Calmium is for bones. You use muscles for lifting. Even someone with low calcium can lift up to 5 poundS

Can we just agree that she spaced a bit and missed some of the instructions while looking at the larger weights or something? Maybe she didn't see the smaller weights at first, since there seem to be a lot of them and the large weights would attract attention first, right?
