One question: Is S.E.E.R. and their superheroes public information? I mean, are they in secrecy, are they jobbers like any others, or would gossip magazines write articles of some hero/ine taking a leak on the street corner?

They are publicly known, i do like the idea of their being a gossip magazine about Super citizens though :3 i want it to be called "WHAM!" :I make it called wham.... with an exclamation point... wham...

A question about the paragraph. Would you like it to be like in a case file format or just me giving you the idea and it's background and other details?
