Viral really hated feeling like this, but it was like a horrible itch that just wouldn’t quit. He didn’t know why he had to feel like this constantly, but having the feeling of being squashed made it all the more worse. Maybe it was just his genes that was making his mentality deteriorate as well, maybe it was just because he was transformed that it was making everything so much worse; either way, he was struggling to keep his mind together and was soon finding it hard to feel confident about anything. The corner was the closest thing he could be in to have it act as a retreat, but it wasn’t helping him much when everything still felt tight, especially as Yumi came up close to him. Giving her an uneasy stare he soon sighed and shook his head, lowering it as he scratched behind his ear, “I doubt I’ll get stronger just because I got sick, though…” He couldn’t say that whatever was wrong with him was a challenge, despite what Yumi thought. He had no control over this problem and it was still going to happen whether he tried to resist it or not. “Hmph, this is a challenge?” he spoke up, growling and scratching his forehead when Yumi poked him. He didn’t think that kind of thinking worked with something like this when it was completely unknown to how he was supposed to get better, even Vegeta didn’t know how to repair the damage or how long it could remain repaired for. “I may have believed in you and Vegeta, but I won’t believe anything until I see evidence that I’m getting better. So far I’ve just been getting worse. Hmph, I can’t even find anything else to talk about, it’s just dominating my life! There’s nothing else for my mind…just nothing. Why the hell are we still in space…”

Shu was pretty happy that T’charrl was awake, but he was a little sad that he had changed into a bigger form than his normal form. He was sure they had it this time but apparently not, his understanding of T’charrl’s form had him wondering if he had been taking his normal form whenever he slept. He never really saw his friend sleep so maybe, but then again that’d probably leave him sore all the time. Staring up at Takeshi and T’charrl he gave a little smile, looking between the pair before suddenly squeaking, “Ooh! When you were all big and nasty I heard the Spirit person! They were outside you, I think”, he spoke quickly, looking into the bag, “It was bad, but it’s okay now! You feel better now too, yes? Something strange happened, though…but, umm, later! We say later, okay?”

T’charrl felt pretty bad, but he also felt rather confused too. He didn’t know what he was supposed to do about all of this information when he had near to no clue what he was supposed to feel right now. “Uhhh, I-I’m sorry for fruit juice…” he spoke, his eyes soon turning to Shu who seemed to be running his mouth. He didn’t understand why the Spirit would had popped out of him, but it must had been bad if it did, “Ohh uhh, what? It did?” he questioned, feeling pretty worried. If that happened then it must had been bad enough for the Spirit to doubt his survival as a vessel, but all it managed to do was worry him that he hurt the Spirit too, “Uhhh, l-let’s just get to my room. I can’t risk anything else happening because I can’t concentrate”, he spoke, still feeling pretty terrible after whatever happened, “Why do I feel so much fear right now…? This is awful, my head…”

"I mean it's not meant as a challenge, but you could look at it that way? While Vegeta gets working on a cure for you all you need to do is hang in there, just like you've been doing. I know you want to get better, and it's going to take some time until we're there. If you look it as an obstacle to overcome then does it help give you drive to beat it?" The more Yumi thought on it the better understanding she was getting, or she thought she was. Even if a cure was in the works the fact remained Viral could do nothing to help himself. His well-being and future relied solely on the work Vegeta would do in the lab, and to a lesser extent whatever support she and the others could offer. None of that was his own doing however, everything that was going to help him recover was because of someone else. And then never mind when he began training again, that was going to fall to other people as well for some time. She could understand the whole idea of it being out of his hands, so to speak, though they were more paws right now. So hearing him demand proof of his improvement then wasn't completely unfounded, she'd give him that. "We're in space because we're not to Kaesstra yet, though we can get out and walk if you're sick of being in a ship," Yumi joked, cracking a small smile, "Since it looks like the whole war business is on a break maybe we can stay on Kaesstra longer this time, have some fun and relax."

Takeshi was trying to be helpful in carrying T'charrl along, not a horribly difficult task. Really too he was the only one present who could do it as the others were much too short to stand beside the Kaesstrian. It wasn't a hard job, but the Saiyan found himself a bit fidgety being brushed up against every time his friend shifted. All that fluff and hair, the dust probably rubbing off of him as well, eeeeeh. Shu was being helpful knowing it or not by distracting T'charrl with conversation, it meant their friend missed the faces he was making as they walked along. That made the pace they were taking a bit quicker as well, which was a plus since Takeshi was keen to get this over with. His little brother's distractions wouldn't last forever though and after a short bout of silence T'charrl asked a question that made him really nervous. "Fear? What fear? I can't feel any fear!" he replied, laughing uneasily as he shook his head, "No fear here, you're imagining things." Smiling uncertainly he looked away, feeling quite awkward right now. Crap, so he could pick up on emotions. Trying his best to settle down then he began to zone out a bit, making himself focus on something other than the Kaesstrian on his arm. Slowly it was working and pretty soon Takeshi was walking along with a small smile, imagining himself with a girl on his arm instead of T'charrl. A girl with a bit of hair, mind you, but a girl nonetheless. Nice change.

For once Haku wasn't the one being afraid, and he could almost laugh at Takeshi's expense if he wasn't certain someone would swat him for it. Instead he got to enjoy the Prince's discomfort with a simple smile, following alongside Shu as the group walked back. He didn't exactly know why he was coming along but until someone told him to get lost he didn't intend on leaving. Even silence with other people around was preferable to silence by yourself. That said he would prefer some chatter, even if it was just a little aggressive banter. So to that end he looked over at Shu and smirked, reaching over and poking the other boy in the side of the head. "Hey squirt, when we're done dropping him off how about you and me fight...?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. "If you think you're up for it, that is. I want to get a better idea of just how good you are, little Prince. So we should spar. Unless you're scared to fight me again?" Hopefully Shu knew the difference between training and an actual fight, because if it was the latter Haku knew he was in over his head. If they were stunting their power though then surely he could stand up to Shu.

Viral hated having such little control and knew it was a pretty big part of his problem, making him pretty miserable. If he could find some control of his life then maybe he would be able to find some sort of relief, but as it were he was not going to find any until he got medicine and help. He was completely trapped and it made him feel ill, or rather even more ill than he was already. He was tired yet couldn’t sleep, he was in pain and yet there was no way to relieve it. “I don’t even know how to beat it! It’s not like beating an opponent; everything is completely unknown, even the pinpoint of this pain…” Feeling pretty cornered he was trying hard to not be bugged by it, but it was getting to be rather close for comfort with Yumi not showing any signs of backing off. When she soon began to get cheeky he gave her a good staring at, groaning under his breath before he let out a huff, “Great! To a planet where the most interesting thing that happened was something I missed”, he grunted, giving her a good staring at before he tried to push her back by shoving his paw in her face as he tried to squeeze passed her, letting out a growl, “If I could relax now, that would be great! I knew I should had taken my pills to my room when he wasn’t looking…”

T’charrl was not exactly settled with everything he had been told and what was going on, his first thought of becoming a danger to others. Maybe he had been away from a planet for too long, maybe it was because he was taking all of their energy for himself. He didn’t know why things were happening like this, but he didn’t feel too good for whatever reason that probably related to this. It didn’t help that there was definitely fear from one of them or at least close by, he could sense it pretty well, “My kind can feel these things, but it’s way stronger than it used to be”, he spoke, moving his claws to his head. It felt like something he had sensed before, maybe just before he changed and some of that was still left behind. Whether it was Takeshi, Haku or someone else that was doing that he couldn’t tell, but Takeshi’s fussing certainly made him wonder if he was the one causing it. “You know…you can say something. It’s not that I don’t already know, anyway…”

Shu frowned at T’charrl’s unease, feeling almost sorry that he was feeling that way. He knew what it was like for someone to fear you, but this was pretty constant for T’charrl. Maybe he didn’t mind it, he was a warrior after all and was probably used to fear, but Takeshi really needed to get over his problem with T’charrl and bugs. Letting out a sigh he dropped his gaze a little, only looking back up when Haku gave him a pretty impersonal poke. Turning to him with a rather angry glare he decided to move away from him, not entirely sure about his question, “Fight? Me? Ooh! You wouldn’t be able to win!” he squeaked, finding it frustrating that he’d even ask him for a fight, “I’m dangerous, even in training! You should watch out for me…I-I bite!”

"It's a different kind of opponent though, if you think about it. Not everything we face has to be, uh... Oh what did Geoffrey say... Physical, I think. Or something like that..." Yumi mumbled, failing to quote her latest mentor. "The point is we have to face all sorts of challenges, and this is another one. Sure, it's not something you asked for, no one ever asks for something like this, but it's something you're going to have to beat. And you will, we all have faith that you will. And it'll be a road to recovery but you'll come out stronger for it all." She couldn't change the situation Viral was in, but perhaps if she could make him see some light in it then his mood would improve. It was like trying to deal with an immovable object though when handling the Beastman's depression, it wouldn't budge no matter how much you pushed. That wouldn't stop her but darn if it didn't make things difficult. If he was wanting to get out of space, and honestly who didn't want that at this point then Viral was in luck. Kaesstra was getting closer and closer by the minute and they should be there soon enough, then he could wander about in the open and that could do some good for him. Smiling when she poked a bit of fun Yumi found herself being muffled, getting a large paw shoved in her face that resulted in her falling backwards, flailing awkwardly all the while. Quickly getting into a sitting position she watched Viral walk off, frowning at his want for his medicine. They couldn't go get it, he was going to have to wait unfortunately. If he wanted to rest though she'd give him that courtesy, she could be silent. Tucking her legs up she placed her hands in her lap, closing her eyes and beginning a steady, rhythmic breathing. For the time being Yumi would meditate in a way, relaxing herself quite a bit to make the time passing less bothersome.

Haku had been plenty frightened initially by T'charrl but even he had gotten over it. The fact Takeshi was still being a baby over the alien was a bit embarrassing really, he was a Prince for crying out loud. He'd never even met a girl that had nearly as much a fear of insects as the older boy did, that's how shameful it was. And that fear looked to be making T'charrl just feel worse and worse about himself, a nice thing for a friend to do to someone. Shaking his head he looked back at Shu, surprised the other boy was actually replying to him and not outright ignoring him. "Is that right? And who says I couldn't win?" he asked, smirking again as he folded his arms over his chest, "If biting is all I have to worry about then I've already won. I want to see what you're like, one on one, without anyone coming to help you. They said that you're really strong but so far you don't seem it. I want to know if that's true." Sure, everyone in the Saiyan military knew Shu was fearsome... When he transformed. There wasn't a whole lot on him otherwise though, and Haku believed that all of Shu's power lied in that form alone. And seriously, was the whole biting thing supposed to put him off? Now if T'charrl bit him that would be another thing entirely, he could probably do some real damage.

"No one is fighting anyone right now. Could you two please cut it out just for a minute?" Takeshi asked, sounding quite exasperated. This really was not his thing and he was quickly reaching the end of his patience, which remarkably he did have. "Haku, just zip it will ya? I don't know why you're even here still, but if you want to stay here then be nice to Shu or I'll drag you back to your room by your ankles." It was like getting all sorts of mixed signals, it didn't make any sense. If Haku wanted to be friends or whatever then he was doing a really crappy job of going about it. Sure, Takeshi hadn't been the most pleasant of people initially either, but even he had the sense of how to get people to like you. The way the younger Saiyan was taking things was going to make more enemies than friends. Getting distracted briefly from his blabbering before T'charrl he glanced over at his friend when he spoke again, looking at him nervously. "Hehe... Uh... W-What are you talking about...?" he asked, trying to play it off yet again. Boy, the guy really sounded upset now, and he felt like an ass for it. Letting out a sigh Takeshi looked away, frowning in disappointment with himself, "You might have scared me, a little..." he admitted, mumbling in hopes only T'charrl could hear his confession, "And... Maybe I'm a bit uneasy right now. B-But I'm trying, you know? I'm helping you aren't I? You're my friend after all, what or who you are won't change that."

Viral was beyond frustrated with himself and everything that was supposed to be controlled, but he felt like he couldn’t control any of it and all it was doing was managing to get to his head. Maybe it was the pain he was in that was making him very angry, but it wasn’t as if he was going crazy again and hurting Yumi so that was a plus. Pushing her away regardless of her attempt to help him he just needed to get out of the corner, disliking the fact Yumi made it way more enclosed than it needed to be. Even if it was a challenge he had to overcome, it felt near impossible to try and all it managed to do was make him doubt how strong he actually was. Sitting in the middle of the room he let out a cattish groan, eventually making a brief spin on the spot before laying down in a tight ball. He was trying to relax, even if he couldn’t think of anything to try and occupy himself in the meantime. Letting out several deep huffs he found it difficult to feel comfortable, eventually rolling onto his back and stretching his legs out, his eyes soon looking over to Yumi before he immediately rolled over and faced her dead on. It was as if he forgot she was even in the room with how he reacted to her, but his interest in her didn’t stop there as he got onto his feet again and slowly started stalking her instead, growling lowly.

Shu was fairly jumpy with these threats and was fairly ready to go ahead and try to knock Haku’s head off just to show that he could. He was strong enough to stand up for himself and he didn’t need to be demoralised and mocked by him. Letting out a huff at his reply he bounced on his feet, raising his fists up with each bounce, “I am really strong! Stronger than you! Better!” Feeling fairly wound up by Haku he was about ready to punch him just to show off how strong he was, even without his transformation. He still managed to take on Kai well enough in the training session and doing all of that was still going to be training, but he did wonder if he could hold his own in training and not end up changing. Grunting and huffing in protest he soon squeaked when Takeshi told them off, his eyes going to Takeshi first before to Haku. It was Haku who wanted to take him on so of course he was going to get into trouble, Shu letting out a huff before moving closer to T’charrl’s side, looking up to him, hoping he was going to feel alright soon enough.

T’charrl didn’t like it when people got all fired up like that around him, worried that they might just start fighting and he was powerless to stop them from being destructive. He still wasn’t used to this body so he had no idea whether he could push them apart and keep them apart. Even if he always had four arms there was still the matter that two of them felt like they had a completely different purpose now, even now using them to walk rather than as just an extra pair of arms. He still had fingers for them but his palms were large and flat on that pair, perfect for walking and holding onto large surfaces. He had a lot to figure out about himself and what worked and what didn’t, feeling that he was running out of time to do so as well. Having one of his friends fear him was a whole new experience as well, feeling that he never got that when he was normal or even in his first form. It was ever since he started getting fluffier and toothier that Takeshi started to fear him, but maybe he could change that in the future, “Yeah, you’re helping me…I just don’t want to have you fearing me every time you look at me”, he spoke, raising a claw to rub his head, “I’ll probably scare myself when I see what I look like. I probably look awful. I just wonder what my mother would think of me if I haven’t changed back by time I see her…whenever that might be, again”.

If Viral wanted a bit of time to himself then that could be given. Yumi wouldn't leave the room and let him be by himself though, that was the one thing she wouldn't do anymore. Now she had a good idea of why it was Vegeta always stayed with the Beastman and why he was so stern about keeping their friend somewhere under supervision. At the moment there wasn't much reason for her to be keeping an eye on him, they were in a room alone and she could hopefully bring him down from an outburst if he happened to have one again. Since they weren't quite talking at the moment she opted to do a bit of meditation to relax and help pass the time, just something to occupy herself besides sitting there idly. Having learned how to properly do this from Geoffrey Yumi was quick to get in a zen state, her breathing tapering off into a steady rhythm as her body relaxed. After the surprise of today with Viral it was nice to be so complacent like this, she could imagine she was wherever she wanted right now. There was a downside to doing this though and that was it was actually possible to get stuck in a state like this. It was sort of like when you had a dream and you wanted to wake up but couldn't, that's how it could get. Unless something really drastic happened to rouse her she was probably going to stay all calm and zoned out. A shame for her, especially considering the fact Viral was coming ever closer, and probably not with the intent to give her a hug or anything friendly.

Riling Shu up wasn't quite what Haku had wanted but he'd take it, it was funny seeing the other boy get all angry. When he wasn't changing all anger made Shu do was flail and make weird noises, kind of like a little kid getting all upset. He'd back off if only because Takeshi had told him to, but that wouldn't keep him from sticking his tongue out at the young Prince first. He may get a chance to actually spar later with Shu, there was a part of him that sincerely wanted to see what the wild boy was all about. If all Shu had going for him was his transformation then that was going to be seriously disappointing. And if the kid couldn't control it either then he was pretty darn useless in a battle, no wonder then Takeshi was always with him. Probably there to save Shu's hide, he figured. Haku scoffed lightly before folding his arms, looking away from the group as they all moved along. If these three weren't going to have him when they got to T'charrl's room then he supposed he would wander off somewhere else, see who he might pester besides them. He'd not really tried speaking with the twins yet, so there was that, or Kabocha, though he really disliked nobility. If he could he might slink off and try to find Yumi. For a cat-lady-Beastman-human thing, whatever she was he did think she was sort of cute. Might as well go and hang around with the girl if possible.

Takeshi was feeling awful for being afraid of T'charrl, and he really was trying to help it. For someone who was supposed to be the guy's friend it probably wasn't nice to have him freaking out every time they were together, or avoiding him now and again. It wasn't as if he tried to do any of that, it couldn't really be helped when it was ingrained in him. Rightfully so the Kaesstrian was getting upset over this and he did his best to reassure their friend that things weren't as bad as he figured. "Well... I mean... Whether I'm afraid or not isn't your fault... You know? It's me, not you. And I'm still your friend no matter how you look, that's not going to change." Fear might be a strong word for it, at least at the moment. The Saiyan didn't so much feel fear as he did unease at the sight of T'charrl, it made him squirm on the inside a little. Everyone else was fine with it so Takeshi knew it was him, and that was only throwing fuel on the fire that was his guilt. Sighing sadly he shook his head, smiling apologetically at T'charrl, "You don't look awful, honest. And you'll change back, you already did just now. Sure you changed back again, but if you did it once there's no reason you can't repeat it. We uh... We just gotta figure out what made you change and do that again, yeah?"

Viral couldn’t keep his focus a lot of the time and was quickly losing it again, the silence making his mind wander without his consent. He was not one for having a large amount of focus and having a horrible headache certainly made it worse. Slowly moving closer to Yumi he kept his head low, his eyes sharp while his mind remained unfocused. She was perfectly vulnerable there, sitting like a lonely little duck all completely lost. Growling lowly, he slowly moved around her, staring coldly at her face before he suddenly raised a set of claws with an angry snarl with great intent to strike her; however, his claws stopped dead in their tracks ever so close to Yumi, a hair away from her. Something strange felt like it was taking over his senses, his aggressive nature being calmed through a will that was not his own. Groaning a little he slowly backed off, his horns soon becoming too heavy for his head to hold up before he dropped to the floor. There was a sense of calm that took over him and he had no control over it, chuffing as he lay on the floor. He felt so strange, but he wasn’t in the correct state to try and understand it as he was almost fully relaxed with only the occasional groan getting through.

T’charrl hadn’t actually looked at himself in a very long time, his eyes only catching a glimpse of what he used to be in his first form. He was worried that he may had forgotten everything about himself and what power he had been granted, especially when it was supposed to be important for his development into one of the greatest warriors. Even through the pain he knew it was all for a reason and how he was supposed to find balance, but balance came at a cost of looks and whether your friends and family would still like you. “I-I know, I mean…I may look different, but I’m still the same on the inside”, he spoke, giving a little smile before reconsidering that, “Or maybe…am I? I don’t want to see to check…” That aspect confused him, whether he did get different inside too and by how much. There was that curious wonder to whether his organs were different, but he shouldn’t get so side-tracked thinking about stupid things.

Frowning a little, T’charrl kept his head lowered before turning to Takeshi again, staring at him before immediately getting confused. He didn’t actually know whether Takeshi meant he changed back to his normal form or was getting confused with something else. Staring at him he nearly tripped up over his own claws, feeling quite startled by his words, “W-Wait, what do you mean? I changed back to, uhh, what I was talking about? You know what I was talking about, right…?” He felt so confused, feeling like he missed something big when he had lost consciousness, “I don’t remember anything like that…”

Yumi was busy off in her own little world right now, clearing her head and relaxing. If she was going to be able to help Viral then she needed to be calm and thinking straight, he certainly wasn't. It didn't take long for her to end up in a zen like state and pretty soon she was oblivious to the entire outside world, for the most part. Geoffrey had warned her about meditation when there was risk to you, it could leave you terribly vulnerable and open to attack. In order to alleviate some of the danger she was taught a trick then in order to protect herself. It all relied on reaction time, but by exuding a small bit of Ki you could notice when something came close to you, and with some luck would be able to come to your senses and react before anything happened. Since there was a threat from Viral, however miniscule it may be she made sure to include this step. For a few moments everything was perfectly fine and she hadn't a worry in the world. That lasted right up until she felt something pass through her Ki, and it did so rather quickly. Feeling it coming towards her she woke herself up, her eyes still closed however when whatever it was stopped. Upon opening her eyes she Viral lying on the floor right before her, apparently having been the interruption to her meditation. So he had tried to attack her again... But why did he stop? This was the second time now and it wasn't making any sense. What was common between now and before where this happened?

"Wait... Did I do this...?" Yumi mumbled, looking down at Viral wide-eyed. At first she thought it had been something in the room, something that Vegeta maybe put in to keep Viral relaxed. Quite convenient but not implausible, she'd sort of gone with that explanation. But here in his room there wasn't anything different from before, no way had Vegeta done anything here. The only common factor then in both instances was her. Okay, so she was somehow calming down the Beastman then, that was good. It would be even better if she had the slightest idea just what she had done to accomplish that. The fact she was capable of doing this was awesome though, she had to go and tell Vegeta. Oh... But he was probably asleep right now, and on top of that she couldn't leave Viral alone, nor take him when he'd just tried to attack her. It wasn't like she could really tell Vegeta what she had done anyways since she didn't know, but it would be helpful for him to learn of this. Placing a hand on her chest she breathed a small sigh, smiling slightly before she looked down at Viral. "That's twice... Twice I've stopped you..." she said, sounding quite happy with that, "I don't know how I do it, but I think I can keep you from hurting anyone, if you're okay with me doing that."

"Yeah... Let's not think about the organs, that's kind of gross..." Takeshi mumbled with a shudder, smiling sheepishly afterwards, "My point is though you're still our friend. Just because I might be a bit... Nervous around you doesn't mean I don't like you. It's just I'm not used to it, I guess." A lame excuse, the fact of the matter was he was just afraid of the Kaesstrian when he was in anything but his original form. Right now was comparatively not as bad, and most of his unease came from carrying T'charrl, otherwise he'd probably be fine. All the fur scraping against him though coupled with the occasional antennae hitting him was a bit much. Not wanting to seem like a total ass though he was trying to settle down in regards to all of that and he liked to think he was doing a fair good job at that. "What do you mean what do I mean? Your original self, you know... The way you were when we met you," Takeshi explained, looking at T'charrl confused. How did the guy not know what he looked like? His eyes widened in surprise when the Kaesstrian said he had no idea, that was really odd. How did someone forget how they looked like, even if they had been changing? Maybe he could shed some light on that topic and help his friend out a little. "Well let's see, the way you used to look..." Takeshi began, tilting his head thoughtfully, "Your fur was brown like it is now, and it wasn't as long as it is now either. You weren't as tall... Kinda between me and Shu I guess. Uh... You were skinny too, like me and Shu and Haku level skinny. What else... Oh! And you had a pony tail. Uh, I mean you had a lot of fur on your head, and you had it tied back. That's kinda all I can remember right now..."

Viral felt pretty sleepy, his desire to attack Yumi all but depleted now. He wouldn’t even understand what happened even if he could, feeling pretty calm despite his sudden outburst. Groaning a little as he tried to keep his eyes open he soon got back to his senses again when he realised he was on the floor, facing the completely wrong direction he had been facing before. Grunting suddenly he made a sudden jerk movement to get away from her, looking behind to see what direction he was facing before looking up to Yumi, feeling confused and a little disorientated. Sitting up again he started to slowly back away from Yumi, holding his head with a groan, “Wha…what? What’s going on? Aghhh my head…” he muttered, looking back to Yumi again, “Do what? Did I go after you again? Agh, I’m sorry…”

T’charrl would probably have felt better if he understood what that meant or what was even going on, feeling he was going to end up questioning whether he was able to do such a thing all the time. His own form had been lost from his memory ever since this whole thing happened and it made him feel very concerned for his mind, worried he was losing himself rather than it being disabled because of his mutation. Looking down at himself with a frown his eyes soon went back to Takeshi, staring at him as he searched for personal answers. “But I, uhh, can’t remember that much. What I looked like has been lost ever since I first changed”, he spoke, looking away again, “I can’t explain it…but, something like heavy unknown in the way, like something not wanting me to know”. He found it rather difficult to explain, especially when he was not entirely familiar with the more complicated words quite yet. Frowning, looking back to Takeshi when he tried to explain his looks to him, simply feeling confused before looking down at his arms, “You mean…I really did change back?” he asked, looking back to Takeshi, “You’ve got to help me, please! Uhh, I mean…when you’re able to, I’d like that. Maybe after I get better health too, like food. I must find myself again…and how to control myself so I stay like that for as long as I can…”

If Viral was confused then Yumi was infinitely more so, mostly because she knew now she was the one doing this. How she calmed down Viral, why she was able to do it now and what the ability were remained a mystery to her, frustratingly enough. Something like this could guarantee a smooth recovery for the Beastman, and yet nothing came to mind as to what she had done. She had figured it was her, it had to be, she was the only common factor in both instances. Greeting her friend fairly casually she grinned sheepishly at his questions, laughing a bit as she waved a hand. "Oh uh, don't worry about it! Honest, I'm okay and you're okay, so no harm no foul!" she said, not wanting Viral to get all bummed out again. Really though, what had she done? Her laugh died down as she looked at her hand, her brow furrowing in confusion. She hadn't touched him in either instance so it wasn't through contact, that only made it even weirder. What in the heck could she possible have that would do this? "You went after me but I stopped you... Both times, and I have no idea why that is," Yumi remarked, shaking her head in bewilderment. This couldn't be kept a secret between the two of them, it was much too important for that. "When Vegeta wakes up we have to see him. I'll explain everything and take the blame for our training, don't worry. He needs to know what I can do," she said, sighing as she lowered her gaze a bit, "I just wish I could tell him how I do it."

Okay so T'charrl's memory of his old self was completely shot. Weird, he'd been 'normal' for so long Takeshi didn't think he'd just up and forget about it. Sure he'd been changing a whole heck of a lot as of late, and sure he'd been through a lot, but how did someone forget their own appearance? No use in trying to solve that puzzle because he knew he wouldn't, best to find a way to work around it. "So it feels like something doesn't want you to know, eh? That's weird... I doubt the Spirit is doing that..." he mumbled, frowning as he thought about it, "So is there something else...? Man, this stuff is so confusing!" This was more Vegeta's territory, the whole biology nonsense was well out of his league. What he could do though was describe T'charrl as they had first met him, easy enough. Of course he couldn't give specifics, height and weight and the likes, but maybe some generalizations would help out. It was vague at best but the Kaesstrian didn't seem to mind much, finding a spark of hope in it even. Flashing his friend a smile, Takeshi nodded his head and gave a thumbs up. "I'll help you, and so will Shu, don't worry about it. We've got plenty of time to help you out, and maybe you can help us out too!" He was thinking now a bit, about how T'charrl was able to sense emotions. If he could somehow help Shu with his anger and they help T'charrl with his forms then that was two birds with one stone. For the moment he would just focus on trying to get the Kaesstrian to remember, just to see if it would somehow help him out in changing back.

Takeshi sort of expected to find some weird stuff in T'charrl's room, some shed skin or something like that. It looked the same as usual though when they stepped in, and flicking on the lights showed there was nothing out of the ordinary. Good, because if their friend shed like a snake he'd probably have fainted on the spot again. "Alright! Let's see about getting you to remember how you looked!" he announced, smiling as he led T'charrl over to his bed. Letting his friend take a seat on the bed he stepped away, rubbing at his chin thoughtfully as he paced about the room. He could always try explaining things again, though he was never the best with words and detailed descriptions sort of required you to be. Hm... Well words might not work out then, but there was something else he could try doing. And there just so happened to be a desk in this room which hopefully had everything he needed. "Aha! Give me just one second, I've got an idea!" Takeshi marched over to the desk and began opening drawers, shuffling through the contents to find what he needed. Once he had found them he set them on the top of the desk; A pencil and a piece of paper were the key to helping out T'charrl, he was sure of it! Picking up the pencil he began to scribble down on the sheet, twisting his mouth a bit as he concentrated on his work. With a few quick strokes and a moment later he had completed his piece, bringing it over and showing it to the group proudly. You could tell it was supposed to be T'charrl, which was a plus, but it was quite goofy and unrefined, like a toddler had drawn it. "Here's what you looked like! See it now?"

Hm... It was weird to think T'charrl had a form different to the ones he'd seen. To think he was originally all wiry and just plain not scary, it was odd considering their first encounter. Haku tried to picture the alien that way but couldn't, it was hard to imagine such a big Kaesstrian becoming so tiny. He had no reason to doubt the Princes though so he'd bear in mind that this was indeed some kind of mutation. Come to think of it then he hadn't a clue about how T'charrl had changed in the first place, or why even. He didn't know a lot about anything really, he was out of the loop on nearly everything in this group. Didn't exactly help with his whole feeling like an outsider bit unfortunately, and he knew if he went asking around he'd get turned away. Sighing to himself he glanced up at the door they stopped at, figuring this was T'charrl's room. They'd barely been inside for a minute when Takeshi went shoveling through the desk, looking for gods know what. Then he started writing, or drawing, it was hard to tell staring at the older boy's back. After a short while of just watching the Prince work they got to see the fruits of his labor, or judging by what they were being shown it was more like the rotten fruits. If that was supposed to be T'charrl before the transformation then he shouldn't want to change back, that picture was terrifying. Trying quite hard not to laugh Haku quickly covered his mouth with both hands, letting out a smothered chortle before snickering a bit, his eyes lifting up as a dead giveaway to his laughing. Takeshi looked too engrossed in showing off his masterpiece though so he didn't notice.

Viral would feel a lot better if he didn’t have these blank outs, especially around Yumi when it involved him nearly clawing her apart. He was stopped by something unknown to both Yumi and himself, but he had no idea what it even was himself. There was something that really wanted to keep him subdued that Yumi managed to pull off, but of course these things weren’t making themselves known to either of them. “Don’t worry about it?? How much control can I possibly lack if something you’re doing is all that’s keeping me from clawing your face off!” he growled but soon shook his head, letting out a groan, “Sorry…I shouldn’t do that. I have no reason to get angry…” There was nothing to get angry about and feeling like this was just further denial that he had any control altogether. He was going to have a heart attack at this rate, “Why do you have to tell him I disobeyed him? Just this one time…make up something. I knew exactly what I was getting into and I still went ahead and gave into your coaxing, like a…like a god damn cat”.

T’charrl didn’t know how to explain it, but with the change came an almost alternate view of who he was and what he used to be. He hadn’t forgotten his memories, but his mind was shot when it came to his own self. He had hoped to recover it as he grew stronger, but as he did the block remained the same making him wonder if he was ever capable of doing such a thing in the first place; however, if Takeshi said he managed to change back and was questioning why he couldn’t remember his looks then he must had managed to actually do it. “They haven’t been blocking my true form, otherwise they wouldn’t let you see it just now”, he frowned, letting out a long sigh, “I’m not stupid, I swear. They’ve been trying to help me return, but what happened was a lot of trauma to my body…I mean, I would had died without them…”

Arriving at his room proved to make him feel pretty relieved, especially when he was starving and fruit was right there waiting for him. Entering his room he gave a little smile at Takeshi, moving to his bed with Takeshi. He often kept his bedroom nice and clean, a response from living with his parents and how strict his mother was with cleanliness. Sitting on his bed made him feel tons better already too, letting out a sigh before taking the bag of fruit from Shu, “Thank you…I mean, I don’t know how I can help with what you need, but I can try help with whatever”. Munching at the fruit he watched Takeshi scramble around for something, taking out a few things and began to work with them. He didn’t actually know what he was doing, tilting his head a little as he watched Takeshi work before it was promptly shown off to him. Well, this wasn’t the first time this had happened and he doubt it would be the last time Takeshi tried to show off this ‘skill’ of his, giving him a nervous smile in response, “Uhhh, I…umm, maybe I’m just a little weak, but uhh…I don’t really…”

“Sticky-stick T’charrl!” Shu squeaked, bouncing around Takeshi as he stared at the picture, giving it a quick pointing at, “Why is he squiggles? He doesn’t have five arms, silly!” Shu didn’t think it looked like him at all, especially when a lot of the drawing was pretty exaggerated. The giant eyes were not something he thought T’charrl had, even in that really large form he had before his eyes were only made to look large when he did get a good look at him.

Yumi didn't want Viral feeling bad for what he was doing, it was out of his control. That was like making Shu feel guilty for whenever he changed, or T'charrl, it just wasn't fair to them. Besides she could help him settle down somehow now so even if he did go a bit nuts she could hopefully stop him. This had a perhaps worrisome implication to it too, now that she thought of it. If she was capable of keeping the Beastman from going berserk then there was no reason for him to mind himself, not when he had a fail safe. Probably all for naught as she knew Viral wasn't so lax, there was no way he would knowingly and willingly let himself do that. And unlike her certainty of whether he'd attack her or not this was solid, if he did change it would be against his will, for now anyways. "I won't tell him that you disobeyed him, not exactly. I'll uh... I'll tell him that I forced you to come along. That I was bored and needed someone to spar with, and brought you since you were close. I don't mind him getting angry with me, honest." Yumi said, "And you've done things I've wanted you to before, before you had changed like this. So no, you were just being your usual self and being nice about it. I wanted to do something and you agreed, how you looked at the time has nothing to do with it."

"So... Is it kind of more lost then? Sorry, this is all just really confusing," Takeshi mumbled, shaking his head cluelessly, "You got a point though, the Spirit has definitely been helping you. I don't know... All of this just makes no sense." It was like everyone around him could change in some way or another, none of which made any sense to him. He hadn't changed into an Oozaru in a long time, and it would be a longer time still now that he didn't have a tail, so it was hard to imagine what it was like anymore. If the problem here was that T'charrl couldn't recall his own appearance then he would try to fix that somehow. What better way to show something visual than with a drawing? Completely forgetting his last 'masterpiece' Takeshi grabbed some paper and a pencil, going about illustrating his memory of T'charrl. It wasn't too bad, by a three year old's standards, but he was proud of it regardless and readily showed it off to the group. T'charrl didn't sound wholly convinced of the drawing, maybe a bit confused? It was like his friend wanted to say something but couldn't quite get it out, prompting Takeshi to ask. Shu however gave his own input before he could even get the question out. "He's not squiggles... Or a stick!" he said defensively, blushing as he looked at his drawing, "A-And he doesn't have five arms, where do you see five arms? He's got four and his wings!" Okay, so maybe it wasn't exactly what his mental image of T'charrl was, but it wasn't bad. Getting his little brother's critique however on top of Haku snickering at him made Takeshi hang his head, sighing as he shrugged his shoulders, "My drawings are fine, you know..."

Viral had little desire to lay all the blame on Yumi, feeling that it was completely unfair and making her out to be the one completely responsible for his failure. He didn’t need to have her feeling upset and guilt-stricken because of what happened to him and it wasn’t as if he couldn’t change back when Vegeta knew several methods to do so. “He’ll also know I am not someone who would turn down a training session, but…I just can’t do that anymore judging by that experiment”, he spoke, looking back to her, “He might forbid you from looking after me and feel the need to watch me constantly instead. I don’t know how much longer I can take his voice in my ears…hmph. All those other voices haven’t left me yet, you know. I realise why they haven’t…how mad I’ve become with this, where my inability to do what I want is costing me my mentality. I worry to what I’d become when he starts restricting me even more because of that screw up”.

T’charrl really didn’t know what he was looking at in that picture and Shu calling out what it was didn’t actually help. He knew Takeshi was trying, but it was maybe beyond his ability to scribe his own form onto that. “If it wasn’t for the Spirit, I wouldn’t have my own mind after that too”, he spoke, lowering his head a little, “As it grows in strength along with me, the stronger my mind becomes. I haven’t tried to eat anyone when I changed the last few times, right?” he spoke, giving a little smile before it quickly faded again, “I shouldn’t be relying on the Spirit too much, though. I’m supposed to be discovering everything myself”. He didn’t know how he was supposed to explain it fully, but he was trying to get the basics down still. The main point was he didn’t want to lose himself, knowing how easy that could be when he was still attracted to power. He didn’t have too much control quite yet, but it was hard to tell when he hadn’t been near too much spirit energy lately. “Uhh, maybe try again…you know. Do that more, maybe you’ll get it to look like me even more? How tall am I when I’m myself? Just incase I end up turning back into the form I was before…you know, when I was skinny but really tall?”

"I guess you have a point there... But he's going to find out, you know he is..." Yumi lamented, sighing as he rubbed at her head, "I just don't want you getting in trouble since it was my idea, that's all. You have it hard enough without Vegeta going and grounding you or something because you went and trained with me." At this point Yumi didn't know whether keeping Viral secluded or letting him out was worse, both instances ended up with him changing. Maybe it wasn't the situation he was in though and just his powers getting more unstable, which if that were the case it didn't matter much where they brought him. She really hoped Vegeta would be quick with his remedy, it could mean the difference between someone getting attacked and everyone being safe from harm. Looking at Viral sadly she reached out, not to pet him but to take a bit of lint off of his ear, flicking it aside candidly. "Voices? What are the voices saying...?" Yumi asked, sounding a bit concerned, "Whatever the voices are saying, they're wrong. Don't listen to them, listen to Vegeta, he knows what he's talking about. Those voices I'm guessing are just trying to drag you down, we should try blocking them out, somehow." How you managed to ignore or mute voices in your head though was another matter, one she couldn't even begin to offer insight into. "You know Vegeta won't punish you if he thinks it'll hurt you. He might tell you again no training, sure, but I doubt anything else will change."

The Spirit really was a blessing for T'charrl, no doubts there. It was the Spirit after all that told them how to help their friend, and it had probably saved T'charrl from going nuts more than they knew. Where it had come from, why it was there and how they were going to get rid of it, if at all, was a total mystery. But for the time being it was in everyone's best interest to listen to the Spirit and try helping it, and the Kaesstrian in the process. Takeshi had lost his desire to speak for the moment after having his art criticized, another piece he thought was pretty good. Yeah, it might not be anatomically correct, and you weren't going to hang it up in a museum, but it was still a good drawing darn it. Becoming crestfallen for a moment he finally sobered up, lifting his head slowly and looking at T'charrl. "You think it'd get better if I kept trying?" he asked, brightening up a bit and looking down at the paper again, "Uh... How tall were you... Well you were kind of close to me, but not the same height. Between me and Shu I guess, you know?" He thought he had heard something when his friend was speaking but didn't think much of it, until he said it again. Blinking he looked at T'charrl accusingly as if thinking his friend was copying him or teasing in some way, but that wasn't really his style. So did that mean he'd picked up his speech habits? "Uh... You know you keep saying 'you know'..." Takeshi pointed out, smiling amused, "It sounds kind of... Different, coming from you. Never heard you say it before."

Viral really hated the fact he got into this mess and was now dragging Yumi down with him, his inability to get her out of this predicament made him frustrated to high heavens. She shouldn’t need to be included in his problem. “Am I not already grounded anyway? The freedom I wanted has been forever restricted, after all!” It didn’t make a difference, all it meant was he still needed someone watching over him and he was now unable to leave Vegeta’s sight incase he sneaks off or changes again. Even if Vegeta was going to see him like this he wasn’t willing to tell Yumi how he managed to change back last time, but it probably wouldn’t matter anyway since he wouldn’t be able to relax like this. There was just pain everywhere and it was making him very angry, but not at Yumi or anyone else but himself. Groaning as he rubbed his ear, he gave Yumi a quick look before looking away again, letting out a groan when she decided to try and persuade him to ignore the voices. It wasn’t something he could just shut off, he wasn’t even sure if it was his own thoughts that were constantly speaking to him and he was just going mad. “I can’t make out what they’re saying anymore, not like before…” he mumbled, rubbing his head, “Getting used to it is a lot harder than normal when I have a constant sore head. Having nothing to do is already hurting me in more ways than one. I don’t think he realise this…”

T’charrl couldn’t say he would be able to control himself without the Spirit, even with his friends there. Back when he received the artificial energy he wasn’t entirely acquainted with them all so it would had been awfully difficult in its own rights. He really hoped when he got back and was able to change back into his normal state he’d be able to explore his people’s past a little more, maybe even find the Spirit’s name as well. The Spirit had yet to tell its name even in his dreams, maybe something it had forgotten along with his inability to recall his true form, “It might be better, just…you know, make things clearer to me than just something really quickly done”, he spoke, staring at one of the fruit he pulled out of the bag before munching on it. Takeshi probably did that really too quickly, so maybe if he tried again it’d be closer to what he meant. Eating away at his fruit he looked back to Takeshi when he began to question something rather odd, not exactly understanding what he meant, “Umm…I do?” he questioned him, frowning a little, “But you say it all the time, so it must be correct. You know your language better than I know your language, so I thought you know more correct ways to speak than, umm…me. You know? Have I been doing bad? I’ve been trying really hard to figure it all out and how I should act, you know…”

"You say that like you're never going to get better, Viral, but you are. Vegeta is going to make everything better, just you watch." He had to, there was no way Viral could go on in the way he was now. He might be immortal but he'd probably start wishing he could die if this continued... If he wasn't already. That was a depressing thought, one that Yumi quickly struck from her mind as she again tried to remain positive. It wouldn't be long now, Vegeta was bound to find a solution and then Viral would be fixed, that was guaranteed. Nothing would keep their friend from his work once he had it in his sights, so a cure was only a matter of time now. As if the straight out pain wasn't bad enough the fact that Viral was being tormented by voices was just twisting the knife already stuck in him. Obviously it wouldn't be as easy as just ignoring them either, if it was then Viral wouldn't be having problems with them in the first place. Yumi's ears folded against her head as she slunk down slightly, giving the Beastman a sympathetic look before sniffing softly. "Have you told Vegeta that? If sitting around is so bad then I'm sure he could find something to keep you busy. He might not let you train but there's loads of other things you could do." Problem was Viral didn't really like doing a whole lot but training and fighting, that was just his thing. If he didn't want to be idle so much though then he was going to have to find something else to spend his time doing, at least until Vegeta cleared him for fighting.

T'charrl had a fair point, a drawing took more time than a minute or two to complete. If Takeshi wanted to help out his friend then he was going to have to really work at his illustrations then, it was the only way he could think to describe their friend's appearance to him. Someone else could probably tell T'charrl real easily but the only problem there was that person wasn't in the room, no way could Shu or Haku help there. Again he heard those two little words come out of the Kaesstrian's mouth and he swore his friend was making fun of him now. Glancing up at T'charrl he cocked an eyebrow, folding his arms over his chest, "Yeah, you keep saying 'you know', over and over. Why do you keep doing that?" It was a bit odd, he didn't really copy what any of their other friends said, or Shu for that matter. Even when explaining himself the Kaesstrian managed to say it another two times, making Takeshi rub at his head exasperatedly. "I'm not the only person you can learn from, you know. I mean there's Shu, and Vegeta and Yumi, even Viral, and Haku. Heck, everyone else too. So why are you copying me of all people?" he asked, really not seeing the sense in it, "You're not doing bad, not at all, I'm actually surprised how well you talk now. And that squeak you used to have is gone now too. But uh... I don't know if you ought to be copying me for how to talk... Or act... You know?"

Viral gave her a long staring at, eventually slowly looking away and giving his neck a scratch, “Just watch…right. If you say that’s the right thing to do”. It really was just a complete wait and see plan to follow right now, but he definitely didn’t think he had that much of a choice anyway. He would love a release from all of this, just to go and do what he wanted to do and not have to be tied to someone. He was completely wrecked, his mind not functioning correctly and his body trying to hurt him. If only they could all understand how he was feeling and see it as something that needed temporary solutions rather than one single permanent one. Vegeta may not like giving him his pills but they really helped mellow him out and killed a lot of the pain, but of course he had to get permission every time he needed to use them while trying to understand that they were limited in supply. Vegeta would never make more for him, he was too concerned with his own work being better, but he might as well try and rip his horns off before Vegeta decided to give him any temporary relief. “I’ve said a few times, but gave up when he constantly ignored me. I don’t think he believes in the mind malfunctioning or thinks I’m being dramatic”, he spoke lowly, running his claws through his hair, “I do not think there is going to be much for me to do after this other than being constantly spoken to so I don’t lose my mind”.

T’charrl didn’t know if he was doing good or bad by picking up on Takeshi’s speech patterns, thinking of them as correct and easier to mimic when he was stuck for words. If Takeshi used them then they must be pretty common phrases, even if he didn’t fully understand why he said them so often. If Takeshi was questioning him about it then he must be good at it, but of course he wouldn’t know if it was a good or bad thing when it just came naturally to him. “I don’t know why I do. I just…really try to learn a lot”, he spoke as he stared at his fruit, feeling curious about Takeshi’s feelings towards it more than anything, “You seem to speak the most when you’re around me. Vegeta says a lot of words I don’t understand, but you speak in, uhh, simple-like. Easy”. He felt pretty embarrassed when talking about his ability to pick up the language, frowning when his habit of squeaking was brought up too, “Why not? Is it bad that I do? I just wanted to learn and you’re good at talking a lot, you know? How am I supposed to act?”

Hurry up and wait wasn't going to solve Viral's problems and Yumi knew that. Vegeta had to know that as well, he probably knew exactly what Viral needed too at this point. Unfortunately until they had the cure in hand and ready to be used there wasn't a whole lot else they could do for the Beastman. Nothing she could think of at least, and with Vegeta temporarily out of the picture while he slept she was his only source of relief. No pressure in that or anything, and she was doing an outstanding job already, having had both transform once and near attack her twice. "I don't know if it's he doesn't believe you, maybe he doesn't know how to fix it and he doesn't want to make it worse?" Yumi suggested, frowning uncertainly, "You know he's not really a psychologist, not like Doctor Ikura is, so maybe he's nervous about working on something he doesn't know? Your medicine should be around here somewhere... I can get it for you if you want." He took some earlier, she knew he had but maybe he could take a second. It should say how many he could have in a single day on the bottle, and if it were two she would more than happily give it to him. Rising up to her feet her ears twitched slightly as she began looking around, putting a finger on her chin as she explored the room. Now where might the medicine be kept? In the bathroom? In the dresser?

"I guess there's nothing wrong with learning from me, it's just weird hearing someone talk like I do is all," Takeshi replied, shrugging as he folded his hands behind his head. He wasn't too sure how to take having his speech be called easy, whether it was a compliment or insult. Knowing T'charrl he was trying to be nice so he let it slide and took it as the former, smiling slightly. "I don't know all the big words like Vegeta does, and I don't need to. I can say what I've gotta say without them, and I let my fists do the rest!" That was something Vegeta didn't do, so he had that up on the guy. Takeshi wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty or smack a head or two to get people to listen to him, and it certainly helped. But... That was probably a habit of his that T'charrl shouldn't be picking up. "Eh? What do you mean I talk a lot? I don't talk that much!" he said defensively, yet again finding himself embarrassed as his cheeks heated up. "Just be yourself, you don't have to copy people for that. And what did you mean by I talk a lot? I don't..." Takeshi paused, turning around and giving Shu an uncertain look, "Shu! I don't talk that much, do I?"

Viral didn’t have much faith going right now and was just relying on everybody else’s word to help him get better, but even then their words weren’t going to make him any better. Talking about it was all well and good when people listened, but it was only Yumi who was making an effort beyond making tests to check for any physical problems he may have. If anything, he was feeling worse than he did before and was just getting even more anxious about his future. If this was him now and they were only getting started then he worried about his sanity as they continued, but maybe he’ll get ever so slightly better once he was back on a planet’s surface. Nothing was good about this and he was constantly sore and struggling to function properly. “I doubt it. He just doesn’t like what he can’t understand and one thing he doesn’t understand is mental anomalies”, he spoke, giving his head a brief shake. If there was one thing Vegeta didn’t like dealing with it was mental problems, especially given his treatment of his PTSD. He hadn’t even touched on it for the longest time and was even limiting his medicine. Watching Yumi get up he gave her a long staring at, narrowing his gaze a little before letting out a sigh, “You really think he’ll trust me with medicine? He keeps it in his lab…away from me”, he spoke, slowly scratching his chest, “The only way to get it would be to sneak down there and I’d rather not…besides, I don’t know the combination for the door”.

T’charrl thought Takeshi was pretty funny in his mannerisms, but he was very simple and it was easy to take note of his speech patterns when he talked so often. The others all had their own way of speaking and Shu’s was definitely the easiest to follow, but even then he understood Shu didn’t talk like a normal person too. Smiling at Takeshi he looked down at his own claws, flexing them a little before looking back to him, “You talk by punching? Is that a, uhh…a normal thing?” Takeshi was a little confusing at times, but that was definitely a pretty violent way to talk to people. Eating at his fruit he stared at Takeshi as he made a bit of a fuss about his speech patterns, finding it pretty curious that he would, “Be myself? But then I’ll never learn how you people talk”, he spoke, looking down at his fruit, “I’m not even very good at talking when I’m at home, you-umm…to my understanding of myself. I don’t know how Mother thinks I’ll be in front of a whole planet for talking”.

Shu didn’t understand Takeshi’s annoyance over T’charrl’s way of speaking, especially when he had been trying to copy other people for a while and it wasn’t as if he didn’t do it himself. Bouncing a little on his feet the entire time T’charrl and Takeshi were talking he quickly looked to Takeshi when he was questioned, smiling a little, “Ooh! You talk a lot!” he nodded, looking between him and T’charrl, “You have been talking all of this time too! All of the time, but is it bad? It shouldn’t be bad, not sure why it bad. Fists do rest of talk! Right?”

Reassuring Viral would be much easier if Vegeta were here as well, he was the one administering treatments after all. All she had really was empty optimism to try and keep Viral from becoming utterly forlorn and so far that didn't appear to be doing much for him. "Or emotions, if we're talking about things Vegeta doesn't get," Yumi added, smiling slightly as she shook her head. "Even if he doesn't understand it I doubt he's purposely trying to hurt you, or make things more difficult. Maybe he's just afraid of overdoing it since he doesn't know exactly how the medicine works? He's just being careful, that's all." It was easier for her to see it that way as her well being wasn't dependent on any kind of outside aid. The medicine did tend to make Viral a bit loopy but it also helped, and to her that should be reason enough for him to have it. Popping it whenever he felt down was probably a bad idea, but regular medication and some other form of therapy should do wonders. Maybe Vegeta was working on that too, trying to decide what therapy would work best for their friend. Glancing over at the Beastman she smiled knowingly, shrugging her shoulders, "I can't say if he trusts you or not, but we know where it is. And who needs a combination?" she asked, lifting one hand and balling it into a fist, "I can get inside just fine. Or... We can ask someone else for it. I'm sure we could slip one by the crew on the bridge and have them open it for us? Or me, or whoever. We can always ask someone else to go pick it up for you?"

"I don't actually talk by punching people, it's a figure of speech," Takeshi said, rubbing his face with a flustered smile, "It means I hit people to tell them to piss off or something, so don't do that, it's not good." Hey, he never claimed to be a saint, he knew some of the things he did weren't the best. There were no plans of changing most of it either as he didn't tend to get much flak from his friends, and since they were the ones he wanted to please why bother if it wasn't a problem? "And I just mean don't think you've gotta copy what other people say, you know? Make your own way of talking I guess, I don't know how it works. Besides, I gotta ask now, do you even know what half the words you say mean?" T'charrl had to, he used them the right way. Weird how their friend then had gone from stumbling to make a single sentence to become coherent in a matter of weeks. Weird and cool, it made Takeshi wonder what else they might be able to teach him. Maybe once the guy was all back to normal they could go to Earth again and introduce him to some foods and the like, show him that once he knew what they were called and all. That would come later, they were heading back to Kaesstra long before Earth, and that meant T'charrl was going to be seeing his mother again. Probably taking on some new responsibilities too considering what the Queen wanted for her son, that would be interesting.

He didn't talk all that much, did he? Takeshi wasn't so sure about that, he figured he was pretty quiet most of the time. Looking at T'charrl uncertainly he turned to Shu for his opinion, smiling as he expected his little brother to back him up. "W-What? I don't talk that much! I'm not some chattering old lady!" he said defensively, his face taking on the all familiar red hue as he folded his arms over his chest. "I'm only talking a ton because T'charrl is, it's called conversation. And gah, my fists don't actually talk, and they shouldn't either! Just... Agh, this is making my head hurt." Between trying to explain things to T'charrl and Shu thinking it was all a game he was becoming quite flustered. How did Vegeta willingly teach the Kaesstrian to speak without going nuts, and how come T'charrl hadn't picked up any of his patterns or words? Groaning he laid his face in his hands, running them back through his hair before looking between his brother and friend. "Okay, look. Maybe you two should try learning from each other a bit, right? Because you're both still learning, so you can learn together!" Takeshi explained, pausing before holding his hands up defensively, "But not all from me, try someone else."

This was really something else, watching these three go at it. It wasn't fighting like Haku was used to back with the Saiyans, people weren't getting angry or throwing fists, and there were certainly no people being quartered or even killed. This was a different change of pace and it was honestly really nice. For the bulk of the chatter he was covering his mouth with one hand, stifling laughs and snickers as he watched Takeshi get frustrated over nothing at all. It was weird seeing two Princes like this, supposed child prodigies that made even Elites worry at the notion of fighting them. Yet here they were, having a playful banter back and forth and joking around, that wasn't exactly the behavior of a dreaded foe. Grinning in amusement he lowered his hands, looking up at T'charrl, "Hey... You can always try some of the other people... You know?" he said, snickering again as he threw in those last two words, "Takeshi isn't the only person who knows how to talk on this ship, try that woman, Yuki or whatever her name is, she seems pretty. Uh... Pretty bright! Pretty bright!"
