Shu didn’t really trust Ricken much, even if he was on their side but seeing him armless on one side made him pretty nervous. He didn’t know how he was supposed to react to it but according to Ricken’s body language he probably shouldn’t stare. Maybe if they got outside and just sat around everything would be better and they wouldn’t have to have Ricken staring down at them all mean like that. Looking quickly away and outside of the shuttle he spotted T’charrl sitting by himself, seeing it as a perfect opportunity to drag Takeshi on out and get them away from Ricken. Squeaking, Shu took hold of Takeshi and hastily moved out of the shuttle, not wanting to get into further trouble with the guy. Moving on out he soon stopped, looking up at Takeshi and smiling nervously. “No, no…soon healing!” They were promised help from the Namekians and if some of them could do what Dende could do then that would be great. Smiling happily he quickly looked in the direction Takeshi was trying to get him to go in, seeing his friend still there all quietly. “Ooh! I was going! Yes!” Walking Takeshi on over towards T’charrl he got all sneaky, moving behind his friend even if Takeshi was prone to making noises. Moving up behind him with Takeshi he sneakily moved to his arm and patted it. “Boo! You scared now!”

T’charrl didn’t know what to do with himself up to this point and knew he was probably best staying where he was, especially when he was too big to do anything with the others. He needed to calm down so he could change back, even if this form was more his neutral form with the amount of power he had within him. Slowly stroking one of his antennae he heard Takeshi stumble out of the shuttle nearby, probably with Shu too. He thought it was best they remained in the shuttle but he wasn’t one to tell them what to do. Sighing lightly he moved his claws closer to his body, looking around the area for any of the other natives before he noticed something begin to approach him. He figured it was Shu taking Takeshi along, especially considering the approaching energy felt like them. Keeping quiet until Shu was close he quickly turned his head when Shu patted his arm, staring at him curiously. “Uhh, you two are out of the ship…”

Kiton knew he probably shouldn’t expect too much from the natives but he still felt rather nervous. It wouldn’t be that hard to figure out he wasn’t with them and definitely didn’t get injured in the fight. His injuries were probably a few days old and how his skin was bruised and body battered told more stories than he could tell about what happened. Maybe these aliens were familiar with his kind too, seeing how they were obviously warriors themselves even if their planet was so hidden away. He was pretty scared and being trapped on a cot didn’t help much at all, his vulnerability being through the roof. Staring up at the roof he gasped when Haku talked to him, looking to him quickly before glancing to the door. “Uhh…w-what…?” he muttered, looking back to Haku, “They won’t heal me…why would they heal me? Who knows how many of their people I killed…”

Viral didn’t know what he was supposed to do at this meeting of theirs but it wasn’t as if he was going to do very good if he was without Yumi or Vegeta. If either of them weren’t there with him he would probably hurt someone, especially given his current form and memory problems. Staring at the leader Namekian he frowned as he started talking to them directly, not liking how they knew about the war going on. If their planet was hidden away they shouldn’t concern themselves with it; besides, the ship landing here was probably pure coincidence considering the pilot was unaware of anything to do with this place. Looking to Yumi as she spoke up he soon sighed and looked away, not knowing if she knew what they were supposed to wish for. They had to use two of the three wishes to get Vegeta’s parents back; first would be to wish them back to life, the second to bring them to where they were. All they could do was revive the dead here and that was it for their world. Lowering his head for a moment he gasped lightly when he felt someone touch him, his eyes going to Yumi as she gave her reassurance; however, Viral moved his arm away, taking a step back as he looked away. “I-…what do I have to teach…” he muttered, not remembering fully what he was supposed to teach her; he remembered something about hunting, but that was it, “You’re best not touching me…just incase…”

Takeshi didn't want to waste anymore time sitting in the shuttle, certainly not while T'charrl was out here all by himself. He knew the guy wasn't crazy about being alone, and with most everyone else either going off or sitting in the ship he didn't have much company. Shu would no doubt like to spend time with their friend, and the older boy supposed he would too. Bit of a shame, the form he was in now, especially seeing as T'charrl had just gotten back to normal. If they did it once though they could do it again, hopefully it wouldn't take near as long to get him back. Having to use his brother as support Takeshi hobbled along, watching confused as the little guy tried to spook the Kaesstrian for whatever reason; it didn't work as he figured, they were hardly being stealthy on their way over here. "Yeah, so? It was kind of stuffy in there and we wanted some fresh air," he replied, smirking as he shrugged his shoulders, "Aaand... I guess we wanted to come hang out with our friend, you know? That is unless you want to sit here alone?"

"They could heal you, that's what I said. Don't you want to be treated?" Haku repeated, frowning confused at Kiton's reaction. It wasn't until he heard the rest that he got an idea of why the alien was so on edge, blinking in surprise before letting out a sigh and shaking his head. They were here on important business and now they were harboring someone who had murdered these people? If the group knew about that then they wouldn't be carrying him around like this, he wagered, not if it might jeopardize their reason for coming to Namek. "You killed some of them...? I though it was just the monsters," Haku said, "You're in big trouble if you killed them, you know that right? I doubt anyone here is going to try protecting you over that." In fact now he felt a bit uneasy just being near this person, they could be in danger with him around. He was hardly in any position to do anything about it, but that wasn't going to keep Ricken from doing anything apparently. Gasping when the rebel got to his feet he worried things might escalate just going by how angry he looked. "D-Don't hurt him! It's not our place to!"

Ricken glared over at Haku before sneering, glancing back to Kiton and standing before him. "It's not huh? So whose place is it then? Do you want to be the one to tell these people he killed some of them?" Even if he was speaking more of bringing those things with him Kiton was still guilty, and the rebel didn't need much reason to begin with to get rid of him. Leaning over the Frost Demon he slammed his palm into the wall beside his head, smirking as he leaned down some. "Look... If you did something then fess up, tell me right now. You're going to get punished one way or another, it just depends on how bad what you did is. Everyone else might be all fine and dandy with giving you a hand, but you want to bet that changes once they hear about this?"

There would be a lot that they could do again once Viral was happy, and it had Yumi all borderline giddy just thinking about it. Never mind too all of the things they used to do together, just the sheer fact that her friend was going to be healthy and happier was exciting in of itself. Smiling apologetically she took her hand back, knowing now not to brush off Viral's warnings as she gave a small nod of her head. "Sorry, but there's got to be tons I can still learn from you. You're still a better martial artist than I am, and there must be all sorts of new things I can do like this, I'll need someone to teach me everything. That is of course if you don't mind having a student again." She wanted to learn more about fighting, that had always been one of her big drives up until everything had happened. Now that some semblance of normalcy was over the horizon maybe she could get back to it once more. Seeing that Vegeta and the others were starting to head into town Yumi smiled at Viral, gesturing for him to tag along, wanting to remain at his side. "I want to ask too... What do you want to do once you're healthy again? There's tons I want to do with you, but I really should ask what you want. Anything in mind?"

T’charrl was happy that Shu decided to come over to him but Takeshi really didn’t need to if he wasn’t fit enough, especially when he had a damaged leg. He didn’t think they’d want to be outside when they were supposed to be waiting to get some help from the natives, but really there was no need to bother with him if they were not feeling up to it. Turning slightly towards them he gasped when Shu leaned forward and hugged his arm, probably liking his fur as usual. It was practically only Shu that liked cuddling up against him, but then again the kid was very cuddly and didn’t care whether he was dirty from his dust and what not. Looking to Takeshi he couldn’t help but feel a little confused, wondering why he wanted to when it was just causing more pain for him as a whole to hobble along. “Uhh, no! It would be nice if you did sit with me! I just-…I just don’t want you to be in too much pain”, he spoke quickly, looking away again, “I just don’t want you to be in pain…and I don’t have the energy to heal it, nobody has the energy to give me either. I’m not very useful right now…”

Kiton didn’t like being in such a vulnerable position even if Sasha had reassured that he would be safe; however, she was gone now and these guys were here with one of them being particularly aggressive towards him last time. It couldn’t had been a good thing for him to be left with him like this but he didn’t know how much Sasha had told him either, making him unsure to what he could say about himself. Maybe he would see him as a criminal and not dismiss it like Sasha did. Feeling very uneasy he was willing to talk to Haku who didn’t appear to have anything against him, however his own worries had him getting Haku’s attention. Frowning, Kiton tried to shift himself. “Would you try and just-“ Before he could tell him off for being too loud about it the other rebel was up and coming for him, a pretty angry look on his face too.

Kiton really wanted to get up now, even if the Namekians wouldn’t want to see him either. He didn’t want to be the vulnerable one in this position, but seemed he had no choice but to play that role. Getting all tense now he tried to push himself up but was quickly denied when Ricken made sure he was in the most vulnerable position possible. Staring up at him he pulled his legs up a little, his breathing shallow before he quickly spoke up. “So I have no way around getting punished??” he snapped but soon found it to be too painful to speak like that, his hand slowly trying to teach up to his chest, “…I can’t change what happened…but this isn’t going to make things better! Those things were here because of me…but how am I supposed to change that? Pretend it didn’t happen??”

Viral didn’t want to risk being set off or having a nervous twitch because Yumi touched him, his nerves already shot with how much he was having to struggle with keeping upright. He found it rather difficult to walk with the same reason he found it hard when he was in his feline form, but this was completely different. He wasn’t balanced because his body was in a distorted shape so walking around was quite a lot of effort. “I’m…not sure how long it will take for me to get better. If I forget any of this stuff, you’ll have to be the one to teach me”, he spoke slowly, taking unsteady steps, “I don’t know how much I’ll remember once I’m back to normal”. While it was always going to be a physical problem, losing his mind was his biggest fear. Glancing to Yumi he sighed at her question, a claw going to his head. “Hmm…when I’m healthy? I don’t know…what is there left for me? Continue fighting? I'm not sure. I don’t know what my life has been leading up to or whether this is a sign that I’ve fulfilled my purpose”.

"Tch... Come on, give me some credit! I've had way worse than this before, this is nothing," Takeshi said, grinning as he gave a thumbs up. To try and foolishly prove his point he let go of Shu and attempted to walk on his own, instantly letting out a wince as he placed pressure on his leg. "Ah... Oh that's tender..." Seeing no other recourse he went ahead and sat down gingerly, keeping his leg up a bit to prevent it from pressing against the ground. Such a pain in the ass, not being able to walk on his own. Given a bit more time he could just start using Ki and hover, or if the Namekians really were going to patch them up then he'd be fine to move in no time. Looking at T'charrl and frowning at how down he sounded Takeshi reached over to him, giving him a light hit on the arm with his fist and offering a smile. "We're going to be fine, don't worry about it. The Namekians offered to help us, and even if they didn't we've got the tanks back on the ship, you know? Besides, it's not like you're only here to heal us. It's cool you can do it, but no big deal if you can't." They had been through tons of trouble without someone like T'charrl tagging along, and convenient as his ability was they didn't rely on in. Maybe if someone had suffered a life threatening injury then sure, use the power until it ran dry, but some scrapes and bruises was nothing to fuss over.

Ricken would be damned if Kiton wasn't punished for what he had done here. By running away and landing on Namek he'd inadvertently caused the slaughter of who knows how many Namekians, and on top of that placed them all in danger. Sure the planet was safe now but that didn't right the wrongs he had done. Maybe he couldn't dole out the punishment himself here and now, yet he was going to make damn certain the Frost Demon knew it was coming. "You could have gone to any planet between Kortal and here, and yet you picked Namek! Whether you intended to or not doesn't matter, what you did caused a lot of these people to die, and that can't be forgiven!" It was careless and selfish, Kiton had only been thinking of himself and not what ramifications his actions might have. Ricken was just disgusted by it, how could anyone put innocents in harms way like that? "I can't punish you myself... But I can tell you our leader isn't going to go easy on you, not when he hears about this. This planet isn't even supposed to be involved in the fighting, and now they've been attacked because of you." Getting a bit aggravated by the second the rebel stood upright and curled his hand into a fist, really tempted to give the Frost Demon a good hit to drive home his frustration. Well, someone was definitely struck, but it wasn't Kiton. Reeling a bit from being blindsided Ricken stumbled back, putting a hand on his cheek as he looked over at Haku surprised. "You little bastard..."

"L-Lay off him! You're nuts!" Haku snapped, standing up unsteadily as he pointed at Ricken, "Maybe he did bring those things here... But he was trying to fight them! And he even tried helping us! And besides... Like you said, you can't punish him, so don't even try that!" Seeing the rebel getting all violent and intimidating like that sparked something in him, he couldn't just sit there and watch. The way that Kiton was being treated was awfully reminiscent of his own treatment back on Kortal, and he knew all too well what it felt like to be singled out and abused. Fearing some kind of retaliation he watched as Ricken scoffed and stormed out of the shuttle, shaking a little from nerves once he and the alien were alone. Letting out a lengthy sigh Haku sank back down into the cot, closing his eyes for a moment to try and relax. Neither of them were in any condition to fight, that was probably the only reason Ricken hadn't attacked back just then. Smiling uneasily Haku then turned to Kiton, giving a thumbs up before glancing down at his red knuckles, "I don't think what you did is great either... But I won't let that jerk pick on you."

Viral was going to get better, of that Yumi was absolutely certain now. By the end of the day, if things went well, Aito would be back as would June and her friend's treatment could begin in earnest. The chance to see a healthier, happier Beastman made her rather excited and she couldn't help but dwell on the possibilities of what they might do next. Not only did she have some ideas in mind, but so too was she sure Viral wanted to do something as well. After all he'd spent so long either obeying someone else or being stuck at someone's side, so a chance to be his own person again must be pretty exciting. "If Aito is working then I'm sure everything is going to work out fine. He's the one that did a lot of the work on you, right? So he knows you better than anyone, even that Doctor Ikura person. It's safe to bet that when he gets working things will look up pretty quickly!" That was what she was going to bet on, and she'd keep to that mindset as long as it took, until Viral really was 100% again. Glancing around at the village proper she smiled at some of the curious faces of the Namekians, giving them small waves and laughing as she watched two children wave back then run off. This seemed like a nice world, she was quite glad they had done it a favor and gotten rid of those monsters. "Okay, but who's to say you can't have a new purpose? Or a new lease on life?" Yumi asked, glancing back cheerfully, "Maybe you can think of it as a sort story, and what comes next is just another chapter in your life. We'll help you figure out what to do, don't worry."

The Elder's home, and subsequently the meeting place was only just up ahead. Though the majority of the town was level and flat there was a slight rise in the very center, and it was at the peak of this rise where the village Elder and his peers would meet to make decisions. News of something big being discussed must have spread as a few dozen or so Namekians were gathered around the base of the buildings, chattering amongst themselves and giving the group curious glances. Frowning disprovingly at this becoming a bit of a spectacle the lead Namekian stopped in his tracks, looking around at everyone before clearing his throat loudly. "This is not a public hearing, and I'm sure our guests do not appreciate being swarmed like this. They just fought a hard battle and protected our world, so rather than smother them how about we give them a bit of space, hm?" Publicly supporting the strangers like this might turn some heads, but given his status as the head warrior people were inclined to listen to him. After a bit more murmuring and some more glances in the group's direction he turned back to everyone, smiling slightly as he folded his arms. "Well then... I believe we're ready to begin. Anything you feel you need to ask before we enter?"

"No, I think I'm well prepared enough," Sasha said, smiling slightly as she nodded her head. Truthfully she was quite a bit nervous, rarely did she ever act as a dignitary of sorts without one of her superiors present. Korian and Sayomi wished to broker a sort of alliance with the Namekians, which given their neutrality wasn't going to be easy. More than anything it was a pledge to protect the planet should any harm befall them, but she could easily understand how the locals might perceive it as a sort of invasion to their privacy.

"I'm ready as well, let's get this meeting underway." There was almost an air of impatience about Vegeta, and he was barely standing still as he stared up at the building on the hill. Viral's salvation was inside of that building, and all that separated him and his friends from getting it was a grace from the village Elder. They were so damn close, finally the Beastman was going to be able to start the road to recovery rather than simply be stabilized as he'd been doing all this time. To think that they were at last at the end of this journey to cure Viral... No, not quite yet. There would be more treatments, more examinations, but his father would know exactly what to do. On top of that his mother would be there for support, and as essentially Viral's parents that was something no one else here could provide him. Smiling slightly Vegeta glanced at the Namekian, nodding again in confirmation before following him up the steps.

T’charrl thought it was nice to have them out with him like this but he was still worried he might bore them or something. There was little he could talk about and discuss when he was feeling tired and mentally drained. He did enjoy being around his friends at least, that should matter more than anything else. Watching Takeshi make an attempt to walk he nearly stood up when he only hurt himself, frowning at his reaction. He really shouldn’t be trying to do such things when he was supposed to wait for healing like he was himself. His skin was burned and his wings broken not to mention his body had taken on quite a fair bit of stress, feeling sore all over. Pulling Shu around he gasped when his other arm was hit lightly, his eyes going to Takeshi as if surprised he decided to touch him. It was still weird to him for Takeshi to touch him, but at least he was trying. “Uhh, I-I know I’m not. It’s just…I don’t know, I would like to help and try to use it. I guess I just want to be useful other than-…well, I-I won’t mention what happened in the fight…”

Kiton didn’t know what he could do. He was trapped quite literally and completely vulnerable with this man standing over him in a threatening manner. If he tried to get up he’d probably be hit back down and end up in a worse state. Staring up at Ricken he tried to move his arms up just incase, even if he was too weak to block anything from this position. He didn’t mean for anyone to die, he had tried to keep his ship intact but this guy was acting as if he wanted as many killed as possible. Looking away for a moment his eyes soon snapped back to Ricken, frowning at the revelation he came to. “I just-I didn’t-…” he stuttered, looking around quickly before gasping when it looked like Ricken was going to snap at any moment; however, before the rebel could the Saiyan decided to do that instead and give him a good punch across the face.

Staring at Haku he could only feel curious about his reason to force Ricken to back off like that, especially given the circumstances. He didn’t know what to do with this, his eyes looking between the pair before watching as Ricken decided to take the easy way out and leave the shuttle. Frowning at the sight of him he looked to Haku, staring at him as he spoke before grunting, trying to move on the cot. “Y-You…you didn’t have to do that…” he muttered, trying to get up but eventually giving up, “…I deserved it. I could had! I could…maybe…if I just went somewhere else…” He didn’t know where he was flying to for most of his struggle but the moment he saw Namek appear on his radar he had to land there. He helped those creatures murder who knows how many people and had to take the punishment for that. Being an outlaw meant he was automatically hunted and probably deserved punishment for just existing. He was a Frost Demon, after all, his kind not exactly given a free pass like other races to live how they wanted to live. “Why did you defend me? You know I deserved that…”

Viral didn’t know what would happen after he received this treatment, whether he would find something else that sparked his interest or end up in a dead end wasn’t completely clear. He didn’t know where his life would lead if he would even be given a second chance, but expressing his pessimism over his recovery probably wouldn’t help everyone else who thought for sure this would lead to his cure. There were so many other important wishes they could make but they chose this when Vegeta hardly seemed bothered to be granted his parents again. “New purpose…but what? You will be given a great task if you think thinking of something I can do is going to be as easy as having a group meeting about it…”

In the end, Viral just couldn’t wait until he could eat and sleep normally again. Those were his two biggest desires however simple. He had missed tasting food and not become twisted after eating it, he missed being able to sleep and escape reality. Who knew how long he would sleep once he could, even if his mental illness meant he would have nightmares it still meant he was able to sleep. Upon arriving at the Elder’s home he looked around at the Namekians, groaning at the sight of them. He didn’t like crowds at all, especially when eyes were directed to him. With ears going down he lowered his head, staring at them before turning his attention back to the home of the Elder. It was certainly a whole lot larger than the other houses with fauna growing up it quite elegantly, the sound of running water nearby telling him there was a fountain probably nearby. He knew Namekians only consumed water so that must had been quite a luxury to have, definitely best suited for an Elder. Grumbling, Viral looked to Vegeta before following up the steps behind, having a bit of a struggle at first because of his size and shape. He really didn’t like this, finding the stairs to be all too much for him to be patient with.

"Hey, you helped plenty! I mean you killed that monster didn't you? You and Viral, you helped way more than enough. Not gonna lie, kind of jealous you got to be the ones to kill it." Whatever had happened in the fight was history now, all that mattered was they were all here and alive. It had been a close call, far closer than any of them likely expected by coming to Namek. If they only had to fight the Frost Demon then Takeshi was sure things wouldn't be as bad, nor if they just stuck to fighting the little monsters. Where did that big one come from anyways? They'd never seen something like that before, and he doubted it was just something that happened to be on the planet. If he though anyone here had an answer he might ask, but their whole group looked confused by it. "So what do you think we're gonna do after this, hm? After we get Vegeta's folks back and all?" Takeshi asked, glancing over at Shu and T'charrl, "I mean we're still not really fighting father right now, so there's nothing forcing us to do anything anymore, you know? Either of you guys got any ideas?"

Haku was extremely uneasy about how things were progressing, and seeing Ricken poised to attack Kiton didn't help at all. The treatment the Frost Demon was receiving was far too similar to his own, he couldn't in good conscience sit back and watch him be berated and struck. In a spur of the moment, probably terrible decision he struck out against the rebel, catching him in the jaw with a punch and immediately drawing back a bit. Much to his relief there was no retaliation, though he was sure there would be consequences down the road for what he had done. Keeping an eye on Ricken warily as he left, Haku finally allowed himself to be seated again, smiling nervously as he glanced at his hand and gave it a small shake. It really annoyed him how everything was being placed on Kiton, they didn't know the whole story really. Looking at the Frost Demon as he questioned his actions Haku offered a faint smile, shrugging before giving an uneasy chuckle. "Maybe you did... But I hate bullies, and he's just a bully. If someone's going to discipline you it won't be that jerk. And besides... You brought those things here, but I doubt you meant for anyone to get hurt." Just someone in a bad situation, something he knew all too well too. He wasn't much a fighter if that wasn't obvious by now, but he'd been put up to the task to try and take on and kill the Princes. Why did he agree to that? Because he'd had no choice, it was his only option whether he liked it or not, and he had a feeling Kiton was the same way here. His word likely wasn't worth anything to most people, but if he was right about this then he'd argue on behalf of the alien.

"I never said it would be easy, but that seems the most reasonable course for us, don't you agree? If you feel like your purpose has come to its end then we might as well renew it, however we need to." Vegeta was still very much against giving anyone an order like that, but perhaps his father would have an easier time of it. It had been Aito after all who assigned Viral his purpose initially, so surely he could do it again? Now was hardly the time or place to have such a discussion, especially with the crowd of Namekians that had gathered. Thankfully their escort was privy to Viral's distaste of crowds and pretty quickly everyone was sent on their way, only a few stragglers left to watch as they began their ascent to the Elder's home. The entire settlement had a very simplistic and traditional feel to it, reminding Vegeta quite a lot of more rural areas back on Earth. It was almost a nice change of pace even for someone who didn't mind cities, it was only a shame they wouldn't get to experience a bit more of this world. Drawing nearer to the door the other two Namekians from before both emerged, standing to either side of it and bowing to the leader. This man had to be some sort of military leader, something they seemed to meet a lot of. Odd the Namekians had a standing military, though when surrounded by war perhaps not so much.

The interior of the structure was as every bit simplistic yet endearing as the outside was. Wide paned windows adorned every single wall, giving plenty of natural lighting to the main room of the complex, as well as the others adjoined to it no doubt. This was much more like a home than other official buildings they had visited before, with furniture one might normally find arranged carefully all around the place, giving the building itself a very relaxed feel. The interior walls were all painted a light beige, and with the natural lighting it gave off a sort of warm glow to it, making one feel quite at home. Even though there was an arranged meeting to take place people were still in the building, as one would no doubt see the group chatting away on a bench along one of the walls. Namekians hurried between rooms as well, some carrying papers in their arms and others simply trying to get where they needed to be. Noting how busy this place was Vegeta couldn't help but compare it to Capsule Corporation, another figurative central building which wasn't just filled with secretaries and official workers, it seemed like an everyman could be allowed in here if they so chose, at least in certain parts. Though he was feeling a touch strung up over the impending negotiations seeing this kind of environment made him hopeful about who they'd be meeting with.

"Our Elder and his advisers are just through this doorway, they should be expecting you," the lead Namekian said, stopping at a wide door at the back of the central room. "We've given you the entire afternoon if you need it, but I don't think they'll need that long to decide. Just remember to be courteous with them, and please be sure to show reverence to the Elder when you enter. He is by far the most important individual in to our people, in a way like our King, to put it in terms you may understand. He is a kind enough man, but all the same be sure to show respect." Standing to the side of the door the Namekian pushed it open, folding his arms behind his back once it had swung all the way to give the go ahead to get inside.

T’charrl couldn’t see it as a big deal when he was just trying to survive and help his friends kill the creature, not concentrate on the glory of killing it. He was fairly sure he was unable to think like that when his life was on the line along with everybody else’s. “I guess I did. But how can you be jealous? It was horrible”. He certainly didn’t want to have to go through that again; it was definitely going to be something he’d have to try and forget about in the future before he went to sleep so he didn’t end up having nightmares. Keeping his head low he sighed lightly, looking to Takeshi before down to Shu. He didn’t know what they could do after all this, he wasn’t the one in charge and was instead supposed to concentrate on getting better at controlling his abilities. “Shouldn’t I be trying to find control? I barely know how to control my energy and I keep changing, isn’t that something I have to try and fix before I become a horrible disgusting monster? Then again, what if I become a god? Do I tempt such power?”

Kiton didn’t know what his fate was going to be now, especially after all that. He received assurance that he wouldn’t be harmed by Sasha but if that guy was willing to hit him while he was down then he would probably end up beaten to a bloody pulp by the time he got to see their leader. This was going to be worse than prison, especially when he couldn’t escape into Space so easily. Looking to Haku he frowned at his reasoning, letting out a groan before sighing. “I didn’t mean for myself to get hurt either! Yet…here I am, looking like I might as well get replacement limbs…” he spoke, staring up at the roof of the shuttle, “The world is a harsh place. You will learn that eventually. Besides…I’m used to it”. He didn’t know if he wanted to hang around here or get the hell out of this place considering the circumstances, even after telling himself he was not going to be in the best of shape if he chose to try and escape. It was going to be awful either way even when he told himself it was better this way. “He’s just going to do it again when nobody’s around. I won’t be surprised if the others feel it’s necessary to do the same…”

It made Viral’s heart sink to be told to renew his purpose, knowing that he was made with a limited lifespan in the first place to fulfil only one thing before it became pointless and drag him to his death. He needed to find a way to survive however way possible but he couldn’t think of anything he could do that wouldn’t lead him down a path of evil and eventually to his destruction. He was never told what his purpose was and why he was created with such a flaw in the first place. Everything was just getting lost and with it he was losing all sense of belonging. Making his way to the Elder’s home wasn’t making him feel any better, even if it was to try and get the Dragonballs. All he knew was if the Elder didn’t hand over the Dragonballs he’d get them himself by any means necessary. Hardly interested in the actual complex himself he simply looked to the lead Namekian, not really caring for what he had to say either. Just wanting to go on in now and get it over with while definitely not planning on remaining there for a very long time. Moving on into the room he gave the Namekian a quick side glance, huffing lightly as he looked for the Elder.

The Elder was not at what appeared to be a large decorated stone throne but was instead near a window decorated with plant life, staring out into the village before turning towards the group as they made their way in. Dressed in a decorated robe and certainly looking like he’d fight straight into the ‘Elder’ title he still looked fit and able to defend himself if need be. Looking to the group he slowly moved in front of his throne, his eyes going to Viral. Interesting, he’d never seen a creature like that before, but something told him it wasn’t supposed to look like that. “You are the visitors that defeated the monster, correct? Please, have a seat”, he spoke, showing the group to a fair set of decorated cushions with a long low table, “We have a few who have set out to provide you with food and tea. We are aware of your people’s needs. Many of us were alive during the migration, after all…”

"I mean yeah, it sucked, but come on! You killed that huge thing, that's some serious bragging rights right there!" Takeshi said, "I mean think about it... None of us could beat the thing and then you and Viral came along and bam! It's dead!" Now that the life-threatening situation was over with he could focus more on other things, like how he'd been outdone by his friends. Was it unreasonable to feel a little bothered by such a trivial thing? Yes, but that didn't keep him from feeling that way. He wasn't angry with them persay, but he'd liked to have been the one to do the deed, or at least do something. Now he was going to have to find a way to top what they had done, however that might be accomplished. Hearing out his friend's concerns Takeshi smiled, shrugging his shoulders as he reached up and itched at his nose. "I think you've got plenty of control, you're just not confident yet! You're way better than you were, and sure, it's not perfect, but it's damn close. You're never going to turn into any monster because you're way too good for that to happen." Besides, everyone had their own definition of what a 'monster' was. For some too it didn't even take a monster to freak someone out, sometimes just a little insect. Thankfully in Takeshi's case the more time he spent around some of T'charrl's forms the less uneasy he was, and by now this side of their friend was almost okay to be near. "Being a god would be pretty awesome, you know? But seriously, you're not someone who goes nuts with power, because you've gotten a ton and you're still you. I doubt you'd change no matter how strong you get," he said reassuringly, smirking before pointing at himself, "As long as you're not stronger than I am we've got no problems."

Heh, Haku didn't have to be told the world was a harsh place. When you spent your entire life being spit on and kicked around you kind of got used to life sucking, and now that things were actually better he didn't know how to take it. Even with people not being overly fond of him it was still an improvement, yet he was so torn between protecting himself and trying to make friends that he often found himself acting in ways that made no sense. So yeah, he knew the world sucked, even if he hadn't been through the same things Kiton had. "I am too, even if our problems are different. Everyone's got something, some people have it worse than others," Haku mumbled, shrugging his shoulders tiredly as he glanced at the floor, "And sometimes I wonder, even now, why I bother. But being around people like this make me think it's not so bad. Sure, Ricken is a jerk, but everyone else is nice enough. If you traveled with us maybe you would see it that way too." All he needed was a change of perspective, just like he'd gotten by joining this group. If you spent your whole life being hated, chased, whatever, then you were going to think life sucked. Now that Haku had seen what a difference some nicer people could make though he had begun to be a bit more optimistic, if cautiously so. "The others aren't like that. Look... I attacked them when we first met. In fact I was supposed to kill them," he explained, pulling his legs up a bit closer as he shifted uncomfortably, "There was absolutely no reason for them to take me in after that, but they did. And I might be lying to myself, but I'm beginning to think I might actually make friends here. If they can let someone like me sit here and not hurt me then you're fine, I promise."

Vegeta found the Elder's home to be a rather nice place, not the type of building he'd come to expect from the leader of a peoples. Normally there were armed guards all over the place and not civilians, and he would expect a bit more precautions when allowing utter strangers into their leader's quarters. Instead of checkpoints or the like they were shown right inside, as though they were simply guests coming over someone's house. Not wanting to appear rude by refusing any of their kindness he followed along politely, waiting until they were giving the go-ahead to enter the Elder's chambers themselves. Stepping into the room he took note of the Namekian first and foremost, deciding that was most definitely how the head of these people should appear. He was regal even if simply so and appeared agreeable enough, which hopefully bode well for their negotiations. Putting on a small smile Vegeta nodded gratefully, taking a seat on the center cushion with his legs tucked beneath himself. "Thank you, we appreciate the hospitality," he responded, bowing down slightly in a show of respect.

"Yes, thank you very much sir," Yumi added, smiling as she bowed as well before taking a seat herself. Thank goodness they were being given food; after that fight she was a bit hungry but she didn't want to appear rude by asking for it. Chances were it was hardly going to be a feast, but even a small snack to tide them over until returning to the ship would be nice. Deciding to sit at the far left she settled down in a cross-legged fashion, resting her hands in her lap as she glanced around the room. If she were to have a home of her own she'd love for it to be like this. Something about the design and furnishings just made it seem very charming, as she certainly didn't need a lot of material wealth to be happy. Maybe once she got back to Earth she would look into getting a home of her own, seeing as of late she more or less lived with whoever would put her up. Takeshi even had his own house somehow, and if he could get a place then so could she. Smiling up at Viral she patted the cushion between herself and Vegeta, hoping he'd at least sit down and try to relax. The Elder was being awfully polite towards their friend considering how he looked, it was nice to find another kind ruler.

T’charrl didn’t think it was anything to brag about, especially with what he had to go through to beat that thing. He was not happy with how he had to kill it and he would never want to do it again. If Takeshi had to go through what he did then he wouldn’t want to wish he killed that thing either. “I still had to go through a lot to kill it…I mean, I was filthy. Do I still smell?” Looking down at himself as his antennae moved around he let out a sigh, not catching any smell but still was concerned that he might still stink to some people. Still bothered by the fight he tried to take his mind off it, but doing so meant he was placing his thoughts somewhere else, namely where he could only question if he was doing the right thing by trying to get stronger. Just because he had found his true form again and managed to have a name placed on what his ability was it didn’t mean he had control over it. He still had the spirit within him and was holding off any further mutations for now, but there was no telling when he’d become so monstrous that he had to be put down before he became something greater. “Confidence is control and if I have none of that…I don’t know, it’s hard to say whether I truly have the control I think I have”, he spoke, looking at his claws. He already looked like a monster to his people so technically he was, but a personality change would definitely be worrying. If his power grew too much then what was the limit and what was the point where he would need to draw the line. “I just wonder…what is my limit and the point where I still have control? My body changed a lot in the short space I was with you guys because I couldn’t control my power. And things happened to me…scary things…” he spoke before he sighed, lowering his head a little before smiling at Takeshi. “I don’t think I could be as strong as you. I may have a lot of power, but power doesn’t make you strong. Regarding true strength, you are still stronger than I could ever be”.

Kiton probably could use some protection against that guy if he was to go with them, whether they would want to heal him here or not. He didn’t know what their plans were with him because of what he did, but whatever they were they weren’t going to let him be free until they took him to their leader. Who knew how they would contain him or just keep him with his injuries so he couldn’t move much without having to go through terrible pain. Staring at Haku he frowned as he spoke, already doubting they would go easy on him compared to how they appeared to treat this guy. “Only one other has shown kindness to me…but she sounds more like a recruiter than anything…” Hearing how Haku met the others he couldn’t see this guy killing the others that were part of this crew, thinking someone just sent him on a pointless chase for whatever reason. “You’re a Saiyan, right? Of course you’ll be forgiven after they see what you’re truly like. My kind are evil by default to others. Besides…I actually killed people. Innocent people. You don’t look like the type to have a lot of blood on your hands despite being a Saiyan…”

Viral didn’t know what he was supposed to feel around this Elder, feeling all too suspicious over the guy. Who knew whether he would accept him into his home if he was by himself because of how he looked, the guy looking more like he had been told a docile monster would be entering his home given how calm he appeared to be. Staring at him suspiciously he slowly turned his attention towards the cushions, not looking too confident with sitting down on them things. Frowning, he watched how Vegeta and Yumi sat down, not really being given a good clue to how he was supposed to sit down himself. Looking at his legs he lifted a foot up and analysed it, grumbling when he figured he wasn’t going to be able to sit down properly no matter what way he tried. Frowning, he looked to Yumi as she suggested a seat for him, slowly approaching the cushion as he tried to figure out how to sit down. Moving his feet in front of the cushion he tried to sit down on it but stumbled back, falling onto it carelessly and nearly falling onto his back. Growling in frustration he slowly moved his feet along the ground towards the cushion, sitting like an animal with his paws in front while trying to keep his fins from slapping Yumi and Vegeta. He really didn’t look comfortable but was still trying, definitely not looking like he’d remain there for a good length of time.

The Elder waited for everyone to get seated and by that he more waited for Viral to get seated. He didn’t know how the creature managed to sit down normally if it was this much of a struggle to get seated. Being fair patient he soon moved to one of the cushions himself, slowly sitting down with his legs crossed. “…Now. I trust you are all…comfortable”, he spoke, giving a glance to Viral who was still trying to stay on the cushion, “I heard you are the group who defended my people from the alien. How lucky we are to have been visited by your people…but, you’re not here for praise, are you? We’ll heal your fighters, but there’s also a few questions I want to ask: how did that creature find its way to our planet? How did that ship find its way here and more importantly…what brought you here in time to save us?” Just as he finished a few Namekians arrived in the room carrying large stone carved plates with fresh roasted fish, placing them on the table while another Namekian went around with a sort of tea, giving the Elder his first before filling up stone cups for the guests. “Here we are. Just because us Namekians only need to consume water doesn’t mean we have to give our guests only water or tea. I hope it’s suitable”.

Takeshi may not want to cuddle up to T'charrl any time soon but he was far from avoiding his friend anymore. At least so long as he didn't change again, this form now was about the peak of what he could handle comfortably. Raising an eyebrow at the Kaesstrian's question he leaned over slightly, closing his eyes and sniffing at the air. There was a trace of something, sure, but for the most part he was just picking up on loads of scents of the area around them. Some food curiously enough, plenty of plants and who he could only guess to be either himself or Shu. Everyone else in the group probably stunk like hell, between sweat and dirt and blood, but from what he could gather T'charrl was safe.

"If anything you smell wet, that's hardly stinky," the Saiyan answered, grinning as he sat back in place. An odd thing to be worried over, whether he smelled or not. Given the fact the guy was currently soaked and even dripping still chances were he wouldn't smell like much of anything for a while. Hearing some children giggling Takeshi turned to watch a group of Namekian children run by, throwing a ball between themselves gleefully. Hm... That was a reminder he and Shu really needed to play again soon, just to keep the little guy happy. "Hey... Think of it this way buddy, why would we all have confidence in you if you weren't capable?" he asked after a moment, glancing back at T'charrl, "I mean think about it for a second. Everyone else here thinks you're able to do it, and for the most part you've shown you can. The only person here doubting you is... Well, you. Stop and think, maybe we're all seeing something you're not?"

Eh, he really didn't know how to do these pep talks, and even doing so now made Takeshi feel a bit weird. There was a fair chance he wasn't doing anything with his words either, but he should at least give it a go if he wanted to be a decent friend. "If we keep working at it you'll never lose control, it's a process, you know? Every time we get stronger we'll work to handle it, that's all there is to it. As long as we do what we can to keep it in check nothing will go wrong." That's why they had a group too, everyone was there to give each other a hand. When things would get bad for somebody there was always at least one person to give them a helping hand, and that held true for T'charrl too. Not expecting his friend to praise him Takeshi blinked a few times, breaking out into a sheepish smile as he blushed and rubbed at his neck. "Heh... Well... I just work a lot at it! If you put in the effort you can be as strong as me someday, I'm sure of it!" he said, chuckling as he gave a thumbs up, "Just don't over do it, yeah? I'll kick your butt if you make me look bad."

"I guess the rebels are kind of hurting for numbers, they must be. I mean they've asked every person here to join at one point or another, including me. Or maybe they just like to have a ton of people, who knows. I can't really be mad at them for that, not when they're trying to stop the King." That man had to be stopped, he was responsible for way too many bad things and needed to be made to pay. Haku knew himself to be far from the strongest, a fact he wasn't overly proud of, and yet that hadn't stopped him from being assigned to attacking the Princes. Shu and Takeshi, two boys who were supposed to be some kind of prodigies or something and he'd been sent to fight them. If someone was that callous about lives there was no way they could be a good ruler.

"Funny... You say that, but think about everything the Saiyans have done. All the worlds we've attacked, people killed, soldiers conscripted... We're not good people either and still you just made me out to be a good person," Haku mumbled, smiling somewhat amused as he looked at Kiton, "Things happen, sometimes we're forced into lousy situations. But... I've known plenty of good people that have done bad things, for the right reasons, which I'm sure you had yours, and besides..." he continued, shifting a bit for comfort, "You feel bad about it, don't you? Bad people don't get guilty, they don't care and move on. I can tell you're not okay with it though, so the only thing for you to do is try to make it right. Even if I've never killed anyone I did bad things, and in a way my helping these people is a way to make up for it."

One of the Namekians was hurrying out towards the shuttle, some rags and a container of water in his hands as he hustled along. It had been a fair while since he needed to really work, not having been allowed to travel out to aid other villages since he was so young. Now that the supposed heroes of their world were here though he'd jumped at the opportunity to help, eager to make use of his abilities. Hustling along he smiled at a group of his friends as they ran by, waving and scrambling after to hold onto the water before continuing along. He didn't know what they looked like or even their names, but when he spotted three aliens sitting just outside the village he figured that had to be them. With a smile on his face he rushed over to where they were, slowly coming to a halt and gasping as he once more had to stop water from spilling, giving a polite bow once he was settled. "H-Hello there! My name is Eri and I was sent to help! I'm um,,, I'm here to heal you!"

Sasha wasn't quite certain when she should give her side of things and make her presence known, not wanting to come across as demanding or overbearing. The rebels weren't seeking anything really from Namek, they only wanted to ensure the planet was well out of the Saiyans' hands. Once everyone had settled down she waited patiently for the Elder to begin, figuring it was only natural the local leader start off negotiations. When he at last began to speak he had a number of questions for them, all of which she could hopefully answer to the best of her abilities. Opening her mouth to do such a thing she paused when the door opened, glancing back and seeing the food and drinks being brought in. Now was hardly the time for snacks, yet as she tried to focus on speaking her stomach grumbled faintly, making her cheeks flushed as she glanced down at it.

"Traitor..." she whispered, sighing as she reached out and plucked up a small piece of fish. Popping it into her mouth she turned then to the Elder, making certain she swallowed her food before speaking aloud. "Sir... We don't know the entire story yet, but it seems the creature was onboard the ship that crashed on your world. I can't say how it got here, we don't know that yet, but it seems like it was purely an accident. As for what brought us here..." Sasha had to take a pause, glancing over at Vegeta uncertainly. Both she and they had different agendas, and while both non-malicious she wasn't sure how well hers would be received. Seeing as she'd begun to speak she figured she had little choice but to divulge her reasons, sighing again before looking at the Elder. "I'm here on behalf of the rebellion, but we're not here seeking anything from you. With the war going on the leaders were just worried your world may be at risk, so my brother and I were asked here in order to make sure things are alright. I suppose it's a good thing we arrived when we did."

"As for our purpose, sir, we've actually come with a request," Vegeta continued, placing his hand in his lap and bowing forward. "It's presumptuous of us to ask for payment for what we did, and we know that, but this is perhaps our last resort. As you've no doubt figured out by now my friend here is not himself, and he hasn't been for some time. We have a means of helping him but that would require something of yours, I'm afraid. If we are to help Viral recover we must ask that we are allowed to use your Dragonballs." Putting their request out there so soon into the conversation made him feel a little slimy, but anxious as he was Vegeta doubted he could wait very long to ask anyways.

T’charrl didn’t know if he should be happy to be praised like this, simply knowing there was people that believed in him was enough to lift his spirits. He didn’t know how anybody could come to the conclusion that he was getting better after looking at him but if they thought he was then he was going to let them keep thinking that. He just didn’t know if he was going to be hit by some horrible side effect from all of this energy he was holding onto inside him. He was scared of what he might become if he continued the way he was going now, simply unable to understand what route his body was going in and why it was struggling to stay the same shape even if he had all this energy apparently under control.

Looking to the children as they played around near them he let out a sigh, finding it quite strange that there was such a carefree air already when apparently they had been struggling to survive because of the monsters. Word must spread fast that the monsters were gone and they could now play around as much as they wanted with no worries at all. It must be nice to have no worries like that, sighing lightly before he looked back to Takeshi. “I doubt myself because I’m the one experiencing it. It’s hard to have faith in yourself when you struggle to contain such great power. I feel sorry for the Spirit too…having to constantly keep me in check so it can survive…” Lowering his head he scratched at his face, giving Takeshi a little smile when he enjoyed the compliment. He didn’t think strength came in how hard you could hit something, but instead from character. “I certainly don’t want to be kicked. It’s okay though, I don’t think I could compare to you. I mean…you only have two arms. How can it be possible to compare me to you?”

“Your people are still prosperous and there is some good there too. Mine are just…endangered…and hunted”. Kiton had been told what the rebels do and why they were asking for him on their side, but he still didn’t know the full reason as to why the King was so dangerous if he hadn’t heard of him much before. He was confused by everything that was happening in the universe while he was apparently completely oblivious or just not paying enough attention to see that there was a problem; then again, he wasn’t technically a citizen so he couldn’t say he was able to take much notice. Frowning, Kiton looked to Haku as he spoke with some logic, but that kind of logic would be easily lost on someone else who would just see him as a troublemaker and as a demon like the name his race had earned. “I don’t think they will see me as innocent even if I do feel sorrowful for what happened. I tried hard to kill those things, but my ship was failing and-…there’s no point. I might as well take the punishment. Maybe it will make me feel less guilty if I just take what they want to give me…”

Shu didn’t like how little his friend had faith in himself, especially when he was the most muscular of them all most times. He was sure he was just feeling a little down because he had to take a bath and would probably feel better once he changed back. He hoped his friend would believe in himself in the future, especially when his power was unique and helpful to all of them when he could make it work correctly. Giving him a hopeful smile he squeaked when he heard someone approach them, looking up to see who it was. It was a Namekian, one that was quick to introduce himself and offer up his services as a healer. Squeaking happily he stood up, pointing to his brother and friend. “Ooh! New friend! Friend Eri, my brother and friend are hurt…but I’m fine!”

Viral didn’t want to be here at all, especially when he could barely sit down properly. It was not comfortable at all and there were too many hazards he was trying to prevent. Feeling like he would be better lying down on the floor he moved around on the cushion, his tail swinging awkwardly as he tried to move his arms in a better position. This was just terrible for him and rather uncomfortable, but the least he could do was try and act like a normal person. While it wasn’t enough for him to feel awkward, the Namekians were soon bringing in food for the others to eat even when Namekians didn’t need to eat themselves unless for pleasure or to get their water another way. Immediately closing his eyes he covered his face with his large paws, trying to mask the smell and hide from the sight of the fish.

The Elder hoped they were reasonable people, but by their body language and how quick they were to answer the summons they certainly seemed like the kind to make up less demands than his own. He knew what they were after too, it was obvious from the start when they appeared so willing; however, he wasn’t going to go ahead and assume that’s what they wanted. Listening to Sasha he gave a nod, not really convinced that it was a good reason for them to come here especially when Namek had been off the map for longer than she had probably been alive for. He had seen so much happen and been through so much that wars just didn’t come anywhere close to Namek.

Looking to Vegeta instead his eyes soon moved towards his friend who had been struggling at first but was now looking like he was trying to hide from something; what a strange creature, he thought. “The Dragonballs…so, you’re from Earth”, he spoke, his eyes going back to Vegeta, “Only a few knew we still existed and that the Dragonballs belonged to us. It doesn’t feel that long ago since we were stranded on your planet while this one was discovered for us. That terrible Demon Frieza destroyed our home…we did not need another monster destroying this one. How do you think the Dragonballs will help your friend recover from…what he has wrong with him? How do you wish to use the Dragonballs to fulfil this desire? You see, many of my people perished because of those monsters and we need to use them to fulfil our wish to bring them back…of course, that only requires one of the three wishes…and if your desire requires three…”

"Okay... Well then try this. All of us have confidence you're going to be fine, so maybe use our confidence as your own?" Takeshi asked, "You know... Just uh... Oh how do I put this..." Right now he really wanted to say all the right things to get T'charrl feeling better but damn if words weren't tough to come by. Furrowing his brow in concentration he took a moment, finally glancing back at his friend with a grin. "Let us be your strength! I feel stronger when I'm fighting with my friends, and I feel like I can do almost anything. Maybe you just need that, yeah? And I bet the Spirit is fine! It's with you and that's loads better with being that jerk General, don't you think? Maybe it is tired but at least its safe, which is good enough for now. We'll figure that stuff out, don't you worry. I bet once we get Vegeta's old man back he can even give us a hand."

It was a bit difficult to try and console someone when you were getting buttered up yourself, especially when there was already a bit of an ego in play. Takeshi couldn't help but flush some when T'charrl complimented him, not really used to anyone but Shu giving him one. Bashfulness turned into confusion when their friend brought up limbs, and confusion to amusement as he began to laugh. "I've only got two but I know how to use them! I don't need four like you," he chuckled, glancing down at his injured forearms and smirking, "See? I can hurt myself plenty with just two!"

Eri's stomach was aflutter with anxiousness right now; he'd never really healed wounds before nor had he ever met someone that wasn't a Namekian. It was both exciting and intimidating, and perhaps a once in a lifetime experience he wasn't about to pass up. When he finally found the first few they were chatting amongst themselves, one of them laughing over who knows what. They all looked terribly strange, but then the only frame of reference he had were his own kind. They seemed nice enough, even if two of them were Saiyans; those people were supposed to be particularly nasty, the Saiyans, but he had been assured these two were nice. Sure enough as one got to his feet and greeted the young Namekian he smiled shyly, lowering his gaze as he nodded his head.

"Okay then... Um... In that case I'll get to work right away," Eri said, looking between the two fighters. The larger one's wounds seemed less severe so he figured he would star there, as the second Saiyan didn't look to be in any immediate danger. He might as well do the quick job first, then he could focus more on the other. Placing down the bucket of water and cloths he walked over to T'charrl, being about as tall as him even as the Kaesstrian sat down. "I just need you to tell me what hurts most, I'll start there," he added, smiling meekly as he rolled up his sleeves, "It'll be quick and painless, I promise."

Haku hated hearing Kiton speaking in such a way, especially when he felt it reflected himself. To him the Frost Demon was just in a bad position, stuck doing things he didn't want to be and being labeled as bad for doing it. Sure, you could blame him for what had been done, but you could also put blame on the things that made him do it. If his people weren't hunted like he'd said then they wouldn't be forced to resort to such things. Maybe it was because of his innate desire to actually be accepted for once, or perhaps it was because he thought he and the alien were alike, whatever the reason was Haku found it easy to open up here. If he could speak from personal experience then maybe it would do Kiton some good, help him see things in a bit better light.

"Just tell them exactly what you told me! That you tried to kill them!" Haku answered back, looking down at his lap as he balled his hands into fists, "You messed up and people got hurt for it, but you didn't mean for it to happen. It's not fair for you to be punished for it, not at all. And like I said, if you feel guilty for what happened then do something about it! Try to make up for it!" He wasn't sure how Kiton would go about such a thing, not when he himself was still looking for the answer to that. Frowning as he tried to come up with an answer for the alien at least a light bulb finally lit up in his brain, turning back to Kiton. "Join us! We help people all the time, and maybe if you did some of that you'd feel better for what happened here. Save one life, five, a dozen, whatever it takes to feel okay about it."

Vegeta knew he was being hasty by going right into the explanation, and he knew he was putting the Elder on the spot by saying it was a last resort. They had just done Namek a great favor, and whether it was asked of them or not it would stand to reason recompense would be paid. To ask to be healed would be an easy task, offers to do so aside, but requesting use of the Dragonballs was another thing entirely. Looking away from the Namekian momentarily as food and drink were brought in he simply watched a dish be placed before him, too strung up and nervous to have either right now. This man didn't seem unreasonable or difficult in the slightest and yet he feared just one wrong word might ruin their chances. Damn it, for the second time today he felt like he was clamming up, worried if he opened his mouth again he might end up rambling and even begging to use them. Eyes drifting to the floor he grabbed a hold of the fabric of his pants in frustration, inhaling to begin speaking again before pausing as Yumi cut him off.

"We need help curing our friend, sir, and to do that we've got to bring someone back from Otherworld," Yumi explained, pausing before lifting her hand and raising two fingers, "Well... Two someone's. You see, our friend's condition is really tricky, and Vegeta here has been trying to help but it's not working as well as we hoped. If we can use the Dragonballs we'd wish for those two people to come back, and they could help Viral. So I guess we would need... One wish?" How did the Namekian Dragonballs work anyways? The Elder had mentioned that they were going to bring back everyone killed by the monsters, and from the sounds of it that could be accomplished with only a single wish. To that end then both June and Aito would be brought back with a single wish, leaving one after all was said and done.

T’charrl didn’t know if he could use his friends as a confidence boost when he was so low on it in general. He needed to find his own confidence and not sap that of his friends, especially when they had their own things to worry about. “I don’t know what I need. I’m supposed to be my own person, but even when I didn’t have this Spirit I didn’t know if I could do a lot that my parents expected out of me. I wanted to make them proud, but I was always nervous and worried of failure. I’ve always been told to have confidence in myself, but this is completely different”. Sighing he rubbed his arm, looking to Takeshi as he continued to try and make him feel better. “I worry his parents may be afraid of my form like you are often. Plus it could be a bit too alien for them, right? I don’t see how they can give uhh…give a hand to me. Oh no…what if they don’t like me? I didn’t think of that…”

Gasping when he realised there was another person there he turned to the Namekian, staring at them curiously. It sounded like it would be nice to get healed if that’s what they were offering, turning towards the Namekian as Shu announced who needed healed. Giving the Namekian a nervous smile he watched as he sat down with him tilting his head before flipping his long antennae forward. “These hurt the most. They burn really badly compared to other parts of me. My arms are also really very sore…”

Kiton thought they were harsh enough in their treatment of him so far, even if he was bandaged up. He had been fighting the creatures off for days and probably unconscious in his ship for even longer yet they had just bandaged him up and dumped him in their shuttle. Not even the police would treat him like this. They probably wouldn’t know he had taken their shuttle until it was too late. They were placing a lot of trust in this kid and the angry rebel outside, especially when one had stormed off. He had half a mind to try and do it as well and get to whatever ship they had off planet after the treatment he received from that guy.

Staring at Haku as he tried to encourage him to tell the truth he frowned, looking back to the roof. He did have evidence that he tried but his ship was destroyed, shame too when he had stuff in there that he could’ve kept like money. “I already said I tried but it wasn’t enough. I still took the thing thinking it would be perfectly safe to take to sell again. I’m still a criminal”, he spoke before sighing, frowning, “I wouldn’t be surprised if they take the reward money for their rebellion”. It was pretty difficult when it was probably worth their time to get rid of him after all they did, not sure if they’d want to associate their cause with a Frost Demon. “You sound like that woman…Sasha. I don’t know. Your leader might not want me and isn’t it his decision in the end…? I still need to figure out where my life is going and at this point I have no ship, no money…hmph, I’m stuck”.

The Elder did notice Viral take a bit of a withdrawn stance to the fish, strange since he certain appeared malnourished even with that appearance he carried. To see something that looked like a predator turn down food was very strange. Giving him a careful look he soon set his eyes back on Vegeta, waiting for him to continue before it was someone else who decided to explain their intentions. She certainly went straight to the point with this one as he watched her calmly, sipping at his tea before he let out a sigh. “You will need two wishes unless you intend on returning to where they died. The person or people who died will always be brought back alive on the planet they died. We only need one wish to bring back our people”, he spoke calmly, leaning back a little, “So you wish to bring back those who can help your friend with their condition. I hardly see any selfishness in those wishes. Very well…since you came from so far away to seek our help and destroyed a large threat to our home and my people, I grant you an audience with Porunga. We’ll arrange a speaker for you while we gather the Dragonballs”.

"I'm sure they'll like you, don't worry about it so much!" Takeshi said, smiling awkwardly as he reached out to pat T'charrl's back, instead just giving him a small pat on the shoulder. These were people who had played around with creating a life, and if there were others before Viral then that meant some had probably turned out bad. He wasn't a scientist but he'd bet that something had to be done with the ones before, and anyone who handled that kind of thing wouldn't mind an alien. Seeing the young Namekian come over to join them he watched Eri curiously, wondering who he was going to first before smiling as T'charrl was picked. Fine by him, other than being sore he really wasn't in pain, and his friend deserved getting seen to first for what he'd done. Letting the two of them go ahead and sort things out Takeshi looked back towards the village, wondering how the meeting was going. There wasn't really anyone there who might mess it up he figured, it was mostly a matter of whether the Namekians liked them well enough for what they had done.

"Your antennae then? O-Okay, that shouldn't be too hard," Eri said with a smile, "I'll get those first, I just need you to sit still is all." There didn't seem to be a need to clean this person off, he didn't have any blood on him to speak of. Good, that meant he should be able to just go ahead and heal the wounds right away. Rolling back his slightly too long sleeves he held his hands just centimeters from T'charrl, focusing solely on his antennae as he began channeling his energy into his palms. After a few seconds a light sparked in each palm, and both would gradually take on a yellow glow as he began working on mending the wounds. Since they were so small he was done in just under a minute, smiling satisfied as he gave a little nod and sat back.

"That should do it... Now, your arms right?" Obviously a bit large than the antennae, or actually quite a lot larger, but again easy enough. Inhaling to keep himself relaxed Eri shuffled forward a bit, kneeling down as he held his hands out over T'charrl's arm. As before he channeled his energy into his hands, finding that taking care of these wounds was a bit more time consuming than the ones before. The person he was working on was awfully quiet during the process, yet he didn't mind much. It was nice to be able to put his talents to use, and if he could help the people who'd saved Namek from monsters then it was time well spent.

"There are way worse crimes than stealing though, way worse. I doubt you'll ever see the people you stole from again anyways, and I'd bet they replaced whatever you took. They'll get over it, that's what I'm saying, and no one was hurt because of that," Haku replied, smiling slightly as he rubbed his hands together, "People got hurt by this, but it wasn't your fault. There's a way to fix it, we just don't know what that is. If we keep trying to think of something though we'll find it." If he could be forgiven and allowed into this group than so could Kiton. Really if things were half as bad as what the alien was telling him it wasn't like there were many other places to go anyways. Should he be wanted by anyone for stealing he'd probably end up under arrest, and that in of itself was a really lousy situation; galactic officers were pretty well known for being scummy, and being put in their custody was as good as being captured by the Saiyans, maybe even worse in some cases.

"Eh? Our leader?" Haku asked, blinking as he frowned, "We don't have a leader. The rebels do, but we're not rebels. I... Well to be honest I don't really know what to call us. I guess we're helping them in a way but we're not technically them, so we have no leader. Things around here are usually a group decision." He supposed Vegeta might be the leader if one had to pick, but even he didn't have the complete say all the time. "If you've got nothing then that's all the more reason to join us! We can help you out, and there's nothing saying you have to stay with us. If you hang around until you're back on your feet and leave I bet they'd let you. But you know what? I wouldn't want to, things are pretty good here."

"Oh... We need two wishes?" Yumi repeated, blinking as she looked at her hand again. Well that wasn't too bad, they would have the two needed even after the Namekians got their own people back. Glancing back up at the Elder as he spoke she hung onto every word, unaware that the Dragonballs worked in such a way. Probably a good thing they had found out now, it would have been a huge letdown to bring Aito and June back only to have to find them back on Earth again. Hearing that they were going to be allowed to make their wishes almost sounded too good to be true, but hearing on it further she knew there was no mistaking it. With a wide smile Yumi clenched her hands into fists, fighting back the urge to let out a cheer as she instead gave a small fist pump.

"You mean it...? You're allowing us to use them?" Vegeta asked, blinking as he looked at the Elder in surprise. He had been awfully quick to agree to their request, especially since he'd had no real reason to comply. Slowly a smile crept to his lips, again leaning forward politely almost to the point where his head touched the table. "Thank you sir, thank you so much. If there is ever anything you need from us you only need to ask, you don't know how much we appreciate this." A speaker was going to be fetched which meant the wishes were going to be made soon, far sooner than he'd anticipated. Before the day was done his parents would be back with them, and Viral would at long last get to recovering.

Sasha felt a bit awkward sitting in the room right now, having said her piece for the time being and having no real opinion on the wishes. There was nothing she would wish for, shy perhaps for the King's demise, but somehow she figured the Namekians weren't going to give her a chance for that. Besides it was the Prince's group who wanted the wishes, she wasn't going to deny them that for anything of her own. Seeing little purpose for her to linger for now she smiled politely at the Elder, giving a small bow of her own before rising to her feet. She had made it known the rebels were looking out for Namek at least, now she should get back to the shuttle and report on what had happened. Exiting the meeting room she went ahead and made her way out of the building, pausing when she spotted her brother at the bottom, leaning against the pillars and not looking at all pleased. Frowning she let out a sigh, going down the steps and giving him a look to prompt him to speak up.

"It's that damned Frost Demon, Kiton. He has to be punished for what he did," Ricken said plainly, frowning as he spoke. "He brought those monsters here to try and save himself and in doing so Namekians were killed. On top of that he's just a troublemaker, I don't like him. We should prevent any further problems and deal with him now, otherwise he could come back and bite us in the ass."

"No, I don't think we will," Sasha retorted, looking back at her brother steadily as he glared at her. "He's a victim here too, and whatever he's done it isn't that bad, considering what we deal with. Just let it go, the Namekians are being wished back and they'll recover. I'll bet Korian or Sayomi will offer to send help to rebuild too, so it's not like these people will be feeling the effects for long. I don't see any real reason to punish him then." While she didn't see a need for formal punishment something was most certainly going to need to be done. A rogue element like Kiton couldn't be left to wander and potentially cause more problems, which meant either the rebellion or the Princes were going to need to pick him up.

T’charrl gave Takeshi a nervous smile, not entirely sure at all. He was going to be a foreigner to these people and whether they felt comfortable around an alien life form. He didn’t know if they’d want to look at him closely or just give him some gentler training or teach him methods of control that they might know. If they wanted to experiment with him there was probably a lot he’d object to, especially if it involved cutting him up. When the Namekian arrived he was pretty happy, pointing out his problems pretty quickly. He hadn’t been able to smell very well among other things since getting that goop on his antennae and could do with getting them healed up. Keeping seated as Eri healed him up he let out a sigh, watching as the energy mended his burns. “Thank you…y-yes. I would like that very much”.

His arms were hurting a lot since the battle. His muscles were strained quite a lot after using them so aggressively and in a completely new fashion to what he was used to. It was the first major time he had been using his new weapons and his body still wasn’t used to it, what was worse was with his change his muscles had only become torn and bruised. Holding out his arms with a nervous smile he stared down at them, giving a glance to the Namekian. “This is very kind of you. How do you do this? I can do it but not very well”, he spoke with a sigh, “Is it kind of like Ki you use or is it something else…?”

Kiton didn’t know if he should trust Haku’s word given how the other guy reacted to him right after Sasha gave him reassurance that he would be safe. He was worried about his health and general well-being, nothing stopping them from sneaking up on him when he slept. “I’ve committed worse crimes. It’s not like I’m some thief, I was just-…I just needed that thing…don’t know why…” he muttered, sighing before he frowned, “I’m hardly making a good case for myself…” Feeling pretty crappy was the least of his worries when he knew he accidentally released that thing on this planet. Looking to Haku as he tried to make the same offer Sasha tried before he frowned, looking away. “I’d rather see what they plan on doing with me. But…first…I don’t like lying here like this…” Moving his hands to his side he tried to sit up, wincing as he felt nothing but pain in his actions. He didn’t want to remain vulnerable like this, it was worrying enough when that guy earlier could just tower over him like that and try to assault him. “H-Help me to my feet…!”

The Elder nodded, giving Yumi a smile. It would save them time if it was urgent and was definitely a lot kinder to give them another wish to bring who they wanted back to life. There was no need to have them try to travel all the way back to their home to get to these people if the matter was urgent. Sipping at his tea he looked to Vegeta, finding it rather nice that he couldn’t believe he was being given the chance. “Your cause is a noble one and I cannot deny someone lifesaving treatment if it is so urgent that you have to bring people back from the dead to get it. That would be terribly selfish and not to mention cruel”. The Elder did notice Sasha take her leave and while that was happening their other companion was certainly looking like he was struggling, almost to the point of suffocating. “You can leave too, strange one. I would not be offended”, he spoke and sure enough not a moment after that the Beastman fell back, practically falling over as he immediately turned over and made a dash out of the building on all fours before falling down the first few steps. “…Is he the one who is Viral? He’s a strange one…”

Healing T'charrl was proving to be easy enough, and really Eri would have kept trying even if it proved to be a challenge. There was something fulfilling about seeing wounds close like that, it made him feel good about himself. Where he was hardly ever going to be a warrior like his father he could at the very least help others this way, and perhaps even save lives. Smiling proudly as he mended the antennae he then shifted his focus onto T'charrl's arms. Even from just glancing at them he could see what some of the issue was, noting how the skin looked unusually stretched and taught. No idea what had caused it, but then he didn't need to know the cause, he'd mend the injury regardless. After finishing the first arm he moved to work on the second, pausing when T'charrl questioned him.

"Oh... W-Well, it's not really anything that amazing," Eri mumbled, smiling as he shrugged his shoulders, "You see... Every living thing has energy in its body, Ki as you called it. What I do is use my Ki to make your cells sort of... Work extra hard. When I do that they split faster and regenerate, making wounds patch up." At least that was how the concept was explained to him, though not in those exact words. The actual science of the process was a little lost on the young Namekian, all he knew was he held his hands out, channeled energy and wounds would vanish. Much like knowing how someone was hurt however he figured understanding the process itself even was trivial, all he needed to know was where to apply his energy to.

So maybe Kiton had done some bad things before, but that was then. Everyone did something that they weren't proud of, and everyone would probably have to face up to what they had done at one point or another too. If Kiton didn't want to be thought of as a bad person then he had better start making amends, and the best way Haku figured to do that was join them. Everything this group had done so far since his joining was for the better, or at the very least neutral enough that they weren't harming anyone. If the alien was really as remorseful as he sounded then he'd join up, take the chance to make a change and maybe then he wouldn't have to worry so much. Kiton was a bit careful to make any decisions just yet, something he supposed he couldn't wholly blame the alien for; they were still strangers to one another, and regardless of what he might say there was nothing to prove it.

"Uh... What...?" Haku asked, watching as Kiton unsuccessfully tried to get up, "Where are you planning to go? We should wait until we're healed." Maybe that was where he was trying to head, and one would suppose it would be just as easy to go to the healer rather than wait for them to arrive. Seeing as he could move moderately well Haku decided to oblige the Frost Demon, slowly getting up before helping Kiton do the same. "They said someone was coming by to help us, so why don't we wait for them? We can go outside if you'd rather, it looks pretty nice out there."

"Even so, I cannot thank you enough. I can't express how much this means to me, to Viral, to all of us." Vegeta would likely end up prattling if he wasn't careful, as he was quite excited at the turn of events. In addition to that too he was quite tired, both physically and mentally from today's ordeals. Beaten up, bloodied and broken, on the precipice of self loathing and now rejuvenated and optimistic he was quite literally everywhere, feeling fair exhausted over it all. Not wholly certain how to proceed at this point he considered going back to the others and waiting for the Dragonballs, but before he could get up Viral had something else in mind. Watching the Beastman curiously he frowned as Viral made a bolt for the door, confused as to why he was so rushed to get out of the room. Starting to get up to follow he stopped when Yumi placed a hand on his shoulder, going out herself and leaving him with the Elder. Letting out a soft sigh Vegeta sat back down, managing a slight smile as he could only shrug his shoulders. If that didn't demonstrate why Viral needed this he wasn't sure what would.

Ricken hardly wanted to be hearing this from Sasha right now, and he couldn't believe her stance on the matter. Kiton was guilty no matter how you looked at it, and who knows what else he had done before now. The fact that anyone was blindly defending him was utter nonsense, they couldn't be treating the Frost Demon just like another traveler. Scowling when Sasha told him off he turned around to leave, but before going anywhere glanced back when he heard a door fly open. To his surprise Viral had come bolting out, and even more surprising was how the Beastman managed to totally lose his footing, coming tumbling down the steps at him and Sasha. Rolling his eyes in annoyance Ricken put one leg back to brace himself, extending his arm out and catching Viral in the process, near falling backwards as he did so. With the falling freak halted he frowned, looking down at the Beastman utterly clueless.

"Viral...! Are you alright?" Yumi called, looking down the steps worriedly. Oh no, he fell? Hurrying down after him she rushed to his side, pushing a confused Ricken away as she gingerly began checking Viral for injuries. "You're not hurt, are you? Oh you can't get hurt now, we're so close to making things right again!" she exclaimed, a little panicked as she continued examining him, "Tell me, does anything hurt? We can go find that healer Namekian, he can make it better."

T’charrl knew he really needed that healing, even if he was the less serious of the two. The Namekian had chosen him to heal first so to pressure him to go and heal up Takeshi first was a bit too rude in his eyes. Smiling at the Namekian he listened to his answer, his antennae twitching before he looked down at his arm. “I see…so, not quite what I use”, he spoke before he sighed, smiling a little, “I can heal wounds too, but at a great cost and I don’t know how to stop that from being a problem with my healing. Your healing seems so much more…natural than mine. I can’t even heal my friends like this”. He didn’t want to talk too much about how he couldn’t or why there was a reason his body didn’t have the capacity to heal using just his energy. He wouldn’t mind learning how to but he never got the chance back on his home planet to learn how to. “My friend with the bad leg really needs healing too, if you could be so kind. I couldn’t heal him…”

Kiton didn’t want to be stuck here for much longer, instead wanting to get up and get out of this shuttle. He had been stuck there for too long without proper attention all while expecting to wait and see what his fate would be. He was already distraught over losing his ship and nearly dying, he didn’t need the feeling of waiting in one spot with no freedom only to find out he lost his freedom completely. Trying to get up onto his feet was proving pretty difficult when he was sore all over and weakened from the crash. Not really caring for Haku’s protests he continued to try, groaning when Haku finally decided to help him up.

Letting out a groan he stared down once he finally got somewhere with his feet, feeling pretty light-headed after all that. He really didn’t have any of the same energy to get out of this shuttle as he did with his ship, but lazing around for so long and having no risk of being blown up meant he couldn’t find the rush needed to stand up for himself. Looking tiredly to Haku he nodded lightly. “I’d rather outside…really rather outside…” he spoke lowly, looking to the door, “I don’t want to be caught in that position again by that…cyborg…”

Viral couldn’t stand being in that room with that food any longer, nor could be breathe very well. He couldn’t risk eating and the urge to devour that food had made him almost lose it. Being dismissed was the better thing to happen to him after all of this but his haste was uncoordinated and the obvious lack of balance made it hard to keep on his feet. Running out hastily he completely tripped up, falling down the stairs before being caught by Ricken before he could land flat in the middle of them. Viral was dazed needless to say, feeling fairly sore after that fall too but that was the least of his concerns. Trying to find his feet again he gasped when he heard Yumi call out to him, holding his head as he let out a groan.

Seeing Ricken being shoved out of the way by Yumi he turned to her, staring at Yumi as she rambled on as if it was going to endanger everything they had worked so hard on. Frowning, he stared at Yumi before shaking his head, holding a paw out to her to try and stop her fussing. “I’m fine…just fine! It's nothing…” he spoke lowly, lowering his paw, “Nothing happened! I just…lost my footing…” He felt pretty embarrassed, especially when he couldn’t stop it like he might had been able to otherwise. It did hurt falling down stone steps but he wasn’t going to admit it, especially when he had just killed a massive creature with this condition. “I’m not going to suddenly die…”

The Elder would had sent his own out to see if Viral was okay but with Yumi going out he thought it was best to leave her to it. There was definitely a lack of coordination with that creature of theirs and to nearly have a panic attack over food was certainly a cause for concern. Looking back to Vegeta he gave him a pleasant smile. “You have come a long way for this. Just how long were you roaming in search of us?” he asked calmly, lifting his tea a little, “We have remained cut off from the rest of the galaxy for many years so it has been a very long time since I last saw one of your kind nevermind many of them and of different races. This offer for an alliance with a force going to war concerns me, though. You’re not bringing any unwanted conflicts to this planet, are you? To hear that these people want to have us involved even if only for protection does not spell anything good for Namek. It is definitely wise to use the Dragonball’s power sooner rather than later if that’s the case”.

"Hm? How do you heal people then? There are other ways?" Eri asked, looking at T'charrl with earnest interest. He'd always been taught that Ki was needed to mend injuries, but if this alien knew of a different method he would love to try it. Sometimes a healer like himself might grow tired, and fatigue meant less and less Ki to use for healing wounds. If there was some way to still be useful while exhausted then he'd love to learn how. Once both arms were seen to the Namekian sat back, smiling proudly as he wiped a little bit of sweat from his forehead. That had been easy enough, and he still had more than enough energy left over to see to the Saiyan. At T'charrl's behest he was given the okay to do just that, nodding his head before getting to his feet.

"Of course, uh... I'm happy I could help. And don't worry, I'm sure you did plenty already," Eri replied with a smile before moving over to Takeshi. The Saiyan was staring at some children playing for some reason, and even standing within a few meters of him he failed to notice. Shifting around a bit awkwardly the young Namekian coughed into his closed hand, smiling a little as he finally got Takeshi's attention. "Hi there... It's uh, it's your turn. Your friend mentioned an injured leg, would you like for me to start there?"

"Eh...? What's that...?" Takeshi asked, still watching the kids play around as he was spoken to. Glancing over finally he blinked when he saw Eri standing there, smiling sheepishly as he turned to face the Namekian completely. "Oh, sure! Heh, sorry about that! Just enjoying how nice things seem here is all." After the utter hectic mess that was fighting that monster it was hard to believe people could be so relaxed right now. Though then again the threat was gone, and by the looks of things this village hadn't been attacked. Then again maybe they would be upset about the people who had been attacked, yet everyone seemed to be pretty carefree. Lost in thought Takeshi didn't realize Eri was trying to get to his leg, and after noticing propped it up for the Namekian to work on. It didn't take very much time at all for him to notice things changing, and it was a bit odd as he could feel his skin coming back together and the muscle fixing itself; weird but pleasant, and certainly much faster than if he waited for it to heal naturally.

"Okay then... We'll go outside, we should get looked at anyways," Haku replied, nodding as he got Kiton to his feet, "But... Maybe keep that cyborg thing to yourself? I mean he's already moody, I doubt calling him that will help." The last thing they needed was to instigate Ricken into attacking, as he sincerely doubted they could fight him right now. Even with one arm the rebel was fairly intimidating, and it couldn't be said with absolute certainty which side the others would take if an argument or fight did break out. Probably best then just to keep safe, no reason to get themselves into any nasty situations. Exiting the ship Haku looked around for the others of their group, spotting Shu, T'charrl and Takeshi not far off with one of the locals. That must be the healer then, thank goodness; cuts, bruises, probably even a fractured rib, Haku was hurting all over so getting his injuries checked would be really nice.

Yumi may have slightly overreacted just then, but she had cause to worry. They were quite literally just moments away from getting Viral some help and it would be horrible if anything were to happen; more injuries now could put off his getting better, and nobody wanted that for him. Even with her friend reassuring her he was alright she had to check, glancing over every inch she could see to inspect for injuries. When she was satisfied there was nothing seriously wrong she let up a little, sighing contently before giving Viral a relieved smile. "I know... I just want to be sure you're okay, that's all," Yumi said as she reached out, brushing a bit of dirt off of Viral, "Just be careful please? I'm sure you don't want Aito and June to show up and find you laying on a cot because you hurt yourself."

Vegeta felt a fair bit concerned for how Viral was doing, but with Yumi hot on his heels he tried to remain calm. She could see to him for now, and soon enough his parents would be here to help out. It was bittersweet in a way, knowing that they were about to return; with his father back Viral would finally get to recovering as he should be, and yet at the same time it meant his stint as the one helping the Beastman would fast come to an end. It was a little depressing knowing he'd been unable to do what he'd set out to, if only because it meant Viral would suffer a bit longer. If he'd only had more time, or maybe gotten the information sooner then perhaps things would have worked out better.

Refocusing on the Elder, Vegeta waited to let the Namekian speak before offering any answers, clearing his throat before speaking. "If you're speaking about just this trip then we came from Earth. If you're referring to how much time we've spent collectively trying to get Viral help... I can't say. Weeks? Months even? He's been ill quite a long time." All the more reason to see him well, he'd suffered far longer than anyone ever should. "And of course we are not bringing conflict here, I can assure you of that. We were not followed and the only ones who know of Namek's location are us and the rebels. While I may not agree with them entirely I can say from experience they're not the kind to take advantage of a planet, including yours. And if you'd like I can speak with them on your behalf? Anything you wish to tell them, any terms or the likes I can relay for you. I believe that their only intention is to make their presence known, should you need aid, but I can't speak for them. If anything does come to mind feel free to tell me before we depart."

T’charrl didn’t know how he was supposed to explain it to the Namekian, staring at him before looking away. “Uhh, i-it’s hard to explain. I mean…I have my own energy that’s not Ki, but I also have Ki...” he spoke, struggling to explain himself, “I use my own energy to heal and can even use energy taken from others to heal someone else. It’s…not as good as yours. I’m not really good at much”. Feeling a lot better than before he gave his arms a rub once the Namekian finished up healing him, giving Takeshi a look since he required healing more. He didn’t know what Takeshi was even looking at when he seemed so distracted as the Namekian called out to him, looking off to see what he was seeing. There was nothing but the kids out there still, not really something that interested him since he was too big to think about playing with them too. It made him a little depressed but hopefully he can change back now that he wasn’t distracted by too much pain and worry, maybe once the Namekian had left.

Kiton was hurting all over, feeling light-headed. He was rather pathetic for a Frost Demon right now, his ancestors probably ashamed of him as they looked down upon him; but then again, they were probably already ashamed when they saw him stealing and doing bounty jobs instead of trying to make an honest living and restore their race’s name. It was rather pathetic to be brought down so far like that, but it was the case for a lot of his people. Frost Demons were just too valuable to let them run around leading normal lives when they were powerful with interesting organic properties. People would pay a fortune to get a set of their horns or their tail.

“He’s going to try and kill me anyway…so what’s the point on being cautious…?” Kiton grunted, trying to recover from the sudden spurt of pain that ran through his body. He should probably try to use his Ki a little more to make him feel lighter, but maybe once he was outside he’d be able to levitate. He wasn’t afraid of a fight, but he wasn’t willing to be placed in a vulnerable position first before he could defend himself. Being lead out of the ship he let out a sigh, slowly looking around to see what was going on. He could see the other people of the crew but he didn’t really recognise the giant bug until he remembered there was a much smaller and thinner one in the group. The bug must have the ability to transform too, but whether that was their true form he couldn’t tell. “What is the reason you all travel if not to fight for those rebels…? I don’t see a pattern…”

Viral didn’t know what the big deal was. They had all been thrown around by a giant monster so there shouldn’t be a need to give him so much concern. While it did hurt and he was feeling disorientated he couldn’t say he was in dire need of attention. He felt he needed to sit down after being embarrassed like that, but first he had to deal with Yumi’s panic. Groaning under his breath he gave his head a rub, frowning at her. “I am being careful…I can’t be any more careful…” he grumbled, waving her hand to get her to stop brushing him, “I think seeing me like this will make them feel even worse emotions than what they might feel if I was hurt…”

Speaking of what he looked like, it was only then when Viral looked up and around at everything that was happening. While there was Sasha and Ricken there was also the Namekians staring at him, curious to what happened and probably staring at what he was. Of course there was no reason for them to not look at him, he was a hideous monster who fell down the stairs like an idiot. He felt rather stricken with a strange sense of fear over this, everybody watching and observing how strange he was and how stupid he looked. Letting out a groan he lifted his paws to hide his face, feeling overwhelmed with embarrassment as he walked off, stumbling on uneasy steps as he tried to find his way back to the shuttle.

The Elder would let them have their time to themselves without having to worry whether they would try and go after the Dragonballs themselves, especially when they didn’t know how to activate them. Care had been taken to make sure the Dragonballs were safe from outsiders which had remained to this day completely safe from evil and selfish actions. Smiling when his assumptions were correct he listened to Vegeta, sipping his tea calmly. It sounded like quite a journey they took from their home all for their friend, even if their friend seemed quite passive towards everything that was going on around him. “The rebels knowing our location is not something I’d ever want either. Who knows whether there’s traitors in their unit who might sell our location to a greater evil. I don’t mind friends from Earth knowing it, but what happened all those years ago is still fresh in the minds of many. We still train our people to protect the planet, but we’re not an army. I will trust you to speak to them and tell them how much our planet’s security means for the safety of the galaxy…after all, you have a set of Dragonballs on your planet too. I have no doubt you understand their importance as well and how vital it is to keep them safe”.

Namekian Village, One Hour Later...

Gathering up the Dragonballs had not taken any remarkable length of time, and within half an hour the first two were brought back to the village. Not long thereafter the third showed itself, and the fourth and the fifth shortly after that. The waiting around was a bit painful for everyone involved, as being so close to achieving their goal yet being just off was agonizing. Gods only knew how Viral must have felt, knowing that his salvation could come flying over the horizon any moment now. The one positive to the waiting perhaps was everyone was seen to for medical attention, even those who had claimed they didn't need any. Soreness from wounds would persist, but any open wounds were now closed and people were washed up. For the next twenty or so minutes everyone sat off by the shuttle, away from the curious Namekians who were continually trying to take peeks at what was going on. By now the locals knew wishes were going to be made, but that wasn't the reason behind their prying; these strangers had saved their world, so just who were they? And who was the odd looking one? The Elder had been quite clear about giving privacy and so they would, but that hardly sated their want to know.

Takeshi was glad to be able to at least move around again, and just as well too. They had gone from sitting around while waiting through negotiations to now sitting around and waiting for the Dragonballs to show up, it was driving him nuts. He had even offered to go and help search for the Dragonballs once better but had been shot down promptly; the Namekians knew all of the hiding places so it made sense for them to go and fetch the orbs. Sure, he supposed that was true, but he could have at least tagged along. What if there were more of those monsters out there? The locals might need a bodyguard and he was itching to up his kill count, having been totally overshadowed by Viral and T'charrl. Evidently there was no further danger though as every Namekian made it back unscathed, and before long they had six of the seven Dragonballs gathered. Still pacing back and forth in his spot he let out a sigh, looking at the pile and wondering how long the last one might be. Just what were Vegeta's folks really like anyways? He'd met them briefly before, but it was pretty hard to get a sense of what they were like just from that. It'd be kind of neat to meet them, though Takeshi figured once they got here it was all right to business getting Viral healthy again.

"I can't thank you enough sir, honestly. This is just... Thank you..." Yumi was feeling quite excited herself right now, and also pretty emotionally drained. Everything they had been doing up until now was culminating into this and at long last Viral was going to be healthy again. One of her closest friends, her mentor, someone she'd been unable to do much for these last few months, he was finally going to get back to his old self. There was obviously the road to recovery still to come, and in that likely a bunch of tests, treatments and long periods spent being stared at under a microscope. Aito would knew what to do, she was sure of that, but she couldn't be so certain the treatment would be all too kind. What needed to be done would be done, it would be more a matter of whether or not Viral could handle the treatments. No, she couldn't think that something might go wrong, everything had to go right from here on out. Shaking her head Yumi managed to smile again, glancing over at the Beastman and reaching out, simply laying a hand on his shoulder and giving it a small pat. How was he feeling right now, she wondered? She could try prying but that seemed rude, hopefully he was at least a little happy for this.

Vegeta had managed to remain still during the entirety of the wait, even while internally he was feeling much more like Takeshi was looking. His parents were actually coming back, after over a decade without them he would see both his mother and father again. With their impending arrival now perhaps only an hour away he was beginning to really appreciate the weight of what was going to happen. What would he say? What could he say? He'd lived the majority of his childhood and young adult life without them and now suddenly they were coming back, just like that? Even he couldn't guess how he would act when the moment arrived, though he'd try his best to remain composed. Staring down at the ground as he waited for time to pass by, and it did painfully slowly, he perked up a bit feeling an incoming energy. Lifting his head he looked towards the East, eyes immediately locking onto a figure approaching in the distance. At long last it was the final Dragonball, and the leader of the trio from before was the one to have fetched it. Honestly, the lengths that these people were going to in order to help achieve their wish, words couldn't ever sufficiently express their gratitude. Watching as the Namekian landed he smiled nervously, shifting his weight before swallowing back a hard lump in his throat.

"Well that's all seven... Far faster than I'd imagined..." Vegeta remarked, lowering his hands as he watched the Dragonballs be placed together. This was it, finally time to make their wishes. He couldn't get too ahead of himself however, there was more to making a wish on Namek than there was on Earth, and simply calling for the dragon wouldn't do. At least, not in the common language. He certainly didn't speak Namekian and he was positive no one else in their group did either which meant one of the locals needed to carry out the task. Taking his gaze from the Dragonballs he addressed the Elder with a curious glance, wondering just who he had in mind to do the job.
