SEX: Female

PERSONALITY: Usually antisocial, serious, until she befriends someone. Then, she can be quite friendly, as long as you dig through the layer of coldness.
OCCUPATION: Training to be pilot.

BACKGROUND: Was training to be a pilot, grew up and lived in Valhalla city, until, well... You know. Her parents were infected, she witnessed it, and she was hiding in the basement of a building. She has food and water, but it is beginning to run out.

SKILLS: Okay at flying planes, can fire a gun, not the best aim though.
LIKES: darkness, silence
DISLIKES: Noise, and people who talk too much, excessive light

@dancingpotato: Okay... no offense but your CS is very... lacking. Not to mention the fact that you seemed to have disregarded all that we have discussed up until this point which seems to imply to me that you're not trying to be an interactive part of the group. The lack of effort that's been put into the CS also says that your IC posts wont have more effort than this when we do begin it. I'm sorry but I'm going to have to deny you for the time being.

@Everyone Else: Sorry the IC isn't up yet, still haven't gotten around to it >_<. But I promise it will be ready soon.

Just a heads up, Voidhawk has changed their character from a citizen to a soldier. will update the list accordingly now =).

@Voidhawk: Can I just ask you to clarify what your character's exact role in the operation will be (as I didnt seem to understand it very well). Will he be directing the air units from the Operating Base, or will he be directing them from within Valhalla City?

All of that is your choice. The soldiers will logically start together, but whether you will start near the other survivors or on your own, and whether or not you will die early is entirely your decision. =)

I'm interested in this and would like to make a citizen character, but before I do, what is your view on insanity in the rp? I'm thinking of making a fun oddball psychopath type character, as the setting just screams potential for mental breakdown.

But isn't the CS only supposed to cover up to the quarantine? If so, the character IC would be quite different than the one portrayed in the CS.

Edit on account of those damn ninjas: Yes, I have played characters as being mildly insane in the past. My favorite character recently was a psychopathic candy-loving pseudo-pedophile with a heart of gold, and that certainly didn't get boring at all up until the GM disappeared and the RP died. The craziness I'm thinking for this would only be a blatant disregard for self preservation and zero fear of heckling the infected at a dangerously small distance.

You're free to make any sort of character you wish. Just make sure the info on insanity covered well in the CS. And I haven't played with an insane character before so this should be interesting =). Though when you make you make them do something very odd, at least give them a reason, even if it's only justifiable in their own mind XD

Uhhmmm...seeing people getting infected, running around attacking people is just as bad as just being in a city full of infected. In fact, it may even be worse than just surviving...it wouldn't be crazy to say ___ and ___ person went insane seeing friends/family/coworkers/neighbours being butchered during the outbreak, then being stuck surviving those who were once their friends/family/coworkers/neighbours.
