I'd be happy to have a medic on the team, just as long as you save some of the pain meds for the patients. (and by patients I mean the after-show party.) :)

If you're still gonna host this, I'd like to throw my hat in.

Any ideas what sort of character you'd like to play as? So far we have a rookie, an archivist and a medic.

I'm looking for a party of four-five for this adventure, as the playtesting with seven got a little messy. Already have the full story prepared and ready to go, along with ship deck plans and other details.

And no, you won't be allowed to see the deck plans unless one of the characters can gain access to them in some way.

Sounds interesting. Wouldn't like to see his face if the party start shooting holes in 'his' ship though.

I think my idea could be this one rookie fella who's heard about the Lone Star but never seen it even though he wants to, he just simply wants to, and through a sick twist of fate he gets the chance.

If there's any room, how about a character who joins the team but is actually looking to mark anything useful or vulnerable for her employer, a merchant or corporation of some kind, to steal and sell? As for her role on the team a mercenary might be the most likely but I'm not sure what would be the most useful given the characters we already have.

EDIT: Actually I'm thinking a sort of stealthy/rogue-archetype character, mainly someone who's good at evading and disarming security systems, with the help of cyborg prosthetics

The ship's a political hot potato right now, with several very powerful figures intersted in discovering what might be onboard, so it makes perfect sense that an agent would be srnt to infiltrate the party. And as for a security specialist, that'd be perfect for boarding a potentially hostile derelict.

I'm thinking of playing a thief. One who's been caught and her choices are either become part of the Lone Star team, or jail. How's that?

That could work, there's some very shady characters after whatever the ship may have found and so blackmailing a prisoner would certainly fit their style.

I have a bit of work but I'll probably be able to finish a character sheet pretty soon (I really can't help myself anyway)

Haven't got any confirmed characters yet, feel free to post up any ideas you have on the actual roleplay thread.
