Nodding slowly, he kissed the Doctor's forehead. "Alright. we'll be back soon." Harkness told him before closing the door and taking Arwen to the Ferris wheel. The two had gone on the Ferris wheel that they were having a good time, Arwen wasn't exactly as happy as she had been but understood that the Doctor was tired and so still tried to have a good time with Harkness. Upon being at the top, Arwen was amazed with the view while Jack had been sitting on one of the seats. However Jack noticed something wrong. They weren't descending and had been at the top for at least more than 5 minutes. "Arwen? What time is it?" He asked, looking the red head that had just pulled her phone out. "It's...5:30. Have we been up here a while?" She asked curiously, feeling some concern rise in her mind. "Does the Doctor by chance have a phone?"
"I think so. Here. Let me see your phone." And Arwen did so. The Immortal took it and dialed the Doctor's phone number. He pressed the call button and held it to his ear, hoping the Time Lord would answer. "come on Doctor....please pick up..."

The Doctor was deeply asleep, he heard a phone , he yawned and sat up and answered it. He looked rather sleepy. He had been sleeping the whole time Jack and Arwen were on the Ferris wheel. He knew that she would be disappointed , he was sure he could go do it another time with her. He was sure she would want him too as well.
"Hello?" he answered the phone, he did sound sleepy "Everything ok?" He was wondering what was going on and if there was some kind of problem for them to be calling.
He hadn't been napping long.

Jack and Arwen were both relieved that the Doctor had picked up the phone. Jack scoot over near the door to look in the direction of the SUV. "We aren't injured or anything. We're uh...we're stuck at the top of the Ferris Wheel. We don't know what's going on either." Jack explained as h tried to look out the window. "I'm not liking what may be happening."

The Doctor's eyes widened hearing that. "and wheres the people that run that. Shouldn't they notice?" He thought it was rather strange "Alright... I'll do something." He gets out of the car and grabbed his sonic, locks the car with the sonic since he doesn't have the keys. He looked up at the ferris wheel , it was high.
He guessed it was good that he hadn't been in it, as it was easier to get them down from where he was. "Just hold on,' He used the sonic screwdriver to get it going and makes sure it comes to point they can get off.

There were indeed people at the Ferris Wheel, however trying to figure out the ordeal themselves or were keeping something to themselves that they either cant say or dont know how to say it. But when the Doctor went to get the Ferris Wheel moving, it would move but a cart exploded. One of the engineers stopped the Ferris wheel. "Don't!"
Jack said okay as Arwen wondered about something. "Are the doors locked?"
Harkness shrugged. "I would guess so for safety.but-" That was when he heard an explosion and felt the cart shake. Arwen tried to stay standing but fell on the seat. "Whoa! What just happen?!" She asked with a startled voice. Jack looked to Arwen with just the same amount of concern she had on her face. Hoping that the Time Lord was on the other end he tried to use the phone. "Doctor? Doctor, what just happen?"

The Doctor was looking at them "a cart blew up," He told them. He was rather frustrated and worried for his friends. He didn't think the engineer was doing a good job trying to get them down.
He wondered what was even going on, he didn't get why they would let people ride it, if there was a problem. He was looking around. Think Think.
It was quite a dangerous thing for them to be stuck. He wanted to make sure that he could get them down soon as he could.

The engineers looked up at the Doctor with worry as they were going to get the Police, ambulance and possibly a SWAT Team. "We were given a call that they rigged the carts with explosives. If we try to lower move the carts, they would explode one by one." One of them said.
"We don't know who they are but we have been trying to get the Police, and Ambulance to try and help get who we can do but either the phones arent working or the lines are down." Another said with clearly a shaken voice.
Jack and Arwen look at each other with shaken and worried looks. "Ummm...Maybe we can get out of here somehow. Do we have anything to bust the door open? We have to have something!" Arwen said rather fast, clearly shaken and frightened. She wasn't like Jack who could just come back to life since he was a fixed point in time. She was human who only had one life. A life that she wanted to life out and not die at the age of eighteen. Jack had been listening to the faint talking on the other side of the phone and Arwen's frightened babbling that he didnt know who was saying what and he needed to keep the red head calm. Standing up, he took her hand and guided her over to the his side, wrapping his arms around her comfortingly. Trying to let her know that everything would be okay. Putting the phone back to his ear, he looked over toward the door and looked through it's window. "Doctor? We're fine. I heard other voices. What did they say?" Jack asked calmly, trying to stay calm for Arwen's sake.

The Doctor was pacing, he wondered who would do that. "Just get my friends down safely." He wasn't liking any of this one bit. He didn't know what he was going to do.
"Do you know who did it.?" he was worried, he knew Jack would be find, but he wasn't sure about Arwen. He didn't know what he could do without causing damage.
Today was meant to be fun. He then heard Jack. "There is explosives... if it moves then it will explode... Hopefully they can get you down." He was pacing more.

"We are doing all we can. We are trying to. But who ever is doing this wont let us reach out." One of them told the Doctor.
Jack continued to hold Arwen as she was calming down in his arms. "Then make sure the carts don't move doctor. I'm sure who ever did this has a reason. Just try to calm down. We'll think this through."
Somewhere around the Doctor, a phone was ringin out of no where. One of them answered it. But after a minute, reached the phone out to the Time Lord. "I-It's for you."

The Doctor was looking at them. " Mphhh," he was still worried and he looked at them and then at the Ferris wheel. He didn't like what was going on. He knew that who ever was doing it wanted to hurt people.
He spoke to Jack "I'll make sure you two get out of this, just try remain calm." He assured them. He was looking at them. He knew it was meant to be a nice fun day for Arwen. He was nervous.
Hearing there was another call, he took the phone. "Who is there?"

"We will. Be careful." Jack set the phone aside and set it on speaker incase the Doctor came back on the phone. Jack looked down to Arwen who seemed more calm now. She sat up and took a deep breath. "I'm alright. I'll be fine." She told him. "Lets find a way out."
<"My my Doctor. You could have hurt someone. Now I wonder how I can find someone you forgotten about so many years ago."> a male voice said in a sadistic tone.

The Doctor looked annoyed, he continued to speak on the phone. "Mphh how was I supposed to know there was explosives," He rolled his eyes. He wasn't going to give up , he knew he could find who it was , just because they had called. "What do you want with these people and my friends?' Keep him talking and maybe I can find a way to track him.
The Doctor sounded serious,even for somebody who could be so childish, he could have his serious moments. Especially when it came to the safety of his friends, he was ;looking around.

<"I think it was highly convenient honestly. But what I want to find out is how you haven't noticed. I know you aren't that blind Doctor."> the voice said with a sarcastic shocked tone. <"Have you not noticed the signs? She isn't dead Doctor. She is very much alive. But hidden from your nose. I can even prove it to you. I'll even deactivate the bombs. Everyone can go free. But only after she comes forth from that cart. What do you say Doctor? We have a deal?"> the voice asked him with a sadistic laugh.

The Doctor was frowning as he was listening to him. He didn't like what was going on. "Who are you talking about?" he sounded serious; He knew that he could just go along with what was wanted until they were safe.
He was hoping he could go ahead with that trick. He was worried about Arwens safety. He could feel himself panicking as he didn't seem to know another plan. He was thinking and he looked around. "Who are you?" he said.

<"You know who i am talking about Doctor!"> There was a moment of silence before the voice spoke again. <"You really don't know? Have you really forgotten about her all those years? But If I told you who i was that would spoil all the fun. Now what's the name she has been using these days? Ah yes. Arwen I believe. i think this is pretty ironic actually. The one planet you know better than anyone and protected all these years and she has been there. Waiting for her big brother">

The Doctor narrowed his eyes and looked towards the Ferris wheel, he didn't believe it "How do you know and who are you!" He was getting a little angry now. He wasn't sure if he was been lied or not. He wasn't even sure Arwen would know who she was if that was true, she acted like she had only just met him "She didn't even know who I was till now."
He was worried for her safety still, he was thinking deeply. He knew there would be a problem if she was his sister and didn't know. How could he even tell her that.

<"I know many things Doctor. Which in this case, the fact that i know this and that im not telling you who i am. I can prove it to you if you want. Thats up to you though."> the voice over the phone said.
Jack looked over at the door and tried to see he could do. Arwen watched for a bit before noticing that she had grabbed little pen looking device with a blue light. She then wondered something. "Jack? Try this?" Harkness looked in het direction to she a sonic scredriver in her hand. He looked at Arwen ever so curiously. "Where did you get this?" He asked her.
"I dont know. Ive always had it." Jack didnt argue at this point and took it, pointing it at the lock and turnes it on. This took a bit but Jack got the door to open. "Ah ha!" He stuck the sonic in his pocket and looked to Arwen. "You trust me?"
The red head nodded as Jack grabbed her phone that sat on the seat. "Alright, Arwen i need you to climb out. Ill be right behind you. We're gonna carefully go over to the other side and jump into the water. Okay?" He explained, hoping she would. Arwen nodded. "Yeah. I understand." She tried to be calm as Jack had her get out and carefully get to the other side. As promise, Harkness was behind her.

The Doctor was frowning, something struck him, it was like he had forgotten something "Master?" He asked. He had a feeling that would be the only person, he was rather worried if the Master was back.
He was hoping that Jack and Arwen would be ok.
The Doctor had no intention of letting anybody be hurt next. He didn't know what would happen of he wasn't here. He knew a lot could have gone wrong if not.

<"I'll leave my introduction for another time. I would look up if I were you. Your humans are safe....for now. Ta ta!"> And with a click, the phone on the other end was hung up. Up top, Jack and Arwen were close to the other side when both of them jumped into the water. Both heads popped up and slowly began to swim to saftey.

The Doctor huffed when the person hung up. He though went to go to his friends. "Are you two ok?" He had a serious look in his eyes. His childish, overly happy side was pushed away for now.
He looked at Arwen and Jack.
It seemed that he was rather worried about their safety. He hugged the both of them when they got out of the water. He was very worried encase the Master was back.
