Anyways, I started on Inuyasha's request, but then I ended up deleting it because I hated it. Time to listen to some music and hopefully get in touch with some creativity or whatever other force compels me to make graphics.

Hello, friend! If you're still taking requests, I would humbly like to ask for your skills. However, seeing your previous work, I feel as though as I would be insulting you by asking you to do so little. I would simply like for my current signature to have a border around it, with the words "We stand ready at night, So as you may sleep soundly in bed" at the bottom of it. I would also like an avatar as a headshot of one of the soldiers. Again, I feel as if I should apologize for its simplicity. If you think of anything to make it better than what I've asked for, by all means add it. I'm sure I won't be disappointed. Thanks in advance! And if you can't get to it, thanks anyway!

announcements: It's already the final weeks of my summer vacation and I find myself getting lazier every day. I went into the city yesterday with a friend to enjoy a bowl of delicious ramen (I had pork and she had chicken) and we walked... a good amount to say the least. My calves were achy this morning, but that's also because I decided to walk around in flip flops. Note: it was not my brightest choice. But whatever, I did it to myself. I just want to make the most of my freedom before I have to go back to school.

Anyways, Inuyasha's request kept interrupting my sleep because I couldn't think of anything to do with it. So I want to make two signatures, one which is already made and the other is in a WIP (I won't say which Pokemon). Hope (s)he likes it!



@ Reialgo: I think now would be a good time to make something for myself and Tokyo Ghoul is right up my street. Thanks c: Maybe this will help me feel more creative.

Edit: On another note I'm more than happy for you to suggest an idea of a theme you would be up for exploring, something you would enjoy working on and then I'll work around that for an idea for my set. Just an idea but I'm hoping that would make it a lot more enjoyable for you, less of a chore more of a experiment.

Hm, what idea do you have in mind?

I'm really tired right now because I was home alone and I had to call the fire department. There was an awful smell in my room and I panicked thinking it was from my kitchen but I looked into the hallway and there was smoke everywhere. I gathered my important papers as well as my parents' and their medications and had to force the cat into the carrier. They couldn't figure out the source but I'm assuming it was just an embarrassed neighbor who burned some rice. +1 for paranoia OTL

And something darker with a bit of grit and obscured lighting... maybe something with Tokyo Ghoul and I have SO many renders, but I don't know if you're really familiar with it. My resources are varied. I'd like to know more about your idea though.

I don't really have an idea yet haha, but dark and gritty sounds pretty damn perfect to me. As you may remember I like a really strong colour and picture theme between my Avatar and Signature, so if we go for blacks, greys and gritty bronze colours? does that sound quite cool? with one or two bright highlights in places?

Do you want me to find some pictures?

EDIT: on one hand I've always wanted a set that looks like those old Russian propaganda posters? with the really strong symbols of the fist and hammer etc.

but with some more original twists, to make it more modern. But I can definitely leave that idea as it's not my only one.

Steampunk is a nice theme, lots of gears and steam and sparks with a cool aged look.

There was one other idea which I put to someone else but never seemed to go anywhere, but it's kind of a complicated one I think, wouldn't be so dark & gritty unfortunately so I'll leave that one for now.

@ Everblight: I'm leaning into the blacks and bronze colors. If you have a theme, that's great. Show me some pictures and if any catch my interest, I'll let you know. Otherwise, I may pull a freestyle tonight.

Ok sure, blacks and bronze huh? hmmm...

the more pics I go through the more I want another Bleach set XD

EDIT: when you decide on anything remember I like the Signature to be long and somewhat short and I'll probably have some words to edit in there but that can be done afterwards I'm guessing. If you still want to do it that is, no worries if not!

important note; I hate that I need to repeat this but I figured I should. The primary purpose of this gallery is well... to be a gallery, and if you make a request, there are two rules. One, it has to capture my attention, strike my interest, etc. Two, I need as much creative freedom as possible.

If I don't find something aesthetically pleasing, then I won't do it. If the text is too long, I'm cutting it short, etc.
This isn't a shop, just a simple gallery for a girl with a simple hobby. Thank you for understanding : )

mini update (?): Time to work on iKo's request, which surprisingly, I'm somewhat excited for BUUUUT I'm going to have a busy day tomorrow and I want to relax. I go back to uni this week, which means my summer vacation is officially over. I have a workshop to go to tomorrow and the day after I have an orientation, so busy busy. Like most people, I've already started school and this semester I'm mostly tackling the classes I've been trying to ignore and could no longer do so.
I'm taking theology and a language class, and I think the only class I was really looking forward to was political science. All of my professors are great and the majority was sweet.
I'm also starting a new job next week, so I've got that going for me.

I guess I can also take the time to mention that I've started getting acupuncture done (it's going to be once every three weeks). Holy shit. Everything felt so dreamlike, I just wanted to sleep it off. Anyways, I'm going to try to work on a request or a personal project and see what gets done. Again, sorry for the lack of updates.
