because douchebag villains are awesome, especially when they beat the shit out of arrogant heroes. They're the best counter to overconfident protagonists

Edit. And yeah, the fight scene was good MrD, after reading it I imagine Polaris can quite easily fill the 'douchebag villain who can kick the collective crap out of us role' that Yog so craves.

If GM allows me to control the Prankster, then I could make him a douchebag. After all, super speed and pranking can easily make a douchebag villain

I think that we need a multitude of small stories which all end up joining together.

Darkseid class stuff tends to come at the end of a long arc.

Well as you can see, Polaris and Bishop are both pretty powerful, and they are both pretty douchebaggey. Also Prankster will be under my control as he is an NPC creation. If he survives the events of the thread into the next one I can open him up for you to play as a Villain PC.

This thread has one arc but I can assure you that the next is more multi-faceted.

A Darkseid type villain would be too premature for the thread at its current state and believe me I have plans for Legion.
