like what? I don't understand? minor plot to get buddy with swords, minor plot to track down a ship and make off with another crew member, another minor plot to get another crew member after that, it's like a series of episodes where they prepare for the movie... it's like firefly! XD

So ah...could you maybe remove that last part. The idea is to kinda start getting rid of the sailors on this and maybe the next island, and replace them with others in max 3 islands. So adding new random people to the crew will only make it take longer. ^^;;

Is it that hard for him to think of a scenario where she both wins, and he doesn't lose his reputation? For instance, if she was still going after about 15 mugs? :P And no, that's not because of her water powers either.

yes it is. He used to be the hardest motherfucker. He needs to make sure people understand that, that hasn't changed, not even a little bit. It's all or nothing, go big, or go the fuck home. And the ocean's his home, he's already there, so his only choice is to go as big as he can, and win.
