Freya didn't correct Lord Mortimer, not seeing as to why she should do so. She wasn't exactly driven out, but she had made the choice to leave by herself, not exactly wanting to spend the rest of her life in a village where everyone knew her as the daughter of a wench. She felt sure enough that such a life wouldn't have brought her much happines. Not that the life she currently had existed of nothing but happines, of course it had its downsides, perhaps even more bad than good things. Still, she preferred living the life of a traveler above her old life back in the village where she was born.

Then the man started about etiquettes, a thing Freya more or less was unfamiliar with. She knew enough to behave decently in front of their host, but that would be about it. Not to mention the fact that these men were nobles, nothing that she could compare to the people she met before coming across Harol. Their etiquettes most definitely differed from what she was used to. Lord Mortimer suggested that Harol would teach her proper etiquettes, which was something Freya was perfectly fine with. "I am good with that." Was Freya's simple answer to the man asking her if she was okay with Harol teaching her etiquettes.

When the roasted duck was put onto the table, Freya did notice that it looked quite good. Nothing that could be compared to the unfortunate birds that ended up above her campfire every now and then. She supposed that only made sense, though, and that none of the meals that were served in here could be compared to what she was used to it. Once she was handed a fork and a knife, she took a piece of the roast.

"Good, good", lord Mortimer replied to Freya's acceptance of Harol as a teacher. "You may begin at any time after this meal, although I understand if you are busy with... Other things. Such as your studies, Harol", he continued. This left Harol to wonder what significance did the pause hold. Was it a simple pause as he gathered his thoughts or was it something else? He couldn't tell, but he was leaning towards the latter. Whatever the case, Harol didn't mind the possibility of spending more time with Freya, he did not mind it at all.

After Freya had chose her piece, Harol picked one for himself, followed by Mortimer and lastly Cyrus. During this choosing, a couple servants had brought everyone goblets with red liquid within. Harol lifted the goblet near his nose, and could instantly tell that it was red wine. Nothing peculiar about that. House Clasz was not exactly known for having the greatest wine cellar out there, but it was definately at least as good as what one could purchase within bigger taverns. Had to have some standards, even if the Oracles rarely drank any sort of alcohol. Come to think of it, house Arkdal was oddly liberal with their alcohol usage. Might be the fact their Warlocks had enough sense not to invoke doom upon their house when drunk. Oracles just hated the loss of clarity alcohol brought, as if the visions were not unclear enough as is.

The rest of the dinner passed fairly silently, with only small talk of no real importance being discussed for the rest of the time (and even then that was mostly between lord Mortimer and his guests, given Cyrus had decided to shut up). That left more of time for enjoying the roast and drink, and that in turn led into the roast being entirely eaten by the group. A surprisingly big amount of it vanished into the direction of lord Mortimer, but he had mentioned duck roast being one of his long time favourites.

"Well then", he said as everyone had finished their final pieces, "I will be going to sleep now to let my eyes recover if all of you do not mind." With that, a familiar looking manservant rushed to him, and helped the blinded man out of the hall. Cyrus rose up as well, as did Harol. "Harol, I trust you can find the way to your room. Just backtrack our way here", Cyrus told Harol, and Harol nodded in response. He was still denied access to the main hall. He started to find this increasingly troubling, but dared not say a word. "As for you Freya... Your room is on the same hallway as Harol's. You'll see it once you get there." And then he was off too, leaving Harol and Freya together just outside the dining hall door while servants kept cleaning up the table behind them.

"Well, that was that I guess", Harol stated and glanced at Cyrus' back with a confused look in his eyes. Something had changed with the man during the day. However, now it was the time for his bath! Harol started to make his way towards his room, making sure Freya followed. He let his left hand hang relaxed on his side. It would be easy to grab if she wanted to walk like that to their rooms.

Freya nodded to show she had heard what Cyrus said about her room. Apperently it was ready and in the same hallway as Harol's, so it shouldn't take her long to find the room he was talking about. She followed after Harol without hesitation, and reached for his hand. She would have no trouble with holding his hand while anyone could see, but he might think differently about it. Some people just didn't feel comfortable with that, such as the last and until today, the only man she had ever been with. Freya never really understood why he felt so uncomfortable about it, but never felt the need to make a big deal out of it.

Soon enough they found the hallway where Harol's room was and where her room should be located as well. She had no belongings with her, other than her daggers and the clothes she was wearing. She never saw the need to own many things, considering the fact that she was always travelling, so any more things than what she needed would only mean more to carry around and would end up just being extra weight for her to carry.

It didn't take Freya long to find the room Cyrus had told her about. Opening the door, she found that it looked pretty similar to Harol's room, much more spacious and with a far larger bed than she was used to. This was all definitely different from just spending the night at a tavern. She supposed that now that she had found het room, Harol would take a bath, like he had been wanting to, and Freya figured she might as well just relax a little bit.

Harol was rather happy walking to their rooms with Freya. Holding her hand was something he had never realized would be a cause for such happiness. Why was it so was somewhat unclear, as they had after all known for a rather short while, but on the other hand they had already been through life risking situations, and knew they could depend on each other. There was still this odd gnawing confusion on his feelings towards Freya, but he was sure what he felt was nothing wrong.

Arriving to the hallway with their rooms, Harol stayed at the door of his own while Freya headed for hers. As soon as it was clear that Freya had found her room, Harol opened the door into his. It became immediately apparent that someone had been there, for the bed had been made again after Harol had been lying on it and having the discussion about his birthrite with Freya, who had listened and helped him deal with the fact of what had happened. Although he still was not remotely done with the subject, it had helped heaps. Then another mark of someone was a little message left on a drawer: "Not quite ready. Just a moment more, if you will."

Not long after Harol had finished reading the note, a young female servant appeared at the door. "Harol sir, your bath is ready", she exclaimed. "Please follow me!" Harol had not been called a sir before. He was honoured by this fact, but did not let it distract him. Now for the longest while, he left his staff behind and then followed the person a floor downwards and to the doors of the bathroom. "Enjoy a relaxing bath sir", she said and opened the door to the spacious bathroom with tons of marble decorations all around and careful tilework finishing the borderline exaggaratedly rich look of the room. But the most important thing of them all for Harol was the bathtub, or more like a pool. It could easily fit three people, but now it was his, and his alone. Harol closed the door behind him, locked it down and undressed. Stepping to the pool felt heavenly after his journey as the warmth of the water took over from the colder air. He would spend some time here... Just relaxing and letting the weariness wash off...

Freya closed the door of the room behind her before walking over to the bed and sitting down. She took off her hooded cloak and tossed it into one of the room's corners, along with her veil, which she had already taken off some time ago, when she had made her decision to kiss Harol. Afterwards, she hadn't put it back on anymore, thinking that the veil would only have been a bother during dinner. Er gloves followed soon after her hood and veil, although they were placed more carefully, onto a nightstand rather than into the corner where her cloak and veil were located. Afterwards, she started unbraiding her hair, which despite knowing that it would get hidden underneath her veil, she had braided last morning. It didn't take the woman long until her hair was hanging loose, and reached for the hairbrush she had noticed earlier when looking at the room. Starting to brush her hair, the rogue had to admit that she wouldn't mind spending a few weeks at this place. Even though that meant learning etiquette, she was good with it. After all, her teacher was quite an enjoyable person to be around.

Putting the brush away again, Freya realised that her hair still felt rather greasy, and that she would have to wash it soon, now that she had the chance to. All the while, Freya couldn't help but be smiling the whole time, and it wasn't because of all this luxury. No, all these things were great, but her reason to smile was something even better. Or someone even better, specifically seen. For some reason she couldn't explain, Harol made her happy. That made no sense, she knew the man less than three days by then, and never before had showed any interest in men from noble comeoff. Regardless, the woman shrugged off the thoughts. For all she knew, he just made her happy, and she wouldn't want it any other way.

Lying down on the bed, Freya yawned. She hadn't noticed it before, but she felt tired, unlike usually spoken, although that was mainly because she never had a chance to give in to it. Now, she had the time to let her guard down and be tired. After all, they had quite a busy morning, with almost being killed again and whatnot. Supposing that it couldn't hurt, she closed her eyes for just a moment. She would be practicing etiquettes with Harol sooner or later, or so she figured, and she was certain that she wouldn't fall asleep. Soon enough, however, it turned out that the rogue had been mistaken about that fact.

As much as of an enjoyment it was just feeling the warm water splashing around, Harol came to the conclusion that he really had to wash himself before the water cooled down. Even if there was lots of water and it was still very warm, the rule better safe than sorry governed Harol's actions. He reached for all the different kinds of washing equipment, and began washing himself up.

It did not take awfully long, and Harol was actually a little disappointed on how fast he was done, so he simply splashed around in the water for a moment longer. Soon enough that lost it's charm too, and Harol rose up from the tub, and walked to the towel that had been left on the bench, next to which he had left his clothes. Drying his back was quite a chore for him, but at last he was dry enough to don his clothes again. Harol walked back into the hallway, past the servant who had apparently stood there for the whole time, and left towards his room as he heard the servant go into the bathroom he had just left, most likely to clean up after him.

However, Harol soon heard a shriek and a splash from the bathroom and quickly rushed back. It looked like she had slipped and ended up diving into the tub. Harol rolled back his sleeves and reached for the servants hands to help her out of the water. She gripped Harol's wrists firmly as did Harol take hold of hers, and pulled her up from the water and onto the floor. Her clothing was soaked and clinged onto her form, which Harol did his best to ignore. "Are you alright? Did you hit your head?" Harol asked genuinely concerned. "I am fine sir... Thank you..." she replied and stood up, now her clothes being even more visibly clingy. She tried her best to pull them off her body into a more civil look, but kept failing the attempts. "I'll find someone to take care of this mess I caused..." she continued and rushed out of the room, leaving Harol just standing there.

Well, now that that was over and done with, Harol headed back towards his room, and as he was passing the room believed had been reserved for Freya, decided to knock on the door to see if she was there. No answer. His curiosity not satisfied, he pressed down on the handle, and to his surprise the door opened. Harol didn't know if he would be welcome to intrude, but he came to the conclusion that simply taking a look in would not kill him. Inside, he saw Freya sleeping on top of her bed with her hair open instead of the braid, even though he had rarely seen her hair even like that, given the hood and all. Now, even if he was not the street-wisest person, Harol knew not to sneak up on a sleeping person who had been hunted for all their life long, and simply called her from the door: "Hey, Freya... You could try sleeping under the covers. And I believe you would be comfier without all that leather padding too. Good night!" If she were not to respond, he'd just head to sleep on his own. Otherwise they might still have some time to discuss something. Maybe Harol could tell her about the funny incident just moments ago?

Freya was woken up from her sleep by a familiar voice, causing her to sit up and look at Harol standing in the door opening. She hadn't even realised the fact that she had fallen asleep before he found her. "Thank you for waking me, I didn't mean to fall asleep." She said after she yawned, still looking sleepy. Sighing, she rubbed the sleep out of her eyes and put a few locks of her hair out of her face. Feeling rather convinced that she didn't look all that charming, Freya kept in mind that she should try not to fall asleep again until she was certain that everything planned for the day was done.

"You can come in, if you want." Freya then suggested to Harol, who was still standing in the door opening. She wouldn't mind having his company for a little longer, even though she had no clue how late it was at the moment. At least they already had dinner, so that meant that it was either evening or possibly night already. Still, it didn't make much difference to Freya. Even though it would be night already, she wouldn't mind to have Harol around her.

Of course, there was always the chance that Harol himself was tired and would rather just try to get some sleep, which she would be able to understand. A lot had happened during the day, so he would need his sleep, it would do him good. Freya apperently had needed her sleep as well, but after her nap, she didn't really want to sleep, or not at the moment. Why would she be wanting to sleep if she could spend some more time with Harol?

Harol followed Freya rising up and remove a few strands of hair from her face. She told Harol she had not planned to fall asleep as of yet, which sort of explained her funny sleeping position. "'Twas no problem", he simply replied to her. If she hadn't planned to sleep yet but had still fallen asleep, maybe she was too sleepy now to have a talk with him? Harol was proven wrong soon though, as Freya told him he could come in if he'd like. Well she could still be tired, but at least now he was invited.

"I think I'll accept your invitation", Harol said, walked in and closed the door behind him. "Just guess what happened just a few moments ago", he continued as he approached the bed and sat down near Freya. Without waiting for an answer, he continued: "Once I was done with my bath, the servant who was supposed to do the cleaning slipped into the tub. And the tub was a big one. I went back in and helped her out of there, and she just darted off after saying thanks. Well, I guess wet clothes like that tend to be uncomfortable." He didn't think mentioning how the clothes had glomped her body would add anything meaningful to the discussion, so he let it be. The fact still stayed on his mind, and it was distracting. What could he do about it however?

"Then..." Harol continued after waiting for an answer, now turning his face directly towards Freya's, "what will we do for the following days? You need to learn manners... But when? Do you have any good hours in mind? Or maybe you would like to talk about something else at this hour?" He placed a quick kiss on Freya's cheek, and waited for response.

Freya listened to the story Harol had to tell after he sat down. It wasn't exactly an exciting story or such, but like she had noticed before, she liked listening to him while he talked, so she still enjoyed the story. When he asked what they could be doing for the following days, Freya shrugged. "I have no things of importance that I need to do, so it makes no difference to me when we work on my manners." She answered. Well, okay, she would have to keep practicing, wanting to stay fit. But as long as her arm would need to heal, she wouldn't be practicing much, anyway. So that left her with the only important thing she would have to do being working on her manners, meaning that she would have more than enough time for that. Of course, Harol would likely have a busier schedule, as he still had to study, so they could just pick times that were most convenient for him.

When he asked her what else she wanted to talk about, followed by a kiss, she smiled. "I don't know what to talk about. I just like being around you." She admitted, returning the kiss. It was true, she didn't know what they could talk about, but she still didn't want him to leave, simply because she liked having him around. Which. was one of the reasons as to why she didn't mind it that she needed to learn etiquettes, as it would mean spending more time with him. And obviously enough he didn't mind, neither. After all, if he did mind, she supposed that he wouldn't be here, sitting with her.

Soon after kissing his cheek in return to his kiss, Freya leaned in again, this time pressing her lips onto his once more. She couldn't help it, she just loved his kisses, his sweet lips pressed against hers in such a gentle way she only ever could've hoped the warlock would one day share with her. It was all just so amazing and against everything she thought she would feel towards someone like him. Until she met Harol himself, she was the kind to consider the likes of him an easy targets with a lot of money, rather than poor victims that needed protection and she would fall in love with. It all made no sense, not at all. But then again, she had learned that making sense what not something emotions cared about.

Freya said nothing to the story about the little incident, but in the end it wasn't anything of real importance, just something Harol found somewhat funny. Of course it was not okay to laugh at someone else's misfortune, but... Well, Harol couldn't really defend himself here. But he hadn't been rude to the person at the very least. But Freya did respond to the other things he had asked about.

"Well we'll see about that when I am freed momentarily from my studies, although it might be I have so many things on my mind that I'll keep a break from those for a couple of days starting now", he replied to her answer and swiped his left forefinger softly accross Freya's cheek. His little move was followed by Freya responding to his kiss on the cheek by copying said move and telling him that she just enjoyed being around Harol.

And then Freya leaned in for a 'proper' kiss, to which Harol joyously responded to. Sharing these moments was something that had not really crossed his mind before Freya's sudden initiative, but now, he couldn't imagine how he hadn't thought of this. Well, his mind had been pretty occupied with other things at the time. Harol toyed with the thought of leaning back towards Freya, and thus "forcing" her to back down towards the center of the bed, but came to the conclusion of that being a bit hasty with where this was going. Without really noticing it, he had however moved just a little in said direction. For now, he wanted nothing more to just be a part of this moment.

Freya wasn't sure how to react to Harol leaning back to her right away. She wasn't used to this, as the other man she had been with had made it clear how he thought of such things before marriage. Something about wanting to wait so it would be special. However, Harol seemed to think different about it, once again surprising her. She really hadn't expected it from him, especially not this fast already.

That didn't mean that she disliked it, though, she soon enough realised. She couldn't help herself but smiling a little while they kissed, gently grabbing the fabric of his robe at his neck and starting to lean back, pulling him along. That was all she did, though, and waited for his response to it. If he changed his mind, she would be good with just kissing him, but if he really wanted to take things further, she wasn't going to protest, neither.

She would admit that it seemed like a good way to spend the night to her. There were enough arguments she could think of, such as only knowing him for a few days, and being together in an intimate way even shorter. Or the fact that this definitely wasn't exactly the kind of thing one should be doing in a house full of nobles, or that if they would get caught by some maid, rumors would be spread in no time. But all those arguments made no difference because of just one single, simple reason: she didn't care. They liked each other and were attracted to one another, so why shouldn't they?

"Did you lock the door?" She asked when she took a brief pause from their kiss so that she could breathe again.

Suddenly Harol found himself being pulled down. He had surely thought about it, but... Now that it was happening, it felt somewhat scary. Something new and unexpected... Something he didn't know if it would do. However, he did not want to give up on the kiss and followed along. Soon enough he however found out that lying on top of Freya was surprisingly comfortable, and most of the hesitation washed away. There they were... After some time (which Harol felt was much too short) Freya pulled back somewhat and asked whether the door was locked.

"Did I... Lock the door? I don't think I did. Just a moment and I'll see to it", Harol said and rose up by pushing on the bed on Freya's sides, doing his best to avoid pressing her hair down. He then made a quick loop accross the room and back, locking the door with the two locks on it, then returning to the bed and settled right on Freya's right side. "Couldn't remember which one of the two was the one that couldn't be opened from outside, so I took care of them both. We should have some private time now without servants popping in when we are kissing or something", Harol said and extended his other arm over Freya into a hug-like position. This made him realize the two had never hugged, but had already kissed a multitude of times. Funny, how it had gone like that.

Harol edged just a little closer and tried to pull Freya onto her side so that they would be face-to-face again. "I like you", Harol said and attempted to snake his other arm under Freya so that he could hug her properly. "I like you more than anyone else. We can be together, right?" Harol did not even know why he was asking such a question. However, it felt important.

Freya waited patiently while Harol got up to make sure the door was locked, soon enough getting back and informing her that he had used both locks to lock the door, meaning that they should be able to do whatever they wanted undisturbed. It wasn't like they weren't busted before by a servant, so they could be quite sure the news of their kiss was already spreading. Still, that didn't mean that she liked the idea of some servant walking into the room while she and Harol were just enjoying being together for the moment, having all the time they wanted and nobody around them.

When Harol hugged her, Freya felt no need at all to protest against his embrace. Instead, she just cuddled up close against him. It was strange, she was capable of taking care of herself and keeping herself safe, yet, she felt secure in his arms in a way she never really felt before, and something was telling her that wasn't because the man could easily destroy a little village if he wanted to. No, although she had been impressed by what Harol could do, she wasn't sure if that was why she felt so safe in his embrace. What else could be cause, was something she didn't know.

He told her that he liked her more than anyone else, and Freya had to say, that was a nice thing to hear. Then he asked her if they could be together, as if despite their kisses and this sweet hug, he still wasn't sure about that. "Of course we can be together, why should we not be able to? After all, who is going to stop us?" She asked in return. She had nobody close to her, so nobody would complain about her being with Harol, neither. As for Harol, his family had been murdered by the king, so Freya felt that it was safe to assume that they weren't going to make a big deal out of it, neither.

Indeed, who would stop them? Freya had asked an excellent question, and that alone was enough to ensure Harol there wouldn't be anything wrong in quite some time. Hugging her tight, Harol snuck a little smooch on Freya's neck, with it being actually closer than her lips in a hug like this. "You are right", Harol responded in voice that was mostly relieved with a hint of 'but I knew that all along' mixed within.

Harol loosened his hold a little and let his arms seek places where they could rest naturally, the lower arm simply ending up extended forward and the other sliding to the mid-point of Freya's back. He pulled his head down from on top of Freya's where it had ended up in the hug and returned to the spot where he could just stare into Freya's eyes. "You are right", he repeated in a calm tone, preceding yet another quick kiss. All the troubles of Harol seemed to have disappeared for some time, and he decided to enjoy this calm as long as it lasted.

What still bothered him somewhat was the fact Freya's clothes were rather hard... Well, it was armour after all. It was not like that was the point of it. Still, it was pretty uncomfortable like this. He was not going to bring it up though. Now that he had noticed this though, he rolled onto his back and said: "One moment." He reached into his robe and pulled out his grimoire. "As I said, a warlock goes nowhere without this. However it does get pretty uncomfortable when just lying down, even if it is conveniently on the side." With that, he placed it on the floor and returned lying on his back next to Freya with his hands behind his neck, and his face turned towards her.

Freya smiled when Harol kissed her neck, followed by telling her that she was right. Of course she was right, she knew that, but it was nice to hear. Actually, they could just do about pretty much everything they wanted to without anyone who would try to stop them. It was one the few good things about having pretty much no one who cared about you, she supposed. Just being able to do whatever she wanted, whenever she wanted, without somebody telling her that it was dangerous or a wrong thing to do.

Then he told her again that she was right, followed by another kiss, and Freya decided that if she would get a kiss for every time that she was right, she never wanted to be wrong ever again. For a moment he rolled onto his back to remove the grimoire from his robe, telling her that keeping it there while just lying down was rather uncomfortable. Which Freya supposed was understandable. She supposed that her armour wasn't exactly really comfortable to him while they were hugging, but if she took it off, she'd be pretty much topless, so for the moment, she just decided to keep it on. She did however take off her belt containing her daggers and kicked out her boots as well. Considering the fact that she didn't really plan on going anywhere for the night, there was no reason to keep those on.

"Have you ever been in love before?" She asked before she even realised she had asked the question, and didn't even see the importance of such a question. Why would it matter if he had been in love with someone before? It wasn't like that would change anything, and it was actually none of her business. Besides, who said that was something he felt comfortable talking about? "You don't have to tell me if you don't want to." She quickly added.

As Harol had set down his book, Freya had taken the chance to lighten her equipment with her daggers and a pair of boots. This made Harol notice he still had his boots on, so he rose up to a sitting position and removed them from his feet. From this position he could see almost the full length of Freya, and she was beutiful. That was all that passed his mind. Beautiful.

But then this was interrupted by Freya asking whether Harol had ever been love. An interesting question, one that he would need to think about. She added that he didn't need to answer, but Harol was rather sure he would nevertheless. He playfully settled on top of Freya and answered: "Have I been in love before? I don't think I have. Not in love like this anyway." He followed this answer by tapping his nose against Freya's. He wondered if he should ask her the same, but he didn't quite know if he needed to know. However, she had mentioned she had ever only trusted three people, so it could prove somewhat interesting.

In the end he let it be. She might tell it now, or they could discuss it later. It didn't feel important as of now. At least not as important as what he chose to do instead, which would be sharing a longer kiss with her. The kiss was not quite as gentle as the ones before, but that is not to say that it would have been harsh, given this was mostly because of gravity simply pressing him downwards. The feeling it produced to Harol was also relatively more intense, and he wondered what Freya would think of it.

Freya smiled when he tapped her nose, saying he'd never been in love like the way he was now. She thought of telling that she had been, although that with him it still felt different, but wasn't sure if she wanted to tell him right then. Why would she ruin this moment by starting to talk about her ex, now that they were hugging and kissing? There was no need for that and since he didn't ask her about it, she supposed she would just tell him about it another time. For now, she was perfectly content with the moment just the way it was.

He kissed her, and she loved the kiss. It was slightlly less gentle and more intense, which she didn't mind at all. It was also a rather long kiss, though, and after a moment, Harol's full weight on top was getting a little heavy. She sat up, figuring that might just be a little more comfortable for her. While she did, she pulled Harol with her, resting her back against the headboard of the bed. Needing to breathe but not wanting to break away from the kiss, she simply started breathing through her nose, figuring that would solve the problem.

In all honesty, there was no reason at all she could think of as to why she would break away from the kiss. If she got to decide, than they would be spending the entire night together. Just that they had seperate rooms didn't mean that they had to sleep seperated. Neither Lord Mortimer nor Cyrus had said anything about that, and with as big as the beds were, it could easily fit two people in it.

As Freya started moving, Harol was slightly afraid of yet another of their kisses ending, but as she pulled him along, those fears ceased to exist. He moved some of his weight onto his hands and pushed himself upwards to give Freya some room to move. She chose to rise into a sitting position, which led Harol into thinking how he could most comfortably follow. He could just keep doing what he had been doing, but that could prove uncomfortable to his back, so an alternative was in order.

With his lips locked to Freya's, Harol did his best to move his legs forwards so he could find a place to be. He didn't have enough space to extend his legs here, and to be frank that sounded like something fairly ridicoulous, so he had his knees against the same headboard while the rest of his legs pointed backwards, and he kind of sat on Freya's lap. This was a good place to be at. He stroked Freya's hair a couple of times with his right hand, and grabbed the top if the headboard with his left to ensure balance. Harol briefly detached from the kiss to switch to Freya's top lip for a moment before pressing his face just slightly more towards hers and then sitting back.

"That was fun", he remarked, letting go with his left hand and rolling a strand of Freya's hair around his right index finger. While gently stroking the roll with his thumb, Harol brought his left hand in front of his mouth and yawned. "Time seems to remind me of it's existence. Killjoy", he muttered. "I'm afraid I cannot stay in this room for the night. Too much important stuff in mine to neglect." He didn't say Freya couldn't come with him, but he didn't explicitly state that he wanted her to come. He wasn't sure if he would be ready to share a bed for the night with her just yet. If she followed, it would be seen... Probably.

Freya kept herself from sighing when Harol pulled away from the kiss. Such a shame they had to stop, really, even if she could understand. She didn't have anything in her room other than what she always carried with or wore all the time, which were no things worth worrying about or what she had to care much for. Regardless, the same thing didn't count for Harol. He had brought enough things with him, such as his staff, lantern, scrolls and whatnot. He owned things that were actually worth something and couldn't be just left alone like that. Unlike her daggers. Of course, she was very fond of her daggers, she loved them and took good care of them, cleaning and sharpening them every so often. Still, they couldn't be compared to what he had brought along.

She thought about just following Harol into his room and sleeping there instead. It sounded like a marvelous, wonderful idea to her, but she had no idea if Harol would agree. They had shared a room last night, but had still slept in seperate beds, so that was different. And he didn't invite her, so who said that he was already willing to share one bed together? Granted, it would all be going pretty fast if they did so already, and she couldn't blame him if he wanted to take things slowly.

"Alright then, would you mind me visiting your room tomorrow morning?" She asked, placing a soft, short kiss on his cheek. If he said yes, she would definitely keep her promise. She had no idea how early or late she would be waking up, but keeping in mind that she was a light sleeper, she figured that in a house filled with people, she would probably wake up soon enough, so there was no need to worry about that.

Harol did his best to free his finger from Freya's hair that had tangled up somewhat. He had to use his other hand to free it, which he found somewhat embarrassing for unclear reasons. However, it didn't seem to distract Freya, who planted a quick kiss onto his cheek, and the question of whether she could visit Harol in the morning. "Nonono, not at all!" Harol answered. "If I remember correctly house Clasz doesn't serve any official breakfast, so we'll be free from that too. I think we can call for something to eat if we need to. But now..."

Harol moved his left hand onto Freya's chin so that his thumb was on top of it and the rest of his fingers rested below. He guided her mouth into a slightly upwards angle, given his head was somewhat higher when sitting like this, and reached for a good night's kiss, just a single long one. He closed his lips slowly around Freya's bottom lip, and just stayed there until he ran out of breath. This once he had held his breath, just to measure the time. He slowly backed away, feeling strong reluctance to let their lips depart, but it had to happen for him to get sleep. "Good night", he added and stroked Freya's right cheek with the hand he had used to guide her head.

He rose up from Freya's legs, moved to the edge of the bed, put his shoes back on, and slowly walked to the door. As he was unlocking the door, he turned his head back and smiled the smile of a person in love. "I'll see you in the morning." With no more than that, Harol mentally shoved himself out of the room into the empty hallway, and walked to his room. In normal conditions he would have locked the door, and even if he was sure a rogue could open a lock if they could reach it, he didn't want to cause extra trouble for Freya, and just closed it unlocked. He wondered how he should sleep, given he was going to have a visitor who possibly woke up earlier than him. Robes could be forgotten right away, that much was certain. Then, as he pulled his robe over his head, he noticed that he had forgotten his grimoire! How silly of him! Well, he could trust Freya to take good care of it and bring it back in the morning. In the end, Harol settled to sleeping shirtless with his trousers still on, but left his shirt on the headboard so he could easily put it on in the morning.
