"I honestly have no idea. I just can't sleep is all. My mind just keeps replaying everything that has happened so far." May said with a shrug. She was nothing but proud of what they had accomplished but she just couldn't sleep. It wasn't a worry some thing, just her body not wanting to sleep.

Red Star put his arm around May and pulled her close. "Hah, my meisters growing up huh?" He teased her with a small chuckle. "Still, you should rest. It's not good for your body to keep on like this." He said with a small smile.

Red Star cheeks immediately went a little red as he leaned back a bit. Yes... He was blushing. "N-no... I'll just stay with you. A weapon can't abandon his meister." He said chuckling nervously. Why'd she have to look at him when they were so damn close. It was one thing if he did it, but when she did it... He didn't even know.

May realized how close their faces were and instantly spun her head to look at her lap. Her hair covering her face as her cheeks burned up. "No really Red Star you can go back to bed in your room. It's fine." She said staring at her lap still.

"Aha... No... It's fine. I'll keep my meister company." Red Star said trying to act as casual as possible. This may have been the first time May, or anyone else had ever seen him blush.

"Oh... ok." May said shrugging and facing towards the wall staring at it. So what that she wasn't honest fully about what she was thinking about. Its not like she could tell her partner that she was figuring out exactly how she felt and thought about him.

With the tension having eased a bit Red Star was a little more normal He quickly hugged her and smiled. "I'm gonna make you the best meister there is."
