I think that GMs should be able to use moderator privileges within their own RP. So that if somebody, for example, wrote a CS in the OoC then the GM could move it to the Characters section to easily clear up the OoC and show that a Character has been accepted. This is only a single example but so many others exist that I'll leave it to your imagination.

That's being worked on. However, the timetable is anyone's guess, as the implementation is in mahz's hands.
