Would there be any interest in a character driven modern fantasy, in which there are angels, demons, werewolves, etc. and magic, runes, and enchantments, mixed with modern technology, like smartphones, 3D printers, and Video games. The RP would probably take place in a big city, like Miami,, or New York City.

I'd probably focus on interactions and world building. The effects of magic in the modern world, what the different races/species think of each other. Being a werewolf/vampire would probably be a very open thing in this universe.I would probably make a group of species and a short description on each of them, but if you wanted to add a race/species you could just PM me.

what are nymphs in this context? Presumably not quite like the npc ones from D&D.

Nymphs are manifestations of an element of nature, I.E. Water, Metal, Wood, Animal, Fire etc.

I might be interested, considering I'm coming from a Paranormal Combat RP. I wonder if hybrids can be viable as a character choice.

of course, nephilim are there, I see no reason why other hybrids can't be.
