He enjoys a bit of showboating and is quite bashful towards women at times. Powers: Superhuman agility and senses: He has trained to such a heightened level that he's developed an actual 'sixth sense' that allows him to sense incoming danger and assess it faster than most people. He is a natural acrobat and is extremely flexible, his body trained to the absolute peak of human performance and somehow a bit further. His hearing is also enhanced. Abilities: Stealth, Archery, Many fighting styles, sword fighting and stick fighting (Escrima, Bo staff, Nunchuck), hacking and gadget manipulation, gliding, mechanical and electronic engineering. And singing. He's a damn good singer. Hero Or Villain: Hero Appearance: 5'10", athletic/gymnast build. Tanned skin, bright green/gold eyes and brown hair with natural gold highlights. Usually wearing his multi-purpose costume, which allows him to go from civilian to hero in a moments notice. The costume contains everything he needs, and appears to be a dark blue hoodie and jeans when not in hero mode. His costume is almost Robin Hood like, with either a hat or hood, a face mask/sash and the whole outfit tightens to reduce drag. It is a built in wingsuit and parachute, and the fabric acts as a natural camouflage. Crush: Cassie Storm Relationship Status: Dating Short Bio: William had been an orphan for his whole life, being bullied and mistreated by nearly everyone he knew. That was until the day that he helped Green Arrow save his best friend Molly- and save Green Arrow in the process -where his life changed soon after. He found himself adopted by Oliver Queen, thrown into a life he learned to love, one of luxury and models and money. And he felt like he didn't fit in. Name: Jacque Montesquieu Alias: Orb Weaver Age: 19 Personality: A skilled puppeteer and weaver of lies, it's hard to figure exactly what kind of person Jacque is. He's extremely good at faking emotion and is known to be rather manipulative, using his feminine appearance, silver tongue, and a loose set of morals to get whatever he wants. Jacque generally prefers to allow others to do the dirty work for him, though he's not opposed to getting his hands dirty if need be. That being said, he's smart enough to run rather than fight if he gets the chance. As far as villains go, Jacque is a bit unique in that despite being a skilled liar, he strongly believes in honoring agreements, and will carry a grudge against a deal breaker to the grave. He bears no animosity towards heroes and will even work with them if they simply ask, though he'll expect some sort of favor in return at a later date. Being considered a genius thanks to his I.Q., Jacque was able to blaze through his grade school years and even receive an associates degree in computer programming by the time he reached sixteen. Unfortunately for Jacque, it all bored him. The day to day humdrum of normal life was suffocating and beyond unbearable for the boy. His first crime was small: Hack a small budding company and sap them of their funds. From there the crimes escalated through the years as he finished college, and by nineteen he was taking jobs from shadier companies to technologically cripple the competition and assist in the orchestration of robberies or espionage by mobsters and other unsavory sorts of people. He dislikes contact with everyone. Powers +Puppet Manipulation~ He is able to create any doll/puppet and control it completely. Just as well, he is also able to turn animals into his puppets. As well as the ability to control the puppet he is also able to see, hear, feel etc. through them. +Thread Manipulation~ User can create, shape and manipulate threads and string, long, thin and flexible form of material, shaping and combining them as needed, or moving them with telekinesis. He is able to change the density, hardness etc such as using it to slice apart a tree. Abilities Very agile, stealthy, intelligent, knows parkour or free-running. Weapon(s) He has no need for such mundane things like swords and shields. His greatest weapon lies at his fingertips. Personality Strange. Raven is a very strange individual and none can guess what ever goes through his mind. One could also call him bipolar, going from angry to happy to sad all in the span of a few seconds. In some cases though he can be very emotionless and doesn't really care about the feelings of others. He also becomes bored very easily. If you hold no interest over him he won’t give you the time of day but if you do happen to catch his fancy then you’ll wish you were dead just to be rid of him. He also likes meddling with people and generally just causing chaos because he finds it funny. He is actually very dangerous when bored because he will go to great lengths for entertainment. Was it mentioned that he's also slightly insane? Because he is. He is constantly saying he hears voices and he holds conversations with himself and his dolls frequently. Hero/Villian Villain Biography Not much is known about Raven. He was abandoned at the steps of an orphanage when he was but an infant. Growing up he was always picked and bullied by the other kids for being weak. The owner of the orphanage did nothing to stop the abuse and so Raven was left to fend for himself. He wasn’t strong physically wise but he was very smart and so eventually he learned how to beat the other kids at their own game. He began looking at life like it was all just a game and that. He began acting out when he got bored and soon he began doing things that he really shouldn’t like stealing things or breaking them. He found that he enjoyed doing bad things, it was fun. Weaknesses/Fears His greatest fear is that he will lose his control and then the puppeteer will become the puppet. His weakness is that he doesn’t know when to quite once something has captured his interest. He becomes so involved that he more often than not leaves himself vulnerable. Special Quirks / Attributes / Traits He tends to talk through the puppets he creates and he has names for all of them. Also, pocky. He is absolutely addicted to pocky. He always keeps an innumerable amount of boxes in his pocket and he is always seen with a stick in his mouth. Also, he does not liked physical contact with anyone. While not a leader if the situation requires he will step up.  Powers: All Kartathans have the inborn ability to change their appearance due to their highly adaptive physiology. They are able to change into whatever form they desire as long as it is a living organism. However it is not a perfect copy, the common result of a shapeshift are the eyes which do not have pupils. Another evolutionary gift of the Kartathans is their ability to produce a venom that can be paralytic or fatal. The paralytic variation lasts for a few hours while the fatal counterpart can kill in a matter of minutes. These poisons can be secreted through a Kartathans claws or laced onto needles that can be fired from the mouth.  Abilities: Hero Or Villian: Hero Crush: Relationship Status: No interest in humans Short Bio: From the planet Kartath, Casan'Vralcar is of a race of amorphous humanoids. The Kartathans' civilization is a complex one, they are a series of nomadic tribes that wander the expansive desert planet in search of food, shelter, and conquest. They war with each other quite often and such a harsh and strict life has created a harsh and strict people. The Kartathans technology has always been centered around weapons and while they have space age grade weapons everything else is rather primitive. Every member of the tribe has role in the tribe and cannot deviate from that role. Those that do are outcasts and often killed. Casan was a soldier for his tribe and during a mission to capture enemy weapons he discovered that they had been developing advanced ways of travel. A teleportation device meant to be used as troop transport across the planet. When his team attempted to destroy it the result was quite the opposite. The device malfunctioned, staying open long enough to suck Casan through before exploding killing the rest of his team. The teleportation device landed him on Earth where he eventually was contacted by Young Justice not only to one day be an emissary if his race to one day arrive on earth but to also aid in the planet's defense against evil as was his original role back on Kartath.   • Casan often wears a biosuit when in combat which changes to fit whatever form he takes on.
  • Casan can change into any form no matter the gender.
  • Despite looking older than he is, Casan is 19. The reason for his older appearance when in his frequent human shape is because that was the first human he met once arriving on earth.
  • As a Kartathan Casan stands 7'1" tall but his human form is 5'9"

Powers: It is unknown what the chemical cocktail he was submerged in has done to him, but Jester appears to have extreme durability, enhanced reflexes and senses, and even immunity to all forms of toxins and chemicals. His strength appears to have increased as well, making him a rather formidable opponent. Abilities: Jester has created so many gadgets that he keeps hidden up his sleeve that it's unknown just what he's prepared for. His favorites appear to be his gloves, made to unleash one million volts of electricity for as long as he seems to please, his guns, which include a massive hand cannon, a pair of semi automatic handguns, and a modified revolver of his creation that fires gas canisters with extreme force. Lastly, he is well known for his lethally sharp hook and chain, which is literally hidden in his sleeve, and is used for a multitude of things, even grappling. The lethal Laughing Gas he carries has no known cure. Name: Charles Damien Alias: Warlock Age: 15 Personality: cold, aloof, serious and short tempered. Powers: Necromancy: Charles is a very skilled necromancer and has the power to summon the dead such as spirits and undead fiends. He is able to make severed body parts come to life and control them and can summon ghouls, zombies or skeletons from out of the ground to aid him in battle. Charles can also use this power to summon terrible apparitions to terrify his foes. Chaos Magic: Charles has very dark and powerful primal magic known as chaos magic. This power allows him to create complete chaos such as terrible storms and disasters. He can shoot red lightning out of his hands and can start horrific fires. Abilities: he is very well read and has a vast knowledge of the supernatural world and the dark arts. Even though he is not very strong physically, Warlock is fairly skilled with fighting with his staff. Hero Or Villian: hero Appearance: When he uses his necromancy magic Charles' face turns black and white and looks like he has skeleton makeup. Crush: none Relationship Status: single Short Bio: There is a prophesy that a child born of an ancient bloodline of warlocks would bring about the apocalypse and plunge the world into chaos as the hand of doom. The ancient magical tome bound in human flesh that contained passages of the prophesy said that the child would have the mark of chaos upon his head and he would have great power. This child was Charles and his family has sired powerful warlocks for over three thousand years. Not knowing of the prophesy, Charles grew believing to be ordinary warlock with the power of necromancy, but eventually he discovered his mighty chaos magic powers. His family once they realized that Charles could be the key to incredible power sought to control him. Many of his family members have had run ins with the costumed heroes of the DC universe. His family tried to turn him as evil as possible, but through some strange twist of fate Charles never wanted to become evil and cause the world's destruction, but his family and destiny seemed to tell him otherwise. Their teaching and cruelty to him turned him into a dark individual and he began to fall into darkness, but eventually he was able to free himself of his family but their cruelty had tainted his soul. He was still against evil, but his view on life was extremely dark and even though he wanted to do right, he was feared by those of the powers of light for what he was. He didn't blame them, he was the bringer of doom and destruction. After he was free of his family, Charles sought to join the hero community hoping that maybe he could find a way to prevent himself from being completely corrupted and bring about the apocalypse. He took the name Warlock and began fighting crime with his great magical powers. His exploits eventually caught the attention of Dr Fate and the sorcerer supreme decided that it would be best to monitor the teen's powers by having him join a team of individuals his age. M for the Speed of Mercury By channeling Mercury's speed, Morningstar can move at superhuman speeds and fly, Abilities: Anything a normal 17 year old kid would have. Hero Or Villian: Hero. Appearance: Crush: Cassie Storm Relationship Status: Single. Short Bio: Arron McCall was born into a pretty well set life, his father a business man and his mother a lawyer in Metropolis, Arron was raised with a strong sense of right and wrong and what justice was really all about. It was during a terrorist bombing that Arron really learned about right and wrong and what it meant to give your life for those around you. During the metropolitan train bombing one brave young soul inspired others to do something for their fellow man, one brave young man who had no special gifts or powers, threw himself into the burning wreckage over and over, appearing each time with more survivors in his arms, his bold and selfless actions struck the hearts of the people watching and of many of the survivors who had escaped unharmed themselves, in a matter of minutes Arron McCall a blonde teen born and raised in metropolis had formed an entire system and managed with the help of his fellow man to empty the destroyed train with hardly any casualties. I've played powerful characters pretty well. Charles' chaos magic is all a part of his backstory, I'm not using it to be op I'm doing it mostly for flavor and it makes his bio more accurate

Personally speaking, I rather like the character concept you came up with. Sadly I lack the power of a GM or Co-Gm, however I can still vouch for you by pointing out that although Warlock is magically adept, you've stated that he's not very physically domineering. Enough to get by if need be yes, but it seems as though that's as far as you intended it to go, of course I could just be making assumptions. The idea of him being a harbinger of doom that wants to do good is a tad cliche, but can be refreshing if done right, i.e. less angst and gloom and more behaving like a human being who can see what he can become and is desperately trying to not be what others expect. It would be reasonable to assume that the conflicting nature residing within Warlock paired with the fact that Dr.Fate is watching over him would mean that he's not going to go haphazardly flinging his powers about at will. Perhaps you could have a charge up and cool down time for some of your more dangerous spells or maybe a limit to how much you can dish out per a set period of time, but outside of that I see a fairly balanced and potentially interesting character.

@The Patriarch My only thought was the disasters and such being a bit too destructive, as well as it's an odd choice in the necromancy aspect. But after reading Monsieur Shade's points, I agree. Accepted. Sorry for the trouble! I'm just a bit picky sometimes.
