"Joel, not again."
"I-It's not my fault!"
"Just hurry up."

Hannah watches as her younger brother scurries off into the bathroom, and she immediately sits down, resting her hand on her head. They had been walking between stores, searching through what they could. Joel had been to the bathroom five minutes ago, in a different store, and now he had to go again. She closes her eyes, taking a moment to rest. The store was empty, just like the other few, and was quiet except the swinging . The building seemed to also be devoid of walkers, which was a plus.

Suddenly, a scream changed that last fact. Hannah saw something rushing toward her, and drew her knife. She only had a moment to move it out of the way as Joel grabbed her, hiding in her arms. "What is it? What is it?" She asks, as what looked to be a horde of walkers barreled toward them. Hannah screams, stabbing her knife into the head of one as the rest grab Joel, pulling them into their hordes. She then screams as she herself is pulled in-

Hannah opens her eyes, panting, looking around sharply with her knife in her hands. She hears a rattle, and jumps, turning to the direction of where it came from, seeing as Joel slowly makes his way back. "H-Hannah? What's wrong?" He asks.
"Nothing," She replies. "It was just a nightmare."

Sarah quietly walked down the empty streets of a small abandoned town, there were abandoned cars and dead bodies everywhere luckily they were taken out with headshots so she didn't have to worry about them coming after her. It was a rather cold night and the weather was getting worse, she jumped slightly when she heard a loud clap of thunder, quickly Sarah mad a run towards one of the closest stores and tried to open up the door. "Damn it it's locked.." Sarah muttered to herself, looking around she spotted a crow bar and lifted it up she quickly started to use it as a lever to pry the door open which it eventually did.

Sarah quietly looked around the empty room of what looked like a convenience store and slowly started to look around banging the butt of her knife on a wall to make sure that there weren't any walkers nearby satisfied she closed the door behind her and started to grab whatever food there was inside of the store.

Joel gave a nod, walking up to his sister and giving her a hug. Hannah sighs, feeling calmer with her brother hugging her. She pats the top of his head, smiling. "There, there, Joel. It's all going to be okay." She says soothingly. "We'll just continue what we are doing. It'll be fine." Hannah kisses the top of his head, and he looks up at her, pouting.

Suddenly, there was banging. It didn't sound like someone was trying to break in, rather they were trying attract attention, almost like she did when she was looking for walkers. "Joel, get behind me," Hannah says quietly and quickly, Joel immediately following her command as she pulled her pistol from her trousers. She had no ammunition for it, however she was sure that if there was a bandit, they would leave because of the gun. Suddenly, there was an oomph from behind her, and Hannah turns her head, gun up, to see Joel had tripped over his own feet onto the ground. "Joel, sssh!" She hisses, tugging him up and pulling him to her chest, gun up, ready to aim at anyone that came into the isle.

As Sarah continued to walk down the isle she quickly heard some movement, taking out her 1911 she turned on its flashlight attachment to it and searched around trying to find out if it is a walker or not. Quickly she ran straight for some cover, she looked around silently holding her breath slightly. "I'm not a walker!" Sarah yelled hoping that it was actually a human and not some sort of psychopath or undead.

Hannah cuddles the quivering Joel, listening to the callout. She had been correct, it was another human as apposed to a walker. However, just because the woman called out that she wasn't a walker didn't mean she wasn't a bandit, and that is what Hannah called out. "Just because you're Human doesn't mean you are a bandit!" Spotting a source of light, something directional, maybe a flashlight, Hannah begins to move up, her right hand holding the pistol resting on her left, which was holding her knife. Joel doesn't attempt to follow, he moves to the other side of the isle, further away in case something happened. Hannah pokes her head around the corner, along with her gun and knife, trying to search for the person to try and ward them off with her ammunition-less pistol.

"If I was a bandit I would have shot and killed you, or stolen all of your things!" Sarah yelled back, hoping that whoever was there would believe her, she slowly stood up and slowly took off her backpack full of supplies as well as her gun and any other weapons she had on her. She slowly held her hands up in the air in a non threatening way.

"J-Just leave!" Hannah shouts, getting a better aim at the hands that were now presenting themselves. She was ready to dart forward with her knife, or even throw it, just to kill the woman and make sure Joel was safe. "Just go! Leave and don't come-" She was interrupted by a loud scream, and her eyes widened. Another nightmare, please, please be another nightmare...

The yelling voice of Joel immediately proved that it was not a dream. Hannah immediately dropped her gun in shock, and rushed away. "Joel! Joel!" She cries out, running, not even bothering to pick up the empty gun. Joel had a walker on top of him, and he was holding it up, away from him. His sister grabs the undead woman, and hurls her to the ground, before swiftly stabbing her knife into it's head. "G-God, a-are you okay Joel? Joel?" Hannah looks to her younger brother, and squeals, getting to her knees. He was unconscious, having fainted from pure fear of the evil that had been on top of him, though Hannah in her overprotective mind feared the worst. She checked for his pulse, which was fine, and she searched over him for any bites with tears in her eyes. "He's okay, he's okay," She told herself.

Sarah just stood there calmly with her hands up staring at the other woman who was pointing a gun at her, she was scared but didn't want to show it in case someone wanted to exploit it. And then she heard a loud crashing sound as well as someone else screaming, seeing that the woman ended up dropping her gun Sarah quickly went down and picked it up. She checked the magazine in it and noticed that it was actually empty, and then made sure that the gun didn't have a bullet in the chamber yet. When she was satisfied that the gun was not loaded Sarah quickly ran over to where the woman had run off to.

Seeing a walker on the floor already dead Sarah quickly noticed a younger boy on the floor and aimed her gun down at him. "Has he been bit?" She asked, she didn't see the confrontation yet but she wanted to make sure.

After discovering that he in fact had no bites, Hannah almost hugged Joel to herself, however she was stopped by the sound of footsteps and the sight of a gun pointing at Joel. Sniffing sadly, she raises her hands, one of which held her knife. "N-No!" Hannah says, loudly. "He hasn't been bit!" Hannah grips the knife in her hand tight, as if she was going to destroy it with her grip before doing her plan of stabbing the knife into the woman. She just had to wait for the right time, and then she would strike. I will not let this bandit shoot my brother, she thinks to herself, her eyes straining to look at the woman.

Sarah still was not sure, she had seen this happen so many times in the past a loved one trying to hide the bite of their loved ones. "I have to check to be sure." She said kneeling down, if this woman was going to kill her she wouldn't mind it. "if you are going to kill me then I suggest you do it if you aren't scared to." She said inspecting the boy thoroughly until she was finally satisfied and stopped before standing up and started to walk away.

Hannah lets out a long sigh once Joel was checked over, but then suddenly a thought occurred to her. As Joel began to wake up, Hannah turned to the woman and she squints her eyes at her in a sort of half-glare. "So, where are you going now? With my gun?" She asks, standing up tall and walking after her. Joel, whom had just managed to get on his feet, begins to slowly follow behind his sister, feeling slightly dizzy from being knocked over by the walker.

Sarah stopped when she heard the girl asked where she was going and realized she was still holding her gun. "Somewhere else I can tell i'm not welcomed." She sighed and then handed Hannah back her gun and looked at her. "You know this thing isn't loaded right? And it wont be useful other then bashing heads in." She said handing the gun back to her, then she turned and started to make her way out.

Hannah slowly takes the gun from the woman, looking at it as if working out if the woman had given Hannah her gun by accident. That wouldn've been very fortunate. "Well, the gun stopped you, didn't it? Hey, have you got a camp or something? Maybe it'd be better to stick as a group. Since you didn't shoot me." Hannah says after a moment of hesitation.
