter
Witch
Werewolf
Vampires
Hybrids (Can only be obtained in RP. How it will be obtained and what it is will be revealed in the RP.)

Lots of pics will be posted tomorrow.

(Under heavy construction. Some things may not make sense, if you notice that please let me know....with constructive critisism.....If there are errors in spelling let me know please, I kinda plooped this all from my head so I wouldn't lose any of my general ideas.)

You kinda spoiled "maybe the hunters are evil." when you called the antagonists...

Yes.....but the reason why is not known. Not to the protagonists anyways. That's up to the antagonists to decide.

Is this set in modern day? And are there any universal limitations/weaknesses/powers that all vampires possess?

Modern day and vampires will be weaker under sunlight (Kinda like Skyrim if you've played it.) rather than die. wouldn't be fun if you couldn't go outside. Errrrrrrmmm as far as powers go those can be decided by you as long as it's not too outrageous, like compulsion (Mind control.). There are lots of kinds of vampires out there. It seems to me that all vampires have at least one hightened human ability, be it intellegence, strength or charisma. I dunno I'm just ramblin', be as creative as you'd like. I'll add a "Abilities" thing to the cs and mention this as a modern fantasy RP.

I'm a newbie around here, so one more quick question before I throw out my CS: what does "TBR" stand for? I see it next to Bio and personality up above.

So, similar to the vampire question, what is your viewpoint of werewolves?

Generaly, in what I've seen werewolfs are only strong in their actual wolf form but all of the senses are hightened to the extreme in human form. In my opinion I think thats the way it should be but if enough people feel that the strength trait should be with the human form too then I guess I can bypass my opinion. Also as far as looks go for the werewolf form...that's a tough one. I like the scary ones that walk on two legs opposed to giant Twilight wolves.

Thank you for the help! I'mma go ahead and just leave this here.

Name: Mikhael Yozhikov

Appearence (sorry if it looks weird, I drew it in a hurry):

*Note: His eyes aren't dual colored like that. I put the red to show what it looks like when he's hungry.

Age: 25 (252 as vampire and human combined)

Loyalty: Supernaturals

Race: Vampire

Abilities: Fast regeneration, extremely mild persuasion ( really only works on the inebriated), enhanced senses, increased speed and strength

Weaknesses or mental flaw: Sunlight, silver, physical touch

Personality: Mikhael likes to make himself appear cold and distant to prevent others from getting close to him. This is not to distance himself emotionally, but physically because he has a strong aversion to even the gentlest of touches, causing panic attacks in the worst cases. His temper can be very quick with those he does not trust, and he does not trust very many.

Bio (so sorry it's really long!): Mikhael was born in Moscow, Russia on March 7th, 1762. At the age of only 9, his father died of the plague during the last massive outbreak in Moscow and because of a lack of financial security, Mikhael, his mother, and his siblings had to move in with Mikhael’s wealthier uncle until a time they could afford to live without the aid.
Mikhael suffered physical abuse at the hands of his uncle for 7 years, unbeknownst to his mother or his siblings. For whatever reason, his uncle tormented him alone until Mikhael could gather the strength to confide in his mother. Though the news upset her greatly, the family was forced to remain in the uncle’s house because they could not afford to try and survive on their own. The abuse abruptly stopped, but it had already taken a heavy toll on Mikhael as he physically distanced himself from his mother and siblings, too embarrassed to explain why even the tenderest touch made him nervous and angry.
Mikhael took a job as a shoe shine in the streets that same year in order to get out of the house and start helping his family. As his siblings got older and procured jobs of their own, the broken family was finally able to get out of the uncle’s house and move back into their old home. Mikhael then spent his adult years caring for his sick mother and trying to scrape together enough money from job hopping in order to survive.
One day, he met a man by the name of Gavriil who promised he would pay for his family to live comfortably in exchange for Mikhael’s companionship. Mikhael didn’t like the sound of the word “companionship,” but he felt he had no choice when his family was hungry. He struck the deal with Gavriil and it was soon revealed to him that the man was a vampire. The revelation shocked and frightened him at first, but Gavriil proved to be an alluringly gentle vampire, preferring not to kill, but to secure a long-term “donor” whom he would lavish with gifts and money. For the following few years, Mikhael would allow Gavriil to feed from him, making the vampire fully aware of how much he detested being touched, and Gavriil would send Mikhael home with a generous sum of money and the occasional gift for his siblings. His family of course questioned the origin of the money and gifts, but Mikhael would always tell them it was best they didn’t know where it had come from and to just be grateful.
Mikhael fell gravely sick on his 27th year of life and, in a fit of panic, came to Gavriil and begged the vampire to turn him. Gavriil felt pity for his donor and agreed to turn him, but with the understanding that he could never return to his mortal life. Mikhael agreed, however reluctantly, and once turned, he ceased all further contact with his mother and siblings. They assumed he had been killed in the streets or just never decided to return home, but Mikhael still continued to send them money anonymously until they had all passed away.
As a vampire, Michael’s aversion to physical touch still remained and it proved difficult for him when trying to learn to feed. Gavriil taught him how to use his power of mild persuasion to feed from humans without leaving a trace of the memory in their minds. Mikhael found he had a preference for young male blood and eventually discovered that the inebriated were easier to control. He frequented bars and pubs in order to feed on the patrons who found themselves a little more than tipsy while stumbling down the alleyway. When Gavriil felt that Mikhael was properly trained as a vampire, Mikhael began to see less and less of him as the centuries wore on.

Other: My favorite food is spaghetti. Mikhael's is B+.

Okay so what is your viewpoint on shifting? Forced shifting on full moons or at any time, or a mixture of the two? And the weaknesses aswell? Is silver still included? What about eternal life, longativity, or none of the above? Just need to know for how to base my character.

Nubxilla I need you to make changes to the cs you sent me according to what I said here and to what I'm about to answer. Please post it to this thread.

In the future shifting will be able to be controled but for now there will be only forced shifting during the full moons.
*cough cough hybrids cough cough* As for lifespans, I'm sure that werewolves don't have immortallity. I could be wrong. Perhaps they have a slowed aging proccess (Like wolverine). Silver is a major weakness still.

There will be no Hybrids (Yet) and I'm not sure what you mean by original vampires. If you are reffering to The Vampire Diaries then that would be difficult to get everyone on the same page if they've never seen the show so I'm gonna say no to that one.

Hey,

So I made what I believe to be the changes you requested. Please let me know if i missed something, sorry about that Q.Q

Name: Thane Romul
Appearence:
Noticeably attractive. Silvery White hair, small mutton chops carefully tended to, with brown eyes that glisten red.
Strong build, but would be considered more agile than buff. Think martial artist over weight lifter.
A large scar runs from his left collar bone nearly all the way down to his right hip, this wound looks like it nearly resulted in death.
Dons a cloak of pure white fur and a loadout fitting a supernatural mercenary. An impressive composite bow on his back, a hand crossbow at each hip, and two military blades resembling modern swords sheathed at his waist, a combat knife in each boot strap and four pistols are hidden in pockets in his coat all of which have ivory and mother of pearl decorations on the handles. Often has the hood of his jacket up.

Age: 21
Loyalty: Hunters
Reason for Loyalty: Family has an attuned hatred for a specific list or house/coven of vampires (this is up to you because I'm not sure of all the lore and I don't immediately want to have my character planning on how to kill other roleplayers), though he starts off with a noticeably hostile attitude towards all undead, and the occasional demon.
Race: Werewolf

Abilities:
-Naturally born Werewolf with ancestry dating back to Fenrir
-Wolf form
-Incredible sense of hearing and smell, and greatly improved sense of sight (particularly in low light)
-Naught but silver can do much harm against this pup, though repeated bashings and slashings will subdue him
-Supernatural constitution quickly repairs most cuts and abrasions on his body. Massive damage such as removal of limbs, beheading and such are still very much a threat. Quick work of anything but beheading has a slim chance of full recovery
-Incredibly fast (nicknamed The Ivory Blur)
-Can turn humans into werewolves by having them drink his blood. If this happens, it's probably against his will.
-Wolf form bite is extremely toxic to vampires
-Known for being extremely agile, even for a werewolf, though his strength isn't noteworthy among fellow werewolves (his eldest brother has that covered)
-His skill with all firearms is absurd, but particularly with crossbows and composite bows. He can simultaneously dual wield crossbows both firing with supernatural precision and then reload them in the blink of an eye with his incredible speed. Though most supernaturals have the strength to use composite bows with incredible resistance on them, Thane's average strength is more than enough as he makes up what he lacks in strength with incredible accuracy
-Cold doesn't bother him. People start freezing to death when Thane begins to complain that "It's a bit nippy" out. His body, along with the rest of his family member's bodies, exude an average body heat noticeably warmer than that of a human. The tempurare rises with physical activity, becoming hot enough to evaporate rain. This heat is never harmful, though at times it can become uncomfortable for both Thane and those around him.
-Can understand wolves in all forms, and occasionally dogs. Dogs are however, at times, very difficult to understand. Nearly every dog has a heavy German accent. Thane is unsure as to why. With his lifelong exposure to wolves, he can communicate basic sentences generally well with canines while he's in human form by using gestures and such.

Weaknesses or mental flaw:
-Unwillingly takes hybrid form on every full moon
-He loves his girls, but has high standards. Will often be distracted at inopportune moments by the hottest bittie in the room, and has a hard time concentrating thereafter.
-Sincerely hellbent on slaying vampires from his family's hit list. He's fairly sure he knows why, but he can't help but think there's something he doesn't know
-Strong dislike for heat. His fortitude is still that of a werewolf, but in noticeably warm climates Thane struggles as his body repeatedly goes into heat stroke and is then healed by his supernatural consitution.
-Moderately gullible when there are people in need. He insists that he be the hero.
-Strong, high pitched frequencies and pungent smells will temporarily disorient Thane
Personality (No tbr):
-Robin Hood esque. Enjoys helping people, both out of the kindness of the heart and because it makes him look good.
-Sexy and he knows it.
-Super egotistical flaunting how amazing he is at everything, but down to earth and knows when to be serious if need be.
-Usually the centre of attention in the room. Makes a point to be if he isn't, as the situation may allow
-Doesn't often use hybrid form prefers to control his shifting abilities, which both helps and hinders.
-He sees the best in people, and tries to bring it out

Bio (No TBR):
-Grew up in the Rocky Mountains in Canada's north. There, a settlement built into the mountain has housed his family for centuries. The interior is made mostly of stone decorated with master craftsmanship, though some modern pieces have been brought in. His family has made its name through both heritage and work. The Romul's decend from Fenrir.
-Thane's ancestors have sworn themselves to the slaying of both undead and demons, though supernatural presences are quite rare nowadays.
-Thane's father, William, is the alpha of their 'pack' for good reason. His wolf form gigantic, and excels in pure brute strength. His eldest brother, Brock, inherited this trait. Brock and his father are not two people you want to be on the bad side of (think Hulk smash x2). Thane's mother, Marilyn, is a priestess of sorts and frequently addresses Mother Moon and Father Sun as her deities. Thane isn't fond of studying, but his mother insists that he be taught basic maths and such. His little sister of 6 years, Annie, is probably the most adorable little fluffball you'll ever see. Thane's remaining brother, Tyson, doesn't enjoy much; anything really. Tyson mostly sleeps and eats, but mostly sleeps. He becomes absurdly angry if you wake him up, and is usually both groggy and grumpy the entire 4 to 6 hours he's awake during the day; which is actually night. Thane's entire family's wolf form is entirely white with yellow eyes, save for Thane and Brock. Thane's fur remains pure white, but his eyes are red. Brock's wolf fur is jet black and has yellow eyes.
-Many wolves also live in and around their residence. One in particular, an albino, has become one of Thane's closest friends and will almost always hunt with Thane. This wolf has been named is Tyberius
-Now Thane's family mostly does mercenary work. Occasionally for military purposes, but not for decades. His father slew hundreds of Nazi's in WWII, but that's the only military affiliation Thane knows of. The majority of the Romul family's work lies in contracts with Hunters: most of which involve the slaying of vampires, and rehabilitation of newly transformed werewolves.
-Romul's believe lycanthropy is a gift, and only specific individuals who have proven themselves to be worthy are granted this pureblooded gift. They do try, however, to subdue and train afflicted werewolves to remove any threat they may pose to the masses.
