Name of nation: Empire of Reality

Species: Reality Breakers
The Reality Breakers are considered one of the precursor races, like the Aetherii they are ancient, however the history of there creation to even them is unknown. During the time of the 7 Grand Empires they lead one of them, the Empire of Reality. There used to be 1000s of them, but now there is only a few 100, with a special device that they have rarely birthing a new reality breaker. The Reality Breakers possess extreme Psionic ability, comparable to that of the Aetherii. However unlike the Aetherii they cannot just manipulate energy, but can also affect and change the of atoms. For this reason they have no true form, and often take the form of the race they are meeting or the form of races they have seen before. They are also extremely intelligent, and generally wise.

The Gedd are the last client race of the Reality Breaker's. They're not terribly intelligent, have poor vision, and poor motor skills. For this reason they are often augmented and are rarely, if it all, seen leading military forces. They mainly serve as workers in factories, with most military forces having been turned into robotics until such time as the Reality Breakers can find more races to turn into client races.

Description of government: The Government is ran by the Reality Breakers, with the main leading body being the council of thirteen. It is to be noted that there is a Emperor who acts as figurehead and he is on the Council of Thirteen, but his identity is only known to those on the Council of Thirteen. Some systems on planets might be lead by members of the client races, but beyond that the Reality Breakers are most responsibly for running the government.

Description of military: The military is made up of robotics, lead by AIs controlled by the reality breakers. The use of Dark Energy is prevalent, with it being used in almost all weapons in both the space and ground militaries. There space forces consist of a few larger ships that are heavy hitting, slow, and hard to take down. They do however possess a number of frigates and other smaller ships designed to be fast and speedy. Explosive weapons tend to be cheaper anti-matter missiles that can be quickly deployed. There strongest weapon, although it is rarely employed, is the reality bomb. This weapon when fire rapidly causes fission and fusion in atoms, quickly destroying areas. If enough are deployed the weapon has the capability of destroying planets, and for security if a planet is to be loss each one has a bomb that can be detonated next to the core, causing massive damage and nearly instantly destroying the planet. There military forces in summary are small, but extremely powerful.

History: The Early history of the Reality Breakers starts during the time of the 7 Grand Empires. They while being few were extremely intelligent, and began seeking out races to turn into there client races. The Gedd were the first, and while they weren't the best, it began the pattern that lead to Reality Breakers dominate position in the universe, and there eventual status as one of the 7 Grand Empires.

While for the most part the Reality Breakers were in conflict with most of the 7 Grand Empires they were actually quite friendly with the Aetherii. While never being allies they did help each other out on occasion, and left each of there efforts alone. The Reality Breakers continued to expand and add more client races to the Empire of Reality, as they were calling there grand empire. New technologies were constantly developed, and normal soldiers began being replaced by robots and synths. They met Chaos during this period of expansion, however they did not care for them, although they did end up in a fight with them. It was short and the Reality breakers would not see Chaos again for a long time.

Shortly following a period for the most part where the growth of the 7 Grand Empires stopped the Reality Breakers created the Delphans. They used some of there own DNA to do so, and they quickly became the right hand men of the Reality Breakers. They possessed Psionic Ability, were intelligent, strong, and agile. They were mainly created so that in the event that the reality breakers were to die off, that they could take on the position of leading the Empire of Reality. The Delphans also ascended to being naval officers on the Reality Breakers many space ships, a task which had been left to AIs, and showed the hope the Reality Breakers had for the Delphans.

It was a short lived period however, as many factors started causing the downfall of the Empire of Reality, as well as the other 7 Grand Empires. In attempts to preserve what they considered to be there greatest work, they took the Delphans and hid them on a world, taking all of the technology they had gained from being apart of the Empire of Reality. Chaos also attacked, only worsening the problems of the Empire of Reality was having.

The Reality Breakers, only a few 100 remaining, hid aboard huge ships with there last remaining Client Race, the Gedd, and starting jumping around, becoming nomads. Shortly before the beginning of the Universal War they finally settled down in the MWG, however they were careful to hide themselves from the reapers, and did not seem to want to assist, they would have, but they were unaware the Delphans had joined the AIF and did not see them. They planned to settle elsewhere but the Triarians fired the solution trapping them in the MWG. They began expanding, and at this point in time, control 16 worlds, 6 of which are massive industrial worlds. They are seeking out more client races, and wish to rebuild the Empire of Reality back to its former glory.

If I were to join this rp in this current state, would it be worth while?

Yes it would, the nature of this RP makes it quite easy to join in after it has begun. Besides, I've only had to turn down one or two apps in the two years this has been running (The first VotS RP was called Star Empires and was on a different forum)

Name: Velarion
Species: Velarion(Sub-divided into Forest-Dwellers and Ocean-Dwellers)
Description of Government: Velarion’s Government can be classified as an Elected Monarchy. A King is elected from the Forest-Dwellers, as is a Queen from the Ocean-Dwellers. The two are married upon their coronation. They rule until one of the Monarch’s die. Then, the other steps down and a new King and Queen is elected.
Description of Military: Velarion has a large military for a generally peace-loving people.
Green Wardens-Velarion’s army come from the Forest-Dwellers, in the form of the Green Wardens. Their task is to protect the forests of Velarion from anyone that would defile it. They are expert shots with their electro-bows and lethal with their vibro-spears. Currently, the Green Wardens have 8,000,291 Velarions in their ranks.
Navy- The Velarion Navy is comprised of Ocean-Dwellers, whom ride upon the great beasts of the vast seas and oceans of Velarion. Originally, the Velarion Navy was similar to the Green Wardens, protecting Velarion’s oceans. Yet, with recent breakthroughs in biological technology, the Velarions have taken to the skies. The naval beasts, using bio-tech, are created into starcraft, capable of the traveling through space. There are 100,000,000,000,000 vessels within the Velarion Navy, of varying classes. That is including the original naval ships upon the Velarion oceans.
History: According to Velarion mythology, they are the children of their god Velarion, Lord of the Forest, and Maiul, Lady of the Ocean. Velarions are divided into two sub-categories. There are the Forest-Dwellers, who live within the great sprawling forests of Velarion. The trees of Velarion reach great heights, the smallest recorded one more than 500 stories. Velarions use bio-technology to create great cities within the trees, without harming the living beings, as that would be sacrilegious. Forest-Dwellers do not eat meat, and so the fauna of Velarion have outstanding populations. Overall, Forest-Dwellers are relatively peaceful. The other type of Velarions are the Ocean-Dwellers. Originally, their cities floated upon the waves of Velarion oceans, but as bio-tech has been advanced, they now reside beneath the surface, surrounded by bubbles of oxygen. Ocean-Dwellers are the more violent of the Velarions, reflecting the harsh tendencies of the ocean and the goddess Maiul. Early in Velarion history, there was a war between the Velarions, Forest-Dweller against Ocean-Dweller. The exact reasons for the war are clouded in the fog of time, but it is widely believed that it was started by the Ocean-Dwellers. The war lasted for centuries, and claimed thousands of lives. Eventually, tired of bloodshed, the leader of the Ocean-Dwellers offered peace. He offered his daughter’s hand in marriage to the leader of the Forest-Dwellers. He believed it would signify the union between Velarion and Maiul. Thus began the tradition of Velarion being ruled by a Forest-Dweller king and an Ocean-Dweller queen. For centuries Velarion lived in peace and prosperity. Knowledge was shared, wonders were created, and technology was advanced. The greatest technological breakthrough was in bio-tech, the primary field of science for Velarions. This breakthrough was the ability to biologically engineer the beasts of the ocean into space-faring vehicles. Following this discovery, a powerful political party was formed: the Order of Maiul. The Order believed that space was the true essence of Maiul and the planets and other landforms in space were merely different portions of Velarion. The Order was primarily comprised of Ocean-Dwellers, though it found many followers among the Forest-Dwellers. However, most Forest-Dwellers were isolationists. They believed that they should remain on Velarion, in their forests and oceans. They believed that the bio-tech harmed the creatures that it was used on, and that it went against the preachings of Velarion and Maiul. Yet the Order was able to prove that the technology was harmless. That was it. The majority of Velarion believed that they should spread across the stars. The current queen, Maiuk, avidly supported the Order. Thus, Velarions have begun to travel the greatest ocean of Maiul. They know not of what awaits them, but they will try to uphold the beliefs of Velarion and Maiul as best they can in this new age.
Other: Velarions hates mechanical technology. They belief that it is unholy and that all machines must be destroyed. They love nature and will fight for the perseverance of it to the death.

Make that three I have had to reject. I love the app and concept, but a hundred trillion starships? I find it hard to believe you actually meant to put that number there. Unless you cut that by about a trillion times, I cannot accept this app.

Is it acceptable if I change that number. I kind of just put numbers together, and added too many zeroes. Though is it alright if there is a significant amount them. They are still living beings and do not have as much of an armor as a regular mechanical ship would have, so they would to rely a little more on numbers. Would 12,000 work, or is that still too much?

Duck, the physics you are using confuse me. How do you manipulate atoms in a manner other than with energy? Do they spawn electrons and protons out of nothingness?

Nevermind anyway, I just got my xbox one and can't be bothered to deal with a resurging ancient empire blah blah, Faust running around like a headless chicken because she can't stick with a course of action, or an invasion from some parallel dimension or something right now.

Might be the first race in the entire history of the RP to have been wholly destroyed by another nation instead of suicide (although i do have some assistance offered to the LCF that's causing it right now.)

This means that....
