Edward looked the specialist up and down, studied him for a moment and looked at his hand when he offered it, after what seemed to be forever Knight shook his hand "2nd Lieutenant, Edward Knight, as for why I'm looking for the good captain that is need to know information specialist." He said.

Captain James had to gun down one of the insurgents, he never really liked this part of war, but it was either kill or be killed. "R.I.P" James whispered, as he let the gun fall to his sides, with the strap. "Is anyone hurt!?" The Captain shouted, wanting a quick status report of his men. He would have to write up a report of what just went down, and didn't want to list any casualties, so he hoped everyone made it through this unharmed. The Captain walked towards people, checking on them. A thumbs up was all he needed to move onto the next man. "Specialist!" The Captain shouted, grabbing him by the collar "Excuse me.. This won't take a minute" James said, to the unknown Spook. "You ever pull a crazy stunt like that again, you ever drive that reckless again. I will ship you back to the states Got me?".

"A comedian too. You just keep getting better. I'll put you on the first plane out of here, son. Talk stupid some more" James moaned at Charles, until Edward stepped in. "Okay, let's go.. Thanks for drawing my attention away from that" The Captain said, walking alongside the Spook. "What is this urgent matter? And how can me, and my unit assist?" He asked.

Both captain and spook walked out of earshot of the group heading towards a group of dead enemy. The first thing Edward did was introduce himself "My name captain, is Edward Knight." He said handing him the picture of a middle eastern guys probably in his late forties early 50's "And that sir is Mahmud Al Allassiani. Iranian, and smarter than Yogi, Boo Boo, Ranger Rick, and Osama Together. Intel believes him to be within 200 kilometers of the base, we are to find him, hunt him down and terminate with extreme prejudice. So sayth all mighty command, you copy?" He finished by pulling down the face mask of a dead terrorist and looking at it and shaking his head.

Maggie turns Weeds in a circle surveying the area below to assure that there are no more targets. Satisfied she drops Weeds near the convoy an waggles her bird as she calls
Tumbleweed to Xray we are clear and good.

Weeds spins an then seems to bounce into the sky and fly off towards the base

Ya know Maggie's gonna be showered, changed an sipping a cold one before we even get turned around. Pilots have it made, sometimes makes me wish that I'd have gone to collage first and then gone aviation if I had I'd be back at base right now

"I do copy, I do" The Captain said, looking at the man before him. "One question?" The Captain asked, waiting for the man to nod so James knew he was listening. "Me, and this ragtag band of men. What difference do we make? You've got a nice looking squad, with a tank to boot too. Our we just extra man power, soldier?" The Captain asked him.

"Well, they won't be staying long. They were my ride, my orders are to assist around base and use local base assets in this mission. So I'm to help you with your normal objectives while you help me with mine." He said "So you don't even have to chase after my objective, as long as you take me along every time you hit a village, we will be fine." He continued, he kept going through bodies that could be his target and shaking his head "So you could really just think of me as a overly trained grunt." Was the last thing he added in before walking back towards the group.

Kenny sat at the wheel happily bored that it seemed that her services were not going to be needed.
Her experiences in the Stan tried to intrude on her solitude so she counter acted those with memories of the Stan that supported her inner calm.

She knew they were all now relatively safe with all the hardware surrounding them.
It's funny how the inclusion of an Abe distracted all the bad guys

James listened, and nodded, he understood the task at hand. "Okay, then. Welcome to the team" He said with a smile. "We'll go about our daily routines, and maybe incorporate a few more activities, to help you in your search. One more question, are we to capture your target, or kill them? Or either way is okay?" The Captain asked, wanting to know what they were pitting themselves against. A shoot to kill was a lot easier than a capture. A simple request, and a jet could be deployed to bomb their target, or a drone could. James looked as Jax headed to them. "Lt Jax" He said, turning to him. "This is Knight, and he'll be joining us. Make him feel welcomed"

Weeds lands on her pad amid a billowing cloud of dust an straw from the local grass that seems determined to reclaim Weed's parking spot. Her mechanics rush out to strap down the little warrior as Maggie slows the rotors while making her final check list. Her crew chief opens Maggie's door saying "Lieutenant Shepard, welcome back an you brought back my bird in one piece."

Sorry but I think she might have a few dings an scratches, it was hell on the Kandahar 101 this morning she chuckles

"I heard" he says laughing as he helps her out

I'm heading to the showers then the mess after that I'm free
Two hours good for you Chief she says

"Sounds good to me" he answers

Maggie then heads towards her bunk then the woman's showers to soak under the shower head.

Caleb jumped of the Chopper and began walking into the base. He moved towards the Captains room to check in. he saw the captain leaving the room with another soldier he moved towards him and said "Permission to speak sir"

(hes not in base, none of us are. we are out in the wilds as it were after being ambushed. the spook came with a army of tanks)

charles started his engin and was pleased it was still purring as usual, he took his radio and called back "this is Foxtrot Bravo, the new guy arrived yet? oh and get maggie to bring him here or us to base if he is. over" he put the radio down and flicked through the radio casset pile.

charles heard the radio spark to life "hello, are you" he looked at a small bit of paper that he had decided to bring with him "are you the lance corpral from Canada" he put the car into into drive and honked his horn at the rest of the sqaud "im on my way back, dont worry!"

"im afraid i dont know who is on this channal, guess anyone who owns or is in a base vehicle. ills how you your bunk house when i arrive but dont expect aything fancy. i am Mr Richardson, your boss as it were" he smiled he would pass himself off as a captain and he would be singing his raises soon enough. and with that he pulled into base.
