Jack and Arwen came out of the water with no injuries but soaking wet. The two of them were surprised when the Doctor hugged them. The two hugged him in return. "We're okay. Lets go home and get a change of clothes. The last thing we need is to catch a cold." Harkness suggested. Arwen went straight for the car as Jack kissed the Doctor as if he had almost lost him, soon though pulling away. "We need to talk later. It's about Arwen."

Jack had put his over coat in the back, soon driving them all to Torchwood where he felt safer if they were all them. He had even used his phone since he would have to get Arwen a replacement. The ride was indeed quiet, even Arwen had nothing to say since she was shivering a little which was rather odd but both their sakes, Jack had turned on the car heater to keep them both warm.
Arriving at base, Jack got out, grabbing his coat as well before heading inside with Arwen and the Doctor. Jack lead them to the main hub of the base, Jack guiding Arwen to his office where his room was connected, giving her some spare clothes that was lelt incase she had ever come to stay the night. Jack gave her a towel as well as himself, leaving his room with the door shut so she could change. He decided to change in the office for he changed faster than her.
Once changed Jack had left the towel on his head for when Arwen came back in a change of clothes such as a white button up (not tucked in), black jeans and Tshoes. Her hair was somewhat dry and would let air do the rest. She went to the little drink bar to make them a few drinks. Harkness looked over to the Doctor and motioned him over. Moving over to his wet over coat and pulled out Arwen's now dead phone and a familiar sonic screwdriver. He held it out for the Doctor to see.

He followed Jack into his office after he took off his coat first. He noticed JAck had pulled out Arwens sonic screwdriver. His eyes widened. He knew that sonic screwdriver was like the one his sister once had, No it couldn't be. He hadn't been sure about believing the voice on his phone. He had thought his sister had died.
"My sister had one like that......," The Doctor said softly.He looked at the sonic screwdriver, He had tears in his eyes "I was sure she was gone... But that man...... on the phone said she was alive," He looked at Jack. He sits by Jack and he was thinking. How could she be life. "I wonder what happened to her," he was tapping his fingers. He looked to be in deep thought. "Though... that man, I think is the Master. I didn't remember the Master until just before the call was ended. He knew that Jack knew who the Master was. He wondered what they were going to do, he was still examining the screwdriver.
"She doesn't remember thats clear. Maybe her memories are in a fob watch, Though I wonder where that fob watch is." He looked at JAck to see what he was going to say. He felt rather worried, if the Master wanted his sister that wouldn't be good.

Jack sat beside the Doctor when he took the sonic, wrapping his arm around him and bringing him close. Watching the Doctor examine the sonic and listening to him as he tried to figure out how something that seemed impossible, possible and what could have happened to the Fob Watch. "If the Master is behind this and has plans for Arwen, we will need to be careful. I don't think she is safe here anymore." He declared, though he didn't expect her to be a Time Lord. "So she is a Time Lord? Or is it Time Lady. Either way, couldn't you find out with some DNA testing or something? See if she is your sister?" Jack asked curiously.

The Doctor leaned onto him and sobbed a bit. He closed his eyes for a moment "If it is the Master, you know I would still never kill him. But I would still keep Arwen safe, But we will have to keep her safe and not tell anybody."
He didn't want the Master finding them easier. "Could do, but anywhere else other than here could be too risky for us. Can anybody here do DNA tests." He knew he maybe could in the TARDIS if not, it would just be easier if he had somebody to help.
He was worried for her safety. "I was hoping the Master wasn't a problem anymore." He knew he got stressed trying to deal with him.

Jack listened for he still to this day never liked the Doctor upset. But he would do his best to make sure that he was calm and happy again. "I know what to look for but you will need to take some blood from yourself to pair them together. Sadly I dont know anyone who can. I'm sure the TARDIS can help, can't she?" He asked curiously. "But you know if you both are sibling, you will need to tell her. Give her something to remember."
There was a knock on the glass. On the other side of the closed glass door, Arwen was there with a tray and three mugs. She looked concerned, yet her eyes showed sadness and worry.

"Yes the TARDIS can help, sure I can show you too around then," He felt faintly sick at the thought he had abandoned his sister when she was alive, and also at the thought of anything happening to her.He nodded a bit "She'll remember more than me," He replied, "Though that sonic screwdriver may help." He was a bit nervous at the idea of his blood been taken. He looked at JAck and then noticed Arwen come in.
"Thank you Arwen." He smiled a bit "I'm fine don't worry."

Arwen handed a mug of tea to the Doctor, a mug of coffee to Jack before looking at the Doctor with a puzzled look on her face though seeming to have realized that she must have asked a question silently with facial expressions. "alright. I-I'm gonna go be at the couch. I'll let you two talk." She told them before taking the tray with her mug on it. She had gone to sit on the couch and let them be alone, seeing as how they were talking about something important.
Jack had taken the mug but set it aside. "I think we should get this over with. She is bound to have questions that need answers." Jack recommended.

The Doctor sipped his tea, he noticed her leave, he felt bad for talking about these things behind her back. He didn't want to hide it from her too long. He was looking at Jack. "Might be a good idea, don't want to hide it from her too long." He knew that they needed to find out.
He looked sad " I Feel sick at thought of anything happening to her and the fact I basically feel like I Abandoned her when she was alive if it is my sister, I tried to forget about her when I thought she was dead."
He felt like he had been a terrible person.

The immortal brought the Doctor closer to him, wrapping his other arm around him. "I know. But you couldn't have known. I am sure once she remembers, she will understand." Jack let go of the Time Lord and stood, "Come on then. I'll be here to help in anyway I can." Jack picked up his cup and waited to go to Arwen to talk to her and get these tets done. When the Doctor walked out, Jack followed.

The Doctor finished his tea and he calmed down with Jack comforting him. He was soon looking at Jack "Ok lets get this done." He replied.He gets up and walked out. He hated that he had left her behind still, he though wondered if that was why he wanted to keep her safe earlier.
He had no idea how to even tell her any of this, He hoped Jack would know. He knew they would need her fob watch. He wondered if maybe the MAster had it. He was worried if that was true and he was looking around.

Jack followed the Doctor to the main hub where Arwen sat on the couch, fiddling with her mug as she was looking at it in thought. Jack walked over to Arwen for he squatted down to look at her within eye level. "Arwen?" She made no notification that she was back in reality till the immortal gently touched her arm. "Its okay. Come on. We have something to show you. But also something we need to do alright?" He explained. She nodded slowly, setting her mug down and standing as Jack did. He took her hand to guide her, looking to the Doctor so they could go to the TARDIS.

The Doctor was looking at Arwen "Its ok Arwen, its nothing bad," He told her. He decided to mention that the Master may be after her just yet, He was looking at her , he was excited that he could show them his revamped TARDIS, he almost forgot the seriousness of the situation right now. He headed out with them and to the TARDIS, once he got to his beloved ship, he unlocked the doors.
"We have guests ," He was talking to the ship "You remember captain JAck don't you," he smiled and walked in and waited for them. He was grinning.

The immortal and red head followed the Time Lord to the big blue box that stood outside where no one cared to notice. Jack was smiling, happy to see the old girl again with her new looks but yet to see the inside. Arwen seemed to feel a familiar presence when walking toward the TARDIS. She was all sorts of curious me and wondered what was inside.
Though when walking inside, the two walking in with awe as they looked around, amazed how the TARDIS looked. "Amazing." They said in unison. "She certainly has changed." Harkness continued. The TARDIS hummed at the recognition of Jack. Arwen and Jack walked over to the console where Arwen gently placed a hand on the surface of it, receiving a soft, smooth hum. "So this is the TARDIS? She'a wonderful." Arwen commented, receiving another hum.

"Glad you like." The Doctor was grinning. He was pleased they liked the look of the TARDIS. " But yeah last console room was destroyed when I regenerated was a violent one." He replied. "But then the crash." he was glad at least the TARDIS could always be repaired, he was proud of the ships new look as well. He smiled when the TARDIS hummed. He looked at Arwen, "Yes she is." He was hoping maybe deep down this was familiar to Arwen. He was so excited to show them around the rest of the TARDIS that he briefly forgot about the serious matters.
He just knew it had been awhile since Jack had seen the TARDIS and he wanted to show him the changed. He finds some Jammy Dodgers in the kitchen and walked out with the packet.
"Want one?"

Jack Harkness leaned against the railing as he continued to look around, noticing the new hall ways in which they could go. He smiled, but had not forgotten the importance as to why they were here. For now he would enjoy this. The immortal shook his head when offered a Jammy Dodgers. "No thank you."
Arwen had been examining the console and walking around it as she did so. Listening to the Doctor, she wondered what the TARDIS looked like before. Being offered a Jammy Dodger, she shook her head. "Not really hungry. Harkness however cleared his throat and then motioned to Arwen. As if silently telling him to keep on track with why else they were here.

The Eleventh Doctor shrugged and eats two jammy dodgers and puts packet down. He never had to be hungry for them, he just ate them, He was easily sidetracked in his excitement from showing Jack and Arwen the TARDIS's new look. He nodded "Ah aright." He was surprised none of them wanted any. Yet they did have a lot of pizza earlier and he looked at Jack when he cleared his throat.
"Ah thats right," he pulled out Arwens sonic screwdriver. " You don't know what this is do you?" he said softly. He then pulled out his green one "They are sonic screwdrivers, time lords use them. " He wasn't sure how to start really, he looked to JAck for support,
