Are you still alive, Vain? I only ask because your Skype name changed to 'Inactive Account' and I can't tell if it actually means your account is inactive or if you just changed your name to 'Inactive Account', which sounds like a pretty awesome way to troll someone I remember I made a clan on a free to play FPS game called '404Error' and the page to join the clan was literally a 404 error. Needless to say, the clan didn't amount to much.

How old is everyone, by the way? Just curious

p.s. If Platanus is too long you go on and make plane out of it, but with Plat it took me a long while until I understood I was being addressed to.

I know what you mean JLtW. I was usually on the upper end of the spectrum as well. However I'm liking the change of demographics here. Haha, it looks like I'm the baby of the group.

I'd rather wait for you Ryver, no rush.

I was on an anime-themed forum ( ) prior to this one and I think I was 17 when I first joined, but for some reason everybody was surprised to hear my age, saying I seemed to be 20. I think most people were like 14 and 15 years old there. Apparently I had an air of "maturity" and it's weird to try collabing when you feel like you're around kids. I had stumbled upon old guild soon afterward, but the advanced section was much more pretentious at the time, so I didn't stay around. I really like it here though, most members are pretty mature and even new members have experience in RPing under their belt.

I hear (read) you, Jennifer (or would the short version be »loser«? :wink ). The German forum I am in is also an anime forum, mainly populated by teenage girls with an unrealistic sense about life and although there are loads of RPs there, it is always hard to find a decent one, where people are also able to write neat German. (it is quite embarrassing when I as the foreigner among them correct their grammar or spelling.) Still I managed to find a couple of good groups, who have about the same perspective on RPing as mine.

Ryver, Platanus is just Latin for plane trees. Plat makes absolutely no sense!
You could also give me a name of your choice, I wouldn't mind.

Short for names aren't really supposed to make sense. It's just whatever is easier. I usually go by the alias of CaptainB00M on video games and a lot of people just call me cap like a bottle cap. Here, everyone calls me Jen or Jennifer when I'm a guy =) Perhaps I should think more carefully when I choose usernames.

You should definitely be careful! :P That's why I always anticipate the sort of nicknames I might be called before I create an account.

Like for Ryver ... there is Ryv or Ry. No one said Ver or Vera yet. :D

Anyway to me you will be JLtW! I feel weird calling you Jennifer. x.x

I'll just go with the 1st thing which represents something I deeply care about and do not give much thought to what people might call me.

In a German forum we'd go on and call Jennifer lost the war »Addy« (-> administrator) or »Moddy« (-> GM) because Germans have this thing for abbreviating daily words. Example: Lappi for a laptop computer, Gebi for Geburtstag (=birthday), Eli for Eltern (=parents) etc.
But here we could get more creative until maybe he kicks one out. XXD

As to me: hit me with suggestions... but plat makes absolutely no sense. :P
...like plane would be fine, since it is the same thing - or people - after all.
A friend of mine calls me platypus, which is even longer but gives him a good laugh or smile.

Btw I'm already 30, in case anyone wanted to know.
