And most people are thinking that people with powers are evil because there are so few heroes and mostly villains rule the city.

If we were in 300 years into the future I believe there would be more than just Dart Guns. I believe this dart gun technology with the disabling chips would appear within the first 100 years of development with the discovery of the meta-humans. I mean there are people who think their powers are a 'curse' and would like to be cured permanently, so research of how to stop mutants wouldn't be surprising and there are other mutants who might secretly work with the government to hunt down other mutants. So in my case I believe anything less than 100 years into the future would be fine. Anything past that and we will have to start thinking of what the government and 3rd parties might be developing to capture us mutants.

(But i dont mind the 300 years into the future, we just have to think of the advancing technology and the power for the mutants to suit the society)

How about a hundred years. Would that be better?

It depends on when the humans with super powers were discovered. You could do it three hundred years in the future, if you'd like, and say that people aren't really prepared for dealing with super humans since their just a very recent occurrence due to some recent phenomenon. I kind of like it that way a little more, because even people don't have very many specific means to deal with meta threats, their still equipped with some pretty nifty defenses.

Alright, ran into a slight issue, people. I tried to post the OOC, my webpage broke down and I lost all the information. I had copied it before, but when I went to repost, apparently it took away the copy that I had. Sooooo, it's going to be a bit longer than I thought.
