I'm tempted to gloss it. Jin is not an up front hack and slash fighter. She relies on her speed and trickery.

Yay! I did a good thing.

Also, I guess I should put in some backstory on the scars.

On the left side is the symbol of family. On the right, the symbol of clan. (I guess you could liken it to country?)

Over the heart go the scars for someone that you were not born to, but someone that you choose to be near.

Ok, so... I have an idea for Jin's getting cured. A particular kind of mushroom.

Also- Alice is probably on her way back to the kingdom, likely to spread lies about what really happened to the king.

How are we gonna put the elf village in danger of extinction?

Also, where's the giant wolf that Korlash was riding? I want the wolf back..

Sorry for the double post. The elves have captured one of the enemy knights.

What would they do with him? I mean, if they're too peaceable to kill animals, I don't think they'll be able to torture info out of a human.

The elves would probably let the forest deal with the knights. If they they get out good, if not, not their problem.

Slow it down. Have Korlash be doing his usual, bum rushing into things without a lot of thought. Then have that fail him, hard. Make him panic, make him fear... and then make him plan.

Perhaps I'll have the anonymous knight wonder why Korlash is so panicked and desperate to get into the forest. Maybe he opens up about Jin, because this random stranger will probably die off anyway, so who is he going to tell?

...maybe the enemy begins to see each other as fellow creatures of spirit and life, not just faceless beings.
