The year is 21XX. A brilliant scientist with an entire team at her disposal study Electromagnetic Waves and the possibility of using them to replace the current networking system used in the world. Chances are it could prove to be much more efficient than the current system and make things run much smoother. The project seems to have been running smoothly, however, there have been certain complications as of late. The new system could prove revolutionary and quite innovative.
And yet a group of supposed terrorists have been taking any and all chances to hold up the project. They can possibly put an end to it or perhaps take it over. Nobody is quite sure of this secretive group’s motives. Using there Net Navi’s they have caused countless incidents and have been doing more and more. Usual security navi’s and such have been getting less and less useful as they have been growing stronger. Who can help? What can really be done?

- I have pretty much only Played the original Megaman Battle network Game, Battle Network 5 Team Protoman and scarcely watched the anime. Therefore I have enough knowledge that I wanna make the RP, but not so much that I’m the best versed. [/*]
- We will not be in the exact Battle Network timeline. We’ll be about halfway between Battle Network and Star Force in a sort of parallel world. Most things are the same, but not all.[/*]
- I don’t mind you using OC Navi’s or some kind of variation of existing Navi’s. Just don’t be too nuts about it.[/*]
- This RP, if successful, could have a possible sequel in the form of a Star Force type story line. *fingers crossed*[/*]
- Of course, as Net Battlers we’ll interfere. There’ll need to be a character with some sort of connection to the scientist though.[/*]

Stands at about 5'7" with a fair build for someone his age and size who engages in fairly regular exercise and eats well. He is usually seen with his headphones, some form of hoodie over a shirt with varying designs and jeans or sweats and sneakers, he's a casual dresser. He also always has "those weird metal things" on his face as other's refer to them. Nobody knows what they do. Actually they don't do anything. They were supposed to, but the project failed. Thus, thinking they looked good on him, Hiro continues to wear them because he likes them and may revisit the project he barely remembers.

Weapon(s): Energy Scythe, and Energy blades which attach to the dorsal surfaces of his hands.
Elemental Alignment: Light though it is subject to change through use of the style change program.
Personality: Ever worried about his owner, Xero is somewhat a voice of reason generally urging Hiro to make more friends and participate in more activities. He isn't really the enthusiastic and emotional type, but he voices his opinion. He's the cool and collected type that actually care and isn't a jerk. Or at least, not intentionally a jerk.
Other: uses his scythe to fight, mostly keeping things close to mid range. The two energy blades that look like they're hanging, are actually deactivated most of the time taking the form of just the white and yellow base pieces connected to the bottom of his "backpack" (think the megaman backpack, but a bit different). If the scythe is broken, or knocked away or something the base of the energy blades will activate and connect to the dorsal surfaces of his hands (the top of the hand where the knuckles are) and be used to battle. also uses the style change program recreated by Iggy. It allows his blades to use different abilities. For example, if he changes to fire the energy burns and sends fire waves. Water is like fire, but water. Ice will freeze what it hits temporarily. But then each form can be counters by the opposing element.
The chips carried around by Hiro Include:
- 3 Area Steal: Unlike in the games (as seen in the anime I believe) Area steal works sort of like high speed movement. Allowing the navi to evade attacks, make last effort saves or moves, or get behind their opponent to make a quick strike.
- 3 Cyber Sword: I know you know this one, but it transforms one of the navi's arms into a cyber sword.
- 3 Wide Sword: Same as Cyber Sword, only it's a wide sword.
- 2 Long Sword: Same as the previous two only it is longer, meaning more reach.
- 2 YoYo: allows navi to summon and use a razor yoyo.
- 2 Barrier: Forms a barrier around the navi to defend from attacks. Usually only holds out against one or two attacks.
- 1 Anti Damage: creates a doppelganger of the navi and when attacked sends three throwing stars at the offender. So it's a trap.
- 2 Recover: Heals the navi, but not completely. As in enough to keep from being deleted.
- 3 Mini Bomb: navi summons and throws a small bomb.
- 2 Spreader: Navi Arm transforms into a cannon and fires off a spread round like a shotgun. Generally good to take out multiple weaker enemies at once.
- 2 Super Vulcan: Navi arm transforms into a gatling gun of sorts and fires multiple high speed rounds.
