I need someone to accept this skill, mostly the owner XD!

Once the skill is activated white marks will appear on the blade of the rapier. Thus, stabbing it into the ground causing a loud screeching noise, stunning who ever is near and lowering and stunning the mobs health.

Sounds similar to that <<Flashing Penetrator>> skill, though I guess the difference is that one screeches, and the other makes a huge crater. I take it <<The Howl>> would have a shorter cooldown time, since it only does minor mob damage and audible stunning?

Flashing Penetrator is supposed to hit the enemy not the ground. The sound stuns them and the powerful comet like hit is the finishing move.

While Howl is made to stun.

Ah, I see. Welp, once I read through the IC, I'll write up my post. It'll probably pertain to the killing of the boss, and whatever develops from there.
