Kate Higgins. As known as, the voice of Sakura Haruno from Naruto.

Well, if I had to pick one, I guess Isaac sounds sort of like Chuck Huber (The voice of dragon ball Z's Android 17)

My character would have th voice of Junji Majima. Otherwise known as the voice actor for Ryuji Takasu from Toradora.

Gram is either Austin Tindle (Ayumu Aikawa, Marco Bott) or Lucien Dodge (Waver Velvet, Blue from Pokemon Origins). I imagine more on the Austin Tindle side, though. He has the voice for the yangire vibe I'm going for.

I definitely imagine Brittney Karbowski (Yuri Nakamura, Ikaros, Mikoto Misaka) being Atalanta's voice.

If we're going Japanese...

Gram is voiced by Megumi Ogata (Makoto Naegi, Nagito Komaeda, Shinji Ikari). Most fitting voice ever.

Unfortunately, my knowledge of non-male-acting female seiyuus is rather low in comparison to my knowledge on their male counterparts. So I'm at a loss about Atalanta's.

I have no idea whose voice Simon would have for his english. Perhaps he would have Johnny Yong Bosch otherwise known as the voice actor for Ichigo Kurosaki.

Whoops, sorry guys, I was waiting for the rest of our team members (Blaire and Atlanta) to make a move before allowing Isaac to continue going murderhobo on the giant snake ^^". Though i'm afraid now I'll have to wait further since I'm going to an outdoor art festival for a few hours.
