Clarification added on composition.

We have no bombs. Lasers for basic mining/cutting/save-the-daying. We're a scout ship.

As far as terraforming: that is not the ship's objective. We can identify it as a possibility if future missions are undertaken to the galaxy we're exploring, but we don't have the resources to terraform.

I'll need to double-dcheck, bet I'm still pretty sure that despite having one-half atmospheric pressure, planet 4 is cold enough to make pure-methane ice-cubes.

Not sure how you'd consider solid dust particles as atmosphere. But to have that floating suspended in air is pretty volatile.

Not having unsubscribed topic yet, we noticed the statement. Ever fond of facts, we'll give ya some.

The only elements not frozen at 59 Kelvin are: Helium, Hydrogen, Neon, Oxygen, Fluorine. They freeze respectively at 1.1K, 14.175K, 24.703K, 50.5K, 53.63K. Oh, and the only gases at 59 Kelvin are: Helium, Hydrogen, Neon. You need at least 90.33 Kelvin to have gaseous Oxygen.

Ellri, half-pressure also tips the melting/boiling-point some.
-Oh, right, reduced pressure LOWERS the melting/boiling points, wiki is decidedly less helpful than Nova/PBS at the quest for absolute-zero*.
