Callie is able to create candy of various shapes and sizes using objects that are within her grasp. All of them are things she likes to eat. This ability is anything but comical. She is able to turn these sweet treats weapons that gives you way more than the usual cavity or tooth ache. Now the Marshmallow Man is no longer something you just see on telly.

Drawbacks

The longer Callie uses her powers the more she will crave for salty foods. It almost like she had a sweet overdose. The less sugar she has in her body the harder it is for her to use her powers.

Personality

Callie is quite paradoxical. She can soothe people with her presence and yet she is very preppy (outside the office of course). This psychiatrist in the making knows most people on a first name basis. She gets along well with Jo because both of them love to game. This translates into one of her chief traits i.e. her ability to cope with adversity. Challenges are something she relish especially if she can make a game out of it. As you can guess her mode of learning is highly kinesic. Don't bother asking her to read a lot of books because she will not do it. Nothing she reads is ever retained for long. If you want to teach her, lecturing or demonstrating the procedure to her is the way to go. Occasionally she will withdraw from the group because she needs a time out. A good indication that she is not going to pay attention to you is when she has a lollipop in her mouth.

Extras

Callie loves talking and she often thinks out loud. This often annoys Eddy because the pilot actually needs absolute silence to be able to think.

Many people started calling her Sugar because Callie is truly obsessed with sweets. She eats them almost everyday. She calls them her brain food.

Callie is a curvaceous girl. Almost like how you imagine one of those Southern girls but the only thing she doesn't have is the accent.

Callie is actually from Detroit.

She has some commitment issues when it comes to romantic relationship

Power: Liquid Phase Control

Eddy is able to manipulate any form of liquid and change them into various states. She can only manipulate what is present. Her preference seems to be controlling ink and water since they are the most accessible of all the liquids. She has been unsuccessful in controlling blood thus far despite Young coaxing her to try. The scientists theorize that it might be due to the fact that she can only control liquids of particular consistencies.

Drawbacks

Eddy suffers from migraines when the weather changes too rapidly. Her powers seem to be a trigger for her headaches especially when she abuses them. Addision would be less likely to want to experiment out of the entire group because of this.

Personality

Eddy is as quiet as Kiernan, but for a very different reason. She finds talking to people tiring. Nothing bores her more than having someone talk about their troubles. She can't understand why people can't act in a more rational manner. Another huge difference is that she isn't the very creative sort. She likes facts and figures. The only thing reason why she may appear flexible is because she will always try to find the most efficient way to solve a problem. Hence her preference to manipulate water and ink.

Extra

Addy prefers hanging out by herself. The only time she welcomes company is when she wants to play tennis or badminton.

She will tolerate listening to your problems if she "likes" you enough. Getting her to like you is tough.

She can cook very well and her dishes always taste the same whenever she cooks them.

Addy is engaged but she never talks about her fiance. She mentions him only in passing when she is about to leave.

Addy is anything but feminine during work. Occasionally she will dress up after work because her fiance wants her to. She has quite a nice willowy figure.

Jo is able to summon objects and living things based on the images stored in his brain for a short period of time. Being an avid gamer he has no limits when imagining weird creatures and constructs. He acts as if he finally is able to disappear into his wildest fantasies.

Drawbacks

The trade off ranges from mild delusion and moderate raging to times giddiness and outright nausea (symptoms of over gaming). That and there is no such thing as an unlimited ammo hack. What would cure him is a good night's sleep and an aspirin.

Personality

Jo is a fun loving dad to a hyperactive 2 year old boy. He is also very articulated and doesn't mind joking around with his colleagues. He has a very paternal air about him and he will be more than happy to talk about your problems. On the other side he can be a bit short tempered. Nothing frustrates him more than being unable to get something done perfectly. It was this trait that drives him to excel in his field of research. He is truly one of those odd balls that has the same personality whether he is online or offline.

His mind seems to be functioning on a different plane altogether. Once he gets started on a particular train of thought he won't realize you are not following him. It's not that he uses jargon to explain things. He simply states things that don't seem to be related at all. He is the guy you would go to if you want to answer the Mad Hatter's famous question - why is a raven like a writing desk - because sure enough he will have an answer even to that question.

Extras

He loves Final Fantasy, World of Warcraft, Dota, most fps, Legend of Zelda and also Maple Story. He thinks Maple Story is cute and cartoony enough for his son to enjoy. He often plays with his son in his lap.

Power: Reflective Dimensional Distortion (aka crystaline teleportation and manipulation)

The ability allows Kiernan to teleport instantaneously using any reflective surfaces. Besides strategic teleportation he can move, shape, split, fracture and bend these surfaces to use light to his advantage. He believes that he ought to be able to bring others into the bizarre mirror world with him. A sub-ability that he has allows him to produce reflective crystals when there is free carbon (soot, etc) present in the air. However it isn't as strong because this sub-ability is only there to help facilitate her main ability.

Drawbacks

Kiernan may go into shock once he over exerts himself. This will put him into a deep sleep from which he will struggle to wake up from. During that period he is vulnerable to the effects of what he dubbed the mirror world i.e. insanity. Theoretically Kiernan might actually develop a split personality over time.

Personality

Kiernan is pretty much the artist of the group. He is deep and reflective. This is often expressed in the stories he writes. Not that he thinks much of his writing. It is only a hobby. He feels that if he ever made it a regular job he will get sick of it. Most of the time Kirk would be seen sitting with his feet propped up on the table, cigarette in his mouth and writing in a notebook. At other times you can find him lazing around the pool after a swim. He may appear laid back but when the need arises he will take charge. He has a very tactical mind which allows him to strategize quickly. He is also very irritable. So approach him with caution unless he spoke to you first. He is also not afraid to speak his mind. He is rather blunt.

Extras

Kiernan prefers to write historical fantasies. He would spend days researching some obsecure character before sitting down and writing what he believes would be the ideal autobiography for the character. His preferred historical period is the Industrial Revolution.

Tia has the ability over transmitting, receiving and interpreting electronical data and transmissions from nearly any electronical product without a computer or any other means of access. She could see through every surveillance camera and access mass amount of transmission but at the cost of controlling her power like a switch by shutting her powers off completely or being bombarded by all transmissions in her general vicinity.

Drawbacks: Although she can pick and chose what her primary focus is, if she receives too many signals she can overload on her powers, causing her to both be physically and mentally overwhelmed. Personality: Tia's immediate emotions are something that usually is quite obvious to read off of her and is usually the one people joke with due to the way she reacts(and often tries to seeks out a playful revenge in return, but not usually sucessful). Although very energetic and vocal with her thoughts, her emotional state easily fluctuates depending on what is happening to her. Although she can easily get mad or irritated, she is not usually upset for long. Although an adult, she is still a little childish at times and can be naively optimistic of a situation. Giving this opportunity to join the Sierra Project, she is hopeful that she could become a superhero and help the world from its problems.

Extra: When she first joined the Sierra Project, she wasn't supposed to be a part of the team but just an average lab tech. However due to an accident, one of the team members was dismissed at the last minute and since Tia had been long enough to know enough about the program as well as being lucky enough to have the right genetic code to work with the serum, she was chosen since there wasn't enough time to find a replacement. Hence the nickname Rookie since she wasn't fully debriefed nor highly trained in a field such as the others.

Although inexperienced, Tia is quite smart and is a quick learner. She works hard to learn from the others on the team and often looks up to them.

With his power, Marcus is able to read the emotional state of others within the same room or general vicinity. As he becomes stronger with his abilities, Marcus will be able to induce others into different emotional states, even to the point of making a person relaxed and calm enough to fall asleep or put them in a state of confusion in which a person might question what they have physically seen. His powers can sometimes appear as a mild form of hypnosis.

Drawbacks: Marcus's ability never turns off which can be overwhelming at times when he is unable to sort out which emotion belongs to what person if there are too many people together in a close quarter. Strong emotional outburst from him can affect others nearby to feel the same and although other people's outbursts don't affect him, they can be mildly uncomfortable to him.

Personality: Ben is someone that could be described as the older brother of the group. He care for the others and can be seen as the mediator between the others. He usually has a calm, almost carefree attitude around him that is rarely broken besides when he is working and is focused on getting the job done. He can be quite sarcastic and is often messes around with those he is close with.

Extras: Being trained in combat and wanting an ability that could help him in that aspect, Marcus sometimes sees his power as a little unmanly (and yes, I'm making sure that his manpride is hurt sometime through this roleplay)

With this power, Kris is able to learn how to do nearly any physical action by merely watching someone perform the action after watching it one time.

Drawbacks: Kris is limited to what his body is physically capable of doing so although he might know the technique to do a parkour stunt but doesn't have the physical strength or flexibility to do so, he would be unable to accomplish the task.

Personality: Krisis someone that can think quickly on his feet and is often strategizing. Thru many undercover jobs and training at the FBI, he is very knowledgeable when it comes to being street smart as well as many gangs and groups not only in America but worldwide. He is very good at acting and filling a role to gain what he wants. His motives are not truly on what is good or bad but rather on what is good for the situation for himself and the goals he desires to accomplish. He doesn't have any ill feeling towards the others in Team Bravo but loathes Mr. Pearson and isn't afraid to stand up against friends and foes alike for his goals.
