As Peter slowly lifted his mask off of his face and head when their lips impacted after his questions he did the same. Her mask was made of a breathable rubber versus his cloth but it came off just as easily as she lifted the front of her mask up and off of her head until she allowed it to fall from her hand to the area next to them. Once it hit the ground, she used that free hand to grab the chest of his suit and pull him upward into the sitting position as she slid her tongue into her boyfriend’s mouth. How could this get any better?

After a few minutes, Lexi pulled back from the kiss. Her blue eyes twinkling at him, excited that she had him fooled, even just for a short amount of time could be seen rather easily. The raven hair pulled back into a simple bun to make the mask easier to get in and out of her mask. “Flying through the city makes for a nice date don’t you think?” She asked teasingly as she tilted her head at him. “Did the dessert question give it away?”

Peter held on to her, returning her kisses as she pulled off her mask, and he enjoyed every second of their lips together. He had a million questions for her, he felt dumb for not figuring it out sooner, but he was glad to know that she was in perfect health... It had to be the serum Doctor Octavius and him made, right? His mutated genes had to affect hers to be able to do everything she has done... She pulled back from the kisses, and as she spoke Peter shook his head, with a laugh, his soft brown eyes staring at her. "It wasn't so much the dessert question, but more of the fact that I was finding it easier and easier to talk to you.... and although the mask helped, your voice did sound familiar. You have much to learn from the pro, young grasshopper." Peter said, putting his hands together and bowing his head jokingly. He placed his hands on her thighs gently, she was still on top of him, but he didn't mind that one bit. He couldn't speak for Lexi, but this was one of the most interesting nights he's had.

Lexi’s health couldn’t have been more perfect; she was light weight, healthy, fit and her senses had increased. Her hearing, sense of smell, taste and reflects had increased dramatically. A small laugh left the raven haired girl as she ran her hands gently up her boyfriend’s chest, to his neck and into his thick brown hair. Not only was she in love with the man behind the mask but she could not fight along-side the mask figure and even if he didn’t want her too; well he didn’t have that much of a say, this was happening and he was just going to have to deal with it. “Pro… I don’t know if Ppprrroooo is the wording I would use….” Her tongue-in-cheek voice said that she was completely joking as she placed her forehead gently against his. “Do you think the whips are too much?”

Peter's face looked like he was utterly offended and hurt, but he was only just joking with it. "Not a Pro? I have been running around in this leotard longer than anyone, thank you very much!" He said, but then laughed. He loved the feeling of her fingers in his hair. When asked if the whips were too much, Peter shook his head. "You're asking the guy who shoots webs at people." He said with a smile. "I think they'll help you... You know i'm going to try and talk you out of fighting crime... and I know you won't listen to me..." Peter said with a shrug. "The suit though, I like..." Peter said with a laugh. Although he wouldn't want the creeps in this city checking out his girlfriend, he didn't mind looking at her in it, but then again, she looked incredible in everything.

“So am I right to assume we’re going to skip the,” She mocked his voice, “I don’t want you fighting crime Lexi, it’s too dangerous,” Than she changed to hers. “But I can help and if we’re going to be together we need to be involved with each other’s lives.” Her voice went back to her version of Peter’s. “It’s too dangerous you could get hurt.” Than to her voice. “‘Well, since I seem to fall in the middle of everything anyway, best I defend myself so you’ll have less to worry about.’ Then I’d bat my eyes and pout my lips and you’d let me come along thinking that I’ll change my mind after I see how dangerous it is. Does that sound about right?”

Did this girl know her boyfriend? Or did this girl know her boyfriend? If Peter had learned anything from being friends with Lexi it was that when she had her mind set to something, changing it was damn near impossible. She loved the idea of being with Peter; she loved the idea even more of being involved in all aspects of his life. But this was one a bit different, a bit more dangerous but that was all the more reason for her to be there for him. She was tired of seeing her boyfriend hurt and now; for some reason, she had a gift too and could actually help him! “By the way, I wasn’t going crazy when I said I felt lighter and you’re not getting stronger…” She gave his hair a small playful pull as she leaned forward kissing his lips gently before pulling back. “Well maybe you could be getting stronger but it’s hard to tell since my body weight is only 50 pounds. I mean I know people drop weight when they’re in the hospital but no matter how much I eat or how little, I never budge from that weight. It’s weird. Oh and I feel down the stairs a few days ago and landed on my hands and feet as if I landed on a pillow. What do you make of that sweetie?” Hollow bones and ability to land on their feet... kinda sounds like a cat huh?

Peter raised his eyebrows as she had the imaginary, yet accurate, conversation between Peter and Lexi. When finished he shrugged. "More or less... Do I really sound like that? Man I sound like a downer!" He said smiling. He closed his eyes as her fingers played with his hair. He couldn't help it! But as she started to talk, and kiss him, he opened them afterwards. "That would explain a lot of things... Karate for example... and that I haven't saved you from being a clutz for a while." he said teasingly. "Sounds to me that you have some sort of cat genetics. More cute and cuddly than spider ones..." He said with a shrug yet again. "Look. I know you're going to do this crime fighting thing no matter what... but please... let me handle doing the stupid stuff..." He gave a weak smile. "Don't go looking for danger... if people need your help, they'll call for it. All it takes is a scream now adays and I come running. You and your new hearing can probably pick it up better than I can..." He used one of his hands to rest it gently on her cheek.

“Oh I’m sure you miss catching me so I’ll be sure to fall more often when I’m myself and not in costume.” Lexi’s face gently tilted into his hand closing her eyes, feeling the cloth against her face was no different than feeling his hand; the suite was now a part of whom Peter Parker was and she has accepted that, but she loved her Peter before and after Spider-Man. When he asked her to not go looking for trouble, her blue eyes flickered open and she locked her gaze with Peter’s soft brown eyes. “I promise.” She said softly.

Suddenly, her ears twitched, much like a cat’s did when they heard a noise and Lexi jumped instantly to her feet. “Gunfire.” She said quickly. “And screaming. Robbery, the bank.” She was repeated snippets of what she was hearing from the distance. Her gaze flicked to Peter who had jumped to his feet as well. “Does that count as a cry for help?” She asked in a teasing fashion as she plucked her mask from the ground and leaned up giving him a kiss. “Let’s see how this works.” She said playfully as she pulled her mask over her face; giving him one more kiss because she couldn’t help herself, she lowered her mask to protect her mouth and ran towards the edge and jumped; the tingling sensation and the hairs on the back of her neck standing up in a good fashion said that Peter was hot on her tail.

Landing on the rooftop next to the bank she observed the scene before turning to Peter. “So, I’ll get the hostages out, you take down the badies. Everyone’s scared of a spider and everyone trust a cat.” She said playfully as she gently brushed his arm with her clothed hand. It was the only way she could think of to show affection while they were in costume. “See you inside. I’ll be listening for some great lines.” She said with a cheeky grin flashing her sharp teeth as she walked backwards, “I love you.” She said softly, knowing that any time could be his last and that was the last thing she would want him to hear from her, with that she fell off the building and swung herself towards the roof of the bank.

Peter was grateful she listened, and said she would promise... He didn't know if she would keep it, but it meant a lot to her. "You don't even have to pretend. Just fall in my arms whenever you want." He said with a laugh... But that laugh soon died out as he watched her face change. She started to describe the situation. Before he could put on his mask he was embraced by her soft lips. He smiled as he pulled on his mask after hers, "after you." He said simply. This would be easy. He's dealt with a ton of robberies before... But now lexi will be there, leaving her in danger.

He leapt after her, swinging close behind her. As they got closer his spider senses went crazy. She had enhanced hearing, but as he swing around his senses let him know what was happening. They landed on the building, and he inspected the scene. He wasn't expecting Lexi to give him orders, but thatsbexsctly what he was thinking as well. His skin tingled where she touched, and couldn't help but smile when she said those three incredible words.

Alright. Show time.

"Let's to before the web head gets here!"

"Relax! We got hostages if he shows! That's his weakness man!"

"But still, just hurry up!"

The robbers quickly grabbed bags of money, whimpering men and women in the corner with a man walking back and forth with a gun. As the guys did their thing Spider-Man watched from sticking on to the ceiling. He easily got in. The robbers took out the alarms, so he easily took the door.

"Ooooohhhhhhhh...." A loud voice echoed through the room. "Oh shit! What was that?!" Someone screamed. The man holding the hostages spun around in a frenzy. "I am your conscience...! You all are above stealing..! Oooohhhhh..." The echoing sounded like a weird ghost.

As the men looked around Spider-Man fell from the cieling silently. "Did you guys like the ghost thing?" Spider-Man asked putting a hand on his Chin as if thinking about it. "I was hoping it would.... change your mind!... Get it? Change as in... Money.... Ah forget it." Peter said shrugging, the. Instantly dodging bullets, then shooting a string of web at a gun and tugging it away from the man. Getting rid of the guns meant that that there was less of a chance for Lexi to get shot. He just hopped that while he was distracting the thugs she was getting the people out.

For her first adventure, Catwoman was hoping it would be a bit more challenging. The robbers had turned off the security system so getting in from the back door was next to nothing. The only thing that happened that, okay it didn’t surprise her but it happened; was someone was patrolling the hallways to make sure no one, like her broke in. The robbers must have shut off the power to try to access the volt easier because the hallways were dark, which made her move through the hallway a lot easier; within moments, she had the man hog-tied and gagged by his own sock. Oh yes, she was good.

By the way Catwoman made her way to the hostage area she was able to hear Spider-Man’s sarcastic and playfulness. How did she not catch it was Peter was beyond her but hey, it happens. His quickness with bullets was still impressive and as people began to attempt to give Spider-Man a run for his money, Catwoman used the moment to slip behind the desk near the hostages.

At first they were startled by the sudden appearance of the figure but soon understood what was happening. In the commotion she used a whip to pull the knocked over tables alongside each other to create a pathway leading towards the exit door. Her physical instructions told them to keep their heads forward and watch the fight while she worked. The ten people followed her directions, keeping their eyes on chaos in front of them as Catwoman worked. Between the noise of the gunfire, the shouting of the men and the shouting of Spider-Man; the tables moving were unnoticeable. The people filed out quickly, crawling on their hands and knees the ten adults moved quickly and Catwoman stayed in her place listening for any changes.

Something did change and she caught on instantly. A single set of feet turned to see the tables and began to walk over; but he was disarmed and she knew that because he began to fumble in his pockets looking for a knife. “The fucking hostages are getting away!” He shouted as he arrived to the turned over table.

Catwoman sprang up with ease and caused the robber to jump in surprise. “Language. There’s ladies in the room.” She said in a lecturing manner as he hesitated before pulling the switchblade out of his pocket. As he went into his pocket, she went forward, placing both hands onto his shoulders. He turned his upper body wanting to shake out of her hands; she spun him around and forced him downwards. The back of his head getting introduced to the aluminum bars holding the table together, his heart beat slowed and his breathing swallowed as an indicator to her senses that he was knocked out cold.

She watched him fall to the ground in time to see one of the men point a gun in Spider-Man’s direction. She flicked out her whip and wrapped it around the gun, pulling it from the man’s hand with the force of the re-tracking whip and caught the gun in her gloved hands. She dropped the clip to the ground and kicked it off in one direction before dropping the gun to her feet. “Boys and their toys. Don’t you know it’s rude to point.”

Spider-Man was easily dodging the thugs, and the bullets. He's done this so many times, that it was like second nature... "Come one come all! Take a shot at killing the Spider!" Peter said in an imitation of a 20's announcer, as if it was a carnival game. The Spider senses made it easy for him to predict what was going to happen.. did Lexi have that type of thing? Did she only have cat powers, or did she adopt some of his powers? It would be weird if they could do the same thing... and Peter didn't want Lexi to predict his cheesy jokes or moves!

Then Peter's fears started to form. Someone found her. the thugs he was fighting turned their attention to that, but Spider-Man shot a ball of web at their heads, then shooting a web at the one on the farthest left, then starting to swing around them, the web still going. The string of web went around the thugs, and when he had them jumbled up together, only a couple escaped, and managed to find a gun. His senses went off as soon as he felt the gun aimed at him, but then it vanished. He turned to see Lexi there now, her whip taking away the weapon. He couldn't help but smile at the woman he was so madly in love with.

"Who the hell is that?!" One screamed.

"Oh come on! It can't be that hard to figure out!" Spider-Man said, pointing at her uniform. "She's all in black--Hey, don't check her out!" Peter said sternly. "She has cat like ears... cat like claws...?" He trailed off, giving them time. Peter loved messing with the idiots who think could get away with crime... And as he said before, he was especially hard on robbers.

You’d think after all this time of knowing that Peter was Spider-Man, she’d be less impressed by his actions but she still was. Though she was not a fan of people firing bullets at her boyfriend, she did find it humorous that he would jump into the 20’s announcer at a carnival game just to antagonize them. But the thought of her boyfriend getting shot was not something she enjoyed so breaking apart the gun felt good to know that there was one less chance of him getting shot.

Looking at Spider-Man, Catwoman pointed at the two men left standing. “Bright ones huh?” She said playfully as she jumped up and over the fallen table with ease; carefully missing the man who was unconscious in front of the table. He’d have enough of a headache waking up; he didn’t need 50 pounds of her landing on his ribs. “You’d think it would be obvious but I guess it takes more than one brain cell to put things together.”

Her snarky remark was enough to send one guy charging at her while the other aimed for Spider-Man. A smirk moved across Catwoman’s exposed full lips as she braced herself for the impact; only to at the last minute duck down and yank on the man’s shoulders, tripping him with her curled up body. When his back made the impact onto the floor, Catwoman was up, and pounced onto the man’s chest, pulling a small string of wire from her belt and grabbing one wrist of the man’s and tying a knot around it.

“What the fuck?!” He shouted as he attempted to roll out from under her. Only to have her adjust herself accordingly and sit on his back, his wrist still in her hand with the thin wire wrapped around it.

“Language.” She lectured as she grabbed his other wrist and made quick work of tying both his wrists together. “You really should have ppppuuuurrrrrrfect manners like Spider-Man if you ever want to attract a woman.” With that she reached behind her, grabbing one of his ankles and tying that to his wrists, then the other before pushing a buttoning on the underside of the container to clip the wire. To her feet she looked down at her work and grinned, showing the sharp catlike fangs as she ‘dusted’ off her hands in a casual manner. Most couples go on dates, walks or even just sit and watch movies; what does this couple do? Oh they fight crime and now, they do it together.

It didn't take long for the police to come after hearing the large commotion going on in the bank. Peter would entertain the thugs by telling really bad criminal jokes, and now that he thought of it, he probably put Lexi through torture as well. He didn't know how welcoming the police will be to the other masked hero in the city. It took him a giant battle with the Lizard to gain the respect of the police... but hopefully Spider-Man can give her a good word, so she doesn't start too low like he did. Don't get him wrong, after this robbery he thought she was more than capable of evading the cops, especially with her stealth, but it can be overwhelming.

"Not bad for your first rodeo, Miss Cat." Spider-Man said as he watched the thugs being thrown in to the back of a SWAT car. The hostages were being helped by the paramedics, and some even came over to say their thanks, a bit unsure about Catwoman, but when people saw the two talking, they warmed up to her pretty quick. "Oh Saturday nights. you never disappoint in absolutely amazing me..." he said quietly, looking over at lexi, a smile under his mask. He didn't know how this whole crime fighting thing will work. will they split the city half and half? work together, take shifts? He didn't want to take shifts, that would mean they would never see each other! And he wanted to see Lexi Rogers more than Catwoman just as much as she wanted to see Peter Parker over Spider-Man.

As everything started to clear out, Peter brushed his hand at the bottom of her back. "You still up for crime fighting? Or are you calling it a night?" He asked just as playfully as she did to him many times tonight.

As Catwoman talked to people, it was surprising to see that they would warm up to her so fast. She remembered when Peter first started, he was considered a myth. That he wasn’t real because no one had seen him. That was until some people got photos of him (those some people turning out to be Peter) and that’s when Spider-Man first became known. At first, he was considered a bad guy, no one knew exactly where he stood and what they were going to have to deal with with him running around and trying to ‘save people’. It wasn’t until the battle with the Lizard that he was recognized, taken seriously and starting to win girls hearts.

“Am I still up for crime fighting?” She asked in a teasing fashion towards her masked boyfriend as she lowered the mouth guard to protect her face. “Of course I am, I’ve had my cat-nap and the night’s still young.” With that and a small come get me gesture she was off flipping through the city.

Now she understood why Peter enjoyed doing this so much; she flipped and flew through the city’s enormous buildings ever watchful of where she threw her whips before landing one placing and bounding off again. They went through a few more small crimes, pathetic robberies, drug deals and things of that nature but nothing to crazy. Peter was ever-watchful of what she was doing which was understandable, he probably felt responsible for how she turned out but she wasn’t complaining. Though stepping on a scale was a bit weird from time to time.

Leaving the scene of the last robbery they stopped, they landed on top of the empire state building which overlooked the night sky and the city that never slept; it was a beautiful sight and even more-so as her boyfriend landed on the roof next to her. She was pretty sure he was taking his sweet time to check her out which is why he never tried to get ahead of her. “You know.” She said playfully as she pushed up the mouth guard to reveal the playfully sarcastic smirk. “You were running around in that for over a year and as you said before…” She mocked the voice he had given her a while ago. “‘He’s every girl’s dream.’” She laughed softly. “Well he was my dear, too bad he was so overshadowed by the man under the mask.” She held up her hand, “But I haven’t lectured girls for staring at you, gocking over you, drooling or begging for autographs. But….” She walked to him, her small hands trailing up his strong stomach and toned chest, her fingertips brushing against the fabric much like she would his shirt. “I like that you’re so defensive over me. Just don’t forget to protect yourself. Or forget, and I’ll protect you.” Her tongue ran along her teeth in a teasing fashion as she turned her head to look up at his masked face.

Peter watched in awe as Lexi swung away... Is that how most school girls felt when he swung away? He wasn't a school girl... He was a man in love with that woman! He followed after her, taking his time as he watched her small, beautiful body... I mean, could you blame him? As much as he enjoyed that Lexi was better than ever, he still couldn't shake off the guilt that he caused her to be in a huge amount of pain... He saw that she landed on the empire state building. He shot two webs, and pulled, making him accelerate. He landed close in front of her, standing and staring at the woman in front of him.

As she talked, his face turned a bit red. Even if he sarcastically said that he was every girl's dream, it still made him mentally kick himself. He watched her beautiful pink lips talk, her fingers were sending electricity through his body, and he couldn't help but pull off his mask. "Oh I won't forget... Spidey sense, remember?" He said with a smile, using his webs to pull her in close. "And as for being protective... the only girl who I could keep a conversation with was you. Spider-Man can be sarcastic and witty, but that's it. Peter Parker on the other hand is dorky, and a goofball, and mostly considered a nerd when it comes to social life... but most importantly, I'm yours." He moved in and kissed her soft playful lips, enveloping his with hers.

“I think it’s important to point out that Spider-Man does come out some times with Peter Parker. Like the witty-sarcastic-playful comment about the mop before you went in to kiss me on the night of prom. Which,” She added teasingly, “I probably have the best prom story ever thanks to that night. Then there was all the stuff with Rick and yada yada yada.” Of course she was referring to the best part of the night being when Peter kissed her. There was no replacing that night and that moment for her, she couldn’t have asked for it to happen in any better fashion; even with all the crap they had dealt with afterwards.

As he lifted up his mask, her small body leaned into his as if modeling into a perfect fit as she wrapped her black arms around his neck and smirk slightly before he put his lips against hers. Her heart still pounded in her chest as she returned the kiss closing all gaps between the two of them. She had given him everything, her support, her trust, her friendship, her loyalty and all the love she could and more. She was truly, truly, in love in with the man before her. And not Spider-Man.

"What can I say? there's no escaping my witty sense of humor." Peter said with a laugh. Her body was pressed up to his now, her lips were so inviting, and as he kissed her he felt her welcoming lips. His hands went to her waist, and for a bit they stayed there, until they traveled up her body slowly, and to her mask. "I want to see those eyes..." he said softly against her lips. "Catwoman is amazing... but Lexi Rogers is my hero, remember?" Peter smiled, leaning back a bit as he carefully took off her mask. He wasn't afraid of their identities, because they were officially on the tallest building in Manhattan. There was no way someone could see them. "Much better..." He said, his soft brown eyes easily getting lost in her blue ones. His hand rested on her cheek as it usually ended up.

"Remember who you are, alright? Catwoman is amazing, and fearless, and good... But Lexi Rogers is all of those things as well as beautiful and smart and the bravest person I've ever met." Peter probably sounded like he was nagging, but he just wanted to give her tips from things he's learned from the year he's been doing this. Plus he was a boyfriend who not only promised himself, but her father that he would keep her safe, and loved, and happy...

As he removed her mask, she blinked a few times, her eyes readjusting to the sudden change from her mask. That sapphire blue gaze of hers rose up to meet her boyfriend’s loving soft brown eyes. A smile moved across her full lips as he rested his large palm against her small cheek. Head dropped gently into his hand, her eyes closing as she felt the warmth of his hand through the fabric of his costume. God she loved this man.

Her eyes flickered open as he talked to her. Lexis’ face molded into one of understanding as she nodded against his hand. A smile curled across her full lips as she locked her gaze with her boyfriend’s once again. “And I expect you to remember who you are. You may see yourself as Spider-Man but I see you as Peter Parker, the man I love, respect, cherish and would love to spend the rest of my life with.” A nod left her as she ran her fingers through this thick crazy brown hair. “If Spider-Man were to not return, as long as I have Peter Parker I will always be happy. Spider-Man is always a nice touch though.” She said in a cheeky playful manner, making the point that she agreed with what he said but that she felt the same way; though she wanted to make it perfectly clear that she enjoyed him as Spider-Man too.

There were some things that Peter Park would never ever get tired of. Original Ray's pizza, photography, and Lexi Rogers biting her lip, and resting her head in his hand. Peter looked a bit shocked at her words. "The rest of your life?" He asked, his eyebrows raised, but a smile on his face. He wasn't afraid of her saying that. he just thought She would choose someone more... well... not Peter. "I don't know how long I'll be swinging around this city... I don't know what the future will hold for the life of crime fighting... but I know it won't be a fun, exciting, and perfect one if I don't have my beautiful best friend and love of my life in it." Peter said with a soft smile. "And the sob story is over." He said jokingly.

"It's getting pretty late, Miss Rogers. I would be honored to escort you home... I know you can easily do it yourself but... I still like the feeling of being the manly man." He laughed, kissing her lips again.

Her face flushed red when he repeated what she had ended her sentence with. A shiver moved through her as she admitted something she didn’t want to tell him and she bit her bottom lip out of nerves and turned her gaze from his in embarrassment. When he began to talk, her gaze flicked back to him as she let go of him. Hands still in his hair she let go of her bottom lip and returned his soft smile with one of her own.

“If you are to be a manly man than you should carry me.” She said with a twinkle in her eye as she moved around him jumping onto his back, with her new weight made her not even able to make Peter stumble. “Let’s go my dear wonderful boyfriend.” She leaned down and kissed his neck a few times before kissing his cheek as her arms wrapped around his neck and her legs did too.
