~ Steve Rogers, Leader

Steve was born in Sudbury, Boston but his parents were unknown. He didn't receive any formal education until college, but he is smart. He previously worked as a CSI in Washington until he came to Vegas as a Night Shift Supervisor, since Thor Odinson was demoted. According to the press releases, Rogers had previously headed a crime lab in Oregon. He is married and has children. Rogers has a more comedic side, but he is equally smart. He cares much about his team. He has saved their lives multiple times and he always keeps his team in order and in the loop by having what he calls 'family meetings'. Rogers is usually pretty laid back and he generally does not have strict rules about how things are run in the lab. He shows plenty of dedication to his job, even sacrificing family priorities at times.

Halle was born in Cleveland, Ohio and is the newest Crime Scene Investigator and former colleague of Steve Rogers from Seattle. She is a blood spatter expert so good that Steve Rogers calls her a "blood whisperer". She was married twice, divorcing both husbands. Steve calls her "Berry," but she prefers to be called "Halle." Steve Rogers fired her after a case in Seattle where an investor was suspected of killing his own girlfriend and Halle failed to legally tie him to the murder. The case was dismissed when she turned out to have obtained a blood sample illegally by taking a used champagne glass from his home without a warrant. Afterwards, she and the Seattle police were both sued by the suspect. In spite of this, Halle and Steve are still good friends.

Loki Laufeyson is originally from San Gabriel, California and he speaks with an English accent. He himself has hinted that his family was from an upper middle class or wealthy background. Although friends and family told him that science was for geeks, Loki knew from a young age that he wanted to become a scientist. Although he was never good at sports, Loki was the captain of the high school chess team. Loki's overprotective mother refused to let him play sports in high school because he was her only child. At some stage, Loki moved in New York. He also used to bowl in high school and he also reveals that he once stole his Papa Olaf's car while he was taking a nap when he was 12, took it round the block twice and almost ran over his own foot when trying to reverse it back into the driveway. His father's side was from Harstad, Norway. His mother's side was from Oslo, Norway. Loki's family moved to California.

Loki is said to have been an extremely intelligent child prodigy. He attended a school for the gifted at both grammar and high school levels. He successfully earned his degree in chemistry at a University where he graduated. He had a wide variety of hobbies, including surfing, scuba diving, and numismatics (the study of money/coins and currency). However, he also contradicts his scientific training and believes in occultism, stating that one could have paranormal beliefs and also be a scientist.

Loki Laufeyson is portrayed as a cheerful and optimistic individual. He is often met with the disapproval of his supervisor, due to listening to loud music such as Marilyn Manson while running lab machines and hiding magazines in some area cabinets. He was initially the resident lab rat, only appearing occasionally. It was shown that Loki longed for a position out in the field, especially when he had several personnel injured or hospitalised. He failed his first proficiency test when he urinated in a toilet at a crime scene, but having spent several hours studying and assisting the CSIs, he eventually attained the rank of CSI Level One. As the lowest-ranking CSI, he is often given the more menial or unpleasant tasks, such as fishing for a liquefied body or diving in a dumpster. He initially rarely interviewed suspects. However, he later graduated to investigating crime scenes on his own.

Loki has been newly promoted to CSI Level 3, and during his time out into the field, he is shown to be kind natured and compassionate. He was originally portrayed as a girl-crazy geek with interesting hair and odd shirts. He would be seen dancing in his lab or in the hallways, or be seen conducting an invisible symphony. Eventually, Loki matured quite a bit, but without losing his wacky touch and still changes his hair occasionally. Loki has had moments of aggression while on the job. He would be seen yelling at someone, grab a camera from someone taking pictures, and physically stopping two workers with a wooden plank, much to Thor's amazement. Despite having been a CSI for six or seven years, Loki was the only one of the CSIs not seen carrying a gun whenever he went into the field. He would be rarely seen with one during the standoff or if there is one available.

Loki makes no secret of his crush on Ksenia. She sometimes reciprocates romantic feelings for Loki. However, when the relationship between her and her boss was revealed, Loki was not bitter about her dating, and he continues to flirt with her. Loki tells Thor that he was aware of their relationship. When Ksenia was suspended because of a quarrel with another CSI, Loki was the one who defended her.

Loki and co-worker, Thor Odinson, have remained brotherly with Thor affectionally calling him "Lo" sometimes. Thor does not look at Loki any differently now that he is a CSI. He has often encouraged Loki in the field, and has been seen giving Loki some of his first CSI experiences. The two remain very close friends.

Solo was born in Tomales Bay, north of San Francisco and she speaks with a Canadian accent. Her father was abusive, battering his wife and his children, until her schizophrenic mother killed him. Afterward, she spent time in the foster care system, which didn't keep her from graduating high school as valedictorian at age 16. She attended Harvard on a scholarship, moving on to graduate school at the University of California, Berkeley. Some time later, while she was working in San Francisco, her boss called her because he was in need of someone outside the Las Vegas team. Solo went to Las Vegas and helped resolve some Internal Affairs problems within the CSIs while also providing a replacement for a CSI, who had been shot. She became a permanent member of the Night Shift as a CSI Level 3 at the LVPD Criminalistics Bureau, specialising in Materials and Element Analysis. Ksenia is now married to her boss, but it is revealed that he had split up with her.

Perhaps because of her traumatic childhood, Solo has demonstrated compassion and empathy for victims of domestic violence. She also has a soft spot for animals, and became a vegetarian. She has also shown a tendency to become very aggressive when under pressure or annoyed, especially in cases involving abused women. In recent years, perhaps because of her mother's schizophrenia, Ksenia has been seen to work several cases with a mental health aspect. An example of this is when she was able to calm a schizphrenic son.

In the early years after joining the team, Solo is depicted as a loner. Her hobbies are all work-related such as listening to her police scanner and reading forensic journals. She realizes how much she is missing out and decides to "get a life" outside of work. She dates a paramedic named Hank Pettigrew, but this casual relationship ends later when she discovered that he had a longtime girlfriend. Solo seems to be on a downward spiral as her memories of childhood resurface, with cases becoming more difficult for her emotionally.

Solo's romantic relationships have been largely unsuccessful. She had a college boyfriend, Ken Fuller, with whom she had an unsatisfactory relationship with whom had cheated on her. Laboratory technician Loki Laufeyson and fellow CSI Thor Odinson occasionally flirted with her, but there was nothing more than friendship from those flirtations.

Thor Odinson was born in Melbourne, Australia as the youngest of seven children. As a child, he showed athletic and academic potential and played football. Overall, he had a happy childhood and a close relationship with his parents. His early life was not without pain, however; he was molested at age nine by a female babysitter. Since then, signs of trauma occasionally show at times like investigations that involve children. Thor attended college, where he pledged at a fraternity. After leaving college, he joined the Police Department and took a job with the crime lab, where he specialized in hair and fiber analysis. But because of a feeling that he would not be able to match his parents' considerable achievements, Thor decided to leave Australia to Las Vegas. There, he found that he could "be his own man", and joined its successful CSI team under the leadership of Steve Rogers.

Thor has a natural empathy with the people affected by the crimes he investigates; in contrast with many of his colleagues, who prefer to keep an emotional distance. Thor has a good command of Spanish which he frequently deals with cases involving Hispanics and the Latino community. Thor is characterized as something of a ladies' man, but his only romance is a brief affair with a prostitute and a date with Dr. Carla Gugino's niece. His celibacy might be explained by a running gag that whenever Thor is with a woman, misfortune befalls someone else. For example, he has a one night stand with a woman, then that woman is murdered later that night, resulting him to be a suspect. Thor is an affable man to anyone, even his colleagues.

Sally was born in England and she speaks in an English accent. She first worked with the CSIs when her stepfather was searching for his sworn enemy and serial killer. The take-down had effects for the Las Vegas CSI team, and specifically Sally, who was fired from the Crime Lab for her involvement in the case. She comes to Las Vegas to work with the team and she first sees Thor Odinson moving out of an office. When Loki Laufeyson comes out of a lab, he felt a little awkward when they met, since he is clearly smitten by her. Thor asks him to not even think about it, although Loki continues to flirt with her. However, Sally tells Loki that she is not interested in dating guys on the job, but she was curious and jealous when Thor and the niece of Dr. Carla Gugino were in a relationship, who were on a date.

Although Sally Brooks has previously pretended to date Stark in order to get his mother off his back, Stark states in that they could not date for real. While insisting she has no interest in any case, Sally queries this, but all Stark will say is that his recent trip to Italy with his mother was "life-changing". However, when a fellow CSI is shot and put in the hospital to recover, Stark is there for Sally as support. Sally begins to break down, blaming herself for the agent's current state. When Stark attempts to calm her down, she suddenly kisses him. He's shocked, and both agree to pretend that it didn't happen. Sally says that he is her best friend.

Carla Gugino, known as "Carl", was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida by her Italian mother, who was a registered nurse. Carla is the Chief Medical Examiner of the Las Vegas Police Department who spent most of her childhood in hospital environments. From a very early age, she was able to understand the cycle of life (healing, birth and death) and as a woman who graduated with a Masters Degree in Physiology from college. At a young age, Carla was hit head-on by a drunk driver and broke one of her legs. For support, she walks with the use of a walking staff. Carla took her first job as a coroner in Arlington, Virginia, where she remained for several years before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada, with her husband and three children. She has ever since remained there as the Chief Medical Examiner of the graveyard shift at LVPD CSI.

She is an intellectual equal and she seems neither nonplussed nor disturbed by the actions and habits in the various subcultures and miscarriages of humanity. Due to her age and disability, she usually goes herself to examine the body on site. Gugino has a good working relationship and mentorship with her colleagues. Little was revealed of Gugino's personal life. She was a twin, though the other was stillborn. Her mother attributed her career choice to "spending so many days next to a dead body." She has a Siamese cat which had kittens, but she is more of a dog person. She is also terrified of rats, and she would suit up in a hazmat suit before hunting for an escaped rat in the mortuary. It was revealed that she and her husband are grandparents as their daughter just had a baby boy. Gugino has a fondness for coffee, specifically macchiatos and she also keeps an album of autopsy photos of celebrities who have died in Las Vegas who wound up on her table.

Tony was born in Manhatten, New York and as a lab technician, he was transferred to the Las Vegas crime lab from the Los Angeles crime lab, when his superiors felt that he had an attitude problem. Stark had tried to pick up a prostitute who turned out to be an undercover police officer. Because he was underage, the arrest didn't go on his permanent record. Tony has annoyed his co-workers and superiors, and he is one of the employees initially suspected of causing an explosion in the lab where co-worker Loki Laufeyson was working and, as a result, injured. Despite being accused of causing the explosion, he vehemently denies responsibility to the point of promising to call his lawyer if taken to case on the incident. He is ultimately cleared when it's discovered that someone else caused the explosion. Yet Stark seems to be under the impression that he's held in much higher regard by the senior CSIs than he truly is and doesn't note his own character flaws. Despite his attitude, Stark sometimes redeems himself.

Stark is also known for having an unusually acute sense of smell, and is able to identify many chemical compounds by their odor alone. In one case, he was asked to verify if a person's stomach contents had traces of cyanide, which has a smell not unlike bitter almonds, but which requires a specific scent-related gene to be able to discern, which Stark possesses. He is known for his disdain of working on the field. Despite this, he almost lazily discovered crucial evidence in a matter of seconds during one outing.

Tony has had an interest in Ksenia, but she has never given him any reason to believe she shares his feelings. However, Loki Laufeyson arranges "man dates" in which he meets up with Tony every week to take his mind off Ksenia. Felton and Stark are usually seen as rivals, leading to something of a "love-hate relationship". The two would often argue, but they do play board games together, and the two, along with Thor, "kidnapped" Loki to take him out for his birthday.

Stark met a gorgeous woman from Italy while on vacation and the two become engaged, but wind up breaking off their engagement after his fiance insists that once they marry, they'll move back to Italy to work on a relative's vineyard. Stark tells his fiance that he's a scientist and can never do that. The two part ways amicably.

Tom was born in Epsom, Surrey and he speaks with an English accent. He is the toxicology specialist of the Las Vegas Forensics Laboratory, who mainly deals with identifying toxic substances which have undergone human consumption. He has an impressive knowledge of lethal substances, including, but not limited to: illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages, poisons, and hazardous gases. He constantly exhibits a thorough understanding of the toxins' properties and effects.

He originally worked for days but kept "getting moved around". He is seen more frequently working graveyard, so it can be assumed he's acquired a permanent position there. Tom is unmarried and he goes on to reveal that his grandmother lives in a retirement home in Boca Raton, Florida, where he is shuffleboard champion. He refers to himself as a "lady killer" among the senior citizens. Tom often attempts to be comical or witty without avail, which is amusing in its own right. He is intelligent, friendly, and good-natured. On occasions, he appears high-strung. He is analytical and digests information well, which helps him reach accurate conclusions and understand facets of human nature.

Clint Barton - The X Marine and head Interragtor

Though new to the Job Clint has proved to be a very good ally for the team. He doesn't take kindly to people who hurt children or families and once with a lady who had a son of his but where gunned down by his gang when he came back from the Army. Clibt was allowed in because of his speical Force training and rescue and weapon's knowldage able to understand a weapon and tell you how it works and what it does and how it looks if used on a person. Clint though is a shady character which only Steve really trusts him completely everyone else doesn't really ....trust an X marine. He has trouble with a fellow deadly gang called the Vipers, who are mass Rapiest as well as killers. He used to be part of their gang when a younger teenager. But left now he is on his own and many people do not like him. Clint could care less for their option. Clint is a class 3 agent but often isn't placed on major cases as he is deemed still a dangerous person and health risk to the group at times. He has had small drug issues before but his amazing Marksman ship as well as knowldage on saving people and turning situations around was something many admired.
