The Kelpie had been living in the swamps and ponds in Irelands living in the deep water that was merky and unable to be seen by the human eye when in the water. The stallion was grazing peacefully on the tall grass before walking along and whinnied sharply when something latched onto its leg and saw a bear trap clamp shut around its hooves and gave a pericing cry of pain and anger as it struggled to get away from the trap. it eventually stopped and snorted as it stayed in its disgused white stallion form that seemed to glow and be in distressed wanting to attract someone to come to its aide and someone seemd to have fallen for it. the stallion acted all hurt and ears flat shoing thats its in distress and pain its ears flat. The Kelpie power is illusion was much more powerful in Ireland since it was its home. The stallion waited for her to get him out of the trap and hopefully touch his skin or ...mount his back because the stallion would be more then happy to show this girl how to ride on a Kelpie and it would be the last thing the girl did. The stallion was calm and even encouraging slightly as it nuzzled her hand gently and looked at the pond that wasn't ever far from where he stood and the human female. he wanted to see if she had not known of the rumors and myths of the Kelpie.

Kelpie though said to be an evil breed of creature it was rather gentle and calm at times and even playful with some humans. Not all kelpie where bad but they all had one flaw, they needed to eat something even if it was another animal or a person that happen to be close. The Kelpie where cursed creatures said to have angered the gods once and the spirits where turned into man eaters and the rumors started but easily faded in 1967 when no one had ever seen a kelpie so the rumor was called a myth and it was gone. But the creatures where anything but gone and they where all very hungry for something to eat.

Anna shakes as she walks the creek of the Loch in bare feet. That night of the murder trapped within her mind prevents her from trying to find her freedom from the nightmares. Her brown hair blows in the wind when she notices a strange figure on the ground. She ran to the strange creature and unlatched the bear trap from its body. Her eyes looked at it in wonder. She has never seen this thing before. It looked rare too.

The Kelpie looked at her slightly shocked that it let her go free and snorted gently and stood there lifting its legs away and wondered if it would get on its back or touch it, anything was better then nothing. It snorted deeply and eyes looking at her deep and friendly.

Anna gasped as the strange stallion got to its feet fast. She stepped a little closer and reached a trembling hand to touch it.

As her hand touched its body the eyes glowed sharply as the whute pelt started to melt away and starting to melt away revealing black skin and the skin because very stick;ly trapping the girl struck to the stallion its hooves vanished and the back side turned into a long fish tail as it started walking on its two front hooves toeard the water slowlty dragging the girl toward her watery grave.

Anna noticed the change and began to panic. She tried to pull away but her hand was stuck to the black skin. She tried to pull back harder but the way it dragged to the water felt like one of her nightmares that she had nights ago.

She was a trancelike state as she walked to the cliff that was yards from her house. She was attempting suicide because of killing her mother and sister. She stopped at the edge and looked down into the rushing water. She then looked straight ahead until she fell...

She gasped back into the present as she felt water on her feet.

The kelpie kept dragging her begore it reared up giving a konster of a roar and plunged into the dark water happily with the prey it so desired. The stallion swam down deeper into the water its grizzy features taking shape teeth turning sharp and dangerous turning to the mortal girl and felt bad for almost having to eat her so....much to his regret he swam up and dropped her on the muddy shore before jumping onto the loch

Anna coughed up water after she was actually back on the shore. Strange, a stallion turning into a monster then making her plunge to her death. Did it feel regret and put her back. She looked around for the creature to see if it was still nearby. She didn't see it, so she ran back to her father's house.

((Maybe the Kelpie could follow her and disguise itself as a boy?))

The stallion watched her as she fled and the next morning there was a stranger in town. A boy with brown hair with green flakes in it. The boy walked around the town humming gently to himself as he did his skin was always moist and wet as his eyes where entrancing

Anna was out in town, looking for food with a basket. She walked through the market and did not look at anyone in the eye. She wore her mother's dress that she would wear when going into town. She walked to fruit stand and hastily picked out apples and oranges.
