Equipment: A backpack with a few clothing items, 4 cans of soup, and 6 bottles of water. Brief bio : She was a college student, studying simple business management. She's personable, and can get almost anything she wants by batting her eyelashes. She's also quite violent when it comes to her family or people she loves, no matter if she's outmatched in size, or not. With her sister incarcerated for the second (and probably final time, now), her only worry is getting to her, and getting her out of Atlanta. Personality Strengths: Persuasive, honest, and loyal Personality Weaknesses: Obsessively aggressive over her family/loved ones, spontaneous, and Can be slightly reckless.

Name: Grace Ryan (Secondary character) Age: 16 Photo: Weapons: None Equipment: None Brief bio: Grace is in jail, locked up and awaiting trial in Atlanta for an officer involved shooting, in which she was one of only two survivors. She's been in trouble most of her life, between drugs and now her most recent affiliation with violent crimes involving other teens. However, her relationship with her sister has never been something to be questioned. Now, she's trapped, and with no one to help her (due to her crime), it doesn't look good. Personality Strengths: Strong minded, witty, and articulate Personality (and other) Weaknesses: Does things without thinking, drawn to violence, addicted to prescription pills.

Name: The only name he'll give you is "Gunter" Age: Probably about twenty. Weapons: Primarily, a bow he made himself three years ago when he went camping, accompanied by twenty eight arrows. Next to that, he has four hunting knives and an M1911- "You can't go wrong with it." He has an M1 Garand WWII rifle that his great grandfather used some time before; simply out of ammunition, and if he uses it, he uses it as a staff, which he has proficiency in doing. Two knives in his belt, one in his boot and another slipped up his sleeve. Equipment: Weapons; two boxes of ammunition for his M1911, a small hatchet, a small spade, the spade being that of WWII make and still being in great condition, more or less, two flashlights with a couple batteries in backup, a couple small pans for cooking, a box of baggies, a couple custom self-made first-aid packs inside baggies, a good bit of other medical supplies, and two military grade water bottles. Also has several other clean filters for his gas mask. His clothing consists of a hoodie with the arms torn off, and three-layers-thick wraps around his forearms and lower legs, to provide protection from bites, and just some regular jeans beneath the padding. He has also wrapped his boots in blackened leather, to provide durability and protection. He has ski goggles and a facewrap, and a gas mask. Brief bio: Gunter grew up as a sort of redneck. He grew up in the mountains in Northern Georgia, and lived some distance away from the nearest town. Where he lived, it was less about making money, and more about keeping the homestead. As the youngest of six, he grew up learning everything, the hunting his oldest did, the carpentry the second-oldest, the cooking of the third-oldest, the tracking of the fourth, and the learning that the fifth liked doing. He was a strange blend- he showed most proficiency in doing in general. He wasn't always accurate, but he was consistently precise, so while he may not hit the bulls-eye, he'll get close every single time, without fail. His family had a history of serving in the military during REAL wartime- his grandfather often said that today's wars were "a load of PR bull" for the "benefit of the powerholders." They were generally a family that was looked down on with pity or disgust, depending on the attitude of who was looking down. Of course, the family moved into town when the apoc rolled around, seeking better supplies and an easier life killing things rather than the politics and taxes. Instead, everyone was slaughtered except for "Gunter," who struck out on his own after killing those whom took his bloodmates. Took what he could, and left. Looted most of the town in silence, evading where he could and killing where unavoidable, and then struck out in search for a new clan, a new family, something he felt like he couldn't live without. Personality Strengths: Quiet and reserved Sensible and reasonable Honest and dependable Personality Weaknesses: Trusts easily and doesn't like losing trust or the person he trusted Capable of deep grudges or hurt Really quite sensitive- looks don't hurt, but when he knows someone and likes them, and they say something that isn't exactly flattering, it's likely to hurt him. Name: Asher Bradley Age: 20 Photo: Weapons: Remington 870 Supermag 12 ga shotgun, A .22 caliber revolver and a large Buck knife in a holster against his hip. Equipment: A backpack that is mostly empty, due to a quick escape. He has a couple of bottles of water, and some candy he stole from a local gas station. Brief bio: Asher was a farm hand before the apocalypse broke out. He lived close to Emma and Grace, and mostly watched from afar as they went about their day to day activities. After Grace went to jail, Emma became distant and cold toward everyone around her, causing Asher's attention to turn even more toward her. Not knowing where he's supposed to go or what he's meant to do in this new world, he just follows along, hoping that she has some clue of how the mess they are in will get better, in the end. Personality strengths: Loving, Intellegent, Strong willed and bodied. Personality Weaknesses: Cold toward people, hot tempered, and emotional.

Coming from an Air Force family, he decided early on in his life to enlist and spent much of his teen years as a Cadet in the Civil Air Patrol. At 18, Gale joined the Air Force at the rank of Airman First Class (thanks to his prior time as a Cadet) and thanks to his excellent physical capability, he was able to qualify to train as a TACP (Tactical Air Control Party) He went through the training pipeline like everyone else and his experience and performance overall were unremarkable. During the outbreak, he and the rest of his team were deployed alongside the US Army units fighting in Atlanta (seen in TS19) and were responsible for coordinating the air strikes that leveled much of the city and, though at great cost of civilian lives, slowed the spread of the infected hordes from Atlanta. Personality Strengths: Calm and confident under stress, comfortable and accustomed to harsh conditions and sees things as an adventure or challenge. Very loyal and protective of friends, loved ones or those he perceives as innocent, weak and needing protection. Personality Weaknesses: Sometimes short tempered, impatient and intolerant of views he sees as incorrect, wrong or illogical. Doesn't usually trust others' capability. Sometimes paranoid and distrustful of others.

But did sometimes talk to his father, but very rarely. His brother was a paramedic and his officer a police chief. But when all hell broke loose, Sean called him saying what was on the news, Riley was in Atlanta since he was a Travel Agent, so Riley said he's in Orlando and he would be there by tomorrow, but then the phone went out, Riley since the outbreak has been trying to get back to Washington D.C to find his brother and father. Equipment: 3 bottles of water, 4 cans of chicken soup, multi tool (Swiss army knife) Brief Bio: Born in a small family in New York, Kristy lived a rather normal life, both of her parents were teachers her mother taught middle school while her father taught high school. Going through school both of her parents worked sometimes she would get picked on, luckily she didn't have classes with either of them. When Kristy finished high school she moved down to Atlanta Georgia and attended college at the University of Atlanta, where she studied culinary arts. When the outbreak started her boyfriend at the time had been bitten, he eventually turned on her forcing Kristy to kill him in self defense after that Kristy started to make her way out of the city. Personality Strengths: Kristy is very smart, and can usually be calm under most circumstances, she is loyal to her friends and those she considers family. Personality Weaknesses: Kristy tends to trust people a little to easily at times she is also known to be very stubborn and hardheaded at times.

Name: (Rank) Captain (Family Name) Ishida (Given Name) Hisashi Age: 45 Photo (no anime allowed...sketches must be hyper realistic): Hisashi is not a very tall man, standing at the average height of 1.78m. As he had been practising in the traditional arts of Kenjutsu, Iajitsu and various other armed and unarmed sports, he is toned and hardy, though not to the point of excess that could only be gained through bodybuilding. He found solace in such tradition, but regarded them more as art and fitness regime than anything. His eyes are a dark shade of brown that they appear black in less than bright settings, and as such can be hard to read at times. His hair is simply black, as it would be for asians. Being a soldier, and being traditional, he doesn't dye it. However, as he is more civilian in attitude than military, he did not adopt the standard short, spiky hair, but has let it grow a little bit longer right to the edge of military requirement. He thought it would put his patients at ease. Note: His helmet's supposed to be blue, but I can't find one probably because JSDF soldiers hasn't done UN work... Yet. Brief bio (include what they did before the outbreak, skills they have, and basic things that would make them the way they are to the other characters, but not too much detail): Hisashi was born into a traditionalist samurai family, the kind that did not acknowledge the atrocities of World War 2, the kind that spat at the circumstances leading up to the disbandment of the Samurai. As such, he is brought up this way, and has been practicing the traditional arts required of the Samurai ever since he was able to walk and speak. This traditionalist streak changed, however, when the time came for him to make his decision for further studies. In addition to being traditionalist, everything anyone had ever done in the family is done in the name of joining the military and climbing the ranks there, to fight wars, bring honour to family and country. Instead, he had an interest in medicine, through his study of herbs, and through his friends, who were hoping to get into medical school as well. So he joined them, and flew to a neighbouring province to study in a medical school. His family and clan began to suspect his intentions, but thought it fine as medics are soldiers too. In university, Hisashi had made alot of likeminded friends, including foreigners, and it was there that he learnt more about the atrocities of WW2. He was further encouraged to go down a more pacifistic path, much to the chagrin of his kin. Upon graduation when he was 22, he defied clan orders to join the military, and instead worked in a hospital as a surgeon. After numerous high profile surgeries and 6 years later, he decided to kick back and relax, and promptly became a general practitioner with his own clinic and staff. He got married, and had children five years later. He found out after that that he could relate well to children and their innocence - many of his best patients were children, and so he began specialising as a pediatrician, seeing that they were some of those in most need of medical care. Paradise did not last. It was only a few years later when he was 36 when he clan began to act against his wishes, out of frustration and shame. The ultimatum: join the military or be disowned and abandoned. He gave in, and reluctantly joined the military as an officer. Due to his education, he was offered the position of medical officer, which he took immediately, finding it to be the only escape he has from his circumstances. But he was a reluctant soldier; he was never serious in his exercises and training, and could barely pass his fitness tests and marksmanship package. When the dead started rising and attacking people, Japan was similarly under threat from the strange phenomenon. However, its government did not outright fall immediately due to the people putting cooperation and duty first before self-interest. When the police and military began having difficulty in containing the threat, new units were created to specifically deal with such a special threat. 3 'Kyonshikirapeitai' divisions were raised, and they were hurriedly outfitted with both old and new tactics and equipment to fight the Kyonshi (stiff corpses, as the Japanese calls them). Hisashi was part of this. And when contact with the United States was lost, Japan decided to send a force over to the US to reestablish communications under the banner of the failing UN. Hisashi was also part of this, travelling with his unit, the 3rd Kyonshikirapeitai Division, 2nd Company. Upon landing on the continent however, it became a quagmire. The US Military were executing the citizens they were supposed to protect, and the government was in chaos. The UN Peacekeepers decided to push deeper into the country, set up refugee camps, and search for any representation of the centralised federal government. They were forced to protect the locals from their own soldiers, and fight against said soldiers. Hisashi, however, was comparatively sheltered from all this, as he was usually either tending to the wounded or doing research at a refugee centre field hospital or at most going on simple missions to rescue some locals or give medical help. His shelter, however, would not last. Most recently, he was embroiled in an extended firefight against US Soldiers massacring more locals, which lead to heavy casualties on both sides. His company was decimated but victorious, and he was left as the acting commander of his unit with only a few soldiers in it still alive, who in turn had to keep a POW they captured and a few civilians alive. What he had seen in the mess that followed the rising of the dead had damaged his confidence and hope for the future, his optimism, but he held on. He held on, just as he did when he was forced to become a soldier, and so he will do so again, and again. Personality Strengths: Hisashi can be said to be idealistic to the core - pacifistic, kind-hearted, gentle, forgiving and through his medical career is approachable to children, whom he genuinely wants to help and protect the most. He would not compromise on his idealism no matter the circumstances. Despite what he had seen, he remained hopeful and confident that the future can't and won't be so bad. As a result of his work, he tends to be organised. Personality Weaknesses: His greatest strengths could become his greatest weaknesses. If he was ever forced to compromise, the ordeal would really mess him up. Some would call him stubborn and rigid. Those who came into conflict with his values would probably suffer under him (don't go around killing children, for example). Custom Fields Combat Strengths: Soldiers of the Kyonshikirapeitai are exceptional at melee, drawing from age old traditions of swordsmanship. They specialise at killing Kyonshi (Walkers). Hisashi is well practiced in the ancient arts and has experience back home in Japan, which was why he was chosen for the unit in the first place. Combat Weaknesses: However, they are disadvantaged against enemies with guns as they will be slowed down by their bulky equipment, meant to protect against stabs, blunt force and walker scratches and bites. Predictably, swords are useless at range. Hisashi has little inclination towards soldiering, and so he's barely able to pass his marksmanship, fitness and field ops.
